Taylor Communications, by Eligah Ricky Jason last night (Wednesday, November 12, 2025), at 8:30 PM, and shows correspondence he received from the Port Arthur City Secretary's Office, related to an "OPEN RECORDS REQUEST," he filed related to Case Number 8108-5255, in Jefferson County, Texas. Le Hang Pham, the Administrative Aide to the Port Arthur, Texas, City Secretary, states, " According to Municipal Court, there are no responsive documents right now. You can resubmit your request in the next 7-10 days. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact the City Secretary's Office at (409)983-8115. Thank you, have a wonderful day!"
The document above appears to be fake, but is being spread on social media by the woman who refers to herself as "Dr." Candice Matthews. The Port Arthur Police have been notified of this criminal act, according to Community Activist Ricky Jason.

Instead of "Dr." Candice Matthews meeting "BOWLEGZ" face to face, she started talking foolishly about the Nation of Islam, and how Dr. Abdul Haleem Muhammad (Robert Muhammad) intervened and told her not to fight. Even still, in the video above, Rachael "BOWLEGZ" Johnson revealed that Candice is allegedly snorting cocaine that is being provided to her by her drug-dealing husband, named Ronnie "PAC-MAN' Matthews, on the streets.

Ronnie "PAC-MAN" Matthew is seen above in a t-shirt commonly referred to as a wife-beater in the hood. The term "wife beater" was applied to sleeveless undershirts due to a negative association with lower-class men who were depicted in early 20th-century films as violent and abusive towards women, especially in a 1947 news report about a Detroit man who killed his wife and was photographed in a stained undershirt.
Doris Ward, the mother of "Dr." Candice Matthews, may not even realize that her daughter is about to be dragged into federal court because of her foolishness. "Dr." Candice Matthews and her two-bit drug-dealing husband, Ronnie "PAC-MAN" Matthews, don't even realize that they are on a collision course that has them headed straight to a federal detention facility.
On Thursday, August 24, 2023, Ronnie Calvin Matthews swore on his "AFFIDAVIT OF FINANCIAL CONDITION" that he had only been working for 7 months as a warehouse employee for a company called Avery Oil Company, and had a salary of $1,200.00 per month. Under the section where he was supposed to list the income of his spouse (Dr. Candice Matthews) and his other Household Income, he stated that her salary was "ZERO," that his total assets were "ZERO," and that he could not afford to pay for a lawyer to defend himself.
Ronnie Calvin Matthews, the husband of "Dr." Candice Matthews, was quietly "NO-BILLED" in the criminal assault case where he knowingly caused bodily injury to his wife, Candice Matthews, by grabbing her hand. For the record, after the 179th Grand Jury investigated the allegation of assault, “Dr.” Candice Matthews made against her husband, Ronnie Calvin Matthews, they “NO-BILLED” him. At the time Candice made the allegation that her husband assaulted her, he had already been arrested multiple times. He could have spent a considerable amount of time in prison if he had been convicted of “Assault of a Family Member” in the 263rd Criminal District Court.
Republican leaders like Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick are very familiar with the "BALLOT HARVESTING RINGS" that have dominated Harris County politics for decades. Why wasn't this woman arrested for this incident? Look, according to THE VETERAN'S AFFAIRS POLICE DEPARTMENT RECORD from April 2015, "Dr." Candice Matthews was the culprit in a serious crime. What did she do? I'm about to tell you if you hold your horses!!! I obtained this information from official documents regarding the incident that occurred in April 2015. So, it was reported by an anonymous female that she had reason to believe that there was an employee at Veterans Affairs who was dealing drugs from his vehicle. The reporter ("Dr." Candice Matthews) gave specific information regarding where they would find drugs, the license plate number of the vehicle, and where the alleged drug dealer resided. The information provided matched that of the father (James Enecio), "Dr." Candice Matthews' ex-husband. When they searched his (James Enecio's) vehicle, they found drugs in magnetic boxes attached to the father's vehicle by the muffler and the windshield wipers. No drugs or drug traces were found in the father's vehicle, according to the police report. And as a side note, the Harris County District Attorney's Office declined to press criminal charges against James Enecio once they traced the anonymous phone call that was placed to them about the illegal drugs back to Dr. Candice Matthews. But don't take my word for it, the officer on the scene noted that the anonymous ("Dr." Candice Matthews made him believe that she "Dr." Candice Matthews did not personally know James Enecio -- which was a lie -- she "Dr." Candice Matthews was in a custody battle with James Enecio at the time.

With Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and Congressman Sylvester Turner gone, Democrats will need an "ELDER STATESMAN" to fill the significant disconnect between African Americans in the Democratic Party, which has caused "VOTER APATHY" to set in, amongst Black voters.
