Dutton Jr. finished with 5,750 votes. And Natasha Ruiz who appears to be a "PHANTOM CANDIDATE" received 2,599 votes. A glance at the campaign finance reports of these candidates reveals that Jerry Davis (from what we can see so far) has paid Lillie Schechter, the Harris County Democratic Party Chair, 23,123 dollars over the years. Her company, Lillie Schechter Consulting, located at 1 Greenway Plaza, Suite 740 in Houston, Texas was the recipient of the payments from Jerry Davis' Campaign as "POLITICAL EXPENDITURES" and noted as campaign expenses -- WHICH IS PERFECTLY LEGAL. As it stands right now, State Rep. Harold Dutton and Jerry Davis are set to face off in a Tuesday, July 14, 2020, Democratic Party primary runoff election showdown.

I’m sure many of you are unaware of the fact that serving as the Harris County Democratic Party Chairman is not intended to be a lucrative job. Nope, on paper, this job doesn’t pay a dime -- not one red cent. Zilch! Zero! Nada! Now don’t get me wrong, serving as a party chair in Harris County, Texas does make you a power player, and it also gives you direct access to a whole slew of candidates. So, if you know how to work your jelly – becoming a political party chairman might not be a bad business move. And when you own a consulting company, as Lillie Schechter does, well, it’s almost like being a kid in a candy store. What am I talking about? Stop it! If you’re reading this report – you know exactly what I’m talking about. But if not, here goes, back on 8/9/2017, Jerry Davis paid Lillie Schechter’s consulting company 1,000 dollars. Back on 6/28/2017, Jerry Davis paid Lillie Schechter’s consulting company another 1,000 dollars. Back on 5/14/2014, Jerry Davis paid Lillie Schechter’s consulting company 3,500 dollars. Back on 8/12/2013, Jerry Davis paid Lillie Schechter’s consulting company another 1,000 dollars. Back on 7/23/2013, Jerry Davis paid Lillie Schechter’s consulting company 2,500 dollars. Only a serious investigation by Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg (also a Democrat) will provide the much-needed answers the voters of House District 142 are demanding.

Jerry Davis is married to his longtime sweetheart, Rachel Andress, with whom he has three beautiful children, Dean, Rylie, and Ryan according to the City of Houston's website. Davis' Campaign Treasurer is listed as Rachell A. Davis with two "ll's" but I think it's his wife.

While combing over Jerry Davis’ Campaign finance reports on Monday, April 6, 2020, I discovered that Mr. Davis supposedly donated the amount 750.00 dollars to the Harris County Democratic Party on 12/14/2020 according to the report. But there’s a problem with this, because Monday, December 14, 2020, hasn’t even arrived yet. This date is almost eight months away! What's up with this? Is it a post-dated check or something?

Just to let you know, I have not received one penny from State Representative Harold V. Dutton, Councilman Jerry Davis, or businessman Richard Bonton to investigate the matter concerning how a “PHANTOM CANDIDATE” could somehow make her way onto the ballot and skew the results of this race in such a fashion that I believe a “DO-OVER” is in order here. This is PURE MADNESS!!! Let me make myself even more clear, there should not, in my opinion, even be a Tuesday, July 14, 2020, runoff election in this race -- THIS RACE SHOULD BE STOPPED!!! Why? I’m about to tell you if you hold your horses. From what I can see, from combing over the canvass reports, Richard Bonton may not have gotten a fair shot in this race. A few things look really off. And I’ve already told you that neither he nor any of the other candidates have given me a penny to say this. Even though there was a “PHANTOM CANDIDATE” in the race, I can't see any evidence that clearly shows me where state Rep. Dutton or Councilman Davis’ results were significantly impacted by the presence of the mystery candidate. If you’re not sure what I’m talking about, understand this, state Rep. Harold Dutton, received 5,750 votes, for 45.28% of the vote to finish first – which is about what should have been expected of him. Jerry Davis, received 3,214 votes, for 25.31% of the vote to finish second and force the runoff. That’s a pretty good showing for Davis, and pretty much in line with the kind of race, I expected him to run. However, the “PHANTOM CANDIDATE” who used the ballot name of Natasha Ruiz, received 2,599 votes for an astonishing 20.47% of the vote -- which was a stellar showing for a candidate who didn't do anything. What's up with that? And get this, Natasha Ruiz did so, according to published reports without making any public appearances, distributing any push-cards, erecting any campaign signs, or doing any block walking. Remarkable – right? Well, if you ask state Rep. Harold Dutton, something about this has a criminal element to it. “The more and more I’ve gotten into this, the more and more it sounds like something criminal went on, which bothers me a little bit,” he said in an article published in the Texas Tribune after learning the results of the March 3rd primary. Anyways, back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Richard Bonton at a glance appeared to underperform. After all, he did come up short the last time around in a straight-up race with state Rep. Dutton for the (HD-142) seat. However, Bonton worked feverishly to make it back to this point. My gosh, he campaigned for almost two years and the results would appear that all of his hard work yielded absolutely no results at the ballot box. While his numbers weren’t great back in 2018, his showing in 2020, was surprisingly dismal. Something just does not smell right as it relates to this race in my professional opinion. In case you don’t know, Richard Bonton only received 1,135 votes for 8.9% of the votes. This causes me to question whether or not, the “PHANTOM CANDIDATE” was placed in the race to specifically neutralize Richard Bonton.

Natasha Ruiz somehow made her way into the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party primary race for State Representative for House District 142. And without doing anything at all, she went on to receive 20.47% of the vote without anyone ever seeing her on the campaign trail according to a few folks familiar with this fiasco.
WHO IS THIS NATASHA PERSON?
First off, let me say that this entire situation surrounding Natasha Ruiz, Natasha Demming Ruiz, or Natasha Demming being able to somehow make her way onto the Democratic primary ballot is beginning to look like an inside job. Why? Well, it was first reported that Natasha had allegedly filled out her paperwork and had it notarized on Saturday, November 9, 2019, by Marc L. Malacoff at the Harris County Democratic Party Headquarters. Now it turns out that according to Marc L. Malacoff’s admission, he made an error on the application. According to Mr. Malacoff, it wasn’t Saturday, November 9, 2019, when the “PHANTOM CANDIDATE” appeared in front of him, but rather, on Monday, December 9, 2019 – GO FIGURE. But the story doesn’t stop there, it gets stranger and stranger and stranger as it rolls along. When this, Natasha Ruiz person was contacted by ABC13, according to published reports, she identified herself as “Natasha Demming” and claimed to be a truck driver in Colorado – not a Teacher living in Houston, Texas. She also claimed to have no idea of why anyone would use her name to sign up for the House seat. How could this happen? And which candidate benefited the most by having this “PHANTOM CANDIDATE” on the ballot anyway? I’m not exactly sure whether what happened in this race is criminal. Nor do I fully understand why Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg isn’t all over this. But the person who benefited the most by having this “PHANTOM CANDIDATE” on the ballot is the second-place finisher, who happens to be Councilman Jerry Davis. Now, don’t you dare go around saying that I am trying to implicate Councilman Jerry Davis in any of this – because that would be a bald-faced lie. I'm just saying, there are a few too many coincidences centered around the HD-142 fiasco.

Another key factor to pay close attention to is the fact that only 23,896 votes were cast back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the race for Harris County Constable for Precinct 3. Why is this significant? Well, according to the Harris County Clerk's Office, there are 197,063 registered voters in Precinct 3 who could potentially turn out on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. So both Constable Sherman Eagleton (the current Constable for Precinct 3) and Ken Jones (the former Constable for Precinct 3) will both have their work cut out for them between now and the start of the "EARLY VOTING PERIOD" which begins on Monday, July 6, 2020, and ends on Friday, July 10, 2020, in Harris County, Texas.

To date, Steve is the only attorney to spearhead, and first-chair multiple lawsuits against Monsanto, resulting in multi-million-dollar judgments for clients suffering from Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Steve prevailed in several lawsuits taken to trial or appeal, despite Monsanto’s repeated efforts to restrict his ability to file suit against them. His most recent suit against Monsanto resulted in a $46,500,000 judgment and verdict. Shortly thereafter, a confidential settlement was obtained for his three clients and their families.
Steve also has extensive experience in insurance coverage litigation, successfully representing homeowners and business owners in actions arising out of coverage disputes between insurers and policyholders, as well as bad faith actions arising out of coverage disputes. Steve helps families obtain favorable judgments against national insurance carriers who wrongfully deny benefits to policyholders.
