Democrats Only Lead Republicans by 89 Total Votes After the First Day of Early Voting in Harris County, Texas When you Combine the In-Person and Mail Ballot Returns for Tuesday, February 18, 2020, for Each Political Party

The turnout was dismal yesterday, on the first day of early voting for the Democratic and Republican primaries in Harris County, Texas. Only 6,819 Democrats went to the polls to vote early in all of Harris County, Texas. Comparatively speaking, only 5,411 Republicans went to the polls to vote early on the first day of early voting. So, while Democrats hold a slight lead in the in-person category, it's the Republicans who hold the lead in the mail ballot category. According to the Harris County Clerk, 30,174 mail ballots were sent out to registered eligible "ABSENTEE VOTERS" in the Republican Party. Of the 30,174 mail ballots sent out, 12,890 were mailed back as of yesterday, Tuesday, February 18, 2020. On the Democratic side, 37,273 mail ballots were sent out, with only 11,571 having been mailed back so far. So, with straight-ticket voting abolished in Texas, Democratic primary voters had better make it their business to put forth the most diverse field of "DULY-QUALIFIED" nominees possible if they expect to have any success at holding off the hard-charging Republican Party in November. Why? Well, when the general election rolls around, Democrats are going to need some serious help from candidates like Judge Staci Williams, Judge George Powell, Judge Robert Johnson, Jerome Moore, Attorney Jeralynn Manor, Judge Nikita Harmon, Attorney Dawn Deshea Rogers, Attorney Audia Jones, Judge Lesley Briones, and Judge Julia Maldonado to achieve success. And if you watched Super Bowl LIV, I don’t have to tell you that it’s “GAME-ON” for the “BLACK VOTE” in 2020. So, if your eventual winner of the presidential nomination for some reason doesn’t choose an African American (or other ethnic minority) running mate, similar to what President Barack Obama did in choosing Joe Biden as his running mate back in 2008, it’s going to be very tough to get minority voters to support your ticket. And nope, this isn’t identity politics; but rather a fact. Let’s face it, one of the main reasons Hillary Clinton lost her bid to become president of the United States back in 2016 (in my opinion) was in large part due to the huge drop off in African American voter turnout from the previous presidential election. Get this, with no President Barack Obama on the ticket “AFRICAN AMERICAN VOTER TURNOUT PLUMETTED” from 66.6% in 2012 to only 59.6% in 2016 – and it could get even worse this cycle – if the ballot isn’t right. So, if you really want Trump out, you mustn’t make the same mistake this time around. And with that said, we are strongly encouraging all warm-blooded Democrats to please (and I said please) consider voting for our very diverse slate of “DULY-QUALIFIED” Democratic candidates on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. And may God continue to richly bless America as His plan for our “GREAT NATION” continues to unfold.

To date, Steve is the only attorney to spearhead, and first-chair multiple lawsuits against Monsanto, resulting in multi-million-dollar judgments for clients suffering from Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Steve prevailed in several lawsuits taken to trial or appeal, despite Monsanto’s repeated efforts to restrict his ability to file suit against them. His most recent suit against Monsanto resulted in a $46,500,000 judgment and verdict. Shortly thereafter, a confidential settlement was obtained for his three clients and their families.
Steve also has extensive experience in insurance coverage litigation, successfully representing homeowners and business owners in actions arising out of coverage disputes between insurers and policyholders, as well as bad faith actions arising out of coverage disputes.
