Rachael "Bowlegz" Johnson is sick and tired of "Dr." Candice Matthews picking on local judges and calling the police on people. Bowlegz has issued a challenge to 'Dr." Candice Matthews to name a time and place where they can meet in the streets and settle their differences. However, instead of "Dr." Candice Matthews accepting the challenge, she started talking some crap about Minister Robert Muhammad and the Nation of Islam.

VULGAR LANGUAGE WARNING: Back on Friday, August 29, 2025, the woman called "BOWLEGZ" challenged "Dr." Candice Matthews to stop talking and calling the police, and name a place and time where they could meet and settle their differences. Instead of "Dr." Candice Matthews meeting "BOWLEGZ" face to face, she started talking foolishly about the Nation of Islam, and how Dr. Abdul Haleem Muhammad (Robert Muhammad) intervened and told her not to fight. Even still, in the video above, Rachael "BOWLEGZ" Johnson revealed that Candice is allegedly snorting cocaine that is being provided to her by her drug-dealing husband, named Ronnie "PAC-MAN' Matthews, on the streets.

VULGAR LANGUAGE WARNING: It appears that "Dr." Candice Matthews has met her match. Rachael "BOWLEGZ" Johnson has fully exposed Candice as being a fraud. Bowlegz is now alleging that "Dr." Candice Matthews is a drug addict who is being supplied with drugs by her drug-dealing husband, by the name of Ronnie "PAC-MAN" Matthews. It is unclear at this time if Precinct 7 Constable James "Smokie" Phillips, or Precinct 3 Constable Sherman Eagleton, is running background checks for "Dr." Candice Matthews, or providing her and her husband with safe passage to run their alleged drug business through Precinct 3 and Precinct 7, in Harris County, Texas.

Listen to the cry of help from Beverly Enecio, the wife of Candice's ex-husband. You will get a better picture of how long the woman named "Dr." Candice Matthews has been terrorizing law-abiding citizens and threatening local judges. Towards the end of the video, Beverly Enecio explains in vivid detail how Candice used a "FAKE FACEBOOK ACCOUNT" to threaten a local Republican judge named Judge David Farr, who was presiding over the 312th Family District Court at the time.

On Friday, January 7, 2022, at 3:00 P.M., the woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews and her attorney submitted a "FORGED DOCUMENT" into the court record for the 113th Civil District Court, which is presided over by Judge Rabeea Callier. The "FAKE APOLOGY LETTER," that was supposedly signed by Beverly Enecio, was never signed by Enecio, who, upon further investigation, supplied detailed documentation to back up every claim she made to Aubrey R. Taylor, the CEO of Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, publisher of Houston Business Connections Newspaper.

Former Judge Julia Maldonado was the presiding judge for the 507th Family District Court in Harris County, Texas. The guy you see standing beside her was her associate judge, whom she appointed after she won the bench back during the 2016 Presidential Election. That being said, it was Judge Jim Evans who took James Enecio's baby away from him and his loving wife, Beverly, and gave the baby back to that woman called "Dr." Candice Matthews. Now, for those of you who don't know, Judge Evans took James Enecio's baby away from him and handed the baby over to a woman who (1) faked a drug test. (2) Openly practices Voodoo. (3) The police placed an anonymous call to her ex-husband's job in an attempt to have him arrested for dealing drugs at his job. (4) Threatened to blow up an HISD School with everyone inside -- including the students -- among a host of other things.

Republican leaders like Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick are very familiar with the "BALLOT HARVESTING RINGS" that have dominated Harris County politics for decades. Attorney General Ken Paxton and Governor Greg Abbott have also been briefed and given the names of every known "BALLOT HARVESTER" in Harris County, Texas.
Something Went Terribly Wrong in the 507th Family District Court Under the Watch of Associate Judge Jim Evans
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
Let me tell it to you like this: Somebody needs to do something about what happened to James Enecio and his wife, Beverly Enecio, inside the 507th Family District Courtroom when James’ baby got taken away from him and his loving wife, Beverly. And don’t any of you go around talking about I am over here bashing gay judges – that would be a bold-faced lie.
All I am doing with this report is giving “THE ENECIO’S” a voice that nobody else would. So, I implore every sitting judge, and community stake-holder to read Beverly Enecio’s account of how things played out inside the 507th Family District Court when Judge Jim Evans, Attorney Jimmie Brown Jr., and several other people basically conspired together to give that woman called “Dr.” Candice Matthews her baby back – even after she had threatened the Republican judge (The Honorable Judge David Farr) on Facebook. He stepped away from he child custody case.

A SIMPLE QUESTION
Why was Judge Jim Evans (the associate judge) handling a case of this magnitude, and not Judge Julia Maldonado (the presiding judge) for the 507th Family District Court?
So, for those of you who don’t know, Judge Jim Evans was appointed to his associate’s position by Judge Julia Maldonado after she won the bench back in the 2016 Presidential Election. As for Judge Evans, his candidacy had been rejected by Harris County voters back when he ran for the 308th Family District Court in 2014 and lost to the Republican candidate in the general election. But that’s not what really sticks out when it comes to this particular judge.
What am I talking about? Well, he and his husband, William Flowers, got married over in Connecticut back in 2010 – which isn’t a problem. However, what bothers me is when I start hearing folks setting the stage by labeling sitting judges ‘homophobic judges’ in headlines, I got very concerned.
I also got a little concerned about this particular judge when I read an article about him entitled, “Gay couple plans to appeal restrictive custody ruling by ‘homophobic’ judge” several years ago.
This particular article talked primarily about how Judge Jim Evans and his husband William Flowers set out to appeal a ruling in their child custody case because the judge in the case had ordered that Jim’s husband William Flowers who was a divorced father of three was prohibited from ever leaving his children alone with his Jim, or any other man who is was not related to the children “by blood or adoption.” Click here to read the story if you have never heard about it.
