Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg (top left), seems to have been protecting her interest when she had her fellow Democrat, Judge Darrell Jordan, Jr. (bottom right), arrested and “CRIMINALLY CHARGED” with “OFFICIAL OPPRESSION” when he (Judge Jordan) had her former chief political consultant, Wayne Dolcefino (top second from left), arrested and “CRIMINALLY CHARGED” with “CONTEMPT OF COURT” in what stemmed from an incident where Investigative Reporter Wayne Dolcefino was simply trying ask the judge (Darrell Jordan) a few questions about why Mayor Sylvester Turner had not been criminally charged. UNCOVERING THE TRUTH… In hindsight, the courtroom encounter between Wayne Dolcefino, and Judge Darrell Jordan, Jr., appears to have been a 'mini-battle' in an ongoing war between DA Kim Ogg, and the “ELLIS/TURNER POLITICAL REGIME” whose deadly policies have earned the City of Houston the harrowing label of being known as the “DEATH CAPITAL OF AMERICA” and has made Harris County, Texas one of the most corrupt counties in the United States of America since Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis (top right) became the most powerful man in the county. In other news, District Attorney Kim Ogg will be losing one of her most powerful Black allies now that Carroll G. Robinson (bottom left) is stepping down as chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats by the end of the year.
“RUNOFF ELECTION.”
The first-place finisher in the race for "MAYOR" must receive 50% of the vote to avoid a runoff. The "RUNOFF ELECTION" for the upcoming City of Houston Mayoral Election will take place on Saturday, December 9, 2023, which will afford Sheila Jackson Lee, and state Senator John Whitmire the ability to sign up to run for reelection on Monday, December 11, 2023, if either of them makes the runoff and loses. That being said, former Houston City Councilwoman Amanda Edwards may end up regretting the fact that she allowed, the "ELLIS/TURNER POLITICAL REGIME" to convince her to abandon her ambitions of becoming Houston's next Mayor.
Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg is all twisted up, as the walls are starting to close in on her and her "BLACK POLITICAL OPERATIVES" like Carroll G. Robinson, and his minions. Back on 2/20/2020, District Attorney Kim Ogg gave this bogus "BLACK POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE" called the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats-Harris County Chapter, a check for $3,000.00, during a period when they should not have even been conducting any business. Remember, the Texas Ethics Commission labeled the PAC, as a "MONEY LAUNDERING OPERATION" when they fined two of their member (Terrence Shanks and Dr. Darnella Wilkerson) more than $45,000.00, and said that they were running an "ENDORSEMENT SELLING SCHEME" in Harris County, Texas back during the 2020 Presidential Election. Do you see the date (2/20/2020), on the check above?
Carroll G. Robinson, the chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, was preparing to set up an alliance of "BLACK POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEES" with Melanie Miles, a candidate running for Houston City Council At-Large Position #1, before my investigative team, discovered their plot and exposed their plan. Now, Carroll G. Robinson is stepping down, from his post, as the chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, by the end of the year.
Attorney Melanie Miles (left), pretended to be a Republican for a few election cycles, and once she couldn't win office running as a Republican, she fled the Harris County Republican Party and joined in league with Carroll G. Robinson, and his "BAND OF MISFITS" who the Texas Ethics Commission has labelled a "MONEY LAUNDERING OPERATION" and fined two of its members (Terrence Shanks and Dr. Darnella Wilkerson) an astonishing $45,000.00, for the roll they played in the scheme.
Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis isn't being called "THE PUPPET MASTER" for no reason. Ellis is playing his "BLACK POLITICAL ALLIES" like Judge Darrell Jordan, Jr. (County Criminal Court at Law #16), Councilwoman Tarsha Jackson (Houston City Council District B), and Judge Toria J. Finch (County Criminal Court at Law 9), cheap, while he takes care of his minions like Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo. Do you what Harris County Rodney Ellis did for Judge Darrell Jordan Jr., back on 11/18/2019, when he gave him a measly $5,000.00 donation? Well, what most folks don't know is that "THE PUPPET MASTER" gave Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo a $100,000.00 loan.
Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis used his campaign funds to give Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo $100,000.00, back on 11/02/2022, in the form of a loan. Have you ever seen "THE PUPPET MASTER" do anything like that for one of the "BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS" who are members of the "ELLIS/TURNER POLITICAL REGIME" at any point in his career?
Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis has already secured his loyalty from Harris County Commissioner Lesley Briones, with the $100,000.00 loan he gave her back on 10/06/2022, straight out of his campaign funds. Have you seen Commissioner Rodney Ellis do anything close to this for any of the "BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS" who are members of the "ELLIS/TURNER POLITICAL REGIME" at any time over the course of his nearly 40-year political career?
Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis could only donate $5,000.00 to Sheila Jackson Lee's Campaign, as an individual, because of a law that caps individual donations at $5,000.00, and contributions from political action committees at $10,000.00, in the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Municipal Elections.
Dr. Jack Christie is our "ENDORSED CANDIDATE" in the race for Mayor of Houston, Texas on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, in our beloved Bayou City. IN THE RACE FOR CONTROLLER, our choice is Dave Martin. IN THE RACE FOR AT-LARGE #1, our choice is Julian Ramirez. IN THE RACE FOR AT-LARGE #2, our choice is Pastor Willie Davis. IN THE RACE FOR AT-LARGE #3, our choice is Ericka McCutcheon. IN THE RACE FOR AT-LARGE #4, our choice is Letitia Plummer. And in the race for AT-LARGE POSITION #5, our choice is Sallie Alcorn. Early voting will begin on Monday, October 23, 2023, and end on Friday, November 3, 2023.
The Fight for Political Turf between District Attorney Kim Ogg and the Ellis/Turner Political Regime Will Weaken Democrats in 2024
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
One of the best investigations that I’ve seen conducted by the Houston Chronicle was published last week, on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, and was entitled, “‘Don’t cross her’: How DA Kim Ogg has repeatedly aimed her power at Harris County officials.” Now, if you haven’t read this particular article that was written by Jen Rice and Neena Satija, I strongly encourage you to read it today.
Please take a moment to “CLICK HERE” and read, “‘Don’t cross her’: How DA Kim Ogg has repeatedly aimed her power at Harris County officials.”
Now, the only complaint I have about the Houston Chronicle article, is that they did not look deep enough into the matter involving a “BLACK MISDEMEANOR JUDGE” by the name of Judge Darrell Jordan, Jr., whom, Kim Ogg, the Harris County District Attorney, had arrested on “CRIMINAL CHARGES” only to have Brian Middleton, the Fort Bend County District Attorney intervene and throw the charges out.
“The Fort Bend DA now wants to hide details of the investigation into Judge Darrell Jordan,” said my good friend Wayne Dolcefino, who is the “BEST INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER” in the business in my opinion.
Bar none, Dolcefino is widely considered one of the most decorated journalists in America. But he’s a dying breed, if you ask me. Yep, he’s a rarity these days, with the politicization and weaponization of the mainstream media, our criminal justice system, and our governmental entities.
You are going to hard pressed to find a reporter as thorough as Wayne Dolcefino in a local newsroom, these days. Why? Well, everything is moving at such a fast pace, that investigative reporters, don’t have the time to dig deep into stories, like they did back in the old days.
“THE INTERVENTION.”
Was justice perverted? “You already know that DA Brian Middleton intervened to get criminal charges against the judge thrown out just four days after a grand jury indicted Jordan for official oppression,” said Wayne Dolcefino in a FACEBOOK post he published shortly after the Fort Bend County DA, Brian Middleton, threw out the case against Judge Darrell Jordan.
And if you think the aforementioned statement by Dolcefino was bold, check out what he said next.
“Now the DA doesn’t want you to see what was found in the investigation.”
Anyways, like I said, Dolcefino doesn’t bite his tongue – never has. After all, this “BAD A$$” investigative journalist, has won over thirty Emmy Awards from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Five Charles Green Awards, an Edward R. Murrow award, a Jack Howard Award for investigative reporting, numerous honors from the Associated Press and Texas Association of Broadcasters, and an unprecedented three medals from the international journalism organization Investigative Reporters and Editors, according to his website.
And on top of all of his accomplishments, and awards, “For nearly 27 years, Dolcefino headed up the 13 Undercover Unit at ABC13 KTRK-TV Eyewitness News,” his website states.
“The 13 Undercover investigative unit specialized in exposing public corruption, wasted taxpayer money, government malfeasance, and fraud. As head of the unit, Dolcefino managed the investigative process, and was involved in the marketing and advertising of KTRK-TV’s investigative news product.”
“DIGGING DEEPER.”
Back on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, the writers for the Houston Chronicle described Wayne Dolcefino as a local media consultant, who was Kim Ogg’s campaign spokesperson back in 2016, but Dolcefino was much more than a spokesperson for District Attorney Kim Ogg.
A review of DA Ogg’s campaign finance reports paints a much stronger relationship between Ogg and Dolcefino, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. However, what the Houston Chronicle reporters missed, or neglected to explain to the general public is that “INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER” Wayne Dolcefino, and “Democrat” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, have had a very strong working relationship during her early years in public service.
So, when Kim Ogg, had Judge Darrell Jordan arrested and criminally charged, there could have been more to it than meets the eye. And the claims that she (Kim Ogg), has been unfairly using the power of her “ELECTED OFFICE” as a weapon to target political rivals, could impact how she’s viewed by Democrats in the upcoming Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary.
According to one paragraph from the Houston Chronicle article, “In one case, Ogg made “both explicit and implicit threats” of a criminal inquiry as the county budget office hesitated to grant her requests for more funding, according to former county administrator Dave Berry.”
Berry also boldly stated, “We are seeing the use of prosecutorial powers for political policy and financial gain, which is incredibly concerning.” These comments were made by Berry, shortly before he resigned.
But he wasn’t done, the Houston Chronicle article, went on to quote Berry as saying that he believes, “the targets are political adversaries and county staff the DA disagrees with.”
“DIRTY TACTICS.”
While the writers for the Houston Chronicle, correctly mentioned, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, her staff members, Judge Darrell Jordan, and other Democrats, who have been targeted by Ogg, they failed to mention the “BLACK POLITICAL OUTSIDERS” and Dr. Steven Hotze, M.D., whom Kim Ogg seems to have unfairly targeted as well.
“FALLING APART.”
Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg is caving to pressure, from “DIRTY BLACK POLITICIANS” and their cohorts. She is also working feverishly, to keep her connections to “BLACK MAIL BALLOT HARVESTERS” a secret, and hidden from Democratic voters, and the general public.
What Houstonians don’t know is that Kim Ogg has strong connections to the “MONEY LAUNDERING RING” that has been labeled as such by the Texas Ethics Commission.
In fact, Kim Ogg is one of the local candidates who was referred to, but not mentioned, when the Texas Ethics Commission leveled heavy fines on leaders of the “MONEY LAUNDERING RING” that has been using “STRONGARM TACTICS” and illegally operating for several years.
But her alliance with “CORRUPT BLACK POLITICAL OPERATIVES” is falling apart, as Carroll G. Robinson, the chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats has announced that he’s stepping down later this year.
“STEPPING DOWN.”
President Joe Biden (left) is losing one of his very strong allies in the State of Texas. Carroll G. Robinson (right), the chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats has announced that he’s “STEPPING DOWN” as chairman, of the TCBD, and has stated via email that he does not plan to run for chairman of the Texas Democratic Party in 2026.
"BIDEN & ROBINSON"
“I will have served as State Chairman for four years at the end of this year,” said Robinson in an email that was sent to Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, back on September 8, 2023.
He went on to say, “It is time for new ideas, new energy, and new leadership to keep The Coalition moving forward on the battlefield for racial justice, civil rights, equal protection under the law and economic empowerment through education and expanding access to the right to vote.”
It is unclear whether Robinson will run for the 18th Congressional District of Texas on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in the Democratic Party Primary, at this time. “As most of you are already aware I am being encouraged to consider running for Congress or some other public office in 2024,” he says.
“I have not made any final decision yet about once again seeking public office. Right now, my focus is on the Houston city election that will be held this November,” he explained.
"CLOSING THOUGHTS."
As Carroll G. Robinson prepares to relinquish his post as chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, at the end of the year, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, is going to find herself between a ‘rock and a hard place’ as she seeks reelection against “SEAN TEARE” on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in the Democratic Party Primary race for Harris County District Attorney.
In closing, please understand that, while “BLACK POLITICAL OPERATIVES” are the ones doing most of the dirty work, they are being provided cover by “DEMOCRAT AND REPUBLICAN ELECTED OFFICIALS” from both sides of the political aisle.
So, to put an end to “ELECTION FRAUD” all these murders, and all this public corruption my investigative team will endeavor to expose, unveil, and pull the curtains back on “THE PUPPET MASTER” Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and all of his minions, cohorts, and puppets.
Until next time, “HOLLER AT YOU LATER!”
