Judge Brittanye Morris (left), the presiding judge for the 333rd Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas has been kicked off the Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary ballot. Attorney Tracy Good will win the nomination and has earned the right to face off against attorney Brian Staley (the Republican) in the general election. BALLOT ORDER... The office of the Secretary of State has certified the ballot order for the upcoming "2024 DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY" for Harris County, Texas.

Judge Brittanye Morris, the presiding judge for the 333rd Civil District Court has been disqualified from running for reelection in the upcoming Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary. According to multiple sources, Judge Brittanye Morris didn't even know how to fill out her application to run for reelection. In the place where judicial candidates are asked to place their "STATE BAR OF TEXAS NUMBER," it is believed that Judge Brittanye Morris provided her drivers license number instead.

You can "CLICK HERE" to see the complete ballot order for the upcoming Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary for Harris County, Texas.

Commissioner Lesley Briones (right), is unquestionably a rising star in the Harris County Democratic Party. That being said, Commissioner Briones's precinct (PRECINCT 4) overlaps a large portion of the 18th Congressional District of Texas. Now, while Commissioner Lesley Briones is not up for reelection until the 2026 Midterms, her endorsement of former Houston City Councilwoman Amanda Edwards over Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee will place Commissioner Briones front and center in the upcoming Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary. DEMOGRAPHICS... Members of the old guard don't even realize that the ethnicity of the 18th Congressional District is now 41.78% Hispanic, 36.35% African American, 17.83% White, 4.94% Asian, and 9.1% Native American.

On Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Amanda Edwards and Judge Israel Garcia will appear on the ballot in the races for United States Congress for the 18th Congressional District of Texas, and Harris County Justice of the Peace for Precinct 5, Place 1, in the Democratic Party Primary. Amanda Edwards seeks to unseat Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. As for Judge Israel Garcia, he will be running unopposed.

Judge Fredericka Phillips (left), and Judge Jeralynn Manor (right), are running for reelection unopposed in the upcoming Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary. In case you don't know, Judge Fredericka Phillips is the presiding judge for the 61st Civil District Court, and Judge Jeralynn Manor is the presiding judge for the 80th Civil District Court. As for Amanda Edwards, she has emerged as the frontrunner in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas, where she will be facing off against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and Robert Slater, Jr., on Super Tuesday.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Early voting for the upcoming Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary will begin on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, and end on Friday, March 1, 2024."

Judge Brittanye Morris, 333rd Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas Was Disqualified; Tracy Good Will Be the Nominee

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

One of the biggest stories of the 2024 Primary Election season for Harris County, Texas has already occurred. The youngest sitting District Judge in the State of Texas couldn’t even fill out her application to run for reelection correctly and has been disqualified. Yes, you heard me correctly!

Can you believe that Judge Brittanye Morris, the presiding judge for the 333rd Civil District Court, doesn’t even know the difference between her “BAR CARD NUMBER” and her “DRIVERS LICENSE NUMBER” and will now pay a heavy price for it?

This story is still developing, but according to several sources, the youngest “DISTRICT JUDGE” in the state of Texas, doesn’t appear to be very smart. Judge Brittanye Morris, a Democrat, has handed the “DEMOCRATIC NOMINATION” for the 333rd Civil District Court to her primary challenger, Attorney Tracy Good, due to an error she made while filling out her application for a place on the upcoming Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary ballot.

From what I’ve been told by several sources, Judge Brittanye Lashay Morris wrote her driver's license number in the place where she should have written her State Bar of Texas Number (24098142); but we are still trying to verify if this was the error she made.

Whatever the case, Judge Brittanye Lashay Morris, will not appear on the upcoming Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary ballot in the race for the 333rd Civil District Court, in Harris County, Texas.

That being said, how did a woman who doesn’t even know how to correctly fill out her application become a judge in the first place? Don’t worry, I’m about to lay it all out for you.

Back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Party Primary, attorney Brittanye Morris threw her name in the hat and challenged a sitting “DEMOCRAT INCUMBENT” by the name of Judge Daryl Moore, who held the 333rd Civil District Court bench at the time.

After the smoke had cleared back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Brittanye Morris received 151,780 votes for 61.4% of the vote, and Judge Daryl Moore had only garnered 95,605 votes for 38.6% of the vote, in the Democratic Party Primary.

To be honest, “DEMOCRAT PRIMARY VOTERS” should have never cast their ballots for Brittanye Morris, who was pretty much unqualified over a veteran member of the judiciary like Judge Daryl Moore in the first place. But because no Republican challenged the 333rd Civil District Court bench, in their primary, Morris was handed the bench after she handily defeated Judge Moore by more than 56,175 votes.

 “CLOSING THOUGHTS.”

Many sitting “INCUMBENT DEMOCRATS” like President Joe Biden, Congresswoman Lizzy Fletcher, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, State Representative Alma Allen, State Representative Harold Dutton, Jr., State Representative Shawn Theirry, Justice Gordon Goodman, Justice Richard Hightower, Justice Peter Kelly, Justice Jerry Zimmerer, Justice Charles Spain, Justice Meagan Hassan, Judge Kyle Carter, Judge R.K. Sandill, Judge Mike Engelhart, Judge Robert K. Schaffer, Judge Cheryl Elliott Thornton, Judge Ursula A. Hall, Judge Ramona Franklin, Judge Julia Maldonado, District Attorney Kim Ogg, County Attorney Christian D. Menefee, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, Harris County Trustee Richard Cantu, Justice of the Peace Jo Ann Delgado, Constable Alan Rosen, Constable Jerry Garcia, Constable Sherman Eagleton, and Constable Silvia Trevino are all being challenged by fellow Democratic rivals on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, during "HUNTING SEASON" on "SUPER TUESDAY" in Harris County, Texas.

So, when you look at the vast amount of infighting that’s about to occur, Democrats have to be very careful to not cause an implosion of their party. That being said, if you think back to the recent “2022 MIDTERM ELECTION CYCLE” a total of (12) twelve “DEMOCRATIC INCUMBENT JUDGES” lost their seats to their Democratic Party Primary challengers.

After sitting back and watching so many of their colleagues lose their benches during the 2022 Democratic Party Primary, you would think that the current crop of “DEMOCRATIC INCUMBENT JUDGES” who are being challenged on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, would understand, that they are not entitled to keep the benches they currently hold.

I don't expect all of the Democrat incumbents being challenged to be defeated by their inner-party rivals. However, several of the matchups are very intriguing, to say the least.

- SUPER TUESDAY -

Amanda Edwards has emerged as the clear frontrunner in the upcoming Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. That being said, that snake-of-a-congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, must not be allowed to slither her way into winning her reelection bid on "SUPER TUESDAY" in what promises to be the hottest race on the Democratic Party Primary ballot.

How can you help Amanda Edwards send "SHE-JACK" into her much-needed retirement? All Houston Business Connections Newspaper "READERS AND SUPPORTERS" are strongly encouraged to vote for Amanda Edwards over that crooked-crown-wearing Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, during the "EARLY VOTING PERIOD" which will begin on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, and end on Friday, March 1, 2024, like your life depends upon it. Now, suppose for some reason you can't vote early. In that case, you are strongly encouraged to cast your Amanda Edwards vote on Tuesday, March 5, 2024.

- CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE -

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee has continued to turn her head and allow her campaign manager Gerald Womack to facilitate an "ILLEGAL MAIL BALLOT HARVESTING SCHEME" right out of his business. Womack Investment and Investment Realtors is located at (4412 Almeda Road in Houston, Texas 77004) and is the location where sources have confirmed that "BALLOT HARVESTING" has been occurring for decades. Back during the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary Gloria Palmer, Tomar Bishop, and Tomar's younger brother, by the name of Ray Charles Jones, Jr., were the key culprits involved in the criminal activities involved assisting Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, in her quest to defeat her Democratic challengers. You can "CLICK HERE" to learn more about Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's "BALLOT HARVESTING RING" and how they stole the identities of "DEAD BLACK VOTERS" back during the 2020 Democratic Party Primary.

- PARTNERS IN CRIME -

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg has her "HANDS OF PROTECTION" on the shoulders of corrupt local politicians like Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and her cohorts. Back during the 2020 Democratic Party Primary, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg shared the services of Ray Charles Jones Jr., an alleged "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT HARVESTER" whose big sister played a crucial role in Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's ballot harvesting scheme.
