Attorney General Ken Paxton has already been made aware of the activities that people like Dallas Jones, the owner of Elite Change, LLC, and Ron Jackson, the owner of JPBE Consulting have been engaging in for decades in key Democratic strongholds, primarily located in the Black community, in Harris County, Texas.

The first day to file for a place on the ballot is Saturday, July 22, 2023, and the last day to file for a place on the ballot is Monday, August 21, 2023, before 5:00p.m. Once the ballot is set, "EARLY VOTING" for the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, the City of Houston Mayoral Election will begin on Monday, October 23, 2023, and end on Friday, November 3, 2023, in the Bayou City.
Dallas Jones, is the owner of Elite Change, LLC, and is very well known by local 'alleged' absentee mail ballot harvesters who have been wreaking havoc on local city and county elections for decades. However, Dallas Jones and his 'alleged' harvesters will be placed in the spotlight during the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election.

Anyone Who Hires Dallas Jones, Elite Change LLC, in the 2023 City of Houston Mayoral Election, Should Expect Some Attention

The name Dallas Jones continues to come up election cycle after election cycle. Who is this Dallas Jones cat? Is he even a real bonified political consultant? Well, the answer to the latter question, depends on who you ask I suppose. If you ask people like newly elected state Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147), I suppose she would say, “Dallas Jones is the best.” And if you traverse over to Houston City Hall, and talk to people like Councilwoman Martha Castex-Tatum, who represents Houston City Council District K, I could imagine her saying something like, “Dallas is my boy.”
Now, if you ask past candidates who’ve unfortunately suffered losses at the hands of Dallas Jones, and his ‘alleged’ absentee ballot harvesters, they would probably say something like, “Dallas Jones is a piece of crap.” Others would probably say things such as, “Dallas Jones is a cheater.” Or, they are going to tell you that, "Dallas Jones is a dirty political consultant.”
No matter what you think of Dallas Jones, he’s been the man when it comes to winning races that take place in the Black Democratic strongholds over the course of the last few decades. In the past, Dallas Jones has almost always seemed to find out a way to come out barely ahead, in races that take place in predominantly African American areas.
Earlier this week, Governor Greg Abbott, tweeted that he is considering a new election in Texas after some serious ballot issues were discovered in Harris County, Texas, back during the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election. According to Gov. Abbott, the ballot shortage, experienced in Republican strongholds may have been larger than initially expected. And he says, that this issue, “may have altered the outcome of the election.”
Is Gov. Greg Abbott right in his assessment? “It may necessitate new elections,” he said in his tweet. But are we talking about a replay of every race? Or are we just talking about the races being contested in court right now? Anyways, according to an analysis that was conducted by KHOU Investigates, it discovered that Harris County had 121 voting centers that lacked enough ballot paper needed to cover the anticipated voter turnout. Initially, county officials had estimated that only 46 to 68 local voting centers have possibly run out of their allotted amount of paper to print their ballots on.
Where does Dallas Jones fit into all of this fiasco? Well, we have two big election cycles headed our way, where Dallas Jones and his ‘alleged’ absentee mail-ballot harvesting crew could try to work their magic in Harris County, Texas.
The upcoming “CITY OF HOUSTON MAYOR ELECTION” will be taking place on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, and will undoubtedly include some local candidates who plan to take their chances with Dallas Jones, and his infamous Elite Change, LLC, in local Houston City Council races, and other citywide races as well. That being said, anyone who hires Dallas Jones as their consultant should expect a lot of unwanted attention, scrutiny, and oversight, from some very powerful people.
Council member Martha Castex-Tatum (District K), and Council member Letitia Plummer (At-Large Position #4), are two candidates who immediately come to mind, but there could be others. Now, as far as I know, neither Councilwoman Martha Castex-Tatum nor Councilwoman Letitia Plummer has been directly involved in the ‘alleged’ illegal mail ballot harvesting activities of Dallas Jones, which is 'alleged' to have been instructing over the years.
The upcoming “DEMOCRATIC PARTY PRIMARY” is another election where we expect Dallas Jones, to play dirty ball for candidates like state Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147), and others. The 2023 Democratic Party Primary will take place on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in Harris County, Texas.
If you remember, Dallas Jones and his crew did a number on Danielle Keys Bess, back during the Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic Party Primary. And then, when Jolanda Jones, and Danielle Keys Bess, faced off in their runoff election, it became painfully obvious that Danielle Keys Bess was being worked over in the absentee mail ballot category, but that was the past.
On Tuesday, November 7, 2023, and Tuesday, March 5, 2024, two of the closest-watched men in Harris County, Texas will be Dallas Jones, the owner of Elite Change, LLC, and his 'arch nemesis' by the name of Ron Jackson, the owner of JPBE Consulting. So, anyone planning to use either of these so-called consultants hoping to gain an unfair advantage over their opponents had better reconsider, their plan right now. Why?
Well, I would have you to know that, all eyes will be on Harris County, Texas between now, and next November, when the 2024 Presidential Election is scheduled to take place. And from what I can see, people like Texas Governor Greg Abbott, Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, are just now waking up and beginning to see what my investigative team and I have been talking about for the last 3 years, and what candidates running for office in certain parts of Harris County, Texas has been experiencing for decades.
