According to Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth, only 102,252 votes were cast in the Harris County Democratic Party Primary during the early voting period between Tuesday, February 20, 2024, and Friday, March 1, 2024. Comparatively speaking, 108,971 votes were cast during the early voting period in the Harris County Republican Party Primary. 

- DEMOCRATS -

Democrats should cast their votes for the following candidates on "SUPER TUESDAY" in Harris County: Colin Allred, Lizzie Fletcher, Amanda Edwards, Marquette Green-Scott, Melissa McDonough, Katherine Culbert, DaSean Jones, Bonnie Lee Goldstein, Michelle Gwinn, Molly Cook, Brett Robinson, Erik Wilson, Alma A. Allen, Angie Thibodeaux, Danyahel "Danny" Norris, Shawn Nicole Thierry, Brendetta Scott, Richard Hightower, Amber Boyd-Cora, Jerry Zimmerer, Charles Spain, Meagan Hassan, Kyle Carter, Andrea Zepeda, Lema May Mousilli, Denise Brown, Nicole Perdue, Erica Hughes, Takasha Francis, Cheryl Elliott Thornton, Ursula A. There's a serious disconnect between the Harris County Democratic Party and their base. And when you look at the Harris County Republican Party and their base, the same holds true. That being said, I can't help but wonder if rank-and-file Democrats and Republicans in Harris County, Texas, are reaching a point where they are fed up with both major political parties.
