Hatred, Animosity, and Disdain for Black People is the Driving Force Behind What Don Hooper and Rachel Hooper are Doing

Former City of Houston Police Chief C.O. "Brad" Bradford is best buddies with Don Hooper, a local drunk, who has been arrested twice for DWI. And for good measure, a physiatric evaluation was ordered in the case between Don Hooper and his ex-wife, Karen who was suing him. For the record, C.O. "Brad" Bradford, may have already been thrown under the bus by his alcoholic friend Don Hooper who can't seem to keep his mouth shut when he's been drinking. So, is C.O. Bradford the culprit? Did C.O. "Brad" Bradford share important information about the case involving Dr. Steven Hotze with his dirtbag buddy Don Hooper, that isn't readily available to the general public?

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg ran for office as a Democrat, but she's really what you would have called a "CONSERVATIVE DEMOCRAT" during years past. How do I know? Well, Kim Ogg is playing both sides of the political aisle. She played both sides of the political aisle back during the 2022 Midterm Election in judicial races, and she and her surrogates (Don and Rachel Hooper), and many others are planning to do the same thing in the upcoming 2024 Presidential Election.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg's plan to run Sean Teare from the left and Rachel Hooper from the right must be dismantled and stopped. Someone must challenge Sean Teare in the Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary. Kim Ogg is not going to run for reelection. And someone must definitely run against Rachel Hooper in the Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Republican Party Primary.

Hatred, Animosity, and Disdain for Black People is the Driving Force Behind What Don Hooper and Rachel Hooper are Doing

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

There are two wings that have joined forces against Blacks in Harris County, Texas. And the driving force behind their allegiance is their hatred for African Americans, and their desire to drive Black Democratic judges off local judicial benches.

I started investigating injustice in the criminal justice system back in the 1990s, with the help of a local businessman by the name of E. Paul Weekley, who owned Quality Security Services, Inc., which was one of the largest private security and investigations firms in the southern region of Texas.

My work for the private investigations section of Quality Security Services, Inc., afforded me the opportunity to dig into what was happening inside local courtrooms with local Republican judges, and how Blacks were being given harsher sentences than people from other ethnic groups, for committing the same crimes.

E. Paul Weekley did not like Mike Anderson or Devon Anderson, who were both local Republican judges, and also ended up serving as the Harris County District Attorney. For the record, Mike Anderson (now deceased) served as the Republican judge for the 262nd District Court, and his wife Devon Anderson served as the Republican judge for the 177th District Court, in Harris County, Texas.

During the course of my investigation prior to the death of E. Paul Week, I had several run-ins with the Andersons, and several other local Republican judges at the time.

So, a few years later Paul Weekley and I hatched a plan for me to start getting to know the local Republican judges, in an effort to identify the good ones and begin exposing the ones who we felt were racist or hated Blacks.

My first Republican judicial client was Judge Georgia Dempster, who presided over the 308th Family District Court for 16 years. I became very fond of Judge Dempster and her husband Tony, and would frequently visit with them at their home in the 1960 area before their passing.

By getting to know Judge Georgia Dempster, I began to understand that she wasn’t the racist that some folks were trying to make her out to be. And I closed out my investigation and became very good friends with Georgia Dempster until she passed away from lymphoma, congestive heart failure in at the age of 73, back on March 18th in 2011.

“FASTFORWARD TO 2022.”

Now, if you fast forward to today, the 262nd District Court bench that was once presided over by Mike Anderson is now presided over by an African American judge by the name of Judge Lori Chambers Gray who won the bench back on November 6, 2018, during the Midterm Election sweep of Harris County, Texas, by local Democrats.

As for the 177th District Court bench that was once presided over by Devon Anderson, it’s now presided over by an African American judge by the name of Judge Robert Johnson, who won the bench back during the Tuesday, November 8, 2016, Presidential Election where Johnson received 651,563 votes for 51.40% of the vote to handily defeated the incumbent Judge by the name of Ryan Patrick who only received 616,104 votes, for 48.60% of the vote.

Former Judge Ryan Patrick, who is the son of Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, went on to become the United States Attorney for the Southern District of Texas. Patrick began serving as U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas on January 8, 2018, following President Donald Trump’s presidential nomination and the unanimous Senate confirmation he received. However, he is no longer Patrick is no longer the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas.

Today, Patrick works at Haynes and Boone, LLP, as a partner in the White Collar and Government Investigations Practice, in Houston, Texas.

“STOPPING THE HOOPERS.”

If you’ve been trying to figure out why so many Democrats are being sued by their Republican counterparts in Harris County, Texas, look no further than Don Hooper and his wife Rachel Hooper.

Don Hooper currently serves as the Precinct Chairman for “PRECINCT 0016,” but he’s not a Republican, by any stretch of the imagination. Don Hooper is actually a “POLITICAL HACK” lurking in the shadows, and sneaking around doing the dirty work of his best friend C.O. “Brad” Bradford who works for “Democrat” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg.

On top of being a dirty, underhanded, sleazy, piece of crap, Don Hooper is also a drunk. Hooper is an alcoholic who doesn’t even know where he is, or what he’s talking about half the time. In fact, Don Hooper has been arrested twice for (DWI) Driving While Intoxicated. And on top of that, when his previous wife Karen sued him, a psychiatric examination was ordered in that case.

As for his current wife, Rachel Palmer Hooper, if you remember, Republican primary voters rejected her when she ran for Judge, at County Criminal Court at Law No. 14, several years ago. And Republican precinct chairs also rejected her and her “DIRTBAG HUSBAND” Don Hooper when they tried to become the Senate District 13 Committeeman on separate occasions.

“PLEADING THE FIFTH.”

Under no circumstance should Rachel Palmer Hooper be allowed to run unopposed on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in the Republican Party Primary race for Harris County District Attorney. Why? Well, Rachel Palmer Hooper, and her “DRUNK FOR A HUSBAND” are both dirty political operatives for “DEMOCRAT” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, who, according to sources is not going to run for reelection.

On top of both Hoopers being dirtbags, Rachel Hooper's actions back when she was an assistant district attorney with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office (under District Attorney Pat Lykos) ended up with her “PLEADING THE FIFTH” in a probe of the District Attorney’s Office to keep from possibly incriminating herself and other.

In fact, the special prosecutors who were overseeing the grand jury investigating the probe were very disturbed when Rachel Hooper, a high-ranking prosecutor at the time was not forced to testify.

The date was Tuesday, December 20, 2011, when Rachel Palmer pled the fifth and walked out of the 185th District Court after State District Judge Susan Brown refused to force her to answer questions the grand jury wanted to ask her related to their probe of the Harris County Attorney’s Office.

Rachel Hooper would have either had to have been given immunity, for her to answer any questions. So, what does that tell you about her? What was she hiding?

According to Jim Mount, who was the prosecutor pro tem, stated, “the ruling means that Rachel Palmer’s answers to grand jury questions could subject the assistant district attorney to criminal liability,” in a Houston Chronicle article that was published in this matter.

Jim Mount went on to say, “That’s a pretty disturbing proposition – that a DA could have done something that’s a criminal act.” He made this response after state District Judge Susan Brown denied his motion to compel Rachel Palmer Hooper to talk.

His statements to the Houston Chronicle said it all, “As a former prosecutor, I didn’t think I’d ever live to see this day: that a DA feels like they have to take the Fifth in an investigation of their office. It’s kind of disturbing.”

“HATRED FOR BLACKS.”

Even though, Don Hooper appears to be best friends with former city of Houston police chief C.O. “Brad” Bradford, who works as a special prosecutor and law enforcement liaison for “DEMOCRAT” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, don’t buy the lie.

Don Hooper’s relationship with Bradford is centered around him (Don Hooper), having access to inside information. In fact, he told me as much several months ago in a face-to-face encounter I had with him at a Pachyderm Club meeting in downtown Houston, Texas.

During this face-to-face encounter with Don Hooper at the Pachyderm Club meeting, he talked openly about the intricate details involving the criminal and civil cases involving Dr. Steven Hotze, a “GOP” megadonor, who has been indicted by a grand jury that was assembled by “DEMOCRAT” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, who is best friends with Don Hooper’s wife, Rachel Palmer Hooper.

My question now is who gave Don Hooper access to the intricate details of the criminal and civil cases involving Dr. Steven Hotze, a “GOP” megadonor. Was it Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg? Or did Kim Ogg’s right-hand man, special prosecutor, and law enforcement liaison C.O. “Brad” Bradford give Don Hooper access to information that isn’t available to the general public?

Genevieve Carter, the woman you see pictured with Gov. Greg Abbott in my opinion is a flat-out "RACIST" in every sense of the word. She hates Black people, and she also has disdain for Latinos as well. Although she has a tolerance level for Hispanics that she does not possess whereas African Americans are concerned. Genevieve Carter, the communications director for the Harris County Republican Party also serves as the "ADMINISTRATOR AND MODERATOR" for a small private group of about (410) four hundred and ten Republicans called, "The New Harris County Republican Party Committee, that has popped up on FACEBOOK, to act as a "BREEDING GROUND" for their wing of the Harris County Republican Party to spew lies, conspiracy theories, and hateful rhetoric unchecked. You can "CLICK HERE" to see for yourself.

Cindy Siegel is the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party. Several sources have already confirmed Cindy Siegel's "SECRET BIPARTISAN AGREEMENT" in place with her Democratic buddies who serve with her on the Harris County Election Commission. Her buddy Odus Evbagharu, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party has tendered his resignation effective February 28, 2023; but Cindy Siegel is more than likely going to wait until she's fully exposed before she goes ahead and step tells the truth.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, a Democrat, with the cooperation of Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, was able to infiltrate the Harris County "GOP" by using her surrogates (Don and Rachel Hooper) and several other operatives. Don Hooper serves as the Precinct Chair for "PRECINCT #16," and his wife Rachel Hooper, who serves as legal counsel for the Republican Party of Texas is the leading force behind the lawsuits that are now playing out in a local Harris County, Texas courtroom.

Rachel Hooper currently serves as legal counsel for the Republican Party of Texas. However, she is also one of Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg's best friends. Aside from being Kim Ogg's best friend, Rachel Hooper is also one of Kim Ogg's surrogates who is actively working to position herself to succeed Kim Ogg as the next Harris County District Attorney in the upcoming 2024 Presidential Election, according to several different sources.

Don Hooper claims to be a Republican, however, he and his wife are both surrogates who are secretly working for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, according to sources. Don Hooper is also best friends with former councilman and city of Houston Police Chief C.O. Bradford, who was hired by Ogg back in April of 2019 to serve as her special prosecutor, and law enforcement liaison.

Jeff McGeorge is a real Republican Precinct Chair who loves his party. In case you don't know, Jeff McGeorge is the Republican precinct chair for "PRECINCT #548" in Harris County, Texas. Back on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, I received the text message you see below from Jeff McGeorge that I'm sharing in this report with his permission. "Hooper is the precinct chair that contacted me and railed on me for nearly an hour telling me I better stop trying to get Carmen elected and I better stop it now. He claimed if she was to get elected it would f-up the entire agreement between the two parties." Jeff McGeorge went on to say, His wife Rachel is the RPT General Counsel. They are both deep into politics."

GENEVIEVE WHISPERS SOMETHING INTO THE EAR OR MAUREEN

SCENE #1: After Genevieve Carter, the communications director for the Harris County Republican Party whispers something to Maureen, she comes out and throws Carmen Maria Montiel out of the Harris County Republican Party Headquarters. Shortly after she's thrown out of the GOP lobby, Carmen is escorted off the premises by the police, and (according to Carmen) she was told by Casey Voeks, the executive director to not return to the premises.
