Attorney Alleges Local Black Judge, Angela Graves-Harrington is Taking Kickbacks in the 246th Family District Court

“Yes, that’s the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg (left) standing beside attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon. Where did I get that photo? Well, I found it on attorney Weatherspoon’s Facebook page. Why is she pictured in a photo with RBG – I’m not sure, you’ll have to ask her? Anyways, so, upon doing a little research for a story I’m working on, I’ve already discovered that attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon ain’t to be played with. Why not? Well, from what I can see, she’s not afraid to blow the whistle on corruption. But don’t just take my word for it -- Cause number 09-06233 Ginger Weatherspoon, Plaintiff vs. Office of The Attorney General of Texas, In the 44th Judicial District Court in Dallas County, Texas confirms what I’m saying. And that being said, I would also like to let everyone of you know that Judge Angela Graves-Harrington isn’t the first sitting judge that attorney Weatherspoon has gone after to expose their ‘allegedly’ corrupt dealings from the bench. So, just for the record, attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon represented a mother in a case where the sitting judge was accused, and then, convicted of accepting bribes from the opposing party – similar to what attorney Weatherspoon is alleging whereas Judge Angela Graves-Harrington is concerned. But again, you do not have to take my word for it -- Cause number 380-54606-03; In the interest of C.H.C. and S.M.C. minor children, In the 380th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas backs up what I’m saying. Now, I get it!!! What attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon is alleging that Judge Angela Graves-Harrington is doing from her 246th Family District Court bench right here in Harris County, Texas is unbelievable – right? I get that, but listen up!!! No matter how unbelievable attorney Weatherspoon’s ‘allegations’ appear to be at this time, what she’s alleging is too egregious for any of us to discount, and ignore. Especially, since, it hasn’t even been two weeks since, attorney “DOWNTOWN” Oliver Brown released a damning video that alleged that state Rep. Harold V. Dutton, Jr., and Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg were involved in a “Quid Pro Quo” that has resulted in the indictments of several local Black political outsiders – one of whom (Damien Thaddeus Jones) has had his case somehow end up being placed in the courtroom of the only sitting misdemeanor court judge who was appointed to the bench by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis – the same county commissioner mentioned. But that’s a story for another day!”

In this video, attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon alleges that Judge Angela Graves-Harrington is receiving kickbacks. Now, for those of you who don’t know, attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon represented a mother in a case where the sitting judge was accused, and then, convicted and found guilty of accepting bribes from the opposing party – similar to what she’s alleging whereas Judge Angela Graves-Harrington is concerned. If you would like more information on that particular case, please see -- Cause number 380-54606-03; In the interest of C.H.C. and S.M.C. minor children, In the 380th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas.

"It's absolutely insane that people are already trying to paint attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon as a racist and sore loser. What's crazy about their claims is that these misinformed people don't even realize that attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon has been madly in love with her husband for more than 28 years. And she's been happily married to her husband (who happens to be a Black man) for 24 years. Yes, that's her husband in the horse-drawn carriage with her."

Judge Angela Graves-Harrington was a member of the "BLACK GIRL MAGIC" phenomenon that took Harris County, Texas by storm back during the 2018 Midterm election. She is the presiding judge for the 246th Family District Court, in Harris County, Texas.

A Very Concerning Voicemail left by Attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon Alleges the Local Black Judge Angela Graves-Harrington is Corrupt

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

On Tuesday, May 25, 2021, I had a missed call on my cell phone from a number out of Forth Worth, Texas that I did not recognize. Upon listening to the message that was left, and then discussing message at length with members of my investigative team, decided to release the voice mail message on yesterday. Why? Well, the allegations made by attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon, are very compelling to me. Especially, since, it hasn’t even been two weeks since, attorney “DOWNTOWN” Oliver Brown released a damning video that alleged that state Rep. Harold V. Dutton, Jr., and Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg were involved in a “Quid Pro Quo” that lead to the indictments of several political outsiders back in December of 2020, right here in Harris County, Texas. So, upon, verifying several things that were alleged by attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon, I believe that the general public should be highly concerned about what she’s alleging in regard to Judge Angela Graves-Harrington – especially if in fact, the things being alleged by attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon, turns out to be true.

The last Judge Attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon Accused of Taking Bribes Got Convicted in Collin County, Texas

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

“I’m trying to get in touch with Aubrey Taylor,” says attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon in the voicemail recording. She went on to say that she’s a family law attorney operating primarily in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. “I’m currently handling a custody case in front of Judge Angela Graves-Harrington,” she went on to say. “And we’ve got something going on. I know that she’s getting kickbacks,” alleged attorney Weatherspoon. “We have an issue with a protective order being denied – it’s just crazy,” she said in frustration. "My client is a secret service agent, and his wife is a nurse,” she explained. But that’s not what caught my attention as I listened to the voicemail recording. What caught my attention? I’m going to tell you if you hold your horses. Well, toward the middle of the voicemail recording attorney Weatherspoon alleges that the step-dad involved in the case she’s working on has some sort of ties to the county commissioner. Which county commissioner was she referring too? Well, that’s what I wanted to know, so I returned her phone call and she gave me an earful. Get this!!! The county commissioner she was referring to was none other than Harris County Precinct 1 Commissioner Rodney Ellis. But that’s all I’m going to share about this matter at this time – especially as it relates to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis.

So, for those of you who don’t know, the presiding judge of the 280th Protective Order Court is Judge Barbara Stalder, who will be up for re-election in the 2022 Midterm Elections.

Cause Number 2020-66572 -- Roger Jenkins, Applicant vs. Ronnie Wayne Wills II, Respondent, In the 280th Judicial District Court Harris County Texas. Again, like I said, the 280th Protective Order Court is presiding over by Judge Barbara Stalder, who will be up for re-election in the 2022 Midterm Elections.

"Now, listen up!!! Attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon left me a voicemail message two days ago, alleging that she believes that Judge Angela Graves-Harrington is accepting kickbacks? Yes!!! You heard me right! Attorney Weatherspoon straight-up called me up and left me a message alleging that Judge Angela Graves-Harrington, one of the local judges who was swept into office as a part of the whole “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” phenomenon back in the 2018 Midterm Election is on the take so-to-speak. And when I called attorney Weatherspoon back (as she requested) to have her elaborate – she doubled down on her assertion that Judge Angela Graves-Harrington is corrupt. This sounds crazy – right? Well, it sounded crazy to me too, before I talked to attorney Weatherspoon. But don’t take my word for it, call her yourself – instead of calling me!!! Anyways, like I’ve been saying for over the course of the last year or so, you can expect for the 2022 Democratic Party Primary in Harris County, Texas to be a free-for-all. And if you ask me, many of these Democratic judges, especially the Black ones are more than likely going to see some serious inner-party challenges to their re-election bids on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 – and rightfully so. That being said, if you are an attorney who is planning to run for one of the judicial positions on “SUPER TUESDAY” your deadline to have your name placed on the ballot is Monday, December 13, 2021, at 6:00pm.”

The “Sisterhood Series” Features 70 Powerful Texas Women You Should Know Who Are Doing Their Own Thing

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I would like to take this moment to introduce our “SISTERHOOD SERIES” to you. This empowerment movement is being launched to highlight a few powerful Texas women who are doing their own thing in legal, political, and public relations fields throughout the Lone Star State. Now, while this powerful group of women is being brought to you as a corporate body, our “SISTERHOOD SERIES” should not be misconstrued as identity/gender politics in any way, shape, or form. Why? Well, all of the featured women in this series are (in their own unique way) some of the best and brightest women in America. So, recognizing these women as part of our SISTERHOOD SERIES” is our way of applauding each of them for their courage, tenacity, and ability to compete in what has traditionally been a man’s world.

TRUTH OF THE MATTER

If we’re honest with ourselves, we all know that women are still fighting an uphill battle in politics as well as inside boardrooms across America. So, let's not forget – it wasn’t long ago that women were guaranteed the right to vote. In case you don’t know, the 19th Amendment granting women the right to vote was only the beginning of a much longer fight that women are continuing to fight on the campaign trail, in board rooms, and while living their everyday lives.

A VERY UNIQUE BOND

Each segment of our “SISTERHOOD SERIES” will highlight a “FEATURED SPONSOR” on the cover, and sixty-nine sitting incumbent Democratic and Republican members of the judiciary inside. So, as a community of women, each of the sixty-nine women featured as the “BODY OF THE SERIES” are linked together by their common successes in the rough and tumble world of Texas politics. Now, you can bet your bottom dollar, that some of these women will be endorsed by Houston Business Connections Newspaper©, in 2022 and 2024 “ELECTION GUIDES” when they appear on the ballot. However, unfortunately, some of these women will not make the cut. So, please do not forget that the deadline to run for political office in the “2022 MIDTERM ELECTIONS” is on Monday, December 13, 2021, in Texas. And, if you are a woman or man who is planning to run for office in 2022, you must sign up by Monday, December 13, 2021, at 6:00 pm. So, if you are not sure, what position you should run for in the Democratic Party Primary or Republican Party Primary, please call (281)788-3033, and I will try to assist you in any way I can.

MINISTERS OF JUSTICE

Every judge in America takes an oath of office and solemnly swears that they will administer justice without respect to persons and that they will do equal right to the poor and to the rich alike. So, the “MINISTERS OF JUSTICE” you see listed below, have all promised to faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon them under the United States Constitution and the laws that govern us as a free nation when they were elected. And each of them did so before the LORD God Almighty. Now, that being said, nowhere in their promise was their political party affiliation, sorority, socio-economic status, or ethnicity mentioned. So, let’s do our best going forward, to elect the “BEST AND BRIGHTEST” women and men who are committed to handing out even-handed justice to every person who enters their courtroom.

Nominating the Wrong Candidates on "SUPER TUESDAY" Could Have Disastrous Consequences in the November 2022 General Election in Harris County

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Make no mistake about it, who the people of Harris County, Texas choose to give another term to in 2022 must be about substance, job performance, judicial temperament, competence, and whether or not our members of the judiciary are following the law with their rulings. And that being said, in 2022, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.

THINKING ABOUT RUNNING?

If you are a candidate planning to run for office in 2022, you have to select the right candidate to run against. And the second most important thing to understand is that you have to select your race early, to avoid ending up in a crowded field of candidates on "SUPER TUESDAY" in Harris County, Texas. So, if you need assistance trying to determine which race to enter, please call (281)788-3033, and I will do my very best to answer any questions you may have.
