Democrat Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg conspired and colluded with "RINOs" Republicans in Name Only, back during the 2022 Midterm Election. District Attorney Kim Ogg was part of a group of RINOs and "DINOs" Democrats in Name Only who orchestrated a scheme that was designed to purge local Harris County judicial benches of African-American judges.
"SELF DEFENSE"
As a respected Investigative Reporter/Publisher I did not wake up in the morning with any intention to go out and cause any type of bodily harm to Gerald Womack or anyone else. However, in Texas, people have a reasonable right to defend themselves.
In the state of Texas if you're attacked by another person you are not required to flee from the other party. Every citizen has a right to stand their ground.
On Monday, October 23, 2023, during the 9 o'clock hour, I was legally permitted under Texas law to use proportionate force to defend myself.
As the publisher of "HOUSTON BUSINESS CONNECTIONS NEWSPAPER" I have helped to elect more candidates to local political office than any other newspaper publisher in the Southern Region of the United States of America. Shortly before 10:00AM, on Monday, October 23, 2023, upon entering the lobby for Advantage Communications Group, which is located at 4412 Almeda Road, Houston, Texas 77004, to deliver the current issue of "HOUSTON BUSINESS CONNECTIONS NEWSPAPER" to Linda K. Brown, a local businessman by the name of Gerald Womack assaulted Aubrey R. Taylor and a good old-fashioned fist fight ensued.
FACT #1
Gerald Womack came down the stairs and through a hallway and was yelling at me saying, WHO ARE YOU?, WHO ARE YOU? WHO ARE YOU???

Gerald Womack then proceeded to swing at me a couple times but the shots missed my head, as I started to try to back my way up to the door before anyone else came from upstairs.

Gerald Womack continued to get even more aggressive as I was retreating backward, and slapped or tried to grab my tie, which you see me wearing in the photo above. It was at this point, in fear for my life that I struck Gerald Womack in the forehead and he immediately fell to the floor but was grabbing at my pant leg.

Gerald Womack continued to grab at my pant leg, I jumped on top of him, in fear for my life, and struck him several times, to make him let me go.

After I believed that Gerald Womack was no longer a threat, I let him go, but he then grabbed a silver iron (or brass) lamp with sharp edges and began swinging it at me.

As Gerald Womack was swinging the silver iron (or brass) statue at me I noticed that his head was severely swollen, and he was bleeding profusely from his nose and mouth, from my blows that were inflicted upon him in self-defense.

As Gerald Womack continued to swing the silver iron (or brass) statue, I somehow reached backward for the front door and exited out of the lobby onto Almeda.

Once I was out the front door and onto the sidewalk facing Almeda, I continued to retreat walking backward to ensure that Gerald Womack could not strike me with the silver iron (or brass) statue, as he continued to bleed profusely from his nose, and mouth, with a swollen forehead from my blows that were only inflicted upon him in self-defense.

Once I was out of the sight of Gerald Womack, and out of harm's way I continued to slowly walk to my vehicle as I carefully observed my surroundings to make sure that nobody exited the building from the rear.

After arriving at my vehicle I placed a call to my attorney and a few friends to inform them that I had just been assaulted by Gerald Womack, as I tried to deliver copies of my "HOUSTON BUSINESS CONNECTIONS NEWSPAPER" to Linda Brown, the owner of Advantage Communications Group, which is located at 4412 Almeda Road, in Houston, Texas 77004.

For several decades I have stopped by 4412 Almeda Road, in person to deliver my newspaper to Linda Brown, the owner of Advantage Communications Group. Last week, I stopped by 4412 Almeda Road, and dropped off newspapers for Linda Brown, without incident.
Advantage Communications Group is located at 4412 Almeda Road, Houston, Texas 77004, and has been for years. Aubrey R. Taylor has been dropping his newspapers off at this location in person for over 25 years. Just last week, Aubrey R. Taylor stopped by 4412 Almeda Road, Houston, Texas 77004, and dropped off newspapers for Advantage Communications Group (Linda Brown) without incident. However, around 9:50a.m. on Monday, October 23, 2023, Gerald Womack assaulted Aubrey R. Taylor and a physical brawl took place that left Gerald Womack with a bloody nose, bloody mouth, and a swollen forehead.
Linda K. Brown is the owner of Advantage Communications, which is located at 4412 Almeda Road in Houston, Texas 77004. The email screenshot above shows Linda K. Brown, providing Aubrey R. Taylor Communications with "TALKING POINTS" in connection with a project Advantage Communications and Aubrey R. Taylor Communications were working on in connection with the Houston Health Department & the (CDC) Center for Disease Control.
Advantage Communications Group and called on Aubrey R. Taylor Communications for help over the years. As customary with most advertising agreements between agencies, Aubrey R. Taylor would give a 15% discount directly to Advantage Communications for advertisements placed. In the screenshot above, Advantage Communications is requesting the help of Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, on behalf of Mayor Sylvester Turner, in a matter related to a collective prayer breakfast. Advantage Communications Group is located at 4412 Almeda Road, Houston, Texas 77004.

Taylor Communications as one of the local publications to help get the word out about the (HHD) Houston Health Department's "COVID-19" campaign, themed, "Don't Stop, Don't Forget," back in December of 2020. Linda K. Brown, the owner of Advantage Communications Group, placed an advertising buy for Mayor Sylvester Turner, directly with Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, to be placed inside Houston Business Connections Newspaper. This was for the runoff election which took place back in 2016 between Tony Buzbee, and Mayor Sylvester Turner. My prayer is that Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth does everything by the book between now and Friday, November 3, 2023, as far as the "EARLY VOTING PERIOD" is concerned. After early voting commences, I pray that she runs a clean, fair operation on "ELECTION DAY" as well. However, if I see any shenanigans like I've seen in the past, "BIG JIM" and I are going to go straight to Secretary of State Jane Nelson, Attorney General Ken Paxton, and Governor Greg Abbott, to make them aware of my findings.
