Former Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner (right) hosted "FREAK OFFS" with young Black men in Houston, Texas, in the 1990s. While Sylvester Turner preferred young Black men, he and other members of Commissioner Rodney Ellis's regime (many of whom have wives) also indulged themselves with one another before going home to their families. According to Sylvester Turner's ex-wife, Sylvester is bisexual. Her "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" details how Lloyd Gite asked Sylvester Turner if he wanted to have sex with him, and Sylvester Turner told him that he would consider it. As their (tape-recorded) conversation continued, the Fox 26 Reporter (Lloyd Gite) detailed the types of specific sexual acts he would perform on Sylvester. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee (shaking hands with a constituent) and former prizefighter turned businessman Eric Carr (protecting the Congresswoman) deeply cared about one another and had a close relationship and bond that most people will never understand. Carr often expressed his love and admiration for the Honorable Congresswoman. He protected her, loved her, and cherished their bond that many people didn't understand. Like her or not, "THE CONGRESSWOMAN" fought hard for her district and deeply cared about and loved the bond she and Eric Carr developed over the years.
Gwendolyn Washington, Carvel Jay, and Attorney Sheila Jackson Lee when she was running for Houston City Council to become a public official for the first time. Sheila crashed parties, funerals, and family gatherings long before she became the United States Representative for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

Certain judges can give or take a life with the stroke of a pen, which means that the pen is just as mighty as a sword. As things continue to unfold, with the hell-on-earth situation swirling around Diddy, no matter how much money and prestige you have, a judge can immediately take it away.
Who we elect to judicial positions on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in states across America matters – so we mustn’t play ‘eenie meenie miney mo’ regarding the judicial races.
I’m not trying to defend Sean “Diddy” Combs in any way, shape, or form, but the timeline of his Diddy’s trouble did not begin with him suing global liquor giant Diageo. Nor did his civil and criminal problems start when he got sued by Cassie Ventura before settling the lawsuit within 24 hours after her filing.
“A LITTLE DIGGING.”
After digging, I discovered that things began unraveling for Diddy in 2020 when the mogul started a new political party to empower Black Americans – intending to ensure that former President Donald J. Trump didn’t get reelected.
In case you don’t remember, Diddy was a huge Biden supporter in 2020 and planned on playing an active role in 2024 through his newly formed political party.
After becoming disappointed with the state of politics, as far as “BLACK AMERICANS” are concerned, Diddy decided to start investing his fortune in a new political platform he envisioned as a vehicle that could change the face of politics in America.
Diddy’s #1 goal for his movement was to unify African Americans around an agenda.
According to published reports, Diddy stated in an interview, “We’re gonna do it legally. We’re going to play your [politics] game, but we’re going to play that game better. Because these older cats that’s running for office — these white-haired older cats — they about to be dead. These kids out here, they want to live. They want to f— thrive. They can’t thrive if it keeps on going in this direction.” he said.
“They’re not even talking about us. They’re in a reality f— freak show playing a game, and people are losing their lives. And that’s why this time is so important, and it’s time for us to mobilize and not be scared,” said Diddy.
I’m not trying to defend Diddy or circulate fake news. Diddy’s life began to unravel when he boldly set up Our Black Party’s official website as an FEC-registered political committee recognized under Section 527 in 2020.
Diddy set up www.ourblackparty.org as the website address for his political party. But why isn’t the mainstream media reporting this fact to the general public?
“THE OLD GUARD.”
I never really understood why so many people worship politicians, especially considering what I know about some of our local Black elected politicians who are members of “THE OLD GUARD” who have ruled Harris County, Texas, with an ‘iron fist’ for decades.
I’ll never forget the first time I heard people whispering about Sheila Jackson Lee allegedly getting caught inside a ‘parked car’ with a young, robust African American male.
Over the years, I have followed the story, rumors, and innuendos related to the woman we all came to love (or revere) as “THE CONGRESSWOMAN,” representing the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas—and the story isn’t pretty.
Over the years, out of respect for my elders, I kept my mouth shut and didn’t expose many of “THE OLD GUARD's” private affairs, but those days ended with the passing of the woman called “SHE-JACK.”
The late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and former Mayor Sylvester Turner were and continue to be two of the most corrupt, dishonorable politicians I’ve ever seen.
From Sylvester Turner recruiting young, promising Black men to participate in his nasty sexual orgies to Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and her alleged penchant to spend time with young beau -- if walls could only talk, we'd get an ear full.
“THE QUIET WHISPERS.”
The most concerning thing about “SHE-JACK” and her allegedly being caught inside a car with her close friend and confidant Eric Carr years ago is that Sheila, Eric, and the person who witnessed the alleged incident never leaked the incident to the media. Thus, the incident never became anything more than something members of the upper echelon of the Black Community whispered about and giggled whenever “SHE-JACK” entered the room.
The entire ordeal, whether true (or not), was something that never saw the light of day as long as “SHE-JACK” was alive, but after her death, local leaders who knew how close “SHE-JACK” and Eric Carr could not understand why Carr wasn’t present at her funeral.
Did the family know about the rumored unfaithfulness of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee?
What’s my point? Well, when you get down to it, I never really paid much attention to the rumors that swirled around Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s close friend and confidant allegedly driving her to her cancer treatments during her first battle with the deadly disease.
“NOBODY’S PERFECT.”
We must take ministers, entertainers, politicians, and sports icons off pedestals. Our heroes are human beings and no better than any of us. Now, Sean “Diddy” Combs’s alleged co-conspirators and friends are using their vast wealth to “QUIETLY SETTLE LAWSUITS” with their suspected victims while “Diddy” remains behind bars.
Yes, you heard me right!
Diddy’s famous friends (according to reports) are allegedly using their wealth to avoid court and ensure their names won’t appear in the impending lawsuits.
I keep trying to tell you that while the alleged horrendous actions of Sean “Diddy” Combs are reprehensible, we’re just now beginning to understand how potentially bad things could get for those closest to the jailed mogul.
According to Attorney Tony Buzbee’s Law Firm, the cases against “Diddy” go back to at least 1991, and the youngest victim the firm has found was nine years old at the time of the alleged assault.
Beyond the person who was nine years old, attorney Tony Buzbee claims at least 3,285 people reached out to his firm. After some vetting of the alleged victims, about 120, according to Buzbee, plans to bring lawsuits against “Diddy,” according to the firm.
Approximately 60 of the expected plaintiffs are males, and roughly 60 are females. But the most troubling thing about the group of plaintiffs is the fact that at least 25 of them were children at the time of their alleged assault.
“NEW DEVELOPMENTS.”
The heads of politicians, members of the clergy, and A-List entertainers are on a swivel as the first wave of “DEMAND LETTERS” have started to make their way to alleged perpetrators.
According to published reports, all of the alleged victims were either seeking a career in television or a music career, with hopes of one day becoming a star.
“This individual, who was nine years old at the time, was taken to an audition in New York City with Bad Boy Records…this individual was sexually abused by Sean Combs and several other people at the studio, in the promise of both his parents and to him, of getting a record deal,” explained Buzbee.
According to Buzbee, “An individual, 15 years old at the time, was drugged and then taken into a private room, all in the presence of Mr. Combs, where a female minor was raped.”
“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”
All of us live in glass houses and have some crap in our past that we may not want the public to know about. We must understand that “PUBLIC FIGURES” are human beings with the same weaknesses and vulnerabilities.
So, as you proceed down your ballot on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, remember that it takes a certain amount of courage for people to run for public office.

As many of you know, I am the President of the Northside Political Action Group, serving both the East and West regions. I aim to inform the northeast community about matters essential to our voters. With over 48 years of experience in politics, I understand the political landscape and how it operates, especially regarding elected officials.
One critical thing I advocate for is examining an elected official’s record. Their actions will tell you what they have done and, more importantly, what they should do for their constituents. Shortly, I will share information about important topics that we, as a community, must unite around.
I will also keep you updated on concerns specific to North Forest. One glaring issue is that none of the elected officials have offices in the Northeast. Many of our top public officials stop in the 5th Ward, mistakenly considering it the boundary of the north side of Houston – which isn’t true.
We must work together to ensure our community’s voice resonates throughout Harris County. Another critical topic is the future of our community’s college, HCC, at the North Forest campus at 6010 Little York Road, Houston, Texas 77016.
We must unite on issues like this to ensure the respect of our community. The days are long gone when we will allow politicians to give us detention ponds, like what happened in February 2023.
Regarding the North Forest campus, HCC clarified that they were not interested in developing an on-site detention pond or selling land for that project. They intend to continue with their existing grandfather agreement.
All I’ve discussed above are critical issues, and I encourage you to stay informed and engaged.

Let us unite as a community and work toward a better future in Northeast Houston. By engaging the northeast ministers, all leaders are welcome, no matter the size of your congregation. I also encourage you to join and help educate the younger voters.
