The Fundraising Efforts of Black Judges Were Sabotaged by Commissioner Rodney Ellis

African American male judges, such as soon-to-be former Judge DaSean Jones, former Judge Robert Johnson, and former Judge Darrell Jordan, will soon be forgotten, as nobody seems to even care about their legacy or achievements, but let the record reflect that I care. As for African American female judges, like Judge Dedra Davis, Judge LaShawn Williams, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, Judge Shannon Baldwin, Judge Tonya Jones, and Judge Tori J. Finch, it's heartbreaking to sit back and watch them fall victim to what appears to be a purging of "BLACK JUDGES" from local Harris County Judicial benches. My prayer for these honorable women of the judiciary is that they will open their eyes and use spiritual discernment before it's too late for them to defend themselves against challenges from within their own political party.

"FOLLOW THE MONEY."

One of the reasons why "BLACK JUDGES" don't have much money in their campaign accounts is that while they were trying to raise funds from January 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis was telling local donors to give their money directly to his campaign. Below, you will find a fundraising letter sent out by Commissioner Ellis on Friday, June 27, 2025, and another one emailed out by Commissioner Rodney Ellis on Monday, June 30, 2025.

"MISLEADING EMAILS."

In the misleading fundraising emails that Commissioner Rodney Ellis sent, he made his donors believe that he needed the additional funds to run a strong re-election campaign. Still, he is not running for re-election during the 2026 Midterm Election, and won't be up for re-election until the 2028 Presidential Election season. That said, Commissioner Rodney Ellis has been able to amass an astonishing $7 million in campaign contributions, as he has privately worked to sabotage the fundraising efforts of local "BLACK JUDGES" and other Democrats who are up for re-election in the 2026 Midterms.

Black judges are under siege by political operatives from both sides of the political aisle. The political operatives on the right are called "RINOs," which means "Republican in Name Only," And the political operatives on the left, whom "BLACK JUDGES" must watch out for, are called "DINOs," which means "Democrat in Name Only."

Anyone who would go into Commissioner Rodney Ellis' Home for a private meeting like "Dr." Candice Matthews did on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, cannot be trusted by local Democratic Judges. The private meeting between Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Jacquelyn Aluotto, and “DR” Candice Matthews occurred on Tuesday, October 3, 2023. On the day after the meeting, "Dr." Candice Matthews emailed a copy of her recording to Quanell X, and an hour later, sent a copy to James Earl Dunn, Jr., who is a convicted FELON, who was found guilty of robbing the United States Department of Education out of more than $300,000.00, a few years ago.

On Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 2:19 p.m., “Dr.” Candice Matthews emailed a copy of her “SECRETLY RECORDED AUDIO TAPE” she captured at Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’ home located at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, in Houston, Texas to her buddy “QUANELL X” and labeled it, “Meeting with Rodney Ellis and Jackie Aluotto about James Dixon Part 1.”

At 3:28 p.m., on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, “Dr.” Candice Matthews emailed a copy of her “SECRETLY RECORDED AUDIO TAPE” to her buddy “JAMES DUNN JR,” who is a convicted felon who defrauded the Department of Education out of $300,000.00, and served three years in prison after pleading guilty.

- LISTEN TO AUDIO -

If you listen closely to this video above, you will hear "Dr." Candice Matthews walking up to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's home after she was summoned to come there by Ellis. This private meeting between Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Jacquelyn Aluotto, and "Dr." Candice Matthews was called by Commissioner Rodney Ellis in an attempt to have Candice intervene and keep the damaging information about Bishop James Dixon's alleged predatory behavior, and threats to commit suicide while in Florida, on the dime of taxpayers, out of the hands of Republicans and the taxpaying citizens of Harris County, Texas.

The private meeting between Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Jacquelyn Aluotto, and “DR” Candice Matthews occurred on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

- LISTEN TO AUDIO -

Suppose you listen closely to this video above. In that case, you will hear Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis walk across the floor and enter the room where "Dr." Candice Matthews and Jacquelyn Aluotto are waiting for him. To protect himself, Commissioner Rodney Ellis confiscates the cellphones of Matthews and Aluotto, but he did not know that "Dr." Candice Matthews had a handheld recording device set to record when she exited her vehicle.

The private meeting between Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Jacquelyn Aluotto, and “DR” Candice Matthews occurred on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

- LISTEN TO AUDIO -

Suppose you take a moment to listen to the audio above. What you will hear is Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and "Dr." Candice Matthews plotting to keep damaging information away from 30-time Emmy Award-winning investigative reporter Wayne Dolcefino and the Harris County Republican Party. This plot was hatched to protect Bishop James Dixon, who had been threatening to kill himself while on County Business in Florida with a gun allegedly placed to his head.

The private meeting between Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Jacquelyn Aluotto, and “DR” Candice Matthews occurred on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

- LISTEN TO AUDIO -

After successfully recording Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, the woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews emailed a copy of the secret recording to her boss, Quanell X, who is head of the New Black Panther Nation, the next day, on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 2:19 p.m., and then waited a little over an hour and emailed a copy to James Dunn, Jr., who is a convicted felon who defrauded the Department of Education out of $300,000.00, and served three years in prison after pleading guilty.

The private meeting between Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Jacquelyn Aluotto, and “DR” Candice Matthews occurred on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

Judge LaShawn A. Williams, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, Judge Shannon Baldwin, Judge Tonya Jones, and Judge Toria J. Finch have become distinguished judiciary members in Harris County, Texas. Aubrey R. Taylor Communications is proud of them and wishes them the best in future elections. In the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election, there will be twenty-five (25) African American Democratic incumbent judges on the ballot in Harris County, Texas. Of the twenty-five, only one is an African American male. Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis selfishly stockpiles his $7,351,102.00 inside his bank account, but hasn't lifted a finger to help these women, whom he claims to care so much about.

Something Went Terribly Wrong in the 507th Family District Court Under the Watch of Associate Judge Jim Evans

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

The reason why "BLACK JUDGES" don't have much money in their campaign accounts is that while they were trying to raise funds from January 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis was telling local donors to give their money directly to his campaign.
