Mike Doyle Transferred Over $272,750.00 donated by Black Candidates to the Federal PAC; Honoring Beyoncé

Under Mike Doyle’s leadership (top second from right), the Harris County Democratic Party has been forced to move out of their 10,000 square foot building valued at $2,195,000.00 at 4619 Lyons Avenue in Houston’s historic Fifth Ward and into a small office workspace-type location at 3302 Canal Street in Houston’s East End, and nobody’s asking any questions. What's up with that? And by the way, what happened to the $272,750.00 donated to the HCDP by "2024 BLACK DEMOCRATS" between 9/29/2023 and 11/01/2024 to help the HCDP cause? Huh? What did you do with their money, Mike Doyle? And better yet, what happened to the $1,277,456.23 donated to the HCDP that Mike Doyle transferred from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account into the HCDP FED PAC Bank Account between 7/20/2023 and 12/09/2024, is what every Democrat at the state Capital should be focused on rather than giving “MEANINGLESS PROCLAMATIONS” to Beyoncé for winning Grammy Awards. Really? This is what Black legislators in Texas have been reduced to during this crucial moment in the history of our great nation.

Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, is an "EXISTENTIAL THREAT" to the Black Community and has no business still serving as the chairman for the Harris County Democratic Party. I love state Rep. Jon Rosenthal (HD-135), one of my favorite Democratic legislators. And as for state Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27), I am proud of him and his accomplishments. But that Mike Doyle is a lowdown, slimy, slithery snake in the grass. It would not surprise me if Mike Doyle's ancestors owned slaves because he sure doesn't care about "BLACK PEOPLE," and I don't mean that jokingly. Mike Doyle needs to go!!!

Mike Doyle Transferred Over $272,750.00 donated by Black Candidates to the Federal PAC; Honoring Beyoncé

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I love me some Beyoncé Knowles-Carter. Did I mention how much I love me some Beyoncé? Yep. I believe I just did. However, giving Beyoncé a proclamation from the floor of the state Capital in Austin, Texas, isn’t fighting for the Black community.

As much as I love Beyoncé and her music, I love State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27), and State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147), just as much. State Rep. Jolanda Jones has the ability, tenacity, raw talent, intestinal fortitude, and courage to be a “CHANGE AGENT” for the Black Community.

As for State Rep. Ron Reynolds, he is already a transformative figure in Texas politics. All of that out of the way, I am embarrassed to call myself a Black man – some days. The Black community seems strong and vibrant some days, and then on others “OUR ELECTED LEADERS” make us look like the weakest ‘ethnic group’ of people in America – that’s a fact.

Earlier this week, several lawmakers introduced a resolution in the Texas House to congratulate Beyoncé on her success, which, on its face, was a noble deed. However, there are some pressing issues facing the “BLACK COMMUNITY” that are of utter importance that we don’t have anyone to address – not even the so-called “BLACK LEADERS” at the State Capital.

So, instead of addressing the real needs of the “BLACK COMMUNITY,” our state lawmakers have chosen to focus on issuing meaningless proclamations rather than addressing issues like Mike Doyle’s disrespect of “BLACK HETEROSEXUAL MEN AND WOMEN” and the fact that Doyle sold Black people up the river without a paddle during the 2024 Presidential Election.

Like I said, I’m embarrassed and perplexed by what I see unfolding as we inch toward the 2026 Midterm Election. If so-called “BLACK LEADERS” don’t pull their heads out of the sand and address the issue of Mike Doyle taking money from Democratic candidates meant to promote their campaigns and transferring it to the “FED PAC,” there’s not going to be a Democratic Party left to defend anyone.

All politics are local. And on the local front, in Harris County, Texas, Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, is a more significant threat to “BLACK PEOPLE” than President Donald J. Trump. Yes, you heard me right, Mike Doyle is a more substantial threat to the African American community than Donald Trump in Harris County, Texas.

TIME TO PUT SOME SKIN IN THE GAME…

African American women have been the backbone of the Democratic Party on the local and national levels for decades. However, “BLACK HETEROSEXUAL WOMEN” have been silenced under Mike Doyle’s administration – that’s a fact.

And the most puzzling part about Mike Doyle’s treatment of “BLACK HETEROSEXUAL WOMEN,” while favoring women from other ethnicities and sexual persuasions, is that none of our so-called “BLACK LEADERS” are saying a word or voicing any opposition to Doyle’s continued mistreatment of our women, and that’s a serious problem.

Why have “BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS” become so cowardly? Why are members of the clergy, leaders of political action committees, and social groups afraid to voice opposition to Mike Doyle’s administration as a “RACIALLY DIVISIVE DISCRIMINATORY SCHEME,” to purge anyone with an ‘ethnic-sounding’ name has been instituted over the last two “MAJOR ELECTION CYCLES” snaring some great African American judges.

Secondly, why are all these Blacks like Judge Audrie Lawton, the presiding judge for the County Civil Court at Law No. 1, yielding so much influence in the local HCDP under Mike Doyle’s administration without putting any skin in the game?

Between 9/29/2023 and 11/01/2023, a handful of African American Democrats gave Mike Doyle $272,750.00 to help out his “2024 COORDINATED CAMPAIGN,” and didn’t get mentioned, celebrated, recognized, or prominently featured on anything of significance.

What’s wrong with this picture? And when all those “STOP HOUSTON MURDERS ADS” began running against “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES,” Mike Doyle didn’t do anything to defend his Democratic nominees who were getting attacked and called “SOFT ON CRIME JUDGES” every single day on TV, Radio, and the internet – why didn’t Mike Doyle step in to help his judicial nominees?

Mike Doyle was too busy transferring money from one account to the other. During the 2024 Presidential Election cycle, Democratic candidates and donors gave Mike Doyle over $1,277,456.23. Yes, that’s over $1.2 million, and Mike Doyle transferred the $1,277,456.23 from the HCDP Bank Account to the Fed PAC Bank Account as soon as he received a donation and left his judicial candidates defenseless.

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT…

If you want to know the truth, Mike Doyle played “BLACK CANDIDATES” for straight suckers doing the 2024 Presidential Elections – I mean, he did “BLACK DEMOCRATS” dirty and lowdown. And nobody is saying anything back because too many of the African Americans who got screwed over are followers who are too cowardly to stand up for themselves.

Unfortunately, the "BLACK COMMUNITY" is devoid of true leaders like those from back in the day, and things are not going to get any better any time soon.

Listen!!! I am not going to spend the next (10) ten months continuing to warn “BLACK DEMOCRAT” judicial candidates – that’s not my job! However, it is incumbent upon me to enlighten my readers and expose the “RACIST SCHEME” to purge African American members of the judiciary from local judicial benches that Mike Doyle is allowing to pick off "BLACK JUDGES" one by one.

It is incumbent for African American voters to arm themselves with information they can use to make a quality voting decision in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election. To do so, this requires researching every candidate in every down-ballot judicial race.

Mike Doyle and Kay Shepard are an "EXISTENTIAL THREAT" to Black Judges. The scheme to purge “BLACK JUDGES” from local judicial benches that’s been playing out over the 2022 Midterm Election and 2024 Presidential Election is an existential threat to the survival of Black Judges in Harris County, Texas. Since becoming chairman of the HCDP, Mike Doyle has made (75) seventy-five transfers from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) Bank Account into the Harris County Democratic Party FEDERAL PACK Bank Account, totaling more than $1,277,456.23 between 7/20/2023 through 12/09/2024, according to the “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS,” that he has filed with the Texas Ethics Commission under penalty of perjury.

This more than $1,277,456.23 that Mike Doyle has taken out of the HCDP (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and transferred to the HCDP (FED PAC) Bank Account came from hardworking Democrat candidates who donated their money to the HCDP in good faith.

Instead of using the $1,277,456.23 to run a “COORDINATED CAMPAIGN” for down-ballot judicial candidates, Mike Doyle has taken their money and left them defenseless against the onslaught of “POLITICAL ATTACK ADS,” launched against them – which is unacceptable.

Lieutenant Colonel DaSean Jones has TWO BRONZE STAR MEDALS, a Combat Action Badge, a Meritorious Service Medal, a Global War on Terrorism, a Global War Expeditionary, an Army Commendation Medal (3OLC), Army Achievement Medal (10LC), an Overseas Ribbon, Korea Defense Service Medal, Overseas Training Ribbon, a National Defense Service Ribbon, and a Parachute Badge to his credit. SPECIAL NOTE: The appearance of Judge DaSean Jones in his military uniform and U.S. Department of Defense visual information does not imply or constitute DOD endorsement.

Tami C. Pierce (left) and her wife/husband, Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce, have a loving marital relationship that they've shared for more than 22 years. For the most part, before Tami C. Pierce threw her hat into the political ring, she and her wife Stephanie lived a quiet, peaceful life, staying to themselves and out of politics. However, today, a small group of (DINOs), "Democrats in Name Only," and (RINOs), "Republicans in Name Only," have allied themselves together and embraced Tami C. Pierce's campaign for the 180th Criminal District Court as part of a grander scheme to purge "BLACK JUDGES" from local judicial benches in Harris County, Texas. Kay Shepard, who is suspected of being a closet member of the "LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY," is acting as the 'attack dog' for Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, who also favors "LGBTQ+ WOMEN AND MEN," over "HETEROSEXUAL MEN AND WOMEN," as proven by his recent actions. It appears that Kay Shepard, in her twisted mind and vexed spirit, believes that she is helping her fellow "LGBTQ+ SISTERS"  and a more significant cause by working to defeat Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones. By definition, a heterosexual person is someone who is exclusively sexually or romantically attracted to someone of the opposite sex; after having her sexual advances allegedly rebuffed by State Rep. Shawn Thierry at an event, Kay Shepard began to attack her (State Rep. Thierry) profusely and oppose her politically as well.

Eulundia "Kay" Shepard filed a lawsuit against the Harris County Democratic Party on Friday, October 2, 2020, to force the HCDP to open up their books and be more transparent. Shortly after filing her lawsuit against the Harris County Democratic Party, Kay Shepard was made a "SPECIAL COMMISSIONER" and began receiving appointments from the Democrat County Civil Court at Law judges. It is unclear now if the taxpayer money she has been given was to buy her silence. At this point, I don't believe Judge Jim Kovach or Judge LaShawn Williams would engage in corruption or use taxpayer dollars to buy the silence of Kay Shepard, but only time will tell.

STRONGARMING THE HCDP…

A few months after Kay Shepard filed her lawsuit against the Harris County Democratic Party, she began getting assignments to act as a “SPECIAL COMMISSIONER” for local Harris County Civil Court at Law Courts. To date, Eulundia “Kay” Shepard has received more than (50) fifty appointments as a “SPECIAL COMMISSIONER,” using taxpayer dollars, which is why Ulundia “Kay” Shepard is acting as the attack dog for Mike Doyle and is available at their beck and call of a small group of Democratic judges.

JUDGES FUNDING KAY SHEPARD…

If you take a moment to search through the campaign finance reports for the Harris County Democratic Party, you will not find the name of Eulundia “Kay” Shepard as receiving any money as a consultant, attack dog, henchman, or anything of that nature.

Search the “VENDOR PORTAL” for the Harris County Auditor’s Office. You will discover that Kay Shepard is getting paid with taxpayer dollars in connection to the “SPECIAL COMMISSIONER APPOINTMENTS” she’s getting from Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans (County Civil Court at Law No. 1), Judge Jim F. Kovach (Count Civil Court at Law No. 2), Judge LaShawn A. Williams (County Civil Court at Law No. 3), Judge Manpreet Monica Singh, the presiding judge for County Civil Court at Law No. 3), all Democrats.

Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans, Judge Jim Kovach, Judge LaShawn Williams, and Judge Manpreet Monica Singh assign Elundia "Kay" Shepard jobs to work on cases as a Special Commissioner.” It is unclear if these four judges are part of the "SMEAR CAMPAIGN" Kay Shepard has launched against Judge DaSean Jones. However, Mike Doyle appears to be Kay Shepard's master and handler.

General Merrick Garland chose Judge Erica Hughes to serve as an Immigration Judge, where she will preside over cases beginning in January 2022. In addition to this new role, Judge Erica Hughes has been an esteemed member of the U.S. Army National Guard of Texas in Austin since 2016, serving as a Judge Advocate. On January 1, 2025, Judge Erica Hughes, after being called an animal by an "LGBTQ ATTORNEY." named Ben L. Aderholt and unqualified by fellow judges from within her own party, will take the bench as the presiding judge for the 151st Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas. Judge Erica Hughes is pictured above with State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147) and Judge DaSean Jones, the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court.

Judge Lashawn Williams, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, Judge Shannon Baldwin, Judge Tonya Jones, and Judge Toria J. Finch will be in the fight of their political lives as Democrats are already contemplating challenging the (26) twenty-six "AFRICAN AMERICAN JUDGES" who are up for re-election in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election for Harris County, Texas. However, I'm not sure why so many potential candidates are seeking to run against the (26) twenty-six African American incumbent judges when there will be (68) sixty-eight local benches up for grabs in the 2026 Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas.
