How Did Ellis Know to Buy Johnson & Johnson, Other Stock, Right as the CDC and FDA Were Recommending it Back on Fri., April 23, 2021?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: “I'm sure by now you've already heard about the $11 million dollar "COVID-19 OUTREACH CONTRACT" that Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo handed out -- right? Well, did you know that on the day right before the (CDC) Center for Decease Control, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommended use of Johnson & Johnson’s “Janssen” (J&J/Janssen) COVID-19 Vaccine to resume in the United States after a temporary pause, Commissioner Rodney Ellis purchased $155,000.00 dollars in stock with his campaign funds? Then, on the very same day that the (CDC) and (FDA) recommended the use of the Johnson & Johnson (J&J/Janssen) COVID-19 Vaccine, Commissioner Ellis purchased Johnson & Johnson stock, along with a bunch of others totaling $421,792.00 dollars on the (NYSE) New York Stock Exchange. Yes, you heard me right! Commissioner Ellis purchased $155,000.00 dollars worth of stock on Thursday, April 22, 2021, with his campaign funds. And then on the very next day, Friday, April 23, 2021, Commissioner Ellis purchased a combined total of $421,792.00 dollars in Johnson and Johnson and other stock on the New York Stock Exchange. Now, keep in mind, these stock purchases were made the day before, and the day of, the announcement that the (J&J/Janssen) COVID-19 Vaccine could resume in the United States after it had been temporarily paused. Now, did Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis know something, that the rest of us did not? I'm just asking -- that's really some damn good timing -- right."

How Did Ellis Know to Purchase Johnson & Johnson Stock Right as the CDC and FDA Recommended it After a Temporary Pause Back on Friday, April 23, 2021?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I’ve been sitting back and watching Rodney Ellis roll the dice with his donated campaign funds for a long time. Heck, I was watching him way back when he was still in the Texas Senate and his Republican colleagues discovered that $500,000.00 dollars had just vanished from his campaign finance report. And the saddest part about the money that came up missing back then was the fact that his Republican colleagues just let him off the hook. Now, according to published reports, Ellis' campaign finance report didn't contain the field where candidates are supposed to detail how securities purchased from their campaign accounts lost value. Why is this important? Well, the special field is supposed to serve as a safeguard to prevent "OFFICE HOLDERS" from making poor investments with their campaign money. So, because Ellis' form didn't contain the field, this made it nearly impossible to determine whether or not he was making poor investment decisions with his campaign money. Now, to his credit, Rodney Ellis, who was a state Senator at the time, did go ahead and admit that he had lost the $500,000 in the stock market – but he claimed that he earned the money back through other investments! This dude is a joke!!! And I guess they just took his word for it – right? Well, fast forward to the year 2021, and you will clearly see in this “EXCLUSIVE REPORT” that Rodney Ellis is still playing fast and loose with the money that's being donating to his campaign.

WHY ISN'T RODNEY ELLIS SHARING HIS INVESTMENT STRATEGY WITH ANY OF HIS DEMOCRATIC FRIENDS?

Now, don’t you dare go back and tell Harris County Commissioner Ellis that I said, he was profiting off inside information – that would be a lie. However, it sure does seem a little strange that he would use his campaign funds to purchase over $576,792.00 dollars in stock from various companies -- including Johnson & Johnson, right around the same time that the (CDC) Center for Decease Control, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommended use of Johnson & Johnson’s “Janssen” (J&J/Janssen) COVID-19 Vaccine to resume in the United States after a temporary pause. Now, have you ever heard the term “INSIDER TRADING” before? Well, for all of you who don’t know, insider trading occurs when stock or other securities is traded by individuals with access to confidential or non-public information about stock that’s being traded. In case you don’t know – taking advantage of privileged access is a no-no and considered to be a breach of the individual’s fiduciary duty. And furthermore, the “INSIDER TRADING SACTION ACT OF 1988” and the “INSIDER TRADING AND SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1988” call for insider trading penalties to surpass three times the profits gained from the trade or trades in question. Where am I going with this? Well, before I get started, I would like to remind everyone reading this “EXCLUSIVE REPORT” that I’m only providing you with information that’s already readily available to the general public.

UNDERSTANDING THE INSIDER TRADING ACT OF 1988

INVESTOPEDIA.COM -- The Insider Trading Act was signed into law on Nov. 19, 1988, by then-President Ronald Reagan and, essentially, increased the liability penalties to all involved parties to insider trading. Its full name was the Insider Trading and Securities Fraud Enforcement Act of 1988 (ITSFEA). This act came into being due to the increase in high-profile insider trading cases, as well as the increase in monetary values of the trades. People who illegally disseminate inside information leading to an insider trade may also be imprisoned and fined.

The act allows the SEC to impose stiff monetary penalties, usually in multiples of the profit generated from insider trades, and the guilty parties may serve significant jail time, up to five years, according to the extent of their crime. The actual maximum of the fines imposed was capped at either 300% of the amount of money made on the trades or $1 million, whichever amount was larger.

Since 1988, there have been many notable cases of insider trading. In 2003, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) charged Martha Stewart with obstruction of justice and insider trading for her part in the 2001 ImClone case. Stewart ended up serving five months in a federal corrections facility. In Sept. 2017, former Amazon financial analyst Brett Kennedy was charged with insider trading. In exchange for $10,000, Kennedy allegedly gave a friend information about Amazon's 2015 first-quarter earnings before the earnings report was released.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I'm starting to believe that Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis has some sort of psychic abilities or something. How did he know to invest $155,000.00 dollars on Thursday, April 22, 2021, and then turn around and take $421,792.00 dollars out of his campaign funds and invest into the stock market?"

DID RODNEY ELLIS KNOW SOMETHING THE REST OF US DID NOT?

In case you don’t’ know, Thursday, April 22, 2021, was the day right before the (CDC) Center for Decease Control, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommended use of Johnson & Johnson’s “Janssen” (J&J/Janssen) COVID-19 Vaccine to resume in the United States after a temporary pause. AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Right now, in Texas, Republicans control every statewide office, and have a decided majority in the State House, and State Senate. So, in the interest of my entire body of readers and clients, I do everything I can to get along with "POLITICAL LEADERS" on both sides of the aisle in Texas and beyond! Look!!! What I care about is informing my readers and protecting the interests of my "DEMOCRATIC" and "REPUBLICAN" clients. Yes, that's me in Austin, Texas at our State Capital talking to state leaders about the issues some of my clients in Harris County, Texas face as it relates to voter fraud. Now, that being said, I have a duty to protect the interests of the people who hire me to promote their political campaigns and go to bat for them -- I'm only doing my job! What's my job? Well, my #1 job is to make damn sure that I do everything in my power to make sure that my clients (both Democrat and Republican) have a fair shot to win in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 -- without being cheated!"

Nominating the Wrong Candidates on "SUPER TUESDAY" Could Have Disastrous Consequences in the November 2022 General Election in Harris County

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Make no mistake about it, who the people of Harris County, Texas choose to give another term to in 2022 must be about substance, job performance, judicial temperament, competence, and whether or not our members of the judiciary are following the law with their rulings. And that being said, in 2022, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.

THINKING ABOUT RUNNING?

If you are a candidate planning to run for office in 2022, you have to select the right candidate to run against. And the second most important thing to understand is that you have to select your race early, to avoid ending up in a crowded field of candidates on "SUPER TUESDAY" in Harris County, Texas. So, if you need assistance trying to determine which race to enter, please call (281)788-3033, and I will do my very best to answer any questions you may have.
