Any 2026 Midterm Democratic Judicial Candidate Who Gives Mike Doyle their Hard-Earned Campaign Money is an Idiot

Democratic Precinct Chair Allen Provost (top right), the chairman for (Precinct #205), and Ray “R.C.” Charles Jones (bottom right) have faithfully served the Democratic Party for a combined total of nearly 100 years. But neither of them appears to be getting the respect they deserve from Mike Doyle, who does not care anything about Black Democrats. Mike Doyle (left), the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, was voted in as chairman of the HCDP on Sunday, May 19, 2023. Doyle has run the HCDP into the ground since taking over. He is now carefully positioning Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans and his henchman, Eulundia “Kay” Shepard, to pull the wool over the eyes of unsuspecting 2026 Democratic Incumbent Judicial Nominees.

Judge Audrie Lawton Evans, the presiding judge for the Harris County Civil Court at Law No. 1, appears to be the person designated to trick "DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL CANDIDATES" into giving their hard-earned campaign dollars to Mike Doyle, the chairman and treasurer for the Harris County Democratic Party. If you remember, during the 2024 Presidential Election, Mike Doyle was given over $1,277,456.23 in donations. Still, all he did was take the money and transfer it from the Harris County Democratic (CEC) Bank Account into the Harris County FED PAC Bank Account and left the "DEMOCRATIC JUDGES" defenseless when the "POLITICAL ATTACK ADS" started running against them, which caused several Democratic judicial casualties. What's wrong with Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans? Has she lost her mind?

Mike Doyle and Kay Shepard are an "EXISTENTIAL THREAT" to Black Judges. The scheme to purge “BLACK JUDGES” from local judicial benches that’s been playing out over the 2022 Midterm Election and 2024 Presidential Election is an existential threat to the survival of Black Judges in Harris County, Texas. Since becoming chairman of the HCDP, Mike Doyle has made (75) seventy-five transfers from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) Bank Account into the Harris County Democratic Party FEDERAL PACK Bank Account, totaling more than $1,277,456.23 between 7/20/2023 through 12/09/2024, according to the “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS,” that he has filed with the Texas Ethics Commission under penalty of perjury.

This more than $1,277,456.23 that Mike Doyle has taken out of the HCDP (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and transferred to the HCDP (FED PAC) Bank Account came from hardworking Democrat candidates who donated their money to the HCDP in good faith.

Instead of using the $1,277,456.23 to run a “COORDINATED CAMPAIGN” for down-ballot judicial candidates, Mike Doyle has taken their money and left them defenseless against the onslaught of “POLITICAL ATTACK ADS,” launched against them – which is unacceptable.

Any 2026 Midterm Democratic Judicial Candidate Who Gives Mike Doyle their Hard-Earned Campaign Money is an Idiot

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

It should not be my responsibility to warn “BLACK JUDGES” of the impending danger that lies ahead for them if they unquestioningly trust Mike Doyle and place their futures in his hands.

I’m not joking around, and I am not trying to create division inside the Harris County Democratic Party, but Mike Doyle is terrible news, and he doesn’t mean Black folks any good.

Mike Doyle was nominated by Eulundia “Kay” Shepard and voted in as chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party on Sunday, March 19, 2023, by HCDP Precinct Chairs. Doyle was chosen over Silvia Mintz, Mary Mosley-Clayton, and Dr. Charoletta Anderson King to earn the right to lead the HCDP candidates into battle during the 2024 Presidential Election.

Since being voted in as the chairman, race relations at the Harris County Democratic Party have fallen into a worse state than I’ve ever seen it. To be blunt, Mike Doyle’s leadership style and lack of respect for African Americans is unmistakable. However, Doyle’s hatred for African Americans is covered up by a “FEW TOKEN NEGROES,” who he’s allowed to enjoy a small amount of perceived power that he’s granted to them.

Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans, the presiding judge for the County Civil Court at Law No. 1, is supposedly “THE HEAD NEGRO” in charge leading up to the 2026 Midterm Election – but why?

Other than kissing A$$, what has Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans done or accomplished that has entitled her to be calling secret “CLOSED SESSION MEETINGS” like the one held on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at the new Harris County Democratic Paty headquarters at 3302 Canal Street, in Houston’s East End.

Listen! Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans is not a leader. And she is not a political consultant or strategist. I have nothing against Judge Lawton-Evans, so let me get that straight now. I like her and admire her, but she just hasn’t accomplished anything that qualifies her to be running the show heading into the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election.

If you remember, back during the March 6, 2018, Democratic Party Primary when Audrie Lawton-Evans ran for the Harris County Justice of the Peace for Precinct 7, Place 2, she couldn’t even make the runoff and finished next to last.

For good measure, here’s how things turned out: Sharon M. Burney received 7,294 votes for 31.86% of the vote, Cheryl Elliott Thornton received 5,637 votes for 24.62% of the vote, Audrie Lawton-Evans finished third with 5,155 votes, for 22.52% of the vote, and Ray Shackelford received 4,809 votes, for 21.00%.

After neither candidate won over 50% of the votes, Sharon M. Burney defeated Cheryl Elliott Thornton in the runoff election.

So, again, who died and made Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans an expert at anything? Huh? Why is she in charge of calling private meetings?

And why are Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans, and the other County Civil Court at Law Judges screwing around with crazy A$$ Eulundia “Kay” Shepard, who is by most accounts “coo-coo for coco puffs” and belongs in a “looney bend” somewhere?

I mean, if Kay Shepard isn’t making passes at “HETEROSEXUAL WOMEN” and then getting angry when they reject her sexual advances, she is lying and using ‘bully tactics’ to try and intimidate anyone who voices their opinion.

Aside from Judge Audrie Lawton, the henchman for Mike Doyle (Eulundia ‘Kay’ Shepard) is already trying to flex her muscles heading into the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election.

LEAVE ALLEN PROVOST ALONE…

It seems that longtime Democratic Precinct Chair Allen Provost (Precinct #205) may have found himself in the crosshairs of Eulundia “Kay” Shepard, who tried to intimidate him on FACEBOOK the other night.

After Allen Provost posted a flyer on his FACEBOOK account last night, questioning why the Democratic Party was having a “CLOSED DOOR MEETING,” Mike Doyle’s attack dog (Kay Shepard) sprung into action.

“Why is (sic) the Democratic Party having a CLOSED meeting?” asked Allen Provost. “Who were (sic) the invited guests,” asked Provost.

Allen Provost proclaimed, “That’s what’s wrong with D,” talking about the Democratic Party.

The next thing you know, Kay Shepard jumps on his post and states, “I’m not sure that it was closed, but it was for elected officials. Why would that bother you if they met alone,” she asked.

“And how does it make something wrong with the Dems,” asked Kay Shepard.

Allen Provost then explained to Kay Shepard that he was not fighting but proclaimed that QUESTIONS needed to be answered, and he was right.

“I AM AN ELECTED OFFICIAL,” proclaimed Allen Provost, alluding that he currently serves as the Harris County Democratic Precinct Chair for (Precinct 205) on Houston’s northside.

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT…

I am not going to spend the next (10) ten months continuing to warn “BLACK DEMOCRAT” judicial candidates – that’s not my job! However, it is incumbent upon me to enlighten my readers and expose the “RACIST SCHEME” to purge African American members of the judiciary from local judicial benches.

It is incumbent for African American voters to arm themselves with information they can use to make a quality voting decision in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election. To do so, this requires researching every candidate in every down-ballot judicial race.

Tami C. Pierce (left) and her wife/husband, Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce, have a loving marital relationship that they've shared for more than 22 years. For the most part, before Tami C. Pierce threw her hat into the political ring, she and her wife Stephanie lived a quiet, peaceful life, staying to themselves and out of politics. However, today, a small group of (DINOs), "Democrats in Name Only," and (RINOs), "Republicans in Name Only," have allied themselves together and embraced Tami C. Pierce's campaign for the 180th Criminal District Court as part of a grander scheme to purge "BLACK JUDGES" from local judicial benches in Harris County, Texas. Kay Shepard, who is suspected of being a closet member of the "LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY," is acting as the 'attack dog' for Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, who also favors "LGBTQ+ WOMEN AND MEN," over "HETEROSEXUAL MEN AND WOMEN," as proven by his recent actions. It appears that Kay Shepard, in her twisted mind and vexed spirit, believes that she is helping her fellow "LGBTQ+ SISTERS"  and a more significant cause by working to defeat Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones. By definition, a heterosexual person is someone who is exclusively sexually or romantically attracted to someone of the opposite sex; after having her sexual advances allegedly rebuffed by State Rep. Shawn Thierry at an event, Kay Shepard began to attack her (State Rep. Thierry) profusely and oppose her politically as well.

Eulundia "Kay" Shepard filed a lawsuit against the Harris County Democratic Party on Friday, October 2, 2020, to force the HCDP to open up their books and be more transparent. Shortly after filing her lawsuit against the Harris County Democratic Party, Kay Shepard was made a "SPECIAL COMMISSIONER" and began receiving appointments from the Democrat County Civil Court at Law judges. It is unclear now if the taxpayer money she has been given was to buy her silence. At this point, I don't believe Judge Jim Kovach or Judge LaShawn Williams would engage in corruption or use taxpayer dollars to buy the silence of Kay Shepard, but only time will tell.

STRONGARMING THE HCDP…

A few months after Kay Shepard filed her lawsuit against the Harris County Democratic Party, she began getting assignments to act as a “SPECIAL COMMISSIONER” for local Harris County Civil Court at Law Courts. To date, Eulundia “Kay” Shepard has received more than (50) fifty appointments as a “SPECIAL COMMISSIONER,” using taxpayer dollars, which is why Ulundia “Kay” Shepard is acting as the attack dog for Mike Doyle and is available at their beck and call of a small group of Democratic judges.

JUDGES FUNDING KAY SHEPARD…

If you take a moment to search through the campaign finance reports for the Harris County Democratic Party, you will not find the name of Eulundia “Kay” Shepard as receiving any money as a consultant, attack dog, henchman, or anything of that nature.

Search the “VENDOR PORTAL” for the Harris County Auditor’s Office. You will discover that Kay Shepard is getting paid with taxpayer dollars in connection to the “SPECIAL COMMISSIONER APPOINTMENTS” she’s getting from Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans (County Civil Court at Law No. 1), Judge Jim F. Kovach (Count Civil Court at Law No. 2), Judge LaShawn A. Williams (County Civil Court at Law No. 3), Judge Manpreet Monica Singh, the presiding judge for County Civil Court at Law No. 3), all Democrats.

However, Mike Doyle appears to be Kay Shepard's master and handler.

General Merrick Garland chose Judge Erica Hughes to serve as an Immigration Judge, where she will preside over cases beginning in January 2022. In addition to this new role, Judge Erica Hughes has been an esteemed member of the U.S. Army National Guard of Texas in Austin since 2016, serving as a Judge Advocate. Judge Lashawn Williams, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, Judge Shannon Baldwin, Judge Tonya Jones, and Judge Toria J. Finch will be in the fight of their political lives as Democrats are already contemplating challenging the (26) twenty-six "AFRICAN AMERICAN JUDGES" who are up for re-election in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election for Harris County, Texas. However, I'm not sure why so many potential candidates are seeking to run against the (26) twenty-six African American incumbent judges when there will be (68) sixty-eight local benches up for grabs in the 2026 Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas.
