Protégé of Rodney Ellis Is On The Run After Fort Bend County Auditors Find Serious Problems Related to Covid 19 Contract

Shekira Dennis, the owner of Next Wave Strategies LLC has ties straight back to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. So, just for the record, Shekira Dennis did not land the COVID-19 Outreach Contract in Fort Bend County by accident. And there's a very good reason her name was mentioned inside the "SEARCH WARRANT" that was executed by the Texas Rangers in Harris County, Texas in connection to Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo's botched nearly $11 million Covid-19 Outreach Contract that she may still be indicted for once the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election is over. Now, make no mistake, Shekira Dennis, has blind loyalty to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and so do Brandon Dudley, and Glen Austin, the two gentlemen you see pictured above.

You can "CLICK HERE" to read the Houston Chronicle report about, "Next Wave Strategies' website has been taken down and the company's phone number has been disconnected. The company consists of two employees, Shekira Dennis and Erika Johnson, neither of whom could be reached for comment on Friday."

Protégé of Rodney Ellis Is On The Run After Fort Bend County Auditors Finds Serious Problems With Invoices Related to Covid-19 Contract

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

The ties that bind Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis (PRECINCT ONE) and Shekira Dennis, the owner of Next Wave Strategies, LLC together go all the way back to when Commissioner Rodney Ellis was still in the state Legislature. In case you don't remember, Shekira Dennis was mentored by Rodney Ellis way back in 2016, prior to him leaving the Legislature to take over the "PRECINCT ONE" seat left vacant by the untimely death of the late Harris County Commissioner El Franco Lee. That being said, it's no wonder Shekira Dennis landed a role as the "TEXAS POLITICAL DIRECTOR" for the Biden/Harris Campaign back during the 2020 Presidential Election. And it certainly wasn't by accident that Fort Bend County Judge KP George, Fort Bend County Commissioner Grady Prestage, and Fort Bend County Commissioner Ken Demerchant, gave the nod to Shekira Dennis, as it pertains to the COVID-19 Outreach Contract that's now under scrutiny after the Fort Bend County Auditor's Offices finally stepped in after our repeated reports on this matter.

FREEZE ON PAYMENTS

According to published reports, Fort Bend County paid out more than $102,237 in invoices to Shekira Dennis' Next Wave Strategies, LLC; but auditors have put a freeze on future payments. You can "CLICK HERE" to read the Houston Chronicle report titled, "Democratic political consultants hired by Fort Bend County in hot seat over $345K COVID outreach deal."

As you will see in the "CAMPAIGN EXPENDITURE" below, one of Shekira Dennis' companies is listed as a political consultant for Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, on his campaign finance report that was filed back on July 15, 2020. For the record, under the description section of the report, you will clearly see that Next Wave Strategic Consulting, was listed as Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis' "CAMPAIGN CONSULTANT" as clear as day. You can find the expenditure on (PAGE 85) of this campaign finance report.

Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis paid Shekira Dennis, Next Wave Strategic Consulting the sum of $5,196.50, back on March 3, 2020. You can find the expenditure on (PAGE 85) of this campaign finance report. You can (CLICK HERE) if you would like to view the full report.

Here's a closer view of the "CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT" where Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis paid one of Shekira Dennis' companies $5,196.50 as a "CONSULTING EXPENSE" to act as a "POLITICAL CONSULTANT" for his campaign. However, that's not the most important thing about this particular expenditure. Do you see the address she used? Well, 12645 Memorial Drive is the address to "PACK N'SHIP AND COPY" a place where people send and receive packages.

Shekira Dennis used the address 12645 Memorial Drive as the address for Next Wave Strategic Consulting. By using the 12645 Memorial Drive address, most people viewing this "CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT" would more likely (than not) arrive at the conclusion that Shekira Dennis' company is located in a prestigious area of Houston, Texas.

Shekira Dennis, the owner of Next Wave Strategies, LLC used an address located in a prestigious area of Houston, Texas on her application to secure her PPP LOAN and the COVID-19 Outreach Contract. The address she used was 2368A Rice Boulevard. However, this particular address is to The UPS Store, and not a prestigious office for Next Wave Strategies, LLC, that's owned by Shekira Dennis.

As you can see, Shekira Dennis was indeed a consultant for Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis back during the 2020 Presidential Election. Do see that anyone who wanted to attend the "COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP BREAKFAST" at the Buffalo Soldiers Museum had to "RSVP" to Shekira Dennis' email address: Shekira@rodneyellis.com

As you can see above Shekira Dennis, was out there supposedly promoting Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis' "COVID-19 RELIEF FUND" to help families recover. And it's certainly wasn't by accident that Fort Bend County Judge KP George, Fort Bend County Commissioner Grady Prestage, and Fort Bend County Commissioner Ken Demerchant, gave the nod to Shekira Dennis, as it pertains to the COVID-19 Outreach Contract that potential worth more than $1,035,000.00 dollars.

Around the same time, Shekira Dennis was awarded her COVID-19 Outreach Contract, potentially worth $1,035,000.00 by Fort Bend County Judge KP George, Commissioner Grady Prestage, and Commissioner Ken Demerchant, she was also strengthening her ties with Carroll G. Robinson, the chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, and Antron D. Johnson, who would eventually become the chief consultant and campaign manager of Fort Bend County Judge KP. George.

Shekira's Name Appears On Pages 12 and 13 of the Search Warrant Executed by the Texas Rangers Last Week in Harris County

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Shekira Dennis is mentioned on pages 12 and 13 of the "SEARCH WARRANT" that was executed by Daron Parker, a peace officer employed by the Texas Department of Public Safety, and who is currently assigned to the Texas Rangers Division. That being said, Shekira Dennis is a "DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL OPERATIVE" and the managing partner of Next Wave Strategies, LLC. Now, exactly how much she knows about what's going on with Carroll G. Robinson, Antron D. Jones, and their defunct Political Action Committees, isn't for me to decide. However, Shekira Dennis, and people like Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis donated money to The Texas Black Democrats PAC back on 1/14/2020. And while, Shekira Dennis may not even be aware of the fact that a portion of the money she donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 1/10/2021, was paid out to what appears to be several defunct Political Action Committees and a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929, by now, she's surely aware that Carroll G. Robinson and Antron D. Johnson are running what looks a lot like a Political Action "PONZI SCHEME" where money is being taken in, and then funneled out as bogus expenditures.

Do you see these two dudes? This guy pictured above on the left is none other than Antron D. Johnson, and the guy on the right is Carroll G. Robinson, the chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats. Now, this Antron D. Johnson dude is listed as the treasurer for three "GPAC'S" that my team has been investigating for some time now. And guess who paid the sum of $100 dollars to get all three of these "GPACS" started? You guessed it -- Carroll G. Robinson!

PONZI SCHEME SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES

There's a serious problem swirling over the heads of Antron D. Johnson, and Carroll G. Robinson. What's the problem? Well, 01929 is not the zip code for Washington D.C. -- it's the zip code for northeast Massachusetts. And all Fort Bend County District Attorney Brian Middleton or Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg has to do, is pick up the phone and call (515)974-5619 and then ask to speak to Shelly, at the headquarters for American Technology Consulting, that's located at 12951 University Avenue #200, in Clive, Iowa 50325. And what Shelly, is going to tell them is that American Technology Consulting does not even have a Washington D.C. branch.

SHEKIRA DENNIS DONATED MONEY AND RECEIVED MONEY FROM THE SCHEME

On January 10, 2021, Shekira Dennis gave the Texas Black Democrats PAC a donation in the amount of $500.00 dollars. On the campaign finance report dated 7/15/2021, and sworn to under penalty of perjury Antron D. Johnson, the treasurer for this “GPAC” listed Shekira Dennis as a consultant with Next Wave Strategies.

On March 23, 2021, Shekira Dennis was paid by the Texas Black Democrats PAC the sum of $4,590.00 dollars in the form of a “CONSULTING EXPENSE” according to the sworn statement provided to the Texas Ethics Commission by Antron D. Johnson, the treasurer for the Texas Black Democrats PAC. The $4,590.00 dollars was paid to Next Wave Strategies by the Texas Black Democrats PAC as a Fundraising Consultant.

On June 1, 2021, Shekira Dennis was paid by the Texas Black Democrats PAC the sum of $1,820.00 dollars in the form of a “CONSULTING EXPENSE” according to the sworn statement provided to the Texas Ethics Commission by Antron D. Johnson, the treasurer for the Texas Black Democrats PAC. The $1,820 dollars was paid to Next Wave Strategies by the Texas Black Democrats PAC for what appears to be a General Consulting expense.

SHEKIRA DENNIS STOOD TO MAKE MILLIONS FROM THE PONZI SCHEME

It’s perfectly clear that Shekira Dennis donated money to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, and was paid money by the Texas Black Democrats PAC to raise funds. That being said, Shekira Dennis, the managing director of Next Wave Strategies, LCC, may have been lobbying “ELECTED OFFICIALS” to get them to make donations to the Texas Black Democrats PAC as part of her duties as outlined on the campaign finance report that was submitted to the Texas Ethics Commission under penalty of perjury by Antron D. Johnson, the treasurer for the “GPAC” back on 7/15/2021. What is lobbying? Well, in a sense, “Direct Lobbying” is an attempt to influence legislation through communication. And “Grassroots Lobbying” is an attempt to influence legislation by effectively impacting the opinions and decisions of the general public. So, as it relates to the political connections, affiliations, and interests, of Shekirra Dennis, it is very easy to see, how she uniquely positioned herself to be awarded the COVID-19 Outreach Contract that she was given by Fort Bend County Judge KP George, Fort Bend County Commissioner Grady Prestage, and Fort Bend County Commissioner Ken Demerchant. And it's also easy to see how she had maneuvered herself into a position where she stood to make millions and millions of dollars, for what appears to be some sort of "POLITICAL PONZI SCHEME" being operated by Carroll G. Robinson and his boy Antron D. Johnson.

SUSPICIOUS PAYMENTS TO AMERICAN TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING

Our ongoing investigation into the “SCHEME” that appears to look a lot like a “PONZI SCHEME” or “PYRAMID SCHEME” being operated by Carroll G. Robinson, chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, and his boy Antron D. Johnson, the treasurer for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, TxMuniPAC, and ReformHISD, has to lead us to what we believed to be “BOGUS CAMPAIGN EXPENDITURES” being reported to the Texas Ethics Commission by Antron D. Johnson, under penalty of perjury.

On 4/05/2020, a payment in the amount of $5,000.00 dollars was supposedly paid to a company called American Technology Consulting, according to the sworn statement made on 7/19/2020, under penalty of perjury by Antron D. Johnson perjured himself by lying on this particular campaign finance report! How did the Texas Black Democrats PAC pay American Technology Consulting in Washington D.C. at the zip code 01929, when that’s the zip code for Northeast Massachusetts?

On 4/06/2020, a payment in the amount of $1,500.00 dollars was supposedly paid to a company called American Technology Consulting, according to the sworn statement made on 10/26/2020, under penalty of perjury by Antron D. Johnson’s sworn statement, American Technology Consulting, located at 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., DC 01929 was paid the $1,687.00 dollars as a “CONSULTING EXPENSE” for consulting services rendered. But we have very good reason to believe that Antron D. Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis is the man running Harris County, Texas these days. However, I'm not sure how much he actually knows about all of these bogus Political Action Committees being run out of Harris County, Texas. However, Shekira Dennis, a Democratic Operative and the Managing Partner at Next Wave Strategies, could be playing a significant role in the scheme being run by Carroll G. Robinson, Terrance Shanks, and Antron D. Johnson. Now, from what I can see, Shekira Dennis donated money directly to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 1/10/2021, and served as the chief fundraiser and supporter of Carroll G. Robinson, Terrance Shanks, and Antron D. Johnson's little "POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE PONZI SCHEME" they've been running through the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats (Harris County Chapter), and Texa Black Democrats PAC, over the course of the last few years.

If you look at the most recent "CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT" for Judge Clinton Wells you will see that after spending more than $50,345 dollars with Shekira Dennis, he dropped her as a consultant after I released a "SPECIAL REPORT" detailing her connection to "ALLEGED ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT HARVESTERS" and the "COVID-19" Outreach Contract that was given to her company, Next Wave Strategies over in Fort Bend County.

FBI Intervention May Be Needed to Dismantle the Criminal Enterprise that's Working to Take Over the State of Texas

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Harris County, Texas has become one of the most corrupt places in America. And Houston has become the murder capital of the United States of  America in the process.

Over the past few years, "DEMOCRATIC OPERATIVES" like Shekira Dennis have been given COVID-19 OUTREACH CONTRACTS to enable them to go out and collect data about voters and provide "BOOTS ON THE GROUND" for the 2022 Midterm Elections, in Fort Bend County and Harris County right under our noses. A review of the electronically filed "CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS" belonging to Judge Clinton "Chip" Wells reveals that there's a very cozy relationship between him and a "DEMOCRATIC OPERATIVE" by the name of Shekira Dennis, the woman who was awarded the questionable COVID-19 VACCINE CONTRACT over in Fort Bend County, Texas back in 2021. In fact, our investigation has revealed, (12) twelve payments were made to Shekira Dennis, Next Wave Consulting, and Next Wave Strategies, by Judge Clinton "Chip" Wells, between 5/13/2020 and 2/7/2022, with the largest check written for $29,345.00 dollars.

A review of the "CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS" recently filed by Judge Clinton "Chip" Wells, the presiding Judge of the 312th Family District Court in Harris County, Texas reveals a very cozy relationship between Judge Wells and a "DEMOCRATIC OPERATIVE" by the name of Shekira Dennis, who is the owner of Next Wave Strategies, LLC., the company that was awarded the questionable COVID-19 VACCINE CONTRACT over in Fort Bend County, Texas. Now, do you see the woman pictured above in the "BETTER TOGETHER" t-shirt, holding those door-hangers? Doesn't she look like the same woman wearing Judge Clinton "Chip" Wells' t-shirt, and holding his push cards?

Do you see the woman above holding the "BETTER TOGETHER" door hangers? Well, this woman appears to have worked as a part of the "BOOTS ON THE GROUND" efforts provided by Next Wave Strategies, the company owned by Shekira Dennis, the "DEMOCRATIC OPERATIVE" who was awarded the questionable COVID-19 VACCINE CONTRACT over in Fort Bend County, Texas back in 2021. Now, if you look at the photo below, you will see the same woman providing "BOOTS ON THE GROUND" support for Judge Clinton "Chip" Wells, the presiding judge for the 312th Family District Court, in Harris County, Texas.

Doesn't the woman pictured above wearing that Judge Clinton "Chip" Wells, campaign shirt, and holding his push cards look like the same woman who is pictured in the "BETTER TOGETHER" t-shirt above, in the first photo? Well, while the FBI is investigating Stephanie Coleman, they should expand the scope of their investigation to explore the cozy relationships between Shekira Dennis and Judge Clinton "Chip" Wells, Mayor Sylvester Turner, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and others.

The woman circled above in red appears to have worked directly for Shekira Dennis' company, Next Wave Strategies, LLC, providing some sort of "BOOTS ON THE GROUND" for the "BETTER TOGETHER" campaign. She's been seen during recent months providing "BOOTS ON THE GROUND" for local political campaigns. She's pictured above, next to Erika Johnson (third from left), who is a co-owner, of Next Wave Strategies, LLC, along with Shekira Dennis, according to her "LINKED-IN" account.

Do you recognize the woman above in Judge Clinton "Chip" Wells' t-shirt, and holding his push card? If so, please call (281)788-3033, and tell me her name. Why? Well, our active investigation into Shekira Dennis, and Next Wave Strategies, LLC., has revealed a very cozy relationship between Shekira Dennis, and incumbent Democratic Judge Clinton "Chip" Wells who has been funding the efforts of Shekira Dennis, and her cohorts.

Over $509,392 in Campaign Cash is Still Sitting Inside the Campaign Bank Accounts of these Black Girl Magic Judges

AUBREY RE TAYLOR REPORTS©

A cult-like atmosphere was ushered into Harris County, Texas back during the “2018 MIDTERM ELECTION” when many of these “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES” were swept into office. And it’s this “VOODOO-LIKE ATMOSPHERE” that has created the fertile breeding ground for all of this Crime, Corruption, and Cronyism (we’re currently experiencing) to flourish.

Everybody knows that Harris County, Texas has become worse than Gotham City – from the Batman Movies, and our courtrooms have become a “POLITICAL PLAYGROUND” where some of our local judges are playing the role of ringmasters, rather than ministers of justice.

Blood-sucking vampires and witches love operating under the cover of darkness. That being said, a dark shadow has been cast over Houston, Texas. And it’s time for “CHILDREN OF LIGHT” to rise up and pull the curtain back on this “CULTURE OF CORRUPTION” that has been allowed to fester like the scab on an infected wound or sore.

Right now, Houston has the dubious distinction of being called the “DEATH CAPITAL OF AMERICA” as a result of “THE DEADLY POLICIES” that were enacted when these “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES” were swept into office back during the last Midterm Election.

What are these Black female judges thinking? Why are they seemingly playing follow-the-leader like they don’t have brains of their own? And why are they holding onto over half a million dollars in ‘combined campaign funds’ and not searching for ways to help themselves win their reelection bids?

Don’t these JUDGES know that everybody (and I do mean everybody) is watching how they are spending their campaign cash? Can’t they hear the chants of people calling them corrupt? Why aren’t they doing anything to help themselves win reelection?

Are these Black female judges trying to save their campaign cash for a rainy day, in case their reelection bids are unsuccessful or something?

I’m starting to wonder whether these “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES” know something that the rest of us don’t know. Do they have some inside information that the rest of us are not privy to or something?

Has Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis told these “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES” that their reelection bids have already been secured? Is that why they are simply sitting on their $509,392 windfall tucked away inside their campaign coffers???

Anyways, someone had better tell Judge Latosha Lewis Payne, Judge Lori Chambers Gray, Judge Dedra Davis, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, Judges Sandra Peake, Judge Linda Maria Dunson, Judge Germaine Tanner, Judge Michelle Moore, Judge LaShawn A. Williams, Judge Ronnisha Bowman, Judge Shannon Baldwin, Judge Toria J. Finch, and Judge Tonya Jones that the $509,392 they have sitting in the bank are supposed to be used to help them secure their reelection bids.

---------------------------------------

“For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also,” that’s what the “GOOD BOOK,” says in Matthew 6:21, in the King James Version of the Holy Bible.

 ---------------------------------------

So, from the looks of their most recent campaign finance report filings, the hearts of these Black female judges are (for the most part), far from supporting “OUR PEOPLE” and our Black-owned media outlets.

Where is their support of Black-owned businesses, particularly local Black-owned newspapers like the Houston Forward Times, and Houston Defender – two of the oldest newspapers in America, that are both owned by Black women.

Make no mistake about it, what we’re seeing unfold right now in Harris County, Texas is an embarrassment, and a slap in the face to the Black community. Why? Well, Black voters are the backbone of the Democratic Party, but none of the millions and millions of dollars that’s flowing through “THE LOCAL POLITICAL SYSTEM” right now (during this 2022 Midterm Election cycle) is making its way to Black-owned media outlets. What’s up with that? I thought Democrats were fighting for Black people.

Listen!!! On Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Democrats believe that the Black community should scroll all the way down their ballots and “VOTE BLUE NO MATTER WHO” like some sort of robot – but we as a people must abolish this practice.

What these folks are doing to “MY PEOPLE” is wrong on many levels – but I digress.

LEFTOVER MONEY

If these “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES” believe that they’re going to be able to walk away with all that campaign loot, they’ve lost their minds.

Someone had better tell them that candidates are not allowed to use their unspent campaign money for personal use after the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election is over. After their campaign-related debts are settled, they are going to have some restrictions on what they can do with their leftover campaign money, and rest assured that we will be watching.

If they lose their reelection bids, these Black female judges had better find some good charities to donate their leftover campaign to right now. Or better yet, the “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES” should call up Karen Carter Richards (owner of the Forward Times Newspaper), at (713)526-4727, or Sonceria “Sonny” Messiah Jiles (owner of the Houston Defender Newspaper), at (713)663-6996, and spend some of that $509,392 they appear to be saving for a rainy day!

"Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. So, it is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for us. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. That being said, we must make it our collective effort to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this pivotal moment in the history of our great nation."
