Bullying, Threats, And Ballot Harvesting Was Used by Members of Commissioner Ellis's Regime to Defeat Judge Maria T. Jackson

Judge Maria T. Jackson (top center) is a "GOOD DEMOCRAT" who was bullied and threatened by Judge Darrell Jordan (top left), a member of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's regime. Dallas Jones (bottom left) and Tyler James (bottom right) ran the "BALLOT HARVESTING PROGRAM," which helped Commissioner Ellis defeat Judge Jackson on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. During the 2020 Primary cycle, Judge Darrell Jordan set out to bully, intimidate, berate, and strike fear into Judge Maria T. Jackson's heart, a joint strategy members of Commissioner Rodney Ellis's regime appear to have used for decades to discourage "GOOD DEMOCRATS" from questioning or challenging their supremacy. County Judge Lina Hidalgo was given a $100,000.00 loan by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's Campaign Account on 11/02/2022. Still, when those African American Judges were sued by their Republican opponents, Commissioner Rodney Ellis did not do anything significant to help his fellow African Americans even though he had over $6 million in the bank.

Commissioner Lesley Briones was given a $100,000.00 loan by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's Campaign Account on 10/06/2022. Has Commissioner Rodney Ellis done anything of that magnitude for any African American male or female?

Commissioner Rodney Ellis has played "DR" Candice Matthews for a complete idiot as far as his campaign finance report is concerned. Commissioner Rodney Ellis may be compensating "DR" Matthews in other ways, but $500.00 is all he's paid her this year, according to his campaign finance reports. This revelation could be the motive behind "DR" Matthews's "EXTORTION AND BLACKMAIL SCHEME" that was hatched along with James Dunn, Jr., the convicted felon who defrauded the United States Department of Education out of $300,000.00 a few years ago.

Judge Maria T. Jackson was forced to send a complaint to the Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct after she became fearful for her physical well-being after whispers began circulating around Harris County, Texas, that she was planning to step down from her 339th Criminal District Court bench and challenge Commissioner Rodney Ellis for his "PRECINCT ONE" position. "On February 4, 2019, Darrell Jordan, the presiding judge for the Harris County Criminal Court at Law No. 16, verbally intimidated me to the point of fear for my physical well-being," said Judge Jackson. (CLICK HERE) See the complaint filed by Judge Maria T. Jackson to better understand the tactics and methods used to intimidate members of the judiciary and other elected positions.

Judge Darrell Jordan, the presiding judge for County Criminal Court at Law No. 16, is one of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's henchmen. Aside from belittling, berating, intimidating, and threatening Judge Maria T. Jackson, Judge Darrell Jordan also, according to this "PUBLIC ADMONISHMENT," referred to himself as "KING OF HIS COURT" like he owns his courtroom and isn't an elected official. (CLICK HERE) See what the State Commission on Judicial Conduct had to see about Judge Darrell Jordan and his courtroom antics.

Former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler identified Gerald Womack and Dallas Jones as two businessmen who doubled as chief lieutenants for Commissioner Ellis's regime and worked directly under Ellis and others to implement their illegal mail ballot harvesting operation in Harris County, Texas, in 2020. According to "THE AFFIDAVIT," sworn to by former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler, Tyler James, an employee of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, bragged about guaranteeing that 700,000 illegal mail ballots could be harvested in Harris County, Texas. (CLICK HERE) Read the "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" that was filed in a case before the Texas Supreme Court.

Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and his "BALLOT HARVESTERS" appear to have pulled a fast one on Judge Maria T. Jackson during the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary race for County Commissioner Precinct One. Only 22,785 absentee mail ballots were cast by Democrats for the county. However, 11,093 (about half) were cast on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Party Primary race for County Commissioner between Maria T. Jackson and Commissioner Rodney Ellis -- which is unbelievable.

Tyler James is Commissioner Rodney Ellis's former employee who, according to witnesses, was running around Harris County bragging about guaranteeing 700,000 illegal mail ballots during the 2020 Presidential Election cycle. After word began circulating through political circles that private investigators had surveillance on Tyler James, Commissioner Rodney Ellis discontinued dispursing checks to Tyler James and has not made any more disbursements to Tyler James since.

Dallas Jones worked for Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and was the Texas Political Director for the "BIDEN/HARRIS CAMPAIGN" during the 2020 Presidential Election. So, it's hard to uncover how Dallas Jones, the owner of Elite Change, makes his money. However, Dallas Jones was selected to serve as the Texas Political Director for the "BIDEN/HARRIS CAMPAIGN" because of his connections to Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and he's very familiar with the process of running mass illegal mail ballot harvesting campaigns. Dallas Jones was supposed to implement his "BALLOT HARVESTING PROGRAM" statewide. However, after he was allegedly picked up from his home by the FBI, he was dropped by the "BIDEN/HARRIS CAMPAIGN" and hasn't shown up on Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's campaign finance reports since.

Bullying, Threats, And Ballot Harvesting Was Used by Ellis to Defeat Judge Maria T. Jackson; Letter from Founder of Zuckerberg

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Part of the reason “BLACK FOLKS” are not as informed as other ethnic groups is the fact that African Americans are still playing the game of following the leader. In contrast, different ethnic groups abandoned this practice several decades ago.

Another major problem impacting African American communities is the fact that news making its way into Black households on a nightly basis is filtered through the lenses of people who do not have our best interests in mind.

I’m telling you the truth – Dallas Jones and Tyler James were the hand-picked vital players who were working Ellis’s illegal 2020 ballot harvesting program that was conjured up by members of his regime. Based on my in-depth investigation, the “BLACK JUDGES” who hold most of the benches in Harris County, Texas, were not part of Ellis’s scheme in the 2020 Presidential Election or the 2022 Midterm Election that was bungled by Clifford Tatum – who was Commissioner Ellis’s hand-picked Elections Administrator who screwed up the 2022 Midterm Election results.

“FBI INTERVENTION.”

It’s true; Dallas Jones, the owner of Elite Change, was snatched from his home by the FBI and held for nearly a week, according to the investigators who were conducting surveillance of Dallas Jones for weeks during the 2020 Presidential Election cycle.

From what I’ve gathered after investigating what unfolded in 2020, local and national media organizations appear to have worked feverishly behind the scenes with the “BIDEN/HARRIS CAMPAIGN” to suppress the story about Joe Biden’s (Texas Political Director) Dallas Jones and his little run-in with the FBI right before the start of Early Voting.

On the morning of Saturday, October 17, 2020, around 10:00 a.m., I began receiving phone calls and text messages from elected officials and other civic and spiritual leaders asking me if I knew anything about rumors swirling around Harris County about Dallas Jones getting picked up by the FBI.

In hindsight, we now know the “BIDEN/HARRIS CAMPAIGN” was working behind the scenes, pressuring social media networks and media outlets to protect their underlings, Dallas Jones, serving as their Texas Political Director for their campaign.

Multiple sources report that the practice of putting pressure on media outlets and social networks is still ongoing. “In 2021, senior officials from the Biden Administration, including the White House, repeatedly pressured our teams for months to censor certain COVID-19 content, including humor and satire, and expressed a lot of frustration with our teams when we didn’t agree,” stated Mark Zuckerberg, founder Chairman & CEO of Meta Platforms, Inc., in a letter he recently sent to Jim Jordan, Chairman on the Committee on Judiciary – United States House of Representatives.

Zuckerberg further stated, “I believe the government pressure was wrong, and I regret that we were not more outspoken about it. I also think we made some choices that, with the benefit of hindsight and new information, we would make today."

The stories about Russian disinformation were false. “In a separate situation, the FBI warned us about a potential Russian disinformation operation about the Biden family and Burisma in the lead-up to the 2020 election. That fall, when we saw a New York Post story reporting on corruption allegations involving then-Democratic presidential nominee Joe Bidens’ family, we sent that story to fact-checkers for review and temporarily demoted it while waiting for a reply,” stated Zuckerberg in his letter to the Committee on the Judiciary for the United States House of Representatives.

“It’s since been made clear that the reporting was not Russian disinformation, and in retrospect, we shouldn’t have demoted the story,” proclaimed Zuckerberg.

He stated, “We’ve changed our policies and processes to make sure this doesn’t happen again – for instance, we no longer temporarily demote things in the U.S. while waiting for fact-checkers."

“FIGHTING THE FRAUD.”

The fact that Dallas Jones, the Texas Political Director for the “BIDEN/HARRIS CAMPAIGN” and chief consultant for Commissioner Rodney Ellis, was snatched from his home on Saturday, October 17, 2020, begs the question of what other stories are being suppressed.

Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and members of his regime are behind the “ELECTION FRAUD” and not the local “BLACK JUDGES” my investigative team has uncovered.

Commissioner Ellis is the culprit.

For decades, Rodney Ellis, Sylvester Turner, Sheila Jackson Lee, and several other local career politicians who belong to their “CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE” have bullied, intimidated, and threatened their rivals from both sides of the political aisle.

Their threats and intimidation tactics have dissuaded many “GOOD BLACKS” from pursuing public office out of fear of having to face off against one of Commissioner Ellis’s minions.

Ellis and his minions, for some reason, believe in their minds that they’re better than everyday Black folks. In a sense, they think they’re superior and are so prideful that they’re not any earthly good.

“Black supremacy is as dangerous as white supremacy, and God is not interested merely in the freedom of black men and brown men and yellow men,” stated civil rights leader Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr., in a speech he delivered on the in Greencastle, Indiana on the campus of DePauw University on Monday, September 5, 1960, to thunderous applause.

According to Dr. King, “God is interested in the freedom of the whole human race and the creation of a society where all men will live together as brothers, and all men will respect the dignity and worth of all human personality.

What Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and members of his regime are doing in Harris County, Texas, is flat-out wrong and must be uprooted for local politics.

Before 2016, when Rodney Ellis took over the reins of “COUNTY GOVERNMENT” and Sylvester Turner took over the reins of “CITY GOVERNMENT,” the illegal criminal ballot harvesting schemes they’ve grown accustomed to relying upon were, for the most part, relegated to helping them dominate election contests in Black areas of Harris County, Texas.

Once Commissioner Rodney Ellis seized control of “PRECINCT ONE” after the untimely death of the late Commissioner El Franco Lee, he and members of his “CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE” immediately set their sights on bigger and better things – turning the state of Texas red. However, there was one “GOP” Megadonor (Steven Hotze) who decided that he was not going to allow Commissioner Rodney Ellis and his regime to seize Texas by running up “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT TOTALS” in Harris County, Texas.

“STOPPING FRAUD.”

After former Congresswoman Beto O’Rourke came within two percentage points of unseating United States Senator Ted Cruz in the 2018 Midterm Election, “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” took America by storm, and those “19 BLACK FEMALE JUDGES” gained national attention and notoriety – which displeased a lot of people in Texas and beyond.

The 2018 Midterm Election was a massive success for local Democrats. It proved to the world that “BLACK WOMEN” could accomplish anything they put their minds to if they believed in themselves and banded together to achieve their dreams.

However, you must remember that straight-ticket voting was still allowed during the 2018 Midterm Election in Texas. By the time the 2020 Presidential Election rolled around, the Republican legislature had abolished the practice in Texas – which presented Democrats with a problem.

To solve the problem Democrats were facing, Commissioner Rodney Ellis and members of his regime hatched a plan to send out “UNSOLICITED MAIL BALLOTS” all over Harris County, Texas. However, County Clerk Diane Trautman didn’t follow Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s plan and got bullied out of office.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis is rotten and was primarily responsible for Harris County Clerk Diane Trautman’s abrupt resignation. Ellis isn’t trustworthy in any way, shape, or form.

For the record, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis was the brainchild behind those two incompetent Harris County Elections Administrators winning approval and screwing up our local elections.

For what it’s worth, “THE ELLIS REGIME” was the driving force behind much of the 2022 Midterm Election debacle on Election Day. That said, Isabel Longoria and Clifford Tatum were not even worthy of sitting at the same table as Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth – let’s get that straight right now.

As a refresher, Commissioner Ellis is the person who forced Harris County Clerk Diane Trautman to resign after Trautman would not cooperate with his plan to illegally mail unsolicited absentee ballots to every registered voter over the age of 65 in Harris County, Texas.

On 4/15/2020, Colleen M. Vera filed a complaint with the Secretary of State for the State of Texas regarding “ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING” in Harris County, Texas.

On 4/22/20, Colleen M. Vera went live with her evidence via the “TEXAS TRASH TALK” website, which included evidence about Diane Trautman, the Harris County Clerk at the time.

On 4/28/20, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis approved $12 million for Harris County Clerk Diane Trautman to expand the “ABSENTEE BALLOT” or what many call the “MAIL BALLOT” voting for the Tuesday, July 14, 2020, Primary Runoff Elections and the Tuesday, November 3, 2020, General Election as well. There was money earmarked inside the budget for Harris County Clerk Diane Trautman to send “MAIL BALLOT APPLICATIONS” to every 65+ voter inside Harris County, Texas -- whether they wanted an absentee mail ballot or not.

On 5/1/2020, Ken Paxton, the Attorney General for the State of Texas, sent a letter to all Texas county judges and election authorities warning them not to mislead voters by using the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic fears as a “DISABILITY” to vote by mail.

Attorney General Ken Paxton’s press release specifically criticized Harris County Clerk Diane Trautman and Judge Lina Hidalgo for crossing the line. He also stated that criminal charges could result.

From 5/4/20 to 5/7/2020, Dr. Diane Trautman spent a lot of time trying to get “GUIDANCE” from the Texas Secretary of State on how to carry out the “MASS MAILING” of “MAIL BALLOT APPLICATIONS” without crossing the line laid down by Attorney General Ken Paxton.

According to published reports, Secretary of State Ruth R. Hughs did not respond to Diane Trautman’s alleged repeated requests, which caused Trautman to grow concerned about potential jail time if she violated Attorney General Ken Paxton’s mandate.

On 5/7/2020, the Texas Secretary of State notified Colleen M. Vera that her investigation was solid. According to the Secretary of State’s Office, Colleen Vera’s 2-year investigation into ballot harvesting contained sufficient evidence to move forward.

On 5/7/2020, After not receiving a response from the Secretary of State’s Office, Diane Trautman reported in a “ZOOM MEETING” that she “WOULD NOT” be mailing “ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATIONS” to every 65+ voter in Harris County, Texas.

According to my sources, Harris County Democratic Party representatives questioned why the “MAIL BALLOTS” would not be mailed out -- to which Diane Trautman said that she would not do it in the current environment.

Just so you know, on 5/9/2020, the Harris County Democratic Party fought Diane Trautman tooth and nail to get more “ABSENTEE BALLOTS” to voters age 65 and older.

Some of our sources felt that the mounting pressure from the Texas Attorney General and a lack of response from the Texas Secretary of State caused Diane Trautman to oppose Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s effort to flood the county with illegal mail ballots.

Sources close to Diane Trautman stated that she did not feel that the “POLITICAL CLIMATE” was suitable for executing what Commissioner Rodney Ellis and others were trying to get her to do.

Whether or not the folks I spoke with were right isn’t up to me to decide.

“PRESENT DANGER.”

The notion there’s “NO ELECTION FRAUD” in Harris County, Texas, is false. The reason people aren’t in jail and convicted of “MAIL BALLOT HARVESTING” and other election-related crimes is that local “REPUBLICAN LEADERS” and “DEMOCRATIC” leaders are afraid to investigate Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and members of his regime.

If there’s no “ELECTION FRAUD” in Harris County, Texas – how did Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis receive 9,104 absentee mail ballots and Judge Maria T. Jackson only receive 1,989, back on Tuesday, March 3. 2020, in the Democratic Party Primary race for County Commissioner for Precinct One?

If you think back, only 22,785 absentee mail ballots were cast for the entire county in the Democratic Party primary on Tuesday, March 3, 2020.

Also, if you remember, Tyler James, who was working for Commissioner Rodney Ellis at the time, was being paid handsomely by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and claimed that he could guarantee that Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s illegal mail ballot harvesting operation could harvest as many as 700,000 illegal mail ballots.

During the period when Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s employee (Tyler James) was allegedly running around Harris County claiming he could guarantee a 700,000 absentee mail ballot haul, he was receiving regular checks from Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s campaign.

If Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s boy (Tyler James) was telling the truth when allegedly bragging about being able to harvest 700,000 absentee mail ballots illegally, his right-hand-man who would be responsible for pulling off the absentee mail ballot heist would be none other than Ellis’s other boy by the name of Dallas Jones, the owner of Elite Change – who was serving as Commissioner Ellis’s chief consultant and the Texas Political Director for the Biden/Harris Campaign.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis isn’t the big bad wolf. Nobody should fear Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis because he’s not challenging, intelligent, or a real man. Commissioner Ellis is nothing more than “A BIG KID” who has been allowed to bully women and lesser men.

In actuality, Commissioner Rodney Ellis is intimidated by “STRONG MEN” and has an abject, cowardly demeanor about him – he’s shifty-eyed. Have you noticed that Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis has a weak handshake and shifts his eyes when real men approach him?

If you don’t believe me, look at all of the men in Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s inner circle, and you will realize that, for the most part, they’re all “LIMP-WRISTED” yes boys who don’t have any backbone or intestinal fortitude.

Judge Darrell Jordan is in the military, but he’s not tough. Sure, he has some height to him, and he’s an opposing figure to women, but I’ve never heard of him trying to bully anyone but women – that’s the hallmark of “THE ELLIS REGIME” in Harris County, Texas.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis is running a “CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE” that specializes in using intimidation tactics against women and men whom they feel they can dominate.

“THE OPERATION.”

You must understand that Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis is a scary, sneaky, low-down “MOB-BOSS” who doesn’t like getting his hands dirty. That’s why I was so surprised when Commissioner Rodney Ellis allowed himself to get “OUTFOXED” by “DR” Candice Matthews when she recorded him on tape holding an illegal meeting at his home – but that’s a story for another day.

On Wednesday, November 19, 2019, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis wrote his boy, Judge Darrell Jordan, a check for $5,000.00 and categorized it as a campaign donation on his campaign finance report dated January 15, 2024, under penalty of perjury. Was the payment to Judge Darrell Jordan a return for attacking, criticizing, and working to intimidate Judge Maria T. Jackson earlier in the year?

A careful search of Judge Darrell Jordan’s campaign finance reports filed after Wednesday, November 19, 2019, reveals that Judge Darrell Jordan never reported receiving any money from Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis of any amount – let alone $5K.

Why did Commissioner Ellis claim on his 1/15/2024 Campaign Finance Report that he gave $5,000.00 to his boy Judge Darrell Jordan, but Judge Darrell Jordan never reported it on his campaign finance report?

We may never know what Judge Darrell Jordan did with the $5,000.00 Commissioner Ellis gave him, and he still hasn’t reported it on his campaign finance report, which is a severe violation.

“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”

Our investigation of the 2020 Presidential Election and the 2022 Midterm Election did not find any evidence that local “BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” knew anything about Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s regime’s “BALLOT HARVESTING PROGRAM” or how the scheme works. That said, it is incumbent upon Governor Greg Abbott, Attorney General Ken Paxton, and Secretary of State Jane Nelson to make sure that Commissioner Rodney Ellis and his crew get kept as far away from County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth as possible that they are not able to use their “INTIMIDATION TACTICS” against her and her administration which has been doing a fabulous job.
