Black men like Nelly (top second from left), the "Hot in Herre" rapper, are stepping forward and standing firm in politics. Dr. Abdul Haleem Muhammad (aka Minister Robert Muhammad), top far left, prizefighter turned businessman Eric Carr (top second from right), State Rep. Ron E Reynolds (top far right), Ray "R.C." Jones and Hall of Fame Broadcaster Ralph Cooper are some of the strongest "BLACK MEN" in Harris County, Texas. While Cooper is most widely known as a sportscaster, he has a wealth of experience covering community matters relevant to what is happening inside Harris County Courtrooms and jails from his early days. DECORATED COMBAT VETERAN... Lieutenant Colonel DaSean Jones, the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court, is one of America's most honorable "BLACK MEN." Not only is Judge DaSean Jones serving as the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court, but he is also a USAR Military Judge. He is the only African American male serving in this capacity across all five military branches, including the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
There’s a change of the guards happening right before our eyes in many ways. As Black males like Snoop Dogg, Nelly, Kodak Black, and Rick Ross bravely step up to the plate, America is beginning to take notice.
Long gone are the days when men like the Rev. Al Sharpton and the Rev. Jesse Jackson controlled what “SHOOK AND MOVED” in the Black Community. Unbeknownst to the majority of African Americans, we’ve gotten suckered, played, bamboozled, and hoodwinked for decades by “GATEKEEPERS” who have enriched themselves, their families, and their friends on the backs of the rest of us – with no regard for us, or our interest.
The time has arrived for us, “BLACK PEOPLE,” to wake up and understand our power, ingenuity, strength, and ability to triumph over evil and trickery that has held us back as a people for way too many decades.
Last Friday night, January 17, 2025, Snoop Dogg, a Hall of Fame rapper, wowed the attendees at the “CRYPTO BALL,” held to welcome in President-Elect Donald Trump’s Administration.
Snoop sang, ‘Everything’s gonna be alright,” by Bob Marley. He also did a rendition of “Don’t Stop Believin” by Journey and “Three Little Birds” by Bob Marley as he hyped up MAGA “Make America Great Again,” Trump supporters planting positive “SUBLIMINAL MESSAGES” into the hearts of Trump supporters as he served as DJ “DISC JOCKEY,” for the event.
Snoop also performed “Drop It Like It’s Hot,” one of his hit songs. But Snoop Dogg wasn’t alone. I wasn’t there, but I understand that Rick Ross and Soulja Boy accompanied Snoop. However, the rapper’s cozy relationship with President-elect Trump has caused them to get publicly attacked by other “BLACK PERFORMERS” and social media keyboard warriors.
Listen. What we see playing out repeatedly when it comes to “MY PEOPLE,” the Black Community, is what’s called the “DIVIDE AND CONQUER STRATEGY,” which still works.
The key strategy used against “BLACK PEOPLE” is to make us disagree and fight against one another so that we will not join together and apply pressure on the system that’s continuing to hold “OUR COMMUNITIES” in bondage.
Yep. We as a people are still falling for the same old tricks used against our ancestors on slave plantations. That said, the only way to build a “STRONGER BLACK COMMUNITY” is to build strong households and families and become civically, politically, and economically engaged.

AL’S COMPETING INTERESTS…
On Monday, January 20, 2025, our 47th President of the United States, President-Elect Donald Trump, will take office. His inauguration will be a star-studded affair. However, what people like Al Sharpton are talking about is taking an oath to challenge President-elect Donald Trump’s administration, which is self-serving and silly. How can I make this claim?
Well, remember, Rev. Al Sharpton was handed $500,000.00 by Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign for President of the United States. Yes. Rev. Al’s nonprofit directly benefitted from all those positive words he spewed on MSNBC about Kamala.
Who did Rev. Al Sharpton spend any of his $500,000.00 within the Black Community? Did he take any of his money and distribute it throughout “THE BLACK COMMUNITY,” or horde it?
So, in actuality, Rev. Al Sharpton and other so-called “BLACK LEADERS” are not fighting for the Black Community but instead are fighting to protect their self-interests.
Aside from the divisive event Rev. Sharpton is supposed to head, simultaneously as President-Elect Donald J. Trump’s Inauguration, later in the evening, Nelly, the “It’s Getting Hot in Here,” rapper is slated to perform for President Trump, as a private event.

EMERGENCE OF NEW LEADERS…
Closer to home in Texas, several Black men have caught my attention. Ray “R.C.” Jones, a man with nearly 50 years of experience in Democratic Politics, is now one of my chief advisors.
I can’t think of anyone I respect and admire more than Ray “R.C.” Jones when it comes to local Harris County, Texas politics. I am in awe of his wisdom, intellect, and courage.
Former prizefighter Eric Carr is much younger than me, but his business and political knowledge is awe-inspiring and noteworthy. Over the last four years, Carr’s influence has served as a stabilizing force for me.
As one of my biggest “SPONSORS,” Mr. Eric Carr and his E&E Construction have enabled me to espouse my opinions freely and without fear of reprisal. However, Mr. Carr is quick to correct me when I publish something that he disagrees with; he’s also firm but reassuring in his support for my First Amendment Rights to “FREEDOM OF SPEECH” and “FREEDOM OF THE PRESS,” granted to me by our forefathers in our United States Constitution.
His company slogan proclaims, “Finding Inspiration in Every Turn,” which is significant to him and is what he’s all about.
Regarding strength, Eric Carr is the epitome of what the word strength means. And when it comes to courage, he personifies the word courage.
Mr. Carr is a born fighter with the heart of a champion. As a prizefighter, Eric Carr amassed a record of 56 wins with only six losses. As a businessman, his E&E Construction is undefeated in its dedication to delivering exceptional construction and drilling services with a commitment to safety, innovation, and sustainability.
While Mr. Carr is not perfect, it’s unmistakable that the “BLESSINGS OF THE LORD” are being bestowed upon him and his business. “Our mission is to build lasting relationships with our clients by providing high-quality, efficient, cost-effective solutions while upholding the highest integrity and environmental responsibility standards,” he says.
“We strive to empower our team, support our communities, and drive growth and success through excellence in every project we undertake,” he explains. And I can attest that Mr. Eric Carr lives to be a blessing to others he holds near and dear.
So, as Black History Month approaches, I can’t think of any two “BLACK MEN” who have stood courageously by me and impacted my life more than Ray “R.C.” Jones and Mr. Eric Carr.

A RISING STAR IN TEXAS…
I have known State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27) for over two decades. He hasn’t lived a perfect life, and he definitely had a few hiccups along the way, but he’s found his grove and is hitting on all cylinders right now.
Most folks don’t realize that State Rep. Ron Reynolds has always been his own man. He also understands that obstacles, resentment, jealousy, envy, and haters come with success.
In case you don’t know, State Rep. Reynolds’ favorite scripture passage (LUKE 12:48) states, “From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded: and from the who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.”
State Rep. Ron Reynolds is the first African American State Representative to serve the people of Fort Bend County since Reconstruction. He was sworn in on January 10, 2011, and hasn’t looked back since. Believe it or not, State Rep. Ron Reynolds is one of the “STRONGEST BLACK VOICES” in Texas – like it or not!

LEADER OF THE FUTURE…
What a lot of folks don’t realize is the “BLACK PEOPLE” are starting to awaken from the ‘slumbering sleep’ we fell into after Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. got fatally shot at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, Tennessee, on April 4, 1968, at the age of 39.
But before Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr was assassinated in 1968, a few years prior, Malcolm X, a Muslim minister and human rights advocate, was mercilessly gunned down on February 21, 1965, in Manhattan, New York City, at the age of 39.
Did you notice that Dr. Martin Luther King got gunned down at the age of 39 in 1968, and Malcolm X also got gunned down at the age of 39, coincidentally?
What’s my point? Well, in life, the things we go through have a funny way of shaping us into the men God has called us to be. During his adolescence, Malcolm X was found guilty of committing various crimes like larceny and burglary. Getting sentenced to 8 to 10 years was a wake-up call for Malcolm. However, while in prison, Malcolm joined the Nation of Islam, and his life shifted.
State Rep. Ron Reynolds is undoubtedly a leader of the future. Some folks try unsuccessfully to brandish him as a criminal after he pleads guilty to misdemeanor charges, but his story is much more complicated than the general public realizes.
Initially, the folks after State Rep. Reynolds was trying to convict him on 10 felony counts of barratry and ruin his life. However, once the charges got dropped to five counts of misdemeanor charges for what’s commonly known as ambulance chasing,
It’s never been talked about a lot, but a jury failed to convict State Rep. Reynolds on felony charges; instead, the jury found him guilty of six misdemeanor counts of solicitation of professional employment, but a judge threw out those convictions and declared a mistrial in the criminal matter concerning State Rep. Ron Reynolds.
A tricky maneuver got pulled on State Rep. Ron Reynolds (in court) after the prosecution could not get him convicted on the felony counts. State Rep. Reynolds and his many supporters believed that “DOUBLE JEOPARDY” was in play and that he could not be tried again, but since the charges against him had gotten downgraded.
Dr. Abdul Haleem Muhammad, Ph.D. (aka Robert S. Muhammad), believes that State Rep. Ron Reynolds got a raw deal in court. “State Rep. Ron Reynolds is the freest Black man in the Texas Legislature,” he emailed Aubrey R. Taylor Communications a few days ago.
After State Rep. Ron Reynolds and 10 other “BLACK MEMBERS” of the Texas Legislature stood firm and cast their votes for Dustin Burrows, a Republican, to become Speaker of the Texas House of Representatives, Dr. Muhammad needed to speak out on behalf of State Rep. Reynolds and the other Black lawmakers who voted for Burrows.
“When they unjustly took his law license in a Montgomery County sham trial, they only made him stronger in his resolve for freedom, justice, and equality,” Dr. Muhammad speaking in support of State Rep. Ron Reynolds.
Dr. Muhammad asked, “How many Black adults are eligible to vote but didn’t register? What would happen if they registered as Republicans and voted in their primary to mirror what was just done to pick the Texas House Speaker?”
He finished his comment by stating, “Good day, my brother,” using a “BLACK FIST SYMBOL” to exemplify strength through unity.

A BETTER POLITICAL STRATEGY…
A better political strategy moving forward for “BLACK PEOPLE” would be for us first to get a better understanding of how our government works. From there, we need to understand better what “ELECTED OFFICIALS” can and cannot do for us.
Once we’ve educated ourselves, the next step for us is to assess “OUR ELECTED LEADERS,” one position at a time, and then vote out “THE SELL-OUTS” and elect folks who have a heart for us (not every other ethnic group) and use the power of our vote effectively.
The first opportunity for “THE BLACK COMMUNITY” to put this “NEW 2025 STRATEGY” in play will present itself on Saturday, May 3, 2025, when Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones faces off against his (RINO) “Republican in Name Only,” challenger, in the race for Judge DaSean Jones’ 180th Criminal District Court, in Harris County, Texas.
As a community, we must mobilize “OUR PEOPLE.” Still, at the same time, we must alert MAGA “Make America Great Again” voters to the fact that they are about to get tricked, bamboozled, hoodwinked, and fooled into voting for a (RINO) who infiltrated their party and has been married to another woman for more than 22 years.
I’m not against Tami C. Pierce; I love her and her wife/husband, Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce. Tami C. Pierce spent $27,000.00 with me out of her campaign, and I helped her come within 449 votes of defeating Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones back during the 2022 Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas.
What’s my problem? My problem is that important information that MAGA “Make America Great Again” voters need to make a quality voting decision on Saturday, May 3, 2025, in the race for the 180th Criminal District Court is being suppressed and hidden from them.
Why am I upset?
MAGA “Make America Great Again” voters believe in traditional families and disagree with Tami C. Pierce’s lifestyle. MAGA voters believe that marriage should be between a “BIOLOGICAL MALE” and a “BIOLOGICAL FEMALE,” not between two biological females.
Factually, Tami C. Pierce and Dr. Stephanie Gross-Pierce have been married for 22 years – and that’s newsworthy and of the utmost importance to President Donald Trump and his MAGA “Make America Great Again,” voters – which is why I’m puzzled right now.
How in the world are Tami C. Pierce and Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, planning on getting away with not leveling with MAGA “Make America Great Again” voters unscathed on Saturday, May 3, 2025, when they finally find out that they got duped into voting for someone who does not share their values?

TAKING THE WRONG PATH…
I do not doubt if, given the facts, every “TRUE DEMOCRAT” who loves America, “EVERY INDEPENDENT” who stands for right, and every single MAGA “Make America Great Again,” voter in Harris County, Texas would vote for Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones on Saturday, May 3, 2025, over Tami C. Pierce, if the information they need to make a quality decision at the ballot box were not getting suppressed.
As I’m writing this report, President-elect Donald Trump hasn’t even taken office yet, but yesterday (Saturday, January 18, 2025), the United States House of Representatives passed a ban on transgender athletes participating in girls’ sports in America.
“We know from scripture and from nature that men are men and women are women, and men cannot become women,” proclaimed House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.).
MAGA “Make America Great Again,” voters are solidly behind “The Protection of Women and Girls Sports Act,” in case you don’t know.
Johnson states, “Around the world, it’s estimated that more than 700 female athletes have been displaced by males in their women’s sporting events.”
“We believe that women’s sports are for women,” says Riley Gaines, a former NCAA swimmer who is against transgender athletes competing against biological women. “I cannot believe we have to say this, but unfortunately, we do,” she’s stated publicly.
What’s my point?
Cindy Siegel and Tami C. Pierce are taking the wrong path on the matter of informing MAGA “Make America Great Again” voters that Tami C. Pierce is a member of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY,” who is running as a Republican against a decorated war hero named Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones, who has (not one), but “TWO BRONZE STARS,” to his credit.

BATTLE TESTED AND APPROVED…
For the life of me, I cannot understand why any American would want to publicly attack a combat hero like Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones for any reason on American soil.
Did you know that, besides Judge DaSean Jones serving as the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court Judge, he was appointed as a USAR Military Judge in 2022 and currently serves as the only African American male serving in this capacity across all five military branches, of the United States military, which includes the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard.
No joke! Judge DaSean Jones is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps. However, please do not take my informing you of this fact and Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones’ accomplishments and accolades to mean or signify that the military endorses him in any way, shape, manner, or form.
I would also like to inform you that Lieutenant Colonel DaSean Jones has (not one) but TWO BRONZE STAR MEDALS, a Combat Action Badge, a Meritorious Service Medal, a Global War on Terrorism, a Global War Expeditionary, an Army Commendation Medal (3OLC), Army Achievement Medal (10LC), an Overseas Ribbon, Korea Defense Service Medal, Overseas Training Ribbon, a National Defense Service Ribbon, and a Parachute Badge to his credit.
Why am I telling you about Judge Dasean Jones’s accomplishments?
Recently, Kay Shepard, a lowlife political operative who hasn’t accomplished anything with her miserable life, sent out an email trashing Judge DaSean Jones, which I take issue with.
Jealousy, envy, and self-hatred have caused Kay Shepard to lash out at Judge DaSean Jones and anyone who refuses to play by her rules, but she has barked up the wrong tree.
Her evil, vindictive, retaliatory strategy must not be allowed to succeed.

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT…
Why is Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, allowing Kay Shepard to continue to espouse hatred toward a distinguished combat veteran, who happens to be an “ELECTED DEMOCRAT JUDGE” in Harris County, Texas?
When you get right down to it, African American judges are “UNDER SIEGE” from deep within the ranks of the Harris County Democratic Party.
A small group of racist (DINOs), “Democrats in Name Only,” are working on a “COVERT MISSION” to purge African Americans from local judicial benches during the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election and the upcoming 2028 Presidential Election.
Lieutenant Colonel Judge Dasean Jones’s “REMATCH AGAINST TAMI C. PIERCE,” in the race for the 180th Criminal District Court on Saturday, May 3, 2025, is a test case for (DINOs) and their (RINO) “Republicans in Name Only,” who have infiltrated the Harris County Republican Party.
It is of the uttermost importance that “BLACK COMMUNITY LEADERS” stand firm and assist Lieutenant Colonel Judge DeSean Jones in defending his judicial bench just like he’s defended our interest when he nearly lost his life in combat several times.

Nelly, the "HOT IN HERRE" rapper, is standing firm and planning to perform for President-elect Trump on Monday, January 20, 2025, after Trump's inauguration as the 47th President of the United States of America. Nelly does not appear to be cowering in the face of his critics.

Snoop Dogg did not cower in the face of his critics, who did not want to see him perform at the "CRYPTO BALL" to welcome President-Elect Donald Trump's administration. Snoop Dogg appears to be evolving into one of America's most influential "BLACK MEN," bar none.

Brother/Dr. Abdul Haleem Muhammad (aka Robert S. Muhammad) was born in upstate New York, raised in New York City, and completed High School in Southern New Jersey. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1978 from Hampton [Institute] University in Hampton, Virginia. In 1980, he moved to Houston, Texas, to pursue a career in Banking and Finance. Minister Robert Muhammad is one of the "STRONGEST BLACK MEN" in Harris County, Texas, if not the entire state of Texas.
Judge DaSean Jones is in the fight of his political life in his quest to retain the 180th Criminal District Court bench he currently presides over in Harris County, Texas. Early voting will begin on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, and end on Friday, April 29, 2025, with "ELECTION DAY" voting on Saturday, May 3, 2025. Judge DaSean Jones is endorsed by Houston Business Connections Newspaper.

State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27) became one of the most powerful lawmakers in Texas. We must stand behind State Rep. Reynolds and other "BLACK LAWMAKERS" as they work across the aisle during the 89th Legislative Session to pass laws that are in the best interests of their entire constituencies and not a small segment or group of their constituent base.

State Rep. Dustin Burrows beat the Republican establishment and became Speaker of the Texas House with the help of brave Democrat lawmakers like Christian Manuel (HD-22), State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27), State Rep. Sheryl Cole (HD-46), State Rep. Venton Jones (HD-100), State Rep. Toni Rose (HD-110), State Rep. Harold Dutton Jr (HD-142), State Rep. Rhetta Andrews Bowers (HD-113), State Rep. Barbara Gervin-Hawkins (HD-120), State Rep. Senfronia Thompson (HD-141), State Rep. Lauren Ashley Simmons (HD-146), and State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147), by putting partisan politics aside and crossing the political divide to make Dustin Burrows one of the most powerful men in Texas.

Lieutenant Colonel DaSean Jones has TWO BRONZE STAR MEDALS, a Combat Action Badge, a Meritorious Service Medal, a Global War on Terrorism, a Global War Expeditionary, an Army Commendation Medal (3OLC), Army Achievement Medal (10LC), an Overseas Ribbon, Korea Defense Service Medal, Overseas Training Ribbon, a National Defense Service Ribbon, and a Parachute Badge to his credit. SPECIAL NOTE: The appearance of Judge DaSean Jones in his military uniform and U.S. Department of Defense visual information does not imply or constitute DOD endorsement.

Tami C. Pierce (left) and her wife/husband, Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce, have a loving marital relationship that they've shared for more than 22 years. For the most part, before Tami C. Pierce threw her hat into the political ring, she and her wife Stephanie lived a quiet, peaceful life, staying to themselves and out of politics. However, today, a small group of (DINOs), "Democrats in Name Only," and (RINOs), "Republicans in Name Only," have allied themselves together and embraced Tami C. Pierce's campaign for the 180th Criminal District Court as part of a grander scheme to purge "BLACK JUDGES" from local judicial benches in Harris County, Texas. Kay Shepard, who is suspected of being a closet member of the "LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY," is acting as the 'attack dog' for Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, who also favors "LGBTQ+ WOMEN AND MEN," over "HETEROSEXUAL MEN AND WOMEN," as proven by his recent actions. It appears that Kay Shepard, in her twisted mind and vexed spirit, believes that she is helping her fellow "LGBTQ+ SISTERS" and a more significant cause by working to defeat Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones. By definition, a heterosexual person is someone who is exclusively sexually or romantically attracted to someone of the opposite sex; after having her sexual advances allegedly rebuffed by State Rep. Shawn Thierry at an event, Kay Shepard began to attack her (State Rep. Thierry) profusely and oppose her politically as well.

General Merrick Garland chose Judge Erica Hughes to serve as an Immigration Judge, where she will preside over cases beginning in January 2022. In addition to this new role, Judge Erica Hughes has been an esteemed member of the U.S. Army National Guard of Texas in Austin since 2016, serving as a Judge Advocate. On January 1, 2025, Judge Erica Hughes, after being called an animal by an "LGBTQ ATTORNEY." named Ben L. Aderholt and unqualified by fellow judges from within her own party, will take the bench as the presiding judge for the 151st Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas. Judge Erica Hughes is pictured above with State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147) and Judge DaSean Jones, the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court.

Judge Lashawn Williams, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, Judge Shannon Baldwin, Judge Tonya Jones, and Judge Toria J. However, I'm not sure why so many potential candidates are seeking to run against the (26) twenty-six African American incumbent judges when there will be (68) sixty-eight local benches up for grabs in the 2026 Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas.
