Black Money Laundering Ring and Ponzi-Scheme Run by Carroll G. Robinson and Antron D. Johnson Snares Judge Kovach

Antron D. Johnson and Carroll G. Robinson are two of the dirtiest "BLACK POLITICAL OPERATIVES" in the state of Texas. Antron D. Johnson acts as the treasurer for an intricate "POLITICAL ACTION PONZI-SCHEME" that he and Carroll G. Robinson are using to gain access to local Democrats like Judge Jim Kovach, who currently presides over the County Civil Court at Law #2 bench in Harris County, Texas. That being said, Judge Jim F. Kovach and other local judges have been sucked into the middle of this "BLACK POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE" money laundering ring and "PONZI-SCHEME" that Carroll G. Robinson, Antron D. Johnson, and their minions have been operating.

Judge Manpreet Monica Singh (Democrat), the presiding judge for Harris County Civil Court at Law #4 is currently being sued by her Republican 2022 opponent by the name of Brian Staley. Judge LaShawn Williams (Democrat), the presiding judge for Harris County Civil Court at Law #3 is currently being sued by her Republican 2022 opponent by the name of Aaron Adams. Judge Jim Kovach did not get sued by his Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Republican opponent former Judge Clyde Raymond Leuchtag. However, Judge Audrie Lawton Evans (Democrat), the presiding judge for Harris County Civil Court at Law #1 is currently being sued by former Judge James Lombardino.

Antron D. Johnson and Carroll G. Robinson have created a series of bogus "BLACK POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEES" and have conspired together to run a "PONZI-SCHEME" where Carroll G. Robinson would pay the first $100 to get the scheme going, and then Carroll G. Robinson and Antron, along with their minions, would then go out and prey upon Democratic candidates running for office throughout the state of Texas. For the record, Antron D. Johnson is listed as the treasurer of Texas Black Democrats PAC, TxMuniPAC, The Young and The Politics, Reform HISD (Dissolved), and Win Texas PAC which has now been deactivated.

On 10/22/2019, Carroll G. Robinson and Antron D. Johnson appear to have conspired together to launch what appears to be a "PONZI-SCHEME" by giving his minion Antron D. Johnson $100 to put into the Texas Black Democrats PAC, as the first donor. You can "CLICK HERE" to see the transaction for yourself.

On 12/30/2020, Carroll G. Robinson and Antron D. Johnson appear to have conspired together to launch what appears to be a "PONZI-SCHEME" by giving his minion Antron D. Johnson $100 to put into the TxMuniPAC, as the first donor. You can "CLICK HERE" to see the transaction for yourself.

Judge Jim F. Kovach, is a very good local Democrat judge. And on top of being a good human being, Judge Kovach has a good heart, and he has done a fabulous job since getting elected to the bench back during the 2018 Midterm Election and then reelected to the bench back during the 2022 Midterm Election.

On 12/21/2019, Carroll G. Robinson, Antron D. Johnson, or one of their minions was able to get into the ear of Judge Kim Kovach, the presiding judge for Harris County Civil Court at Law #2, and get him to donate $100 into the "PONZI-SCHEME" they'd they have created. You can "CLICK HERE" to see the transaction for yourself.

On 12/30/2019, Carroll G. Robinson, Antron D. Johnson, or one of their minions was able to get into Judge Kim Kovach, the presiding judge for Harris County Civil Court at Law #2, to donate $200 into the "PONZI-SCHEME" they'd they have created. Once they were able to get $100 on 12/21/2019, they went back and got $200 on 12/30/2019. You can "CLICK HERE" to see the transaction for yourself.

Antron D. Johnson (left) is employed by state Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27) as his Legislative Director, according to sources. Several Democratic sources have stated off the record that Antron D. Johnson is working as state Rep. Ron Reynbolds's chief of staff, while he's also serving as the treasurer for a "BLACK RACKETEERING RING" that's aiming to take over the entire state of Texas. State Rep. Ron Reynolds (center) has been disbarred from practicing law but has been given a chance at redemption by being elected to serve as Chairman of the Texas Legislative Black Caucus. As for Burt Levine (far right), he's a very good political strategist who works with Republicans and Democrats.

On the surface, all four of these Democratic judges appear to be honorable members of the judiciary. With that said Judge LaShawn Williams (far left), and Judge Audrie Lawton Evans (second from the right) are both very familiar with Carroll G. Robinson and Antron D Johnson, and their corrupt political organization. But Judge Jim Kovach (far right) is beginning to look bad, for allowing Carroll G. Robinson and Antron D. Johnson to trick him into participating in their scheme. As for Judge Manpreet Monica Singh (second from left), she's new to the game.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "We must make it our business to start "PUTTING PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" going forward into the 2023 City of Houston Mayoral Election, the 2024 Democratic Party Primary, and 2024 Republican Party Primary. Our nation is at a serious crossroads, and a serious course correction is desperately needed in America."

Black Money Laundering Ring and Ponzi-Scheme Run by Carroll G. Robinson and Antron D. Johnson Snares Judge Kovach

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

What happened on January 6, 2021, should have never occurred, in my opinion. But more importantly, we still haven’t (as a nation) taken the time to address why all those warm-blooded Americans showed up at the United States Capital Building in Washington, D.C., to address their displeasure at the outcome of the 2020 Presidential Election results in the first place.

Listen, holding committee hearings, and criminalizing Americans, and former President Donald J. Trump isn’t doing anything to address the root cause of why people are angry at how elections are being conducted in Democratic strongholds.

The real problem that’s staring America in the face is that we have another Presidential Election approaching and we still haven’t reconciled what happened in the last one. Voter fraud is a really big problem, that must be addressed in a bipartisan fashion.

Truth be told, our elections are flawed, and our political system has been taken over by corrupt people who don’t give a damn about our United Constitution, the Rule of Law, or playing fair. And on the local level, my investigative team and I have been Black political operatives like Carroll G. Robinson and Antron D. Johnson for almost three years.

Carroll G. Robinson and his boy Antron D. Johnson are the master-minds behind a local political action committee scheme that they’ve created to trick Black voters and strong-arm local political candidates into funding the little “CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE” they’ve been trying to get off the ground, in Harris County, Texas. And the worst part about all their “PONZI-SCHEME” is that the local Harris County Democratic Party is allowing them to hide behind their shield and take advantage of unsuspecting Democratic candidates without fear of facing any consequences for their actions.

Public officials, including judges who keep turning a blind eye and continuing to support the money laundering schemes and “PAC PONZI-SCHEME” being run by people like Carroll G. Robinson, Antron D. Johnson, Terrance Shanks, and others, are just as guilty as perpetrators of the criminal activity.

What we’re dealing with in Harris County, Texas isn’t “ELECTION FRAUD” if you ask me. What’s happening in Harris County, is racketeering, and nobody is doing anything about it.

In case you don’t know, “Racketeering is a type of organized crime in which the person set up a coercive, fraudulent, extortionary or otherwise illegal coordinated scheme or operation (a “racket”) to repeatedly or consistently collect a profit.”

So, right under our noses, Carroll G. Robinson, the chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats gave Antron D. Johnson $100 back on 12/30/2020, to set up the TXMuniPAC, that’s located at 1034 Sauliner Street, where Antron lives or was living at the time.

Besides the $100 that Carroll G. Robinson put into the TXMuniPAC, the only other donor to the scheme between 12/30/2020, and today is another “POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE” called the Texas Black Democrats PAC, which donated $5,000 back on 3/22/2021, and $1,000 back on 6/1/2022 according to their campaign finance report.

Now, what you need to know about the TXMuniPAC, and the Texas Black Democrats PAC, is that Antron D. Johnson is the treasurer for both of the PACs, and Carroll G. Robinson gave Antron D. Johnson, the first $100 to create both of the schemes.

As I’ve already stated, back on 12/30/2020, Carroll G. Robinson, gave his boy Antron D. Johnson $100 to get the TXMuniPAC up and rolling.

Back on 12/22/2019, Carroll G. Robinson gave Antron D. Johnson $100 to set up the Texas Black Democrats PAC, which is part of the “PONZI-SCHEME” hatched by Carroll G. Robinson, Antron D. Johnson, and other political operatives, including local judges like Judge Jim Kovach, the presiding judge for Harris County Civil Court at Law #2, in Harris County, Texas.

Carroll G. Robinson, Antron D. Johnson, Terrence Shanks, and their other minions like attorney Melanie Miles who is running for Houston City Council At-Large Position #1, believe that they’re smarter and craftier than the rest of us.

- COLLATERAL DAMAGE -

Attorney Melanie Miles appears to be resting her hopes of becoming the At-Large Houston City Councilmember for Position #1, by accepting the endorsement of Carroll G. Robinson, and his minions.

“RACKETEERING RING.”

According to a story that ran in the North Dallas Gazette back on March 4, 2021, attorney Melanie Miles was welcomed into the fold by Carroll G. Robinson. “The Texas Coalition of Black Democrats (TCBD), in preparation for the 2022 and 2024 election cycles, has organized a statewide Texas Alliance of Black Political Action Committees (PACs) to engage in coordinated local, statewide, and national fundraising to increase overall funding to maximize Black Democratic voter turnout through increased and enhanced voter registration, issue education, year-round voter engagement, community service, and political infrastructure building and maintenance,” the first paragraph of the article read.

The North Dallas Gazette article published back on March 4, 2021, continued, “This historic initiative will be led by small business-owner, Melanie Miles. Miles has agreed to lead the fundraising project as part of The Coalition’s broader effort to help increase the involvement of Democratic Precinct Chairs and local and county elected officials within The Coalition and Texas Democratic Party.”

Do you see where this was going? “In agreeing to serve as Chair of the Texas Alliance of Black PACs, Miles said, “I will be laser-focused on helping to raise the funding necessary to bring change to Texas. Our state needs better, more compassionate and competent leadership and the path to achieving that goal is a stronger, more unified, energized and well-funded Black Democratic political infrastructure,” the article read.

Now, why do you think the plan to create the Texas Alliance of Black PACs, was aborted? Can you take a wild guess? Well, my investigative team and I stepped in and disrupted their plans. And on top of that, attorney Melanie Miles got spooked, because she had recently bolted from the Harris County Republican Party and had used the name of her ex-husband state Senator Borris “MILES” to win a Democratic Party “PRECINCT CHAIR POSITION” over a lifelong Democrat, a few months earlier.

Anyways, the North Dallas Gazette article continued, “Under the leadership of Miles, The Alliance will be reaching out to partner and work with all the various constituency organizations and allied groups, in the Texas Democratic Party, to maximize the strategic deployment of assets, resources, and investments in the Coalition’s effort to (Re)Turn Texas Blue.”

“TAKING TEXAS.”

All politics is local, and while people are continuing to use the events that occurred on January 6, 2021, at the United States Capital Building in Washington, D.C., as a smoke screen, a “BLACK RACKETEERING RING” is headed up by Carroll G. Robinson, Antron D. Johnson, Terrance Shanks, and others were plotting, planning, and strategizing to turn the Lone Star State blue in 2022, and came up short.

But unless something is done to stop the “BLACK RACKETEERING RING” in its tracks, they’re going to use their intricate maze of bogus “POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEES” to kick down the door in 2024.

You don’t have to take my word for it, this is what Carroll G. Robinson has already stated, Chairman “TCBD greatly appreciates Melanie Miles’ commitment to helping the Coalition and other Texas Black PACs secure the resources necessary to help elect Black Democrats and grow Black voter turnout to help elect Democrats all across Texas in 2022 and 2024.”

Terrence Shanks has stepped down as the president of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats (Harris County Chapter) since he was hit with a $27,5000 fine several weeks ago. is as dirty as they come. And for the record, Terrance Shanks and Darnella Wilkerson, according to the Texas Ethics Commission were "LAUNDERING MONEY" and running an "ENDORSEMENT SELLING SCHEME" that local officials were playing a role in supporting. You can "CLICK HERE" to see why Shanks was fined $27,500 by the Texas Ethics Commission.

"SELLING ENDORSEMENTS."

TCBD-HC’s activity presents particular cause for public concern because it appears from TCBD-HC’s 2020 endorsement slate and its banking records that TCBD-HC may be “selling” its endorsements in exchange for financial contributions. TCBD-HC has avoided potentially unpleasant public inquiry on this unsavory topic by evading its reporting obligations. Further, Commission staff uncovered TCBD-HC candidate endorsement slates for the 2018 and 2022 primary elections, which suggests that TCBD-HC’s involvement in the March 2020 primary election was not an isolated event. You can "CLICK HERE" to review the "FINAL ORDER" for yourself.

Darnella Wilkerson is an active player in the "MONEY LAUNDERING SCHEME" that has been uncovered in Harris County, Texas. According to the Texas Ethics Commission, "Only three deposits were ever made to the 39 account, the personal savings account held in Wilkerson’s name. There were three contribution checks from candidates, all made out to TCBD-HC or “Texas Coalition of Black Democrats – Hou[ston].” There was also a $1,250 check drawn on TCBD-HC’s main account, and a $25 cash deposit that matched a $25 cash withdrawal from TCBD-HC’s main account made the same day. All of these deposits were made on February 20 and 21, 2020. The following day, February 22, 2020, Wilkerson withdrew the entire contents of the account, $2,775, and closed the account. Also on February 22, 2020, Wilkerson deposited an identical amount of cash, $2,775, in the 98 account. A duplicate copy of the withdrawal slip removing the cash from the 39 account can be found in the records for the 98 account, attached to a deposit slip for the same amount, $2,775.

"CRIMINAL ACTIVITY."

No single document in the record makes clear why Wilkerson deposited several thousand dollars in the 39 personal savings account, immediately withdrew the entire amount in cash, and then deposited the funds in the 98 main AAC account. However, that the 39 account is in Wilkerson’s name as a personal account formally unattached with the other two accounts and that Shanks and Wilkerson opted to withdraw the funds from the 39 account in cash rather than effecting the transfer by more convenient means suggest that Shanks and Wilkerson wished to conceal the source of the funds. The memo lines on the checks, which read “[e]ndorsed candidate GOTV,” “slate card,” and “[p]oll working for [e]lection,” suggest that the payments were in nature political contributions to TCBD-HC. Public knowledge that TCBD-HC had accepted political contributions from AAC might have compelled TCBD-HC to file a campaign treasurer appointment, as Section 253.031 of the Election Code prohibits political committees from accepting political contributions or making political expenditures exceeding a certain threshold without having a campaign treasurer appointment on file, a threshold which these contributions exceeded. You can "CLICK HERE" to see how Carroll's minions have been running their "MONEY LAUNDERING" and "ENDORSEMENT SELLING SCHEME" while Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg has supported the illegal PAC, and benefited from their illegal activities.
