After Being Ruled Ineligible, Businessman Jim Noteware, Now Plans to Run Against Dave Wilson as a Write-in Candidate on November 2, 2021

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "In a strange set of circumstances, both candidates who were set to appear on the ballot on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, for the HCC General Election in the race for HCC Board Trustee for District VI, against former HCC Trustee Dave Wilson have been ruled ineligible. Yes, you heard me right, first Dr. Nissi Hamilton was ruled ineligible on an issue related to her voter registration. And just last night, Thursday, August 19, 2021, I was informed that Jim Noteware has been ruled ineligible for not checking the box indicating how long he's lived in the district. However, it's not over yet!!! Businessman Jim Noteware (after speaking with his legal team) has decided to challenge former HCC Trustee Dave Wilson as a "WRITE-IN CANDIDATE" on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, in the District VI race. He's also considering legal action to try and get his name back on the ballot."

Businessman Jim Noteware Plans to Run for the HCC Board of Trustees for District VI as a Write-In Candidate on Tuesday, November 2nd

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

HOUSTON -- I was informed late last night by several individuals last night that Jim Noteware had been disqualified from the HCC District VI race for a technicality. So, earlier this morning I place a phone call to Jim Noteware to confirm his alleged disqualification and he informed me that it was true. However, according to Jim Noteware, he plans to now challenge former HCC Trustee Dave Wilson, running as a "WRITE-IN CANDIDATE" for the HCC Board Trustee for District VI seat on Tuesday, November 2, 2021."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I really felt like Dr. Nissi Hamilton would eventually emerge as the front-runner in the race for the HCC Board Trustee for District VI seat. And with my good friend political strategist and consultant, Burt Levine by her side, I felt like Dr. Hamilton had a real shot of winning the race for HCC Board Trustee for District VI, on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, but unfortunately, her dream of becoming an HCC Board Trustee came to a screeching halt, on Monday, August 16, 2021, when she was informed of her disqualification on a technicality related to her voter registration."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I've been informed by Jim Noteware that he has been declared ineligible and disqualified from the race to become the next HCC Board Trustee for District VI. According to Jim Noteware, he has been informed that he failed to check the box indicating the length of time that he's actually lived in the district for which he was running. However, businessman Jim Noteware plans to run for the HCC District VI seat as a "WRITE-IN CANDIDATE" against former HCC Trustee Dave Wilson on Tuesday, November 2, 2021."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "From what I understand, former HCC Trustee Dave Wilson isn't out of the woods yet. Why? Well, businessman Jim Noteware, after being disqualified last night, will now challenge Wilson as a "WRITE-IN CANDIDATE" on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, in the race for HCC Board Trustee for District IV."

Nominating the Wrong Candidates on "SUPER TUESDAY" Could Have Disastrous Consequences in the November 2022 General Election in Harris County

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Make no mistake about it, who the people of Harris County, Texas choose to give another term to in 2022 must be about substance, job performance, judicial temperament, competence, and whether or not our members of the judiciary are following the law with their rulings. And that being said, in 2022, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.

THINKING ABOUT RUNNING?

If you are a candidate planning to run for office in 2022, you have to select the right candidate to run against. And the second most important thing to understand is that you have to select your race early, to avoid ending up in a crowded field of candidates on "SUPER TUESDAY" in Harris County, Texas. So, if you need assistance trying to determine which race to enter, please call (281)788-3033, and I will do my very best to answer any questions you may have.
