Could The FBI Raid at The Houston Health Department Lead to Congresswoman Lee’s Right-Hand Woman?

Did you know that Linda K. Brown, has served as the "MEDIA RELATIONS PERSON" for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, Former Presidential Candidate Rev. Jesse Jackson and Former Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton? Now, do you remember how Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo tried to give that $11 million COVID-19 Outreach Contract to that Democratic Operative last year? Do you remember how she then canceled that $11 million contract when the heat got turned up on her? Do remember how Mayor Sylvester Turner tried to hand out that $15 million Affordable Housing Deal that included his longtime former law partner in it, then he canceled the $15 million contract when the heat got turned up? Well, I'm beginning to wonder if what unfolded yesterday, Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at the Houston Health Department in terms of the FBI raid, is connected to Linda K. Brown, of Advantage Communications Group, LLC.

LINDA BROWN was paid more than $574,299 by the City of Houston between 10/25/2019 and 3/26/2021, for her services. Many of the services provided by "MEDIA ADVANTAGE COMMUNICATIONS" were provided as part of the City of Houston's "BETTER TOGETHER" campaign.

As you can see above, MEDIA ADVANTAGE COMMUNICATIONS, a company owned by Linda Brown was paid $10,000 on 10/25/2019 by the City of Houston. She was also dispersed payments of $82,860, $500,500, $139, $190,800, and $190,000 during the period we reviewed. (CLICK HERE) to get a closer look at this chart.

STEPHANIE A. COLEMAN was paid more than $911,411 by the City of Houston between 7/22/2014 and 8/17/2021, for her services. Many of the services provided by "NEUTRAL GREY LLC" were provided as part of the City of Houston's "BETTER TOGETHER" campaign.

As you can see above, NEUTRAL GREY LLC, a company owned by Stephanie A. Coleman was paid $1,000 on 7/22/2014 by the City of Houston. She was also dispersed payments of  $590, $38,080, $15,586, 15,586, 11,536, 5,281, $24,981, $8,960, $8,960, $32,735, $120,100, $207,176, $61,800, $85,200, $159,955, $160,044, $50,500, and $47,841, during the period we reviewed. (CLICK HERE) to get a closer look at this chart.

Could The FBI Raid on The Houston Health Department Lead Directly to Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s Right-Hand Woman?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR

As it stands right now, nobody has been charged with anything related to the FBI serving that search warrant yesterday, at the City of Houston’s Health Department, that’s located at 8000 North Stadium Drive. As you probably already know, according to media reports, the FBI confirmed that they were “conducting court-authorized law enforcement activity” yesterday at that building. Now, according to those same news reports, "THE MARKETING VENDOR" in question did marketing work for the city’s COVID-19 outreach team and was paid more than $900,000 since the pandemic began. All of that being said, in the spirit of public interest, the “MEDIA SPECIALIST” who was running that particular campaign is a woman by the name of Linda K. Brown, who is one of the top Black Policial consultants in the nation. In fact, her client list includes the names of local elected officials like Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, the U.S. Representative for the 18th Congressional District; Mayor Sylvester Turner, and many others.

PRESUMED TO BE INNOCENT

As you read the rest of this report, I strongly encourage you to keep in mind, that nobody mentioned in this report is guilty of anything. Nor has anyone been charged with a crime in connection with the raid at the City of Houston’s Health Department yesterday, Wednesday, February 16, 2022. That said, it's going to be very interesting to see who "THE MARKETING VENDOR" happens to be when everything unfolds.

For more information on this story about the FBI raid, you should (CLICK HERE) and view the report that was aired on ABC 13, last night. Investigative Reporter Ted Oberg did a good job laying things out.

CONGRESSWOMAN SHEILA JACKSON LEE paid Linda K. Brown, of Advantage Communication Consultants over $657,045 between the 2002 Midterm Election and the 2020 Presidential Election. That being said, from what we can see right now, she appears to be trying to distance her campaign from Advantage Communication Consultants, Linda K. Brown, and the "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTERS" she's been working with for several decades. If you (CLICK HERE) and check out her (2021 to 2022) campaign finance filings you will clearly see that she's (at least for now) taking corrective action in regards to her connection to some of the alleged wrongdoers.

CAMPAIGN FINANCE FILINGS: If you look at the filing above that was sent in electronically by Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's campaign, you can clearly see that Advantage Communication Consultants isn't listed anywhere on the filing. You can also (CLICK HERE) for a closer look, and inspect the complete "CAMPAIGN REPORT FILING" for yourself.

Could LINDA K. BROWN end up being the "MARKETING VENDOR" who is the focal point of the FBI raid that took place at the City of Houston Health Department on Wednesday, February 16, 2022? After all, there's only a handful of "PUBLIC RELATIONS SPECIALISTS" in the Black community who the City of Houston would pay over $900,000 dollars for a COVID-19 Outreach Campaign.

WHO IS LINDA K. BROWN?

According to a biographic sketch I was sent by Linda K. Brown last year, she’s a business owner, entrepreneur, professional public relations and media communications specialist, political campaign consultant, and strategist, special event and conference planning coordinator, and project management consultant, has established a broad-based career for over thirty years in various communications disciplines including specialty marketing, public involvement, and community outreach, business development, image enhancement, event coordination, project management, and political campaign consulting. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Advantage Communications Group, LLC (A.C.G.).

She began her professional career in broadcast communications for several television networks and radio stations in Houston and Atlanta. Later in her career, she broadened her experience when she became Executive Vice-President and General Manager for Black Entertainment Television where she launched their successful southern regional sales and marketing office in Atlanta.

Ms. Brown’s political and civil rights involvement is equally as extensive having worked with numerous local and national elected officials and campaigns where she has served as General Campaign Consultant and/or Communications Director including the Jesse Jackson & Hillary Clinton for President Campaigns as well as other congressional and local/state elected officials. She has worked extensively with numerous national projects in conjunction with notable civil rights organizations including the 30th Anniversary of “March on Washington” and the “Million Man March”.

Also as a committed community volunteer, she has served on many boards and has received numerous awards for her outstanding community service.

According to Mayor Sylvester Turner, "The city has 21,000 employees. You never want that to occur. You certainly don’t want that to occur in the City of Houston," Turner said. "Everyone knows what the rules and the regulations are. They should be held to that and we’ll see where the investigation goes." Now, That being said, what you need to know now, is that the "MARKETING VENDOR" who was paid over $900,000 in Federal COVID-19 funds, (as of right now) appears to be Linda K. Brown, of Advantage Communications Group.

If you take a look at the "POLITICAL EXPENDITURE" above you will clearly see the working relationship between Linda K. Brown, of Advantage Communications Consultants, goes way back. On this particular expenditure, from back on 1/27/2016, Mayor Sylvester Turner paid Advantage Communications Consultants $5,000, and there's plenty more.

According to Linda K. Brown's biographical sketch, she served as a General Campaign Consultant and/or Communications Director for the Hillary Clinton for President Campaign as well as other congressional and local/state elected officials, including Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and the City of Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner, over the years.

According to Linda K. Brown's biographical sketch, she served as a General Campaign Consultant and/or Communications Director for the Jesse Jackson for President Campaign as well as other congressional and local/state elected officials, including Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and the City of Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner, over the years.

GERALD WOMACK is well-known in local political circles as "THE MONEY MAN" for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee. His office is located at 4412 Almeda Road in Houston, Texas. That being said, if you notice the address below, you will see that Womack's office is also used as the headquarters for Advantage Communications Group.

WOMACK DEVELOPMENT is the headquarters for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's campaign as well as the headquarters for Advantage Communications Group, that's headed up by Linda K. Brown, the woman believed to be at the center of the FBI investigation into the Houston Health Department that led to the Wednesday, February 16, 2022, FBI raid.

CONGRESSWOMAN SHEILA JACKSON LEE paid Linda K. Brown, and Advantage Communication Consultants over $657,045 between 2002 and 2020. From what we can see the payments stop being made to Advantage Communications Consultants shortly after the 2020 Presidential Election when we started investigating Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's Campaign for allegedly hiring "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTERS" who were requesting "ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATIONS" for dead people in Harris County, Texas.

Back during the 2020 Presidential Election cycle Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's Campaign, which was headed up by Gerald Womack, paid Advantage Communications Group (11) eleven payments totaling $125,352, according to information we found on "OPEN SECRETS" detailing her expenditures.

Back during the 2018 Midterm Election cycle Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's Campaign, which was headed up by Gerald Womack, paid Advantage Communications Group (14) fourteen payments totaling $99,190, according to information we found on "OPEN SECRETS" detailing her expenditures.

Back during the 2016 Presidential Election cycle Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's Campaign, which was headed up by Gerald Womack, paid Advantage Communications Group (7) seven payments totaling $57,075, according to information we found on "OPEN SECRETS" detailing her expenditures.

Back during the 2014 Midterm Election cycle Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's Campaign, which was headed up by Gerald Womack, paid Advantage Communications Group (9) nine payments totaling $47,650, according to information we found on "OPEN SECRETS" detailing her expenditures.

Back during the 2012 Presidential Election cycle Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's Campaign, which was headed up by Gerald Womack, paid Advantage Communications Group (6) six payments totaling $49,325, according to information we found on "OPEN SECRETS" detailing her expenditures.

Back during the 2010 Midterm Election cycle Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's Campaign, which was headed up by Gerald Womack, paid Advantage Communications Group (11) eleven payments totaling $164,176, according to information we found on "OPEN SECRETS" detailing her expenditures.

Back during the 2008 Presidential Election cycle Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's Campaign, which was headed up by Gerald Womack, paid Advantage Communications Group (9) nine payments totaling $49,172, according to information we found on "OPEN SECRETS" detailing her expenditures.

Back during the 2006 Midterm Election cycle Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's Campaign, which was headed up by Gerald Womack, paid Advantage Communications Group (5) five payments totaling $18,574, according to information we found on "OPEN SECRETS" detailing her expenditures.

Back during the 2004 Presidential Election cycle Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's Campaign, which was headed up by Gerald Womack, paid Advantage Communications Group (3) three payments totaling $14,710, according to information we found on "OPEN SECRETS" detailing her expenditures.

Back during the 2002 Midterm Election cycle Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's Campaign, which was headed up by Gerald Womack, paid Advantage Communications Group (8) eight payments totaling $31,821, according to information we found on "OPEN SECRETS" detailing her expenditures.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. It is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for the people. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. We must endeavor to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this crucial moment during the history of our great nation."

We Must Make it Our Business to Put "People Over Politics" in the 2022 Midterm Election & Beyond...

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Make no mistake about it, who the people of Harris County, Texas choose to give another term to in 2022 must be about substance, job performance, judicial temperament, competence, and whether or not our members of the judiciary are following the law with their rulings. And that being said, in the upcoming 2022 Midterms, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.
