According to his website, Judge Cory Sepolio is a third generation Harris County native, who was born in Pasadena, Texas. He is a lifelong Democrat who is the presiding judge for the 269th Civil District Court of Harris County.
Judge Sepolio graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2000 with a B.A. in History and studied law at South Texas College of Law graduating in 2003. He earned multiple honors which include the Eagle Scout badge and an appointment to the United States Naval Academy. He's a member of several Democratic clubs, legal associations and organizations which protect the rights of the community.
Judge Sepolio is married to Melissa Sepolio and they have a wonderful daughter, Addyson Hope Sepolio. The Sepolio Family are members of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and are actively involved in multiple community organizations. This "SISTERHOOD SERIES" is an empowerment movement launched by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, the publisher of Houston Business Connections Newspaper©. Why is this significant? Well, what this means is that 747,771 registered voters did not even bother to vote for candidates belonging to either major political party back in the 2020 Presidential Election whereas Harris County, Texas is concerned. And if you look back at the results of the Tuesday, November 6, 2018, Midterm Election only 1,219,871 of the 2,307654 registered voters in Harris County, Texas went to the polls to vote. This means that 1,087,788 registered voters in Harris County, Texas stayed home and did not feel inspired to vote for the candidates who were put forth by either of the top two major political parties in America. So, our "SISTERHOOD SERIES" will endeavor to target and then inspire people who have not been participating in the process of voting to make their voices heard in 2022, 2024, and beyond.

Make no mistake about it, who the people of Harris County, Texas choose to give another term to in 2022 must be about substance, job performance, judicial temperament, competence, and whether or not our members of the judiciary are following the law with their rulings. And that being said, in 2022, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.
