The (REPUBLICAN PRIMARY RUNOFF) for State Representative, District 128 will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 between Briscoe Cain and Wayne Smith to decide who will represent the Republican Party on the Tuesday, November 8, 2016 General Election ballot. *No Democrat chose to run for this seat. So, the winner of the runoff between Cain and State Rep. Smith will face Libertarian Ken Lowder on Tuesday, November 8, 2016. Don't forget to vote early!
