State Senator Paul Bettencourt and his friends are playing chess, and Democrats in Harris County, Texas appear to think the game being played is checkers. From the way things are looking, Democrats will have their work cut out for them to keep from triggering a state takeover of local elections after "SENATE BILL 1750" and "SENATE BILL 1933" go into effect on September 1, 2023.
Serious Errors Have Been Found in the 2022 Midterm Election Cumulative Reports for Harris County; State Oversight Imminent
What local officials don't seem to understand is that the mechanisms have already been put in place to trigger the "STATE OVERSIGHT" of Harris County's upcoming 2024 Presidential Election cycle.
Just like in the case of the Houston Independent School District (HISD) takeover, Republican leadership at the statewide level seems to be playing chess, while Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee, Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and other local leaders think the game that's being played right now is checkers.
Listen, my investigative team and I have been sifting through the voter rolls for the last few years, and already have enough information to trigger the "STATE OVERSIGHT" provision that's buried inside "SENATE BILL 1933" that goes into effect on September 1, 2023. And if my team already has enough ammunition collected, you can bet your bottom dollar that State Senator Paul Bettencourt, who served for 10 years, as the Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector and Voter Registrar already has his proverbial ducks lined up in a row.

Forty-eight Midterm Election Countywide Races from Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas Had the Wrong Ballot Totals
-----------------------------------
The Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election for Harris County, Texas contained serious errors in the ballots cast totals. According to the Harris County Elections Administrator (Clifford Tatum), the total number of ballots cast in the countywide races was 1,107,390. Therefore, when the Tabulation Computer tallied the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes for each countywide race, the total number of ballots cast for all of the countywide races should have equaled 1,107,390. However, forty-eight down-ballot races contained errored vote tallies, which is a significant problem. That being said, the analysis of the “MIDTERM ELECTION” that was completed by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications on Monday, August 7, 2023, reveals that only the first thirty-seven countywide races in Harris County, Texas has the correct ballots cast total of 1,107,390, on the Official Cumulative Report.
