The North-Side Political Action Group President Ray “RC” Jones Visited the New HCDP Headquarters Last Week

Mike Doyle (center), the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, should not be given one dime by "2026 MIDTERM ELECTION CANDIDATES" until he thoroughly explains what happened to the over $1,277,456.23 he transferred from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account into the HCDP FED PAC Bank Account between 7/20/2023 and 12/09/2024. Doyle should also be forced to explain why he did not answer or return any of the (22) twenty-two phone calls placed to him by Ray "RC" Charles Jones, who is a pillar in Democratic Party politics. Doyle should also explain why he isn't bringing strong men like Democratic Precinct Chair Allen Provost (Precinct #205) into the fold and utilizing his vast political knowledge to help increase "BLACK VOTER TURNOUT" on Houston's North Side. LOOKING AHEAD TO 2026... Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, received a lot of help from "SUPER PACS" such as the "STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC" and the well-funded and influential "JUDICIAL FAIRNESS PAC" which raised $19,815,200, and spent $19,733,051.00. Remember, Elon Musk's Revocable Trust donated $2,000.000.00 to the Judicial Fairness PAC, which raised $19,815,200.00 and spent $19,733,051.00, advocating for their preferred judicial candidates throughout Texas in the 2024 Presidential Election. Ray “RC” Charles has dedicated a half-century of his life to the Harris County Democratic Party as a committeeman and precinct chair. Taylor, the publisher of Houston Business Connections Newspaper.

From the Desk of Ray/RC Jones
President, Northside Political Action Group

In speaking with Mr. Allen Provost, I have come to understand that a private meeting was recently held at the new Democratic Party office located at 3302 Canal St. This meeting, reportedly called by Democratic Chair Michael P. Doyle or Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans, remains shrouded in mystery. When Mr. Provost, one of the most active and outspoken precinct chairs, asked about it, he found that no one seemed to know anything about the gathering. I echo his question: Who called the meeting, and who attended?

On Thursday, February 6, 2025, I (personally) visited the new Party office to assess its offerings. Compared to the Lyons Avenue office, I found it lacking. While the location has changed, the environment remains the same. Moving from one group to another has not resulted in meaningful improvement.

As discussions now shift to the May 3, 2025 election, I want to highlight a critical issue: the loss of judges in Harris County by margins of fewer than 400 votes. I believe this outcome can largely be attributed to Chair Michael P. Doyle’s failure to invest in northeast and northwest Houston areas with historically high voter turnout. This should serve as a wake-up call for those planning to be on the ballot in 2026. Repeating the same strategy will yield the same results.

In my 50+ years of political experience, I have never seen a Democratic Party office housed in a residence. Traditionally, Party offices have been centrally located to best serve the public. I was critical of the Lyons Avenue office when it opened, and I am voicing the same concerns about the Canal St. office now. The current space, approximately 20x20, includes a food court and recreational facilities but lacks private meeting rooms for precinct judges and executives to convene.

According to my reliable sources, two or three upcoming meetings are being planned (dates to be determined). These meetings will provide an opportunity to discuss key issues, including transparency, accuracy, and past election concerns. We will also examine how millions of dollars were spent under Democratic leadership and what changes must be made moving forward.

For those who follow the Houston Business Connection, you already know I take great pride in being a chief political advisor on political matters. I hope this letter sparks the necessary conversations to address these concerns and ensure the Party is better equipped to serve our community in the future.

Thank you for your attention to these critical matters.

Sincerely,

Ray / RC Jones

DEMOCRATIC PRECINCT CHAIR ALLEN PROVOST IS BEING UNDERUTILIZED BY THE HARRIS COUNTY DEMOCRATIC PARTY

J. Allen Provost has extensive experience in negotiation, conflict resolution, and mediation. His creative problem-solving techniques have proven valuable to boards of nonprofit groups and organizations, according to a biographical sketch we found online.

Precinct Chairman Provost is the former president and vice president of the North Forest Independent School District Board of Education, a former board member of the Northeast YMCA, and a former Tri-County Black Chamber of Commerce member. He is a life member of the NAACP and served as the NAACP Economic Committee chairman. As a Houston Media Source board member, Provost was appointed by the former Bill White, a former City of Houston Mayor, and was subsequently reappointed by Mayor Annise Parker and Mayor Sylvester Turner. Allen Provost holds a master’s degree from Texas Southern University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Local Democrats don’t appear to have learned anything from what happened in the 2024 Presidential Election. Waiting until after the first debate to ditch President Joe Biden and replace him with Vice President Kamala Harris was a boneheaded strategy that Democrats may not recover from on the local level soon. Why not?

Mike Doyle is an “EXISTENTIAL THREAT” to the survival of “BLACK DEMOCATIC JUDGES,” who are not among the small group of “TOKEN NEGROES,” he uses as his surrogates.

Anyone who can’t see that Mike Doyle has racist tendencies needs to go and have their eyes checked. Why else would Mike Doyle take money from “BLACK FEMALE JUDGES” and use it to give his favorite nominees from other ethnic groups a free ride?

MIKE DOYLE HAS RACIST TENDENCIES…

Judge Fredericka Phillips, who is an African American female, gave Mike Doyle over $55,000.00, and Mike Doyle didn’t give her any of her money back after the 2024 Presidential Election was over like he did for Annette Ramirez, who is a Latino female.

Judge Jeralynn Manor, who is an African American female, gave Mike Doyle over $44,000.00, and Mike Doyle didn’t give her any of her money back after the 2024 Presidential Election was over like he did for Annette Ramirez, who is a Latino female.

State Rep. Senfronia Thompson, who is an African American female, gave Mike Doyle over $37,000.00, and Mike Doyle didn’t give her any of her money back after the 2024 Presidential Election was over like he did for Annette Ramirez, who is a Latino female.

Annette Ramirez gave Mike Doyle thousands of dollars and was prominently featured as one of Mike Doyle’s “2024 VICTORY CO-CHAIRS” and paraded around Harris County, Texas.

Unlike Judge Fredericka Phillips, Judge Jeralynn Manor, and State Rep. Senfronia Thompson, who didn’t get any of their money back, Mike Doyle gave Annette Ramirez $49,000.00 back, which was more than she donated to the Harris County Democratic Party.

On 10/31/2024, Mike Doyle took $10,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and gave it to the Annette Ramirez Campaign.

On 10/31/2024, Mike Doyle took $17,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and gave it to the Annette Ramirez Campaign.

On 11/08/2024, Mike Doyle took $22,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and gave it to the Annette Ramirez Campaign.

THE MAGA MOVEMENT IS REAL…

Everyone knew that President Joe Biden’s mental acuity was slipping. Still, nobody from within the upper ranks of the Democratic Party dared to stand up and address the issue until Biden had embarrassed the entire Democratic Party and ruined any hopes of any Democrat having a snowball’s chance in hell of defeating Donald J. Trump and his MAGA “Make America Great Again,” movement.

To make matters even worse, 21% of African American males joined “THE MAGA MOVEMENT” because they no longer identified with the Democratic Party and their stance on family values, gay rights, and biological boys competing against biological girls in sports.

In a CBS News poll released the other day, President Trump had an extremely positive approval rating after his first few opening weeks. Americans polled believed that Trump is “tough,” “energetic,” “focused,” and “effective,” according to the CBS News Poll.

Over 70% of the Americans polled by CBS believed President Trump was fulfilling his promises – which was significant. But I’m a little puzzled – are you?

If President Trump can pretty much do as he pleases and fulfill his campaign promises to MAGA “Make America Great Again” voters, why didn’t Democrats do anything specifically for the “BLACK COMMUNITY” after repeatedly being elected to the presidency?

Why must we renew the Voting Rights Act every 25 years? Listen. In 1982, a 25-year extension of the Voting Rights Act was signed and authorized by President Ronald Regan, a Republican. 2006, President George W. Bush and Congress extended “SECTION 5” of the Voting Rights Act for 25 years.

In 2014, a bipartisan group of lawmakers had to introduce an amendment to repair the damage done to the Voting Rights Act and ensure that African Americans maintained a right to vote – but why is this the case? Why are we still fighting for the right to exercise the right to vote?

TOKEN NEGROES MUST GET VOTED OUT…

The time has arrived when profound changes must be made in the thinking patterns of African Americans when it comes to voting. We can ill-afford to continue to allow “BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS” to occupy coveted positions of authority without accomplishing anything of significance for the Black community.

Holding press conferences doesn’t count. We can’t continue to allow people to remain in office for 20, 30, 40, and 50 years simply because they are African American.

In Harris County, Texas, we have too many “TOKEN NEGROES,” who are doing nothing but the bidding of people like Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party.

Mike Doyle does not give a care about “BLACK PEOPLE,” but he’s got a handful of “TOKEN NEGROES,” who are secretly conspiring behind closed doors to keep “BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS” in line and obedient.

Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans is one of the “TOKEN NEGROES,” I’m talking about. Who died and left her in charge? Who made her the boss of anyone?

I respected Audrie Lawton-Evans at one point, but I do not anymore. Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans is a “BOOT-LICKING” uncle-tom-type “TOKEN NEGRO,” who is doing the bidding of Mike Doyle rather than making sure that her fellow African American Democrat female judges receive a fair shot at retaining their judicial benches.

Sell-out Negroes like Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans must be watched closely during the upcoming “2026 MIDTERM ELECTION” because she will sell her fellow Black Democratic female Judges up the river without a paddle to save herself.

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT…

Since Mike Doyle became the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, “RACE RELATIONS” within the HCDP has cratered, but nobody is saying anything. What’s wrong with “BLACK JUDGES,” don’t they realize that putting their heads in the sand is not an effective strategy that’s going to work in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election?

While “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” are up for re-election singing coomb aya, hobnobbing, fraternizing, playing around on FACEBOOK, and partying, Cindy Siegel and the Harris County Republican Party are preparing to hold a “JUDICIAL CANDIDATE INFORMATIONAL SESSION” on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at their headquarters as their “RECRUITMENT PHASE” to field candidates in 70 judicial races in the 2026 Midterm Election, is already underway.

Mike Doyle and Kay Shepard are an "EXISTENTIAL THREAT" to Black Judges. The scheme to purge “BLACK JUDGES” from local judicial benches that’s been playing out over the 2022 Midterm Election and 2024 Presidential Election is an existential threat to the survival of Black Judges in Harris County, Texas. Since becoming chairman of the HCDP, Mike Doyle has made (75) seventy-five transfers from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) Bank Account into the Harris County Democratic Party FEDERAL PACK Bank Account, totaling more than $1,277,456.23 between 7/20/2023 through 12/09/2024, according to the “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS,” that he has filed with the Texas Ethics Commission under penalty of perjury.

This more than $1,277,456.23 that Mike Doyle has taken out of the HCDP (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and transferred to the HCDP (FED PAC) Bank Account came from hardworking Democrat candidates who donated their money to the HCDP in good faith.

Instead of using the $1,277,456.23 to run a “COORDINATED CAMPAIGN” for down-ballot judicial candidates, Mike Doyle has taken their money and left them defenseless against the onslaught of “POLITICAL ATTACK ADS,” launched against them – which is unacceptable.

HOW MIKE DOYLE TRANSFERRED THE MONEY…

12/09/2024 – Mike Doyle took $13,590.00 donated to the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee and transferred it as an “Allocable Amount” to the FEDERAL PAC.

Tami C. Pierce (left) and her wife/husband, Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce, have a loving marital relationship that they've shared for more than 22 years. For the most part, before Tami C. Pierce threw her hat into the political ring, she and her wife Stephanie lived a quiet, peaceful life, staying to themselves and out of politics. However, today, a small group of (DINOs), "Democrats in Name Only," and (RINOs), "Republicans in Name Only," have allied themselves together and embraced Tami C. Pierce's campaign for the 180th Criminal District Court as part of a grander scheme to purge "BLACK JUDGES" from local judicial benches in Harris County, Texas. Kay Shepard, who is suspected of being a closet member of the "LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY," is acting as the 'attack dog' for Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, who also favors "LGBTQ+ WOMEN AND MEN," over "HETEROSEXUAL MEN AND WOMEN," as proven by his recent actions. It appears that Kay Shepard, in her twisted mind and vexed spirit, believes that she is helping her fellow "LGBTQ+ SISTERS"  and a more significant cause by working to defeat Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones. By definition, a heterosexual person is someone who is exclusively sexually or romantically attracted to someone of the opposite sex; after having her sexual advances allegedly rebuffed by State Rep. Shawn Thierry at an event, Kay Shepard began to attack her (State Rep. Thierry) profusely and oppose her politically as well.

Eulundia "Kay" Shepard filed a lawsuit against the Harris County Democratic Party on Friday, October 2, 2020, to force the HCDP to open up their books and be more transparent. Shortly after filing her lawsuit against the Harris County Democratic Party, Kay Shepard was made a "SPECIAL COMMISSIONER" and began receiving appointments from the Democrat County Civil Court at Law judges. It is unclear now if the taxpayer money she has been given was to buy her silence. At this point, I don't believe Judge Jim Kovach or Judge LaShawn Williams would engage in corruption or use taxpayer dollars to buy the silence of Kay Shepard, but only time will tell.

STRONGARMING THE HCDP…

A few months after Kay Shepard filed her lawsuit against the Harris County Democratic Party, she began getting assignments to act as a “SPECIAL COMMISSIONER” for local Harris County Civil Court at Law Courts. To date, Eulundia “Kay” Shepard has received more than (50) fifty appointments as a “SPECIAL COMMISSIONER,” using taxpayer dollars, which is why Ulundia “Kay” Shepard is acting as the attack dog for Mike Doyle and is available at their beck and call of a small group of Democratic judges.

JUDGES FUNDING KAY SHEPARD…

If you take a moment to search through the campaign finance reports for the Harris County Democratic Party, you will not find the name of Eulundia “Kay” Shepard as receiving any money as a consultant, attack dog, henchman, or anything of that nature.

Search the “VENDOR PORTAL” for the Harris County Auditor’s Office. You will discover that Kay Shepard is getting paid with taxpayer dollars in connection to the “SPECIAL COMMISSIONER APPOINTMENTS” she’s getting from Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans (County Civil Court at Law No. 1), Judge Jim F. Kovach (Count Civil Court at Law No. 2), Judge LaShawn A. Williams (County Civil Court at Law No. 3), Judge Manpreet Monica Singh, the presiding judge for County Civil Court at Law No. 3), all Democrats.

Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans, Judge Jim Kovach, Judge LaShawn Williams, and Judge Manpreet Monica Singh assign Elundia "Kay" Shepard jobs to work on cases as a Special Commissioner.” It is unclear if these four judges are part of the "SMEAR CAMPAIGN" Kay Shepard has launched against Judge DaSean Jones. However, Mike Doyle appears to be Kay Shepard's master and handler.

General Merrick Garland chose Judge Erica Hughes to serve as an Immigration Judge, where she will preside over cases beginning in January 2022. In addition to this new role, Judge Erica Hughes has been an esteemed member of the U.S. Army National Guard of Texas in Austin since 2016, serving as a Judge Advocate. On January 1, 2025, Judge Erica Hughes, after being called an animal by an "LGBTQ ATTORNEY." named Ben L. Aderholt and unqualified by fellow judges from within her own party, will take the bench as the presiding judge for the 151st Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas. Judge Erica Hughes is pictured above with State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147) and Judge DaSean Jones, the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court.

Judge Lashawn Williams, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, Judge Shannon Baldwin, Judge Tonya Jones, and Judge Toria J. Finch will be in the fight of their political lives as Democrats are already contemplating challenging the (26) twenty-six "AFRICAN AMERICAN JUDGES" who are up for re-election in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election for Harris County, Texas. However, I'm not sure why so many potential candidates are seeking to run against the (26) twenty-six African American incumbent judges when there will be (68) sixty-eight local benches up for grabs in the 2026 Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas.
