The local mainstream media and national media aren't mentioning the names of Chanel Mbala, Kathy Lee Tatum,.B. Ivy, or Gaylon S. Caldwell, that much when they talk about the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election. However, whether you know it or not, all four of these "2023 CITY OF HOUSTON MAYORAL CONTENDERS" are much better choices for African Americans, than Sheila Jackson Lee, will ever be, in my opinion.
If you notice, for the most part, on the campaign trail, Sheila Jackson Lee, is trying to sell Houstonians on what she's going to do for us. But, Sheila has already had over 40 years, to do whatever she was going to do. What "SHE-JACK" is selling right now can be likened to "SNAKE OIL" that going to be bad for Houstonians in the long run.
Sheila Jackson Lee is wicked, evil, and has a penchant for turning a blind eye to the criminal activities of people who are close to her. In fact, she and her "MONEY MAN" by the name of Gerald Womack, have employed and allowed their "BLACK BALLOT HARVESTERS" to steal the identities of "DEAD BLACK PEOPLE" for decades in the 18th Congressional District.
On top of that, "SHE-JACK" is currently under "CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION" by her "Democrat" colleague who currently is running the Harris County District Attorney's Office (Kim Ogg), who has been slow-walking her investigation of (Gloria Palmer and Tomar Bishop), who stole the identities of server deceased African Americans, forged signatures on the "ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATIONS" and then placed those "FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTS" inside the United States Postal Service box and mailed them to the Harris County Clerk's Office.
Today, I'm going to make it really easy for any Houstonian to understand the "CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION" into Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's "MAIL BALLOT HARVESTERS" who have assisted her in winning her re-election bids for decades by focusing on the case of a "DEAD BLACK U.S. ARMY VETERAN" by the name of Tommie Bookman, who held the rank of private first class, in the Korean War.

- STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS -
The statute of limitations for mail fraud and wire fraud prosecutions is five years (18 U.S.C. § 3282), except for mail and wire fraud schemes that affect a financial institution, in which case the statute is ten years (18 U.S.C. § 3293).
COMMENT: Consider that a scheme may extend back beyond the limitations period; the gist of the offense is the use of the mail, and if the prohibited use of the mail was within the period, the prosecution is timely. See O. Obermaier and R. Morvillo, White Collar Crime: Business and Regulatory Offenses, § 9.04[5], at 9-67 (Rel. 2, 1991) (citing cases); cf. United States v. Garfinkel, 29 F.3d 1253, 1259 (8th Cir. 1994) (mail fraud scheme may continue after mailing). Something is going desperately wrong when the worst and most corrupt candidate running for Mayor of Houston is leading the race to become Houston's next Mayor. That being said, every warm-blooded Houstonian who is registered to vote in the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election must come together (this one time), put partisan politics on the back burner, and mobilize our efforts to make damn sure that Sheila Jackson Lee does not become Houston's next Mayor.
Sheila Jackson Lee is the meanest, nastiest, and most unethical politician I know. This woman will turn her back to corruption, just like she's done in her reelection bids to the 18th Congressional District of Texas, for decades.
This woman has already cut backroom deals that are going to be "BAD FOR WOMEN" who will be using public restrooms, locker rooms, and showers if her quest to become mayor is successful.
I'm desperately appealing to Houstonians to hear my plea, as it relates to "SHE-JACK" and the rest of the "ELLIS/TURNER POLITICAL REGIME" who have conspired together to run the City of Houston into the ground. Under their watch, the City of Houston has become "DEATH CAPITAL OF AMERICA" in less than a couple years.
All of that said, this Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee woman is planning to re-introduce the Houston Equal Rights Ordinance (HERO), or what was commonly known as "THE BATHROOM BILL" which has been defeated already.
Back on Tuesday, November 3, 2015, African American women, stood with conservatives to defeat "PROPOSITION #1" by (60.97% to 39.03%) margin of victory.
"ANYBODY BUT SHEILA."
Houstonians had better "MOBILIZE" and cast their votes for "ANYBODY BUT SHEILA" during the upcoming "EARLY VOTING PERIOD" and on "ELECTION DAY" to stop Sheila Jackson Lee in her tracks. Sheila's plan is to re-introduce the Houston Equal Rights Ordinance (HERO) and allow "BIOLOGICAL MALES" to be able to enter and use, public bathrooms, locker rooms, and showers, with "BIOLOGICAL FEMALES" potentially, putting their safety at risk.
