The Extremely Violent Gun-Toting Husband of "Dr." Candice Matthews is Accused of Being a Drug Dealer

Rachael Johnson, better known as "BOWLEGZ," in the hood, alleges that "Dr." Candice Matthews's husband, Ronnie Calvin Matthews, known as "PAC-MAN" on the streets of H-Town, is a known drug dealer. This revelation could cause serious problems for "Dr." Candice Matthews, who is planning to primary Democratic candidates in Harris County, Texas, and Jefferson County, Texas, during next year's 2026 Midterm Election. On Thursday, December 19, 2024, Judge Lori DeAngelo was appointed to the 495th Judicial District Court bench by Governor Greg Abbott, a move seen as a commitment to a tough-on-crime approach. However, on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, Judge Lori DeAngelo gave Ronnie C. Matthews, the son of Ronnie Calvin Matthews a "DEFERRED ADJUDICATED" probation sentence, after he pleaded guilty to the offense of: TERRORISTIC THREAT FEAR OF IMMINENT "Serious Bodily Injury," in Harris County, Texas. It was initially believed that the man set free by Judge Lori DeAngelo was Ronnie Calvin Matthews, the husband of Dr. Candice Matthews, who, according to sources, also used the name Ronnie C. Matthews. Candice's husband, who is a violent career criminal, was born on 5/19/1976 and is 49 years of age. His son, who goes by the name Ronnie C. Matthews, was born on 5/18/1995 and is 30 years old, and doesn't appear to be as criminalized as his father.

After the 179th Grand Jury investigated the allegation of assault, “Dr.” Candice Matthews made against her husband, Ronnie Calvin Matthews, they “NO-BILLED” him. At the time Candice made the allegation that her husband assaulted her, he had already been arrested multiple times. He could have spent a considerable amount of time in prison if he had been convicted of “Assault of a Family Member” in the 263rd Criminal District Court.

Aubrey R. Taylor Communications has identified two men named Ronnie Matthews. One of the men, Ronnie Calvin Matthews, age 49, referred to as "PAC-MAN" on the streets, is the husband of "Dr." Candice Matthews. Pac-Man listed himself as "INDIGENT" in a court case, with his spouse, Dr. Candice Matthews, having "ZERO" income, with no assets. The other Ronnie C. Matthews, age 30, is also listed as "INDIGENT" based upon court records.

On Thursday, August 24, 2023, Ronnie Calvin Matthews swore on his "AFFIDAVIT OF FINANCIAL CONDITION" that he had only been working for 7 months as a warehouse employee for a company called Avery Oil Company, and had a salary of $1,200.00 per month. Under the section where he was supposed to list the income of his spouse (Dr. Candice Matthews) and his other Household Income, he stated that her salary was "ZERO," that his total assets were "ZERO," and that he could not afford to pay for a lawyer to defend himself.

On Monday, September 30, 2024, Ronnie C. Matthews swore on his "AFFIDAVIT OF FINANCIAL CONDITION" that he had only been working for 2 months as a truck driver for a company called Brother Food Service, and had a salary of $4,100.00 per month. Under the section where he was supposed to list the income of his spouse, and his other Household Income, he stated that her salary was "ZERO" and that his total assets were $300.00, and that he could not afford to pay for a lawyer to defend himself.

After watching the video message posted on FACEBOOK by Rachael Johnson "BOWLEGZ," Aubrey R. Taylor Communications looked into some of the claims she made and discovered that Ronnie "PAC-MAN" Matthews does indeed have a lengthy criminal history, which links him to drug activity and other violent criminal activity. However, it is unclear at this time if "Dr." Candice Matthews's husband is still engaging in the drug trade.

Governor Greg Abbott appointed Lori Ann DeAngelo (Republican) as Judge of the 495th Judicial District Court in Harris County, effective January 1, 2025, for a term set to expire on December 31, 2026, or until her successor shall be duly elected and qualified.

Lori Ann DeAngelo of Spring was the Judge of the 487th Judicial District Court in Harris County before she was defeated by Stacy Allen Barrow, an African American female. Previously, she was an attorney in private practice and an assistant district attorney for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office for over 20 years. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association. DeAngelo received a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School.

And Judge Damiane "Dianne" Curvey will have "Dr." Candice Matthews in her 280th Family "Protective Order" court on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, to determine whether a "PROTECTIVE ORDER" needs to be placed on Candice. Listen. "Dr." Candice Matthews lied about Judge Guillory not being a former Deputy Sheriff in St.Tammany Parish, Louisiana. Instead of Judge Joseph L. Guillory, II, being the one "IMPERSONATING A POLICE OFFICER," it has been "Dr." Candice Matthews, who has been using an expired badge that was given to her by Constable Sherman Eagleton, the Precinct 3 Constable, in Harris County, Texas, to impersonate a police officer.

Last week, the woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews created a video discussing how local female politicians in Harris County, Texas, are perceived as political harlots. She even claimed that some of these women are sleeping around on their husbands. However, a local rival of Candice's, referred to as "BOWLEGZ," is pushing back against Candice. It is rumored that "Dr." Candice Matthews isn't as wholesome as she claimed to be in her video.

In the video "Dr." Candice Matthews posted on Thursday, August 21, 2025, she claimed that she has some good "CREOLE COOCHIE," but according to Candice's own words in the video above, she confirmed the rumor that her bed (and possibly coochie) was filled with bed bugs. According to Dictionary.com, the term coochie, is slang and is used to refer to a vagina or a woman's crotch area.

The woman referred to as "Dr." Candice Matthews is out of control. Remember, in his order, Judge Joseph L. Guillory, II, made "Dr." Candice Matthews swear in open court that she will remain peaceful through Wednesday, June 17, 2026, when the "ONE-YEAR PEACE BOND" he placed against her was set to expire. However, according to Eligah Ricky Jason, he was threatened and harassed by "Dr." Candice as soon as she was placed on the "ONE-YEAR PEACE BOND." Out of fear for his life, he pleaded with the court to protect him, but ultimately, the woman, as "Dr." Candice Matthews, was let off the hook by the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office.

It is unclear at this time if Johnny Binder, was aware that "Dr." Candice Matthews was in the act of committing a "THIRD DEGREE FELONY" when she referred to herself as "THE POPO" and also as referred to herself as "THE POLICE" when she was told the police was being called out to have her removed from the Haverstock Hills Apartments located at 5619 Aldine Bender, Road, Houston, Texas 77032, back on Friday, August 5, 2025. In the video above, "Dr." Candice Matthews used the name of Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez and her expired affiliation with law enforcement as an intimidation tool when she was asked to leave the apartment complex property.

On Wednesday, August 7, 2024, "Dr." Candice Matthews flashed a "POLICE BADGE" online to intimidate one of her rivals. Back on Friday, August 5, 2025, while at the Haverstock Hills Apartments, "Dr." Candice Matthews told management of the apartment complex that she was the police, and used the name of Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, to intimidate management of the Haverstock Hills Apartment Complex. On Wednesday, August 20, 2025, "Dr."Candice Matthews pulled out her expired "POLICE BADGE" again and flashed it to intimidate one of her rivals.

"A CRIMINAL ACT."

In Texas, impersonating a police officer falls under Texas Penal Code Section 37.11 (Impersonating Public Servant), which makes it a felony of the third degree to impersonate a public servant with the intent to induce another person to submit to pretended authority or rely on pretended acts. This offense carries a maximum prison sentence of up to 10 years and a potential fine of up to $10,000.

"ELEMENTS."

To be convicted of impersonating a public servant in Texas, the prosecution must prove that the accused:

Impersonated a public servant: This means acting as though one holds an official position or authority.

Had the intent to deceive: The person must have intended to induce another to submit to their pretended authority or rely on their pretended acts.

"PUNISHMENT."

Felony of the Third Degree: This is the classification for the offense, which is a serious crime.

Potential Penalties: A conviction can lead to imprisonment for up to 10 years and a fine of up to $10,000.

Distinction from Similar Offenses

False Identification as a Peace Officer (Texas Penal Code § 37.12): This is a separate, lesser offense (a Class B misdemeanor). It involves possessing an item with a law enforcement insignia or misrepresenting property as belonging to a law enforcement agency, with the knowledge that the person identified by the item is not commissioned.

Judge Kristen Hawkins is the presiding judge for the 11th Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas. Judge Hawkins was recently re-elected to her bench and will not be up for re-election until the 2028 Presidential Election. Judge Hawkins is an excellent judge who refrains from engaging in partisan political games within her courtroom. However, it is unclear at this time how Judge Kristen Hawkins will handle the "CIRCUS-LIKE" atmosphere and intimidation tactics she could be faced with if she rules against "Dr." Candice Matthews and Quanell X, in what appears to be a frivolous "DEFAMATION LAWSUIT," that has been filed to intimidate, harrass, and bully Ricky Jason, Angela Johnson, Shere Doore, Jerold "Critical" Evans, and Samantha Gordon.

The woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews has been striking fear in the hearts of local judges since way back in 2016, when she created a fake FACEBOOK profile to threaten a "REPUBLICAN JUDGE" named Judge David D. Farr, who was serving as the presiding judge for the 312th Family District Court, in Harris County, Texas. After "Dr." Candice Matthews threatened Judge Farr, he recused himself, and her child custody case was moved to another court, and she regained custody of her child.

The woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews filed a criminal complaint against Judge Joseph L. Guillory, claiming the honorable judge did not serve as a deputy in Louisiana before becoming the Jefferson County Justice of the Peace for Precinct 2. However, according to Lt. Denise Mancuso, in the legal department of the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office, Joseph Laneth Guillory, II, did, in fact, serve as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff. According to records obtained by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications from David Jones, it has been proven that Joseph L. Guillory completed his training and received his badge on Thursday, July 22, 2001.

On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, Angela Johnson will return to Judge Damiane "Dianne" Curvey's 280th Family "Protective Order" court, pleading with Judge Curvey to protect her from "Dr." Candice Matthews, as she fears for her life.

Guillory, II, of any wrongdoing related to his claim of being a former member of of the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office. According to Lt. Denise Mancuco of the legal department, Joseph L. Guillory, II, completed his training to become a reserve on Thursday, February 22, 2001. That said, "Dr." Candice Matthews's statements about Judge Joseph L. Guillory, II, were an act of defamation and contained a malicious intent.

Former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler and Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor have thoroughly investigated Judge Joseph Laneth Guillory, II, and conclude that the attacks on his character, and the smearing of his judicial legacy by "Dr." Candice Matthews are nothing more than a desperate attempt to intimidate and bully Judge Joseph L. Guillory, II, and strike fear into the hearts of other judges across the state of Texas. Former Judge David Farr, a Republican judge, was intimidated by "Dr." Candice Matthews in 2016, when he served on the bench in Harris County, Texas, after she allegedly used a fake social media account on Facebook to send him a threatening message.

After reviewing his “COMPREHENSIVE REPORT,” related to Judge Joseph Guillory, II, on assignment for Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, the publisher of the Houston Business Connections Newspaper©, our private investigator acknowledged a few hiccups.

“Long before he became a judge, Joseph Guillory owned a vehicle transport business,” according to the former FBI Investigative Specialist assigned to investigate Judge Guillory.

Marler informed Aubrey R. Taylor Communications that, “In 2001, Joseph Guillory pleaded guilty in Slidell, Louisiana, for a minor issue having to do with his trucking records.”

“From everything I’m looking at, Joseph L. Guillory paid the fine that was imposed upon him by the court, and took corrective actions by correcting his records,” explained Marler.

After paying his fine and implementing immediate corrective measures, Joseph L. Guillory, II continued operating his transport business in Katy, Texas, until the “GLOBAL 2008 FINANCIAL CRISIS” caused worldwide upheaval, resulting in many Americans losing their dreams and livelihoods.

It was during the “GLOBAL 2008 FINANCIAL CRISIS” that Joseph L. Guillory, II, was forced to file for bankruptcy and walk through a wilderness period as he struggled to rebuild his life and restore his livelihood. In his assessment of Judge Joseph L. Guillory’s character, background, and judicial temperament, our former FBI Investigative Specialist informed me that Judge Guillory was duly elected back in 2022 and has earned the right to continue to serve the people of Jefferson County, Texas.

"INTIMIDATING JUDGES."

Is Threatening a Judge a Crime in Texas? The answer to this question is Yes! Threatening a judge or member of the judiciary is a severe crime in Texas. According to Texas law, this offense falls under the category of "retaliation" in the PENAL CODE. It is illegal to harm or threaten a public servant, including a judge, in retaliation for them dutifully performing their official duties.

The law I am referring to does not require proof that the person making the threat intended to carry it out — merely making the threat can lead to criminal charges. Threatening a judge is a third-degree felony, which comes with serious consequences:

Prison time: Two to 10 years in prison

Fines: Up to $10,000

Permanent criminal record: A felony conviction will follow you for the rest of your life, making it harder to get a job, rent a home, or attend certain schools.

"OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE."

Sec. 36.06. OBSTRUCTION OR RETALIATION. (a) A person commits an offense if the person intentionally or knowingly harms or threatens to harm another by an unlawful act:

(1) in retaliation for or on account of the service or status of another as a:

(A) public servant, witness, prospective witness, or informant; or

(B) A person who has reported or who the actor knows intends to report the occurrence of a crime; or

(2) to prevent or delay the service of another as a:

(A) public servant, witness, prospective witness, or informant; or

(B) A person who has reported or whom the actor knows intends to report the occurrence of a crime.

(a-1) A person commits an offense if the person posts on a publicly accessible website the residence address or telephone number of an individual the actor knows is a public servant or a member of a public servant's family or household with the intent to cause harm or a threat of damage to the individual or a member of the individual's family or household in retaliation for or on account of the service or status of the individual as a public servant.

In the image above, the woman, who goes by the name "Dr." Candice Matthews, was pretending to be a woman named Jae Thomas. For the record, when Candice allegedly created this Facebook post, she was involved in a fierce custody battle that was being played out in the 312th Family District Court, which was presided over by Judge David D. Farr at the time. Now, if you're wondering whether "Dr." Candice Matthews is a bad actor, just take a look at her comment, 'I'll drink to that smoke to that I'll do what ever the fuck I want to cause I'm that bitch who's going to stop me certainly not a Judge nor a kid attorney you all have me confused. I can pay who ever to say and do what everrr I want them to. QUESTION: Does this sound like an educated, law-abiding woman or a criminal-minded woman?

If you look closely, you will notice the photos of the woman who goes by the name "Dr." Candice Matthews inside the fake Facebook account of someone named Michelle Joseph. As you can see, the woman who goes by the name "Dr." Candice Matthews has no problem hiding behind the identities of other people on Facebook and other social media networks, which is a crime in Texas.

The judge you see above (Judge David Farr) was a Republican, presiding over the 312th Family District Court back in 2016. After the "DEMOCRAT OPERATIVE" who goes by the name of "Dr." Candice Matthews threatened Judge Farr using a fake Facebook account. After getting threatened, Judge Farr stepped away from presiding over Candice's child custody case, and it was moved to another court. However, for the record, Judge David G. Farr, a Republican, went on to lose his seat to his Democratic challenger, Clinton "Chip" Wells, during the 2018 Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas.

Do you see the lines circled in red above? Well, we all should thank Beverly Encenio (the wife of Candice Matthews' ex-husband), who alerted her attorney, who then notified Judge David D. Farr of the threat. But what happened next is the strangest part of all: once Judge David D. Farr learned that "Dr." Candice Matthews had threatened him, he recused himself from her Child Custody case. Now, I know this sounds crazy, but on July 11, 2016, a Proposed Order of Recusal and a Motion to recuse Judge Farr were entered into the court record. Then, get this: a little under a month later, on August 5, 2016, an order was signed recusing Judge David Farr, and Candice Matthews' custody case was transferred to another Harris County court, where she ultimately regained custody of her minor child. So, in the end, threatening Judge David D. Farr and having him recuse himself worked out just as Candice Matthews intended it to. But these sorts of "INIMIDATION TACTICS" should be denounced.

The woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews, with the assistance of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, has quickly become one of the most feared women in "TEXAS POLITICS." In her arsenal, "Dr." Candice Matthews has a treasure trove of secret recordings and other information related to sexual behavior, corrupt backroom dealings, possible bid-rigging, and alleged drug use of local politicians, according to multiple sources. When "Dr." Candice Matthews successfully infiltrated Commissioner Rodney Ellis's home and secretly recorded an illegal meeting he was having with her and Jacquelyn Aluotto, she took him by the testicles and seized control of many Black Elected Officials and "BLACK POLITICAL ELITES" in Harris County, Texas.

This exclusive report will help you understand why "Dr." Candice Matthews has local "BLACK LAWMAKERS" and public official in a position where they must turn a blind eye to the extortionary tactics she's used to conquer Harris County, Texas since secretly recording Commissioner Rodney Ellis at his home on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, and then emailing the audio tapes to her boss, Quanell X, the founder of the New Black Panther Nation, and a "CONVICTED FELON" named James Earl Dunn, Jr., who defrauded the United States Department of Education out of $300,000.00, and did a 33 month Federal Prison term.

Penalties for a Terroristic Threat Conviction in Texas include a jail term of up to 180 days and/or a fine of up to $2,000.00 if it's a "CLASS B" Misdemeanor. If it's a "CLASS A" Misdemeanor, the jail term could end up being one year in jail and/or a fine of up to $4,000.00. If it's a "STATE JAIL FELONY," the jail term could end up being 180 days in jail to two years, and a potential fine of up to $10,000.00. In case you don't know, a "TERRORISTIC THREAT" is a threat to cause bodily injury to another person and place them in imminent fear that they could experience serious physical injury. On Wednesday, August 21, 2024, when "Dr." Candice Matthews stated, "...get on that doggone internet again if you want to, you BIT*H NIGGA, I will bust 'yo' A$$," she was spewing a direct threat to "Eligah" Ricky Jason to do bodily harm to him.

Keith Giblin currently serves as the Jefferson County, Texas, Criminal District Attorney. His chief responsibility is to represent the State of Texas and its victims in all criminal matters. After repeated threats and "INTIMIDATION TACTICS" against any and everyone who stood in her way, "Dr." Candice Mattews went from being a fugitive to a free woman in a matter of 24 hours.

"ARREST WARRANT."

On Monday, July 7, 2025, Judge Joseph L. Guillory issued an "ARREST WARRANT" for the apprehension of "Dr." Candice Matthews, after she failed to show up for her court hearing.

"On this 7TH day of JULY, 2025, this Court considered the scheduled Contempt of Court hearing for the above-referenced matter involving Defendant Candice Matthews, who was duly ordered by this Court to appear in person on July 7, 2025, to respond to allegations of violating a previously issued peace bond order pursuant to Article 7.14, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure," stated the Contempt of Court Arrest Warrant, signed by Judge Joseph L. Guillory, II, yestereday.

FINDINGS OF FACT:

After a review of the record and proceedings, the Court finds the following:

1. On 6/17/2025, this Court issued a valid peace bond order requiring the Defendant to refrain from conduct threatening the peace and safety of others.

2. On 6/27/2025, the Court issued formal notice to the Defendant, Candice Matthews, to appear for a Contempt Hearing on July 7, 2025, regarding an alleged violation of said order.

3. The Defendant was duly notified of this hearing and was properly served pursuant to Texas law.

4. The Defendant willfully failed to appear before the Court on July 7, 2025, and no motion for continuance, medical excuse, or emergency justification was submitted or approved by the Court.

5. The Defendant's attorney, Adjua Umoja-Justice, submitted an email purporting to excuse her client based on a "writ of habeas corpus" and an unspecified "conflict of interest," neither of which were supported by legal filings or authorized motions before this Court.

6. The Defendant's failure to appear constitutes willful disobedience of a lawful court order and an act of direct contempt under the Texas Government Code§ 21.002 (b).

THE ORDER:

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED THAT:

1. Candice Matthews is hereby held in criminal contempt of court for failure to appear as ordered on July 7, 2025.

2. A fine of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) is assessed against the Defendant pursuant to Texas Government Code§ 21.002 (b).

3. Due to Defendant's willful failure to appear and the disruption of judicial proceedings, a WARRANT OF ARREST is hereby ISSUED for the immediate apprehension of Candice Matthews.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT:

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office or any certified peace officer shall immediately arrest Candice Matthews and bring her before this Court to answer for her contempt and to ensure compliance with all prior orders of this Court.
