Politics Isn't Being Covered Fairly by Mainstream News Outlets on the Local, National Stages Anymore in America

So-called mainstream media aren't providing us with fair and unbiased news coverage anymore in America. How can I say this? Well, all you have to do is look at the way, some of our news outlets are covering the unfolding corruption facing Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, right now. That said, when former Harris County Judge Ed Emmett (far left) speaks, we should all be listening. And the same goes for political analyst Jacquie Baly (second from left), and Gerry Wayne Monroe (second from right), who has endorsed Attorney General Ken Paxton in the upcoming Tuesday, May 24, 2022, runoff race for Texas Attorney General. Now, if you take a moment to read, "Lawyers for Hidalgo, aids say records undercut allegations in vaccine contract probe," you'll clearly see why former Harris County Judge Ed Emmett is upset with how the Houston Chronicle is covering the Lina Hidalgo saga right now.

Politics Isn't Being Covered Fairly by Mainstream Media Outlets on the Local and National Stages Anymore in America

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I ran across a post on Facebook that was published by former Harris County Judge Ed Emmett yesterday, Tuesday, April 5, 2022, that stated, "For those of you who have expressed concern over the Chronicle's coverage of Judge Hidalgo, please understand that the Chronicle is owned by the Hearst Corporation. In 2020, the Hearst Journalism Award contestants were given an assignment to write a profile of Lina Hidalgo. You can draw your own conclusions, but the profiles written by the college students competing for the award make for interesting reading."

WE ARE NO LONGER GETTING UNBIASED NEWS COVERAGE

If you ask me, news stories were covered much differently back when we had two daily newspapers in Houston, Texas. And if you ask me, we need more bloggers and independent reporters to sort through all of the opinion articles that are being passed off as news these days. That being said, some local news outlets are basically coddling Lina Hidalgo, right now. If you take a moment to read, "Lawyers for Hidalgo, aids say records undercut allegations in vaccine contract probe," you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. And if you take a moment to read the Facebook post published by former Harris County Judge Ed Emmett, you'll get a better understanding of why people are getting frustrated with how the local media isn't digging into the stories and reporting the news accurately and unbiasedly.

The local media isn't fooling anyone. It's becoming evidently clear that some local media outlets are trying to cover Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo and her team. If you read, "Lawyers for Hidalgo, aids say records undercut allegations in vaccine contract probe," you'll clearly see why former Harris County Judge Ed Emmett is upset with what the media is doing right now. (CLICK HERE) to see what Harris County Judge Ed Emmett is talking about.

(CLICK HERE) to view this edition of Houston Business Connections Newspaper©. Former Federal Prosecutor Vidal Martinez is a man who isn't afraid to stand up to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. So, on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, all Republicans must make it their business to cast their vote for Vidal Martinez over Alexandra Del Moral Mealer, in the race for Harris County Judge. That said after Vidal defeats Alexandra, we're going to need all hands on deck when he takes on lying Lina Hidalgo, another one of Rodney's puppets who should get indicted before their showdown on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.

Former Federal Prosecutor Vidal Martinez is the only candidate left standing who has what it takes to defeat Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo. In my opinion, Martina Dixon could have unseated Lina as well, if she had made garnered the Republican nomination. (CLICK HERE) if you would like to review this "CONSERVATIVES YOU SHOULD KNOW" edition that features our "RUNOFF SLATE" for the upcoming Tuesday, May 24, 2022, Republican Party Primary runoffs.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. It is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for us. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. We must make it our collective effort to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this crucial moment in time."

Favoritism and Party Politics Have No Place Inside Our Harris County Courtrooms

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

At the end of the day, the judicial races are the most important races on the ballot. That said, who we allow to put on that black robe and occupy judicial benches (especially in Harris County, Texas) matters a great deal. Over the years, through straight-ticket voting, and folks going into the polls playing "Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe" we've allowed a few bad folks to slip through the cracks. Now, I'm not trying to play party politics in any way, shape, or form, with my words. All I'm trying to say is that nobody is perfect, but if we make it our goal to elevate people who fear God and have a backbone into positions of authority, every one of us will be afforded the opportunity to live our best life.
