Kay Shepard is a ‘Big Mouth Bully,’ Alleged Sexual Harasser, and Stalker Who Tormented State Rep. Shawn Thierry

Kay Shepard (right) is a 'Big Mouth Toxic Bully' who believes that she can use "OLD MUGSHOTS" of me from decades ago to deter me from exposing her plot to assist her allies in their mission to purge local heterosexual Black male and female judges from local judicial benches. Do I look like a robber? Who did I rob? Did I use a gun? Did I slap someone with a pistol? NOPE!!! None of the above; however, my political adversaries try distorting my legacy as a bonafide Investigative Reporter every time I expose one of their evil plots. In the case of Kay Shepard, don't be fooled by this cruel, vindictive 'lover-of-women' who is vexed in her spirit. Earlier this year, Kay Shepard was accused of sexually harassing State Rep. Shawn Thierry and stalking her. Last week, Kay Shepard launched a campaign to sabotage Judge DaSean Jones's Campaign, and now she has set her sights on trying to destroy me. Still, I'm up to the challenge and plan to fully expose, unveil, and pull the covers back on all of the (DINOs) "Democrats in Name Only" and (RINOs) "Republicans in Name Only," who are covertly working to target "BLACK JUDICIAL CANDIDATES" with ethnic-sounding names.

This mugshot of (ME) Investigative Reporter and publisher Aubrey R. Taylor is being circulated to dissuade me from exposing an evil plot underway in Harris County, Texas. Local "PARTY BOSSES" from both sides of the political aisle believe that sending emails brandishing me as a "HARDENED CRIMINAL" is going to make me cower before them and give them the cover they need to continue their mission to purge "BLACK JUDGES" with ethnic-sounding names from local judicial benches in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election, and 2028 Presidential Election. However, their plan will not work, and I will continue to expose, unveil, and pull the covers back on their sinister scheme.

This mugshot of (ME) Investigate Reporter and publisher Aubrey R. Taylor is the one "POLITICAL PARTY BOSSES" and their operatives like Kay Shepard believe that they can use to destroy my business and label me as a "CONVICTED FELON" who ran around robbing people when I was in my 20s. However, none of my adversaries have looked into the "RETALIATORY CASE" felony case brought against me decades ago. What these fools would realize is that I never pulled a gun on anyone. Nor did I ever rob or physically assault anyone. They would also discover that I continued to maintain my innocence until my money ran out, and I was forced to accept a Deferred Adjudicated Probation. Judge Devon Anderson (Republican) and her husband were being investigated by me on behalf of a local private security company.

Kay Shepard is a ‘Big Mouth Toxic Bully,’ Alleged Sexual Harasser, and Stalker Who Tormented State Rep. Shawn Thierry

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Make no mistake about it: that “BIG MOUTH” woman named Kay Shepard is the culprit who allegedly sexually harassed State Rep. Shawn Nicole Thierry (HD-146) into leaving the Democratic Party. However, she won’t cause me to shrink back in fear – because I don’t fear her.

In politics, things are never what they seem. Such is the case with Kay Shepard, the woman who is working behind the scenes as part of a “COVERT PLOT” to purge local judicial benches of African American judges in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election. Her attacks on State Rep. Shawn Thierry earlier this year and most recently against Judge DaSean Jones are part of a larger strategy aimed at heterosexual Black men and Black women members of the judiciary.

The sinister plot aimed at purging local benches of “BLACK JUDGES” did not begin with the historic “2018 MIDTERM ELECTION” when “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” captured the hearts and minds of the world. Nope, the rift between the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” began back in during the 2012 Democratic Party Primary when a young, promising African American attorney named Elaine Palmer ran against and unseated a very popular “LGBTQ+ JUDGE” named Steven Kirkland for his 215th Civil District Court bench.

Truth be told, African American women have been the juggernauts behind the Democratic Party’s success, but haters like Kay Shepard, an alleged undercover “LGBTQ+ MEMBER,” have secretly placed targets on their backs while pretending to be their advocates.

The success of “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” during the historic 2018 Midterms and the success of heterosexual Black females in the 2020 Presidential Election, the 2022 Midterm Election, and the 2024 Presidential Election has spurned a well-funded cooperative effort aimed at purging local judicial benches of “AFRICAN AMERICAN JUDGES,” by using their ethnic-sounding names to identify them.

Make no mistake about it: African American judges are under siege, and Republicans are not the culprits behind the plot to purge them from local judicial benches – people like Kay Shepard are the culprits.

Kay Shepard has a “BIG MOUTH,” and many Democrats fear her because of the “AGGRESSIVE TACTICS” she uses to get candidates to bend to her whims and demands – but I’m not afraid of her.

“TRUTH BE TOLD.”

I never committed any (ROBBERY) OR CAUSED BODILY INJURY TO ANYONE (except in self-defense) after being attacked and forced to defend myself. Back when I was in my twenties and still a college student, I pleaded guilty to a crime I was accused of and took a “DEFERRED JUDICATED SENTENCE,” only to have a Republican Judge named Devon Anderson revoke the probation a month before I was scheduled to complete my probation.

The reasoning behind Judge Devon Anderson revoking my probation was that I missed one payment on my fees. When I offered to pay the missed payment (in full), the court would not accept my payment, locked me up, and sent me to prison.

Nope, my “DEFERRED ADJUTICATED PROBATION” wasn’t revoked because I committed another crime or broke the law in any way, manner, or form. Judge Devon Anderson, who was one of those “TOUGH ON CRIME REPUBLICAN JUDGES,” had her mind set on brandishing me a FELON AND SENDING ME TO PRISON for several reasons – which I will discuss in my book.

In my case, Judge Devon Anderson, who presided over the 177th Criminal District Court, used her position as a member of the judiciary to carry out her vendetta against me.

Have you ever heard of a judge revoking a “DEFERRED ADJUDICATE PROBATION” and forcing a promising young white person to become brandished a FELON for the rest of their lives? Well, that’s my story, and I paid an unwarranted debt to society at the hands of a “ROGUE REPUBLICAN JUDGE” who used her position to carry out her vendetta against me and other Black men.

If you remember, after the death of her husband, Mike Anderson, whom I also had run-ins with as a judge, and Harris County District Attorney, she (Devon Anderson) was appointed to succeed her late husband but was ousted by her Democrat challenger, Kim Ogg, a few years later.

The race between Kim Ogg (Democrat) and Devon Anderson (Republican) centered around an issue that Devon Anderson’s prosecutors had jailed a mentally-ill rape victim in the general population for almost a month to make sure she would testify against her attacker.

Another issue for Anderson was an issue that centered around the way she handled the destruction of evidence case at the Precinct 4 Constable’s Office and how she attacked independent journalists in a case involving the videotaping of Planned Parenthood officials.

“BELOVED BEAULAH.”

When our beloved Beulah Ann Shephard, the “UNOFFICIAL MAYOR” of Acres Homes, passed away in 2010, she was recognized as a powerful political ICON and power broker in the Black Community. However, her undercover “LESBIAN DAUGHTER,” Kay Shepard, who claims to be a ‘chip off the old block’ wasn’t anywhere to be seen.

I don’t even recall “KAY SHEPARD,” the woman claiming to be the beloved daughter of our beloved Beaula Ann Shepard, being recognized at her mother’s funeral, wake, or any celebration of her life.

On top of Kay Shepard being vexed in her mind, body, and spirit, she’s also a pathological liar, alleged sexual harasser, stalker, and bully.

I watched her mother, Beulah Ann Shepard, for years, and I never saw or heard anything about anybody named Kay Shepard. The visitation for Beulah Shepard took place on September 16, 2010, and her funeral was held on Friday, September 17, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., at Galilee MBC, at 6616 D.S. Bailey Lane. Pastor Edwin Davis officiated the services.

I’m sure that “OUR BELOVED” Beulah Ann Shepard, a woman who worked decades to build her good name, is rolling over in her grave at the thought of “KAY SHEPARD,” claiming to be her daughter and masquerading around Harris County, claiming to be a chip off the old block.

Truth be told, Kay Shepard isn’t the beloved daughter of Beulah Ann Shepard that she claims to be, but rather a “DEEPLY TROUBLED WOMAN” searching for love in all the wrong places.

“Kay, I have tried to remain silent as you have been harassing and bullying me for years,” said State Rep. Shawn Thierry earlier this year.

State Rep. Thierry went on to declare, “Kay, you have no moral authority to dictate who is a Democrat and who is not. Kay, you need to come clean and tell the truth: this vendetta against me goes as far back as 2017 when you stated at an event that you were romantically interested in me, and I politely declined.”

“In 2023, you started threatening me again. You have driven by my home; you even wished harm on my daughter when you told me that you hope that Klaire wakes up an orphan on Mother’s Day,” explained State Rep. Shawn Thierry.

According to State Rep. Thierry, that evil, vindictive, and bully Kay Shepard called her 83-year-old mother a black bigot even though State Rep. Thierry’s mother is a well-known civil rights activist and a retired teacher. “She is afraid of you also,” stated State Rep. Thierry, speaking of her 83-year-old mother.

“You are worse than a bully; you are a sexual harasser, and you are retaliating against me for rejecting your advances,” proclaimed State Rep. Thierry. “You are using your personal obsession and your personal attraction to try to malign my character and do a political hit job on me.”

State Rep. Thierry stated, “You are defaming my character. For the sake of peace and privacy and for the good of the party, I have refrained from taking legal action against you, but no longer.”

At the time State Rep. Shawn Thierry confronted Kay Shepard and exposed her, Kay Shepard and other members of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” were doing everything in their power to destroy State Rep. Thierry, and eventually defeated her at the ballot box after distorting her voting record and painting her as a Republican. However, after all of the attacks, State Rep. Shawn Thierry was forced to leave the Harris County Democratic Party and join the “GOP” Greater Opportunity Party.

“I am an attorney and an officer of the court, so I will be filing a protective order against you. Everyone needs to know the truth that I am being tormented, harassed mentally, and sexually by Kay Shepard,” declared State Rep. Shawn Theirry.

State Rep. Thierry boldly declared, anyone who is supporting Kay Shepard, or who is affiliated with her, should know that they are supporting someone who is a sexual harasser, a toxic bully, and an abuser of women. I will no longer be a silent victim of her abuse.”

“STANDING STRONG.”

No matter what anyone tries to throw at me, I won’t bend, bow, or break. Nor am I going to go back and forth with political operatives like Kay Shepard, a “LOUD MOUTH” bully and alleged sexual harasser. Kay Shepard’s “INTIMIDATION TACTICS” won’t deter me from exposing her and anyone else I decide to investigate.

Trying to paint me as a hardened criminal, “CONVICTED FELON” is a strategy that has been used over and over again against me whenever I get out of line, write something about a local politician, or expose someone for being a fraud.

Getting falsely accused of a crime as a young man in my twenties, like I did, and having to plead guilty and take a “DEFERRED AJUDICATED SENTENCE” is nothing new for African American men. Yes, I know what it feels like to be “FALSELY ACCUSED” of a criminal offense and then go before a rogue judge and get forced to plead guilty. However, I accepted my lumps and have lived my life as a falsely labeled “X-FELON” for over three decades – but not anymore.

If you notice, while (RINOs), which means “Republicans in Name Only,” and (DINOs), which means “Democrats in Name Only,” are trying to brandish me a “CONVICTED FELON,” what they are leaving out are some essential details of the crime I supposedly committed.

What people like Kay Shepard and others are neglecting to tell you is that I came home from college and took my “CRACKHEAD UNCLE” to the store with me to do some shopping. Once I paid for my items and proceeded to leave the store, I was confronted by a man in plain clothes who tried to grab me.

Instead of stopping for the man, I took off running, and the man, whom I later learned was a store manager, somehow got a small scratch on his arm.

The lawyer I hired and paid all my money by running from the man told me, “Running is an admission of guilt, and I should plead guilty to the charges and stay out of trouble.”

Long story short, the supposed “ROBBERY CONVICTION” that my political adversaries have continued to hang over my head for decades was nothing more than what should have amounted to a simple shoplifting case at best – but I did not have the money to go to trial.

My lawyer told me that if I went to trial, rather than accept the “DEFERRED ADJUDICATION,” I could spend at least 10 years in prison.

Over the years, I have written checks (myself) that bounced, and I have also had checks written in my name that have come back “INSUFFICIENT FUNDS,” and I’ve later had to deal with these matters.

“DEBT PAID.”

I never in my life robbed anyone. I’ve never in my life assaulted anyone. I’m not a violent person or a hardened criminal. I’ve lived my entire life in fear, brandished an “X-FELON” and “ROBBERY-BODILY INJURY” charge that I never committed.

For my political adversaries who claim to be for “CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM” to continue to try and destroy my life by brandishing me as a “CONVICTED ROBBER” while not giving the general public the facts of the case is wrong, hypocritical, and disingenuous.

I have paid my debt to society and used my time, talent, and treasure to “UNIQUELY POSITION” myself as one of the top investigative reporters and publishers in Texas if not America.

“PUSHING FORWARD.”

If anyone believes I will allow my political adversaries to distract me from my mission or distort my legacy – they’ve lost their mind.

I will not stop what I’m doing to answer my critics, political adversaries, or enemies. Nor am I going to sit back and allow members of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” like Kay Shepard to draw me off course by sending out emails about me.

Kay Shepard is a “LOUD MOUTH” woman who believes she is tough. In her mind, she believes that she is a man. Kay Shepard has uniquely positioned herself within the Harris County Democratic Party and is one of the people behind the mission to “PURGE LOCAL BENCHES” of African American judges.

On top of being a “LOUD MOUTH BULLY,” Kay Shepard is an evil, vengeful woman who’s vexed in her spirit, unlike her mother, Beulah Ann Shepard.

I respected Kay Shepard’s mother, who was considered the “UNOFFICIAL MAYOR” of Acres Homes. However, while Beulah Shephard was living, I never saw Kay Shepard around her. In her obituary, “KAY SHEPARD” was not mentioned by name.

From what I understand, when Kay Shepard began mentioning to people that she was the daughter of our beloved Beulah Ann Shephard, people began to laugh.

Beulah Ann Shepard (1921–2010). Beulah Ann Shepard was a well-known political icon and community leader in every sense of the term. From what I understand, Beulah was the fourth of seven children born on June 14, 1921, to Emmitt and Queen Raleigh in Plain Dealing, Louisiana.

She only received a formal education through the seventh grade and was largely self-taught. Beulah married a man named Lee Shepard in 1954, and they raised ten children.

I’m assuming that Key Shepard, the woman claiming to be her mother’s daughter, is one of the ten children raised by Beulah Ann Shepard and Lee Shepard.

“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”

Publishing false stories about me in the local newspapers and publishing a “FALSE CRIMINAL CONVICTION” brandishing me as a robber is not going to deter me from my mission. Nor will I bend, bow, or “KISS THE RING” of any wannabe gangster or their minion. What I plan to do is continue to investigate “CORRUPT POLITICIANS” and press forward into the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election and 2028 Presidential Election with boldness, courage, and commitment to highlight duly qualified members of the judiciary and expose every “CORRUPT POLITICIAN” with every fiber of my being.

Tami C. Pierce (left) and her wife/husband, Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce, M.D., have been happily married for over 22 years. Tami and Stephanie are two of the most sociable, caring, loving people I have ever met. Their love for one another is truly genuine. However, Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, has a responsibility as chairman to give Republican voters facts about their nominees to help them get a better understanding of who they are voting for when they go to the polls. It is unfair to mislead "REPUBLICAN VOTERS" by not informing them that Tami C. Pierce, the candidate running against Judge DaSean Jones on Saturday, May 3, 2025, is a member of the "LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY," but ran under the radar during the 2022 Midterm Election as a Republican Judicial nominee. How difficult is that? After all, A few weeks ago, several Republican lawmakers introduced legislation to clarify that the terms “male,” “female,” and “sex,” among others, refer to the biological distinctions between men and women.

Kay Shepard, a woman who was accused by State Rep. Shawn Theirry of stalking her after she rebuffed her sexual advances, appears to be on a mission to help her fellow "LGBTQ+ SISTER" defeat Judge DaSean Jones on Saturday, May 3, 2025, in the "DO-OVER RACE" for the 180th Criminal District Court, in Harris County, Texas.

Subject: Has anyone see Candidate DeSean Jones?

To: Precinct Chairs,

"As we gear up for the May 2025 elections, there’s only one judicial race on the ballot: Desean Jones, who is running for a criminal bench seat. Now, as most of you know, his previous election was overturned, and for reasons that are still a mystery to us all, he opted not to have his case heard alongside the others. Why? I have no idea. Does he think he's a solo act in a group project?

Anyway, this creates a bit of a conundrum for me. It seems like he’s under the impression that he’s all on his own, but last I checked, he’s a Democrat, and we’re all here to help elect DEMOCRATS. I’m committed to our party’s success, but honestly, Desean’s actions are making me wonder if he thinks he's a solo act and doesn't need a team's support.

Let’s take a trip down memory lane. A few years ago, during our sweep in Harris County, it honestly felt like Desean just jumped on the bandwagon, waved from the back seat, and went along for the ride. You could’ve called him the "Invisible Candidate" because he was nowhere to be found—no block walks, no phone banks, not even a yard sign. I’m starting to think he thought the “DEMOCRATIC PARTY” was a kind of all-you-can-eat buffet where you can take credit without lifting a finger. Then, to add insult to injury, he threw a victory party for himself, even though he did absolutely nothing to earn it. It was like watching someone show up at a potluck with an empty plate and leave with a doggy bag.

Now, we’ve got a serious problem on our hands. Why on earth did he choose to separate his case? Does he think he’s the chosen one, some kind of judicial Jedi? Does he think he’s better than the rest of us? I mean, is campaigning beneath him? I’m honestly starting to think he’s treating this race like a Netflix show—he’s in it, but he’s not really in it, you know?

He doesn’t even have a website. Not one sign, not one piece of lit, flyer, nothing. He’s like the “Where’s Waldo?” of the Harris County election scene. Has anyone actually seen him campaigning in Harris County? Crickets… I haven’t either. It's like he’s running a “ghost campaign”—which, come to think of it, could actually be his strategy: invisibility. He's not even attending Democratic events where he’s the honoree. If he’s showing up at a party, it’s the kind where the guest of honor has left before anyone arrives.

But here’s the thing—despite all of this, we have no choice but to work our tails off to keep this seat blue. We can’t let the Republicans gain any more ground, and that’s why I’m reaching out to all of you. We need to win this seat—not because we’re in love with the candidate (though I’m still waiting for him to make an appearance), but because we need to make sure Harris County stays blue.

At this point, I’m not sure if we’re electing Desean Jones or the idea of Desean Jones. But hey, that’s democracy for you—sometimes you get the candidate you deserve, and other times, you get the one who left their campaign in the “drafts” folder.

So, let’s do what we do best—work harder than the person we’re supporting. If Desean Jones won’t show up for his own race, we’ll show up for him. Because, at the end of the day, it's not about him; it’s about us-DEMOCRATS. And if he shows up to the polls on election day, I’ll be the first one to say, “Welcome to the team, buddy.”

Let’s keep this seat blue, no matter who’s running. DEMOCRATS we must save this seat.

Much Love,

We must be more cognizant and bring forth viable candidates who will represent our party well.

Please share this email with others. Sometimes I duplicate and other times I miss folks."

Judge Dawn DaShea Rogers ran unchallenged in the 2024 Democratic Party Primary, and the Republicans had difficulty filling out their judicial slots for the 2024 Presidential Election, which allowed Judge Dawn DaShea Rogers to run for re-election unopposed. However, what you may not realize is Judge Rogers, the presiding judge for the 334th Civil District Court, ran against and defeated a very popular "LGBTQ+ JUDGE" named Judge Steven Kirkland, which did not sit well with members of the "LGBTQ+ POLITICAL CAUCUS," and their allies. To make matters worse, Dawn DaShea Rogers wasn't the first Black female to target Judge Kirkland and defeat him in a Democratic Party Primary. In 2012, a little-known African American attorney named Elaine Palmer challenged Judge Steven Kirkland for his 215th Civil District Court bench and, after a bitter primary battle, defeated him, which enraged members of the Democratic Party.

Judge DaSean Jones is not a "SOFT ON CRIME JUDGE" but a "FAMILY MAN" who values and respects the sanctity of holy matrimony between a man and a woman. Besides being a heterosexual male, Judge DaSean Jones is a decorated combat veteran and former civil rights attorney currently serving as the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court. Truth be told, Judge DaSean Jones’s military experience, love for America, and willingness to lay his life down to protect America's interests at home and abroad is a combination of asset qualities that make him one of the “MOST UNIQUELY QUALIFIED” members of the judiciary in Texas if not the entire nation. NOTE: Judge DaSean Jones, being pictured above in his military uniform, does not constitute an endorsement by the Department of Defense (DOD) in any way, shape, or form.

Judge Dasean Jones, appears to have "POLITICAL OPERATIVES" working against him like Kay Shepard from inside the Harris County Democratic Party. This story is still developing, but from what we can see, Kay Shepard appears to be trying to sabotage Judge DaSean Jones's re-election Campaign.

Judge Lashawn Williams, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, Judge Shannon Baldwin, Judge Tonya Jones, and Judge Toria J. Finch will be in the fight of their political lives as Democrats are already contemplating challenging the (26) twenty-six "AFRICAN AMERICAN JUDGES" who are up for re-election in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election for Harris County, Texas. However, I'm not sure why so many potential candidates are seeking to run against the (26) twenty-six African American incumbent judges when there will be (68) sixty-eight local benches up for grabs in the 2026 Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas.

There are (68) Sixty-Eight Local Benches to Choose From in the 2026 Midterms
