Selecting Bad Apples as Nominees Can Hurt Every Downballot Democratic Judge in the 2026 Midterms

Businessman Eric Carr believes that judgeships should only be held by individuals committed to public safety and equal justice under the law. Vivian King, Carr's ex-wife, attempted to use her position as a First Assistant District Attorney, while working in Kim Ogg's Administration, to have him "WRONGFULLY ARRESTED" for a crime he did not commit. Commissioner Rodney Ellis has now gained greater control over the Harris County Criminal Courts, with Judge Natalia "Nata" Cornelio getting selected by her fellow Democratic judges to act as the "ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE" for the next two years. While Judge Cornelio is not up for re-election in the 2026 Midterm Elections, her appointment as the "ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE" could hurt every downballot, Democratic judge running for re-election on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, when they face off against their Republican challengers, in the General Election.

Attorney Nyanza Moore, a high-profile "BLACK FEMALE" attorney, delivered some strong words that "DEMOCRATIC JUDGES" should take to heart as the 2026 Midterm Elections creep closer. The other "WHAT'S YOUR POINT," panalist sort of danced around the issue, but Nyanze Moore got straight to the root of the problem and called out Commissioner Rodney Ellis by name.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "The Black community is being destroyed from within, in many regards. We must discontinue the practice of blindly supporting people based solely on the color of their skin. In some cases, Black people are the worst protectors of the interests of the Black community."

Selecting Bad Apples as Nominees Can Hurt Every Downballot Democratic Judge in the Upcoming 2026 Midterm Election

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

If you recall the 2020 Midterm Election, Judge Natalia "Nata" Cornelio was the woman Commissioner Rodney Ellis handpicked to run against Judge George Powell, an African American male, who was serving as the presiding judge for the 351st Criminal District Court at the time.

Commissioner Ellis actually paid for Natalia Cornelio's "ELECTION DAY" strategy out of his campaign account, and used his influence to help Cornelio unseat Judge Powell on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Party Primary.

As a refresher, Natalia Cornelio (Democrat) received 158,098 votes, for 63.9% of the vote, and George Powell (Democrat) received 89,633 votes, for 36.2% of the vote.

Cornelio went on to defeat her Republican opponent, Arlene Hecht, by a substantial margin on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, and was unchallenged in the 2024 Democratic Party Primary and General Election in Harris County, Texas.

But make no mistake about it, Judge Natalia "Nata" Cornelio is one of the worst judges in Harris County, Texas, and should not be acting as the "ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE," which could lead to more senseless deaths, if local "CRIMINAL COURT JUDGES" adopt her approach.

TEXAS CODE OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT
(As amended by the Supreme Court of Texas through September 1, 2024)
Preamble

Under  Section (D) related to the Disciplinary Responsibilities in the Texas Code of Judicial Conduct, our local judges are supposed to be acting as "watchdogs" over their fellow judges. But with the selection of Judge Natalia Cornelio as the "ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE" for all 29 Criminal District Court benches in Harris County, Texas, it leaves me to wonder what the next two years are going to be like for victims of violent crimes.

Listen. According to the Texas Code of Judicial Conduct, "Our legal system is based on the principle that an independent, fair and competent judiciary will interpret and apply the laws that govern us."

"The role of the judiciary is central to American concepts of justice and the rule of law. Intrinsic to all sections of this Code of Judicial Conduct are the precepts that judges, individually and collectively, must respect and honor the judicial office as a public trust and strive to enhance and maintain confidence in our legal system. The judge is an arbiter of facts and law for the resolution of disputes and a highly visible symbol of government under the rule of law."

"SELF GOVERNANCE."

(1) A judge who receives information clearly establishing that another judge has committed a violation of this Code should take appropriate action. A judge having knowledge that another judge has committed a violation of this Code that raises a substantial question as to the other judge's fitness for office shall inform the State Commission on Judicial Conduct or take other appropriate action.

(2) A judge who receives information clearly establishing that a lawyer has committed a violation of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct should take appropriate action. A judge having knowledge that a lawyer has committed a violation of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct that raises a substantial question as to the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects shall inform the Office of the General Counsel of the State Bar of Texas or take other appropriate action.

"A BAD APPLE."

What Democrats are doing by way of turning a blind eye to "BAD APPLES" is putting the safety of the general public in Harris County, Texas, at risk, and perverting justice in ways never before imagined.

While Judge Natalia "Nata" Cornelio is a bad judge, recent Democratic judicial nominees like Vivian King are even worse than Cornelio. In fact, Vivian King could be the most corrupt attorney to ever seek the Democratic nomination in the history of Harris County Elections.

I wasn't around in the early 1900s, but I have been around Harris County, Texas, politics since 1991. And between 1991 and 2025, I've helped more judicial candidates get elected to benches from both sides of the aisle in Harris County, Texas, than any other political influencer.

During my time in politics, I've witnessed Vivian King run for judge three times, but did not realize how corrupt she was until the 2024 Presidential Election cycle, when she set her sights on the 486th Criminal District Court, as part of scheme Vivian King, Kim Ogg, Gerald Womack, and Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee hatched to try and have me "WRONGFULLY CONVICTED" of a crime that I did not commit, just as she did to Eric Carr, who was her husband at the time.

"DAMNING EVIDENCE."

Eric Carr, the ex-husband of Vivian King, according to his accounts, reluctantly married Vivian King on a weekend trip to Las Vegas to celebrate Vivian's birthday. At the time Carr fell into King's web, he was two decades younger than Vivian King, but soon realized that he had made a horrible mistake.

Shortly after Carr entered into matrimony with the two-decades older Vivian King, he discovered that she was, according to his account, placing "RECORDING DEVICES" and "TRACKING DEVICES" in his personal vehicles, which is illegal in the state of Texas.

According to Carr, his ex-wife even used the "TRACKING DEVICES" she'd placed on his personal vehicle to track his whereabouts, and on at least one occasion, drove by a house where he was at, visiting with a close friend.

For the record, the Texas legislature codified this criminal offense in Texas Penal Code Section 16.06. Under Texas Law, it is unlawful to install a "TRACKING DEVICE" on a vehicle that you do not own to track a person's movements.

Aside from recording Eric Carr's conversations and placing a "TRACKING DEVICE" on her young husband's vehicle, Vivian King abused the power of the District Attorney's Office to try to send her two-decades-younger third husband to prison, according to him.

"CONSTABLE PHILLIPS."

Today, Constable James "Smokie" Phillips is the duly elected Precinct 7 Constable. However, before "SMOKIE" took over the Precinct 7 Constable's Office from Constable May Walker, he served under Constable Walker in an administrative role.

According to Eric Carr, Vivian King's wife at the time, Vivian King summoned her friend, James "Smokie" Phillips, to their shared home. At the time, when Vivian King placed her infamous fake "DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CALL" to Constable James "Smokie" Phillips, he was concerned for her safety, until Eric Carr showed him evidence on his cellphone showing Vivian King as the aggressor.

Once Constable James "Smokie" Phillips realized that his friend Vivian King was lying about Eric Carr, assaulting her, he allegedly said something to the effect of, "You are wrong for that, Vivian," according to Carr, who narrowly escaped getting arrested on false charges.

"GRAVE CONCERNS."

I've personally reviewed audio and video evidence of Vivian King in drunken stupors. And I'm also a victim of Vivian King's wrath and ill will towards Black men. Even still, I gave Vivian King the benefit of the doubt before she used her position as Kim Ogg's chief of staff and First Assistant District Attorney to have me "falsely arrested" for a crime that I did not commit.

If you look closely at Vivian King's "CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS," what you will notice is that no law firm or lawyer has donated any money to Vivian King’s bid to unseat Judge Aaron Burdette in the upcoming Tuesday, November 5, 2024, race for the 486th Criminal District Court bench in Harris County, Texas.

"THE PAPER TRAIL."

The first donor to Vivian King’s 2024 judicial campaign was David Mitcham, the first assistant inside the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. In Harris County, David Mitcham decided who would be prosecuted and who would not, while Kim Ogg was the District Attorney.

I’ve always viewed David Mitcham as a straightforward individual and have held him in high regard. However, I’m not sure these days. I never realized he was so tight with Vivian King and Gerald Womack until they conspired against me.

Mitcham’s name was not listed correctly on Vivian King’s campaign finance report dated January 16, 2024. However, on November 6, 2023, someone listed as David Mitchma donated $1,000.00 to Vivian King’s campaign.

On 1/29/2024, David Mitcham gave Vivian King’s campaign $1,000.00, and on 2/20/2024, someone named David Mitchma donated to Vivian King’s campaign. I’m assuming that David Mitcham and David Mitchma are the same person. Still, this time, the donor was listed as a lawyer residing in Harris County, Texas, and not as the first assistant employed by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.

On 2/12/2024, C.O. Bradford donated $1,000.00 to Vivian King’s campaign. Still, Vivian’s campaign listed C.O. Bradford on her campaign finance report dated February 27, 2024, as a self-employed lawyer, not in his official capacity as a special prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.

On 4/03/2024, C.O. Bradford donated $500.00 to Vivian King’s campaign. He was listed as a self-employed lawyer, not as a Special Prosecutor and Law Enforcement Liaison with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.

"C.O. BRADFORD."

If you remember, on March 22, 2019, C.O. Bradford, the former HPD Police Chief and Houston City Councilman, took the oath of office at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office as a Special Prosecutor and Law Enforcement Liaison. I understand that C.O. Bradford held a sworn position with full prosecutorial authority when Kim Ogg hired him. In short, C.O. Bradford and Vivian King held considerable power in their official capacities within the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.

I can’t understand why C.O. Bradford and Vivian King would allegedly use their power for evil instead of for good. Vivian King reportedly informed a local law enforcement officer via telephone that C.O. Bradford was the person (not her) who intervened in the case involving Gerald Womack and me.

“THE PROSECUTORS.”

Whether David Mitcham, C.O. Bradford, or Vivian King likes me is beside the point. Prosecutors cannot bring criminal charges against citizens or political rivals in bad faith, and courts throughout America frown upon such retaliatory actions. Remember, David Mitcham was the supervising attorney over every prosecutor representing the State of Texas in every State Criminal District Court in Harris County, Texas.

"FEDERAL LAWSUIT."

55. Mr. Taylor is an African American journalist who publishes the Houston Business Connections Newspaper, which is a non-partisan, politically focused news source.

56. For many years, Mr. Taylor has investigated and reported on an alleged Official Misconduct (“Official Misconduct”) regarding absentee ballot harvesting for certain Harris County elections. These elections have both local and national implications.

57. Mr. Taylor has alleged that Defendant Womack is the mastermind of the Official Misconduct, which operates out of Defendant Womack’s property located at 4412 Almeda Road in Houston, Texas (“Almeda Location”). The Almeda Location has also served as a satellite office for the late United States Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee (“former Congresswoman Lee”), and Defendant Womack has served as her campaign manager.

58. As part of the Official Misconduct, Defendant Womack hires and deploys absentee ballot harvesters to secure illegally harvested absentee mail-in ballots for the benefit of Mrs. Lee and other local Democratic politicians such as Defendant Ogg.

59. Defendant King has been a personal friend of Defendant Ogg, and both women have close political ties with each other. Defendant King handled the operations at the DA’s Office and was Defendant Ogg’s second in command, along with Chief District Attorney David Mitcham.

60. Prior to October 23, 2023, Mr. Taylor had published numerous articles in his newspaper regarding the Official Misconduct and had even filed incident reports with the Attorney General’s Office for voter harvesting against Defendant Womack.

61. Mr. Taylor has written numerous articles critical of former Congresswomen Lee, Vivian King, and Gerald Womack.

62. Defendant King is a personal friend of and has both political and business ties to Defendant Womack. Defendant Womack leases a property for Defendant King and has been a long-term financial donor to Defendant King’s political campaigns.

63. Defendant Ogg is a personal friend of Defendant Womack and has political ties to Defendant Womack. Upon information and belief, Defendant Womack has financially supported Defendant Ogg’s campaigns for District Attorney.

64. Defendant King has acknowledged that for years, Mr. Taylor has been highly critical of her, printing numerous articles in his newspaper which depict her in a negative light. On October 23, 2023, Defendant King was aware of Mr. Taylor and strongly disliked him.

65. In 2023, former Congresswoman Lee was running for Mayor of Houston, Texas, and October 23, 2023, was the first day of early voting in Harris County.

66. On October 23, 2023, Mr. Taylor was driving around Harris County, visiting early voting locations to deliver vote-counting devices. Mr. Taylor became aware that when he arrived at these locations, former Congresswoman Lee’s poll workers were getting on their phones to report his arrival.

67. Around 10 a.m., Mr. Taylor arrived at the Almeda Location. The purpose of Mr. Taylor’s trip to the Almeda Location was to deliver his newspaper to an office in the building.

68. However, after entering the building, Defendant Womack immediately charged at Mr. Taylor and swung an iron statue at his head several times. While trying to defend himself from being struck by the statue, Mr. Taylor’s hand was fractured.

69. Mr. Taylor retreated from the Almeda Location and was unable to deliver the newspaper.

70. Defendants Womack and King are so closely connected that when the altercation occurred at the Almeda Location, and even before seeking alleged medical attention, Defendant Womack immediately called Defendant King.

71. Indeed, Defendant King was first informed about the altercation by Defendant Womack, who felt comfortable enough to call the Chief of Staff (Defendant King) for the Harris County District Attorney’s office.

72. It was at or around this time that Defendants Ogg, King, and Womack concocted a scheme to have a political opponent and voice of the press unlawfully arrested and jailed for a crime which he did not commit. As part of their scheme, Defendants Ogg, Womack, and King decided to use the altercation to boost former Congresswoman Lee’s poor polling and to garner sympathy for the former Congresswoman, who, just a few days prior, had been recorded crudely cussing out her staffer.

Defendants Womack and King, along with former Congresswoman Lee, proclaimed that a “right-wing blogger” had stormed into her campaign office and attacked her campaign manager, which depicted Defendant Womack as the victim and Mr. Taylor as the aggressor.

73. In pursuit of their conspiratorial plans, Defendants Ogg, Womack, and King decided that Defendant Womack would plead the “Fifth” to investigators, destroy and/or misplace video evidence of the altercation, as well as a metal object which Defendant Womack used to repeatedly swing at Mr. Taylor, and Defendant King would use her high position within the Harris County District Attorney’s Office to make sure that the DA’s Office handled the investigation, which would overlook exculpatory evidence.

74. Defendant Ogg, who personally knows Defendant Womack, ratified these plans on a phone call with Defendant King and Chief Mitcham.

75. After ending the call with Defendant Womack, Defendant King requested that her law enforcement liaison and ex-Houston Police Department Chief C.O. “Brad” Bradford come into her office and requested that C.O. Bradford “look into it.”

76. On or about October 24, 2023, in a phone conversation with Harris County Chief District Attorney Michael Abner (“Chief Abner”), Detective Alicia Don (“Detective Don”) stated that the alleged “victim” Defendant Womack was not “credible.” It was at this time that both Chief Abner and Detective Don decided not to charge Mr. Taylor with a crime.

77. Immediately after making this decision, Chief Abner emailed approximately 20 higher-ups within the DA’s office regarding the decision not to prosecute this “noteworthy” case.

78. Within an hour of sending this email, Defendant King called Chief Abner and stated that she disagreed with the decision not to charge Mr. Taylor with assault. Defendant King told Chief Abner to investigate the matter further.

79. Defendant King claimed that Chief Mitcham was also upset that Chief Abner had declined to pursue charges against Mr. Taylor, as Chief Micham personally knew Defendant Womack and was involved in the same political circles as Defendant Womack.

80. On October 25, 2023, Defendant Womack emailed Defendant King and attached three links from Mr. Taylor’s newspaper which Mr. Taylor had written over the prior four days, or from October 21-25, 2023. The newspaper links included articles about: (1) former Congresswoman Lee’s election fraud and ballot harvesting (Official Misconduct); (2) Defendant Womack; and (3) operation stop former Congresswoman Lee from winning the Houston Mayoral race. Defendant King promptly forwarded the email to Chief Abner and Chief Kieth. 81. Defendant King stated that Mr. Taylor’s news articles, which directly implicated Mr. Taylor’s freedom of speech and press, had evidentiary value for their investigation.

82. On October 25, 2023, Chief Abner called Detective Don back and stated that he had reversed his opinion and determined that the facts met the elements for the crime of assault. Detective Don stated she did not agree and refused to file the assault charges.

83. On October 26, 2025, a meeting was called between Detective Don, Chief Abner, Houston Police Sergeant Ferraro, Houston Police Sergeant Avila and Harris County Chief district attorney Jennifer Keith. Both Chief Abner and Chief Keith requested that Detective Don reopen the case and complete an in-depth investigation.

84. It was revealed at this meeting that Defendant King was pushing that the case against Mr. Taylor be prosecuted. There were discussions that former Congresswoman Lee called Defendant King and demanded charges be filed against Mr. Taylor in exchange for a political endorsement from former Congresswoman Lee when Defendant King next ran for a public office.

85. When Detective Don requested a subpoena for the video recording equipment as well as a search warrant from the DA’s office, she was told to wait. It was clear that the DA’s office was stalling her investigation.

86. On or about October 31, 2023, Chief Abner and Detective Don emailed regarding what was needed for HPD to complete an investigation. As part of this list, a subpoena and search warrant for the iron statue were listed.

87. On November 1, 2023, without granting Detective Don’s requests for subpoenas and search warrants, Chief Keith ordered Chief Abner to remove the case from HPD and Detective Don’s control and transferred to the DA’s Office.

88. Chief Abner requested that Detective Don create a DIMS (Digital Evidence Management Systems) log number. Chief Abner further requested that Detective Don state that the reason the case would be transferred was that the “matter was being referred to the district attorney’s office for an investigation.”

89. Chief Abner was aware that Defendant King knew Defendant Womack and former Congresswoman Lee.

90. Even though the DA’s office was aware that subpoenas and search warrants were needed to procure the video evidence in the case, as well as the metal object, the DA’s office began their investigation and never issued the subpoenas and search warrants.

91. As part of the DA’s Office investigation, and even though Detective Don told Chief Abner that Defendant Womack was not credible, Chief Abner did not include this material evidence in the case file pursuant to obligations under Brady v. Maryland. The unlawful and unconstitutional investigatory practices of political opponents at the DA’s Office were for the purpose of retaliating against Mr. Taylor for the exercise of his constitutional rights. 92. Like Dr. Hotze’s case, Warren Diepraam was tasked with the prosecution of Aubrey Taylor.

Vivian King and Constable James "Smokie" Phillis's phone records will show that a conversation took place between Vivian King and Constable "Smokie" Phillips, where Vivian King stated that her colleague at the DA's Office (C.O. "Brad" Bradford) was the person responsible for my "BOGUS INDICTMENT," and charges brought in the case between Gerald Womack and me, which ultimately were dropped by District Attorney Sean Teare.

"UNBIASED JUDGE."

Having an unbiased "REPUBLICAN JUDGE" name, Judge Aaron Burdette, presiding over the 486th Criminal District Court, is the only reason I'm a free man. As you may recall, the incident involving Gerald Womack occurred on Monday, October 23, 2023. Then Vivian King signed up on (12/7/2023) to position herself to become the judge to rule over the criminal case between me and Gerald Womack that she had already intervened in to have me wrongfully indicted.

Based on the "OFFICIAL CANVASS REPORT" certified by Harris County Commissioners on Friday, November 15, 2024, Judge Aaron Burdette received 730,432 votes for 50.42% of the vote, and his challenger, Vivian King (Democrat), received 718,252 votes for 49.58%. That said, Judge Aaron Burdette defeated Vivian King by 12,180 votes. Vivian King signed up to run for this specific judicial bench to rule over the case between Gerald Womack, her business associate, and Aubrey R. Taylor, which she had already abused her power to intervene in, according to evidence.

Vivian King had a choice of over 50 judicial benches from which she could have run during the 2024 Presidential Election. However, Vivian King chose to sign up for the 486th Criminal District Court on Thursday, December 7, 2023, so that, if she won, she could personally send me to prison.

Gerald Womack and Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, moved in unison on Saturday, December 7, 2023. Instead of turning over the security tapes, recordings, and surveillance tapes after being issued a subpoena, Gerald Womack appears to have decided to have Vivian King (his client) run for the 486th Criminal District Court, according to sources. According to this source, examining the phone records of Gerald Womack and Vivian King would provide greater detail into how and why Vivian King allegedly used her influence at the DA's Office to intervene in the criminal matter that occurred at 4412 Almeda Road on Monday, October 23, 2023.

Years ago, Gerald Womack attempted to help Vivian King secure election to the 185th Criminal Court bench in Harris County, Texas. Fast forward to 2024, and Gerald Womack appears to have schemed with Vivian King to get her elected to the 486th Criminal District Court so that she could protect his interests in the criminal matter involving Aubrey R. Taylor and Womack.

Womack Development & Investment Realtor is the "LISTING BROKER" for Vivian King's home located at 2202 Alabama Street, in Houston, Texas 77004. Phone records could show that Gerald Womack and Vivian King, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg's chief of staff, coordinated their activities on Saturday, December 7, 2023, when Womack was supposed to answer a subpoena to appear at the offices of Jared Woodfill located at 3 Riverway, Suite 750, in Houston, Texas 77056.

Vivian King (left) grew extremely desperate during the 2024 Presidential Election because time was running out for her, as far as her dream of becoming a District Court Judge is concerned. With this in mind, Vivian King turned to "NOTORIOUS BALLOT HARVESTERS," who are top lieutenants for Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, and Dallas Jones, the owner of Elite Change, Inc., to work their magic. Evelyn Dupree (top center) is a top lieutenant in the "DALLAS JONES TRIBE,"  and Gloria Palmer is a top lieutenant in the "GERALD WOMACK TRIBE," according to sources. (CLICK HERE) Gloria Palmer was hired by Gerald Womack to harvest mail ballots for the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee for decades.

“THE JONES TRIBE.”

Dallas Jones, the owner of Elite Change, Inc., is a well-known player in the “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT HARVESTING” game in the Black Community. Over the years, Dallas Jones has relied heavily on Evelynn Dupree to do his dirty work. Evelyn Dupree’s “BALLOT HARVESTING RING” operates primarily in the 9th and 18th Congressional Districts.

Evelynn Dupree has a network called “THE DREAM TEAM,” a band of old women who’ve dominated local political contests in Harris County, Texas, for decades under Dallas Jones.

“THE WOMACK TRIBE.”

Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, has been the go-to guy for “DIRTY POLITICIANS” looking to gain an advantage over their opponents by using illegally harvested “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS” in Municipal Elections, Midterm Elections, and Presidential Elections.

Gloria Palmer is Gerald Womack’s “BALLOT HARVESTER OF CHOICE,” so Vivian King and several other “BLACK FEMALE JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” turned to Gloria Palmer to work their campaigns.

If you remember, Gloria Palmer is the criminal who stole the identities of “DEAD VOTERS” and requested “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS” and forged their signatures on them during the 2020 Presidential campaign while working for the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s Campaign.

While some “DIRTY POLITICIANS,” like Vivian King, will try to paint Gerald Womack as an upstanding senior citizen, he’s anything but upstanding.

“THE 2024 SCHEME.”

Vivian King tried to conceal her connection to Gerald Womack’s “TOP LIEUTENANT,” Gloria Palmer, by listing her name as “GLORIA BLAKE” on her “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS” during the 2024 Presidential Election as she ran for the 486th Criminal District Court.

Vivian’s scheme threw my team off because my investigator was looking for “GLORIA PALMER” and not “GLORIA BLAKE” in their searches.

So, from what we’ve gathered, Vivian King and several other “BLACK FEMALE JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” banded together and formed an alliance aimed at relying on “GLORIA PALMER AND EVELYN DUPREE” to help them secure their victories – but their scheme failed.

“VIVIAN’S PAYOUT.”

10/25/2024 – Vivian King paid $5,320.00 to a woman she called “GLORIA BLAKE” on her campaign finance report. This woman is “GLORIA PALMER,” the top lieutenant in Gerald Womack’s illegal ballot harvesting operation.

“BALLOT HARVESTERS.”

Why did Vivian King hire two of the most notorious African American “BALLOT HARVESTERS” in Harris County, Texas, to help her win the 486th Criminal District Court bench? And why did she attempt to conceal Gloria Palmer’s “REAL IDENTITY” on her “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” filings?

More likely than not, Vivian King tried to conceal Gloria Palmer’s true identity by listing her as “GLORIA BLAKE” on her campaign finance reports to create distance between herself and Gerald Womack, her realtor and very close friend.

Vivian King, a candidate running for the position of District Judge, hired two notorious "MAIL BALLOT HARVESTING OPERATIONS" to try and gain an unfair advantage in the race for the 486th Criminal District Court. However, her scheme unraveled, and she was defeated at the ballot box.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, for some strange reason, decided to give Pastor Terrance Hall, a longtime political player, a contract to install "RING DOORBELL CAMERAS" at the homes of senior citizens one week (to the day) before the start of "EARLY VOTING," where her chief of staff, Vivian King was on the ballot running for District Judge, for the 486th Criminal District Court. It is believed that Vivian King signed off on the check handed over to Terrance Hall for the installation of the cameras. However, how many "RING DOORBELL CAMERAS" have been installed at senior citizens' homes is unclear. Vivian King, in her quest to become a judge, elicited the help of the "DALLAS JONES TRIBE" but appears to have attempted to conceal her connection to the "GERALD WOMACK TRIBE" during the 2024 Presidential Election.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg gave "POLITICAL OPERATIVE" Pastor Terrance Hall a contract to go out and install "RING DOORBELL CAMERAS" at the home of senior citizens on Monday, October 14, 2024, which was one week before the start of "EARLY VOTING," which began on Monday, October 21, 2024, in Harris County, Texas. It is unclear at this time if the taxpayer money paid to Pastor Terrance Hall was for installing the safety devices or to use his influence to help DA Ogg's chief of staff, Vivian King, win her bid to become the presiding judge for the 486th Criminal District Court on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Harris County, Texas.

On Wednesday, October 30, 2024, which was only two days before "EARLY VOTING" ended on Friday, November 1, 2024, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg made Pastor Terrance Hall one of her "COMMUNITY PARTNERS" by giving him a special award in a ceremony she held. Why did the Harris County District Attorney's Office spend so much time promoting Pastor Terrance Hall during the "EARLY VOTING" period?

Attorney General Ken Paxton successfully defends Texas’s Voter ID Requirement for Mail-in-Ballots and Vote-by-Mail Applications. “Voter ID is one of the most crucial tools in the battle against election fraud, and I’m pleased to see the court affirm our fundamental right to defend the integrity of our democratic process,” said Attorney General Paxton. “When voting by mail and applying to vote using that method, it’s vital that there is a requirement in place that allows us to verify the identity of the voter. We are going to enforce that requirement aggressively and continue to ensure that our state’s elections are secure," stated Attorney General Ken Paxton.

According to Gary Wade, a career criminal and possible "CRACK HEAD," he is an enforcer for former First Assistant District Attorney Vivian King, who worked inside Kim Ogg's Administration. If you remember, Vivian King worked against "DEMOCRATIC JUDGES" by using her influence from inside the DA's Office to help defeat "DEMOCRATIC JUDGES," out of jealousy, envy, and spite.

Aubrey R. Taylor, the President and CEO of Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, the publisher of Houston Business Connections Newspaper, and Dr. Steven F. Hotze, M.D., the publisher of CRTX News have filed this "FEDERAL LAWSUIT," Kim Ogg, Vivian King, Gerald Womack and Harris County, Texas, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

I’m Aubrey R. Taylor, the publisher of Houston Business Connections Newspaper, one of Texas's most formidable politically-focused publications. With the help of my chief investigator, Charles Marler, a former FBI Investigative Specialist, my investigative team is second to none.

"SIX-POINT PLAN."

Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth has done a commendable job since assuming management of Harris County Elections. However, every candidate running in the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, "SPECIAL ELECTION," race for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas, must do their part to keep everyone honest.

- STEP ONE -

Every major candidate running against Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas, should invest in a "VOTE COUNTING DEVICE" and have someone from their campaign, placed outside counting the number of people going in, and coming out of every "EARLY VOTING LOCATION" from the time the polls open until the time the polls close.

- STEP TWO -

When the polls close, Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth will release a "DAILY VOTE TOTAL REPORT" every day between 7:15 pm and 8:00 pm to the general public. When the County Clerk Tenesha Hudspeth releases her numbers for the day, each campaign should compare its totals to what the County Clerk released for the day.

- STEP THREE -

If there's a difference of 100 votes between the number of voters on County Clerk Tenesha Hudspeth's report and what each campaign has on its "VOTE COUNTING DEVICE," this could indicate that there is a problem at the "EARLY VOTING LOCATION" where the discrepancy occurred.

- STEP FOUR -

If the discrepancy continues to occur, your campaign should contact the Harris County Clerk’s Office Elections Department, located at 15600 Morales Road, Houston, TX 77032, by calling (713)755-6965. And make sure to have documentation, and a "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" from your team member who discovered the discrepancy.

- STEP FIVE -

If the Harris County Clerk's Office does not respond or address the concern, you should notify the Texas Secretary of State of the discrepancies your team is finding. The Elections Division for the Texas Secretary of State's Office can be reached at 1.800.252.VOTE (8683) or 512.463.5650.

- STEP SIX -

Every day, during the "EARLY VOTING PERIOD" from Monday, October 20, 2025, through Friday, October 31, 2025, Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth will release a "BALLOT BY MAIL" vote total. Every major candidate who is running against Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas should view this report daily and run a "PHONE BANK" using VGP VAN SOFTWARE. All Democratic candidates should consider ordering this software to obtain the names and addresses of all voters residing in the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

Christian Menefee's Campaign will be using VGP VAN to chase "MAIL BALLOTS" and run up the numbers. NGP VAN is the leading technology provider to Democratic and progressive political campaigns and organizations, nonprofits, municipalities, and other groups. Access an integrated platform of the best fundraising, compliance, field, organizing, digital, and social networking products.

The Forensic Audit Division (FAD) for the state of Texas has identified significant issues with the election process in Harris County, Texas. For starters, in 2021, the Texas Secretary of State launched a full forensic audit of the state's two most prominent Democratic and two largest Republican counties: Dallas, Harris, Collin, and Tarrant. For the record, Harris County officials did not start cooperating with the auditors until October 2022. According to auditors, serious problems with voter registration exist in Harris County, including the possibility that more than 11,000 potential non-citizens are currently registered to vote. You can "CLICK HERE" to read the "FULL AUDIT" for yourself.

"SERIOUS PROBLEMS."

It was under the watchful eye of Chris Hollins, acting as the Harris County Clerk, and with County Attorney Christian Menefee running for his position as Harris County Attorney, that serious issues arose with the handling of electronic media in Harris County, Texas, during the 2020 Presidential Election.

"Harris County had very serious issues in the handling of electronic media. These issues were so severe that the Forensic Audit Division (FAD) notified Harris County of our preliminary findings by letter before the 2022 General Election," stated the Texas Secretary of State.

• In at least 14 polling locations, mobile ballot boxes (MBBs) containing 184,999 cast vote records included in the tally did not have a proper chain of custody.

• Harris County was not able to provide documentation for the creation of 17 MBBs accounting for 124,630 cast vote records.

• The electronic pollbook records from at least 26 Early Voting locations and 8 Election Day polling locations did not match the Tally Audit Log for those locations.

• Harris County did not have an inventory of its warehoused records for the 2020 General Election. FAD counted 534 boxes, but cannot confirm this comprises all records. At times, FAD observed that the label used on the outside of the boxes inaccurately described the contents.

• Harris County was the only county that did not provide a “list of Early Voting or Election Day polling locations that had a discrepancy of one percent or more between the number of voters that checked in to the number of votes cast at that location,” as requested at the outset of the audit. This is basic reconciliation that should have been easily produced.

• FAD was not given the opportunity to speak with pertinent staff until October 2022, when the new administration provided access to address the issues with the Tally Audit Log.

Harris County District Clerk Marilyn Burgess (left), a local Democrat, has announced that she will not be running for reelection in next year's 2026 Midterm Election. Her announcement comes days after she voted to give herself a 45% salary increase in a grievance committee meeting. What Burgess was most concerned about was the growing salary disparity among local elected and appointed officials in Harris County, Texas. That said, Marilyn Burgess was doing a great job as the Harris County District Clerk. Sadly, many of the great Democrats, such as Marilyn Burgess and former Harris County Clerk Diane Trautman, are leaving without providing many details as to why.

Former Harris County Clerk Diane Trautman (Democrat) did everything in her power to protect the taxpaying citizens of Harris County, Texas. However, former Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar Ann Harris Bennett did not show up for work and missed nearly all of her public appearances over the course of four years. Then, in October 2023, Ann Harris Bennett announced that she would not seek re-election during the 2024 Presidential Election. If you recall, Diane Trautman decided not to run for re-election after Commissioner Rodney Ellis and other members of the Democratic Party attempted to persuade her to return unsolicited mail ballots during the 2020 Presidential Election in Harris County, Texas.

HERE'S THE 3-WEEK TIMELINE OF EVENTS LEADING UP TO DIANE TRAUTMAN'S RESIGNATION

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Back on 4/15/2020: Colleen M. Vera filed a complaint with the Secretary of State for the State of Texas regarding "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING" in Harris County, Texas. You can learn more about what was included in Colleen M. Vera's report by clicking this link and visiting the "TEXAS TRASH TALK" website. In case you don't know, some of the evidence that was submitted inside Colleen M. Vera's 2-year investigation included a direct tie between Diane Trautman and at least one "DEMOCRATIC OPERATIVE" accused of participating in harvesting schemes.

Back on 4/22/2020, Colleen M. Vera went live with her evidence via the "TEXAS TRASH TALK" website, which included evidence about Diane Trautman, the Harris County Clerk, at the time -- before her abrupt resignation. You can click here to learn more about the alleged "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING" scheme.

Back on 4/28/2020, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis approved $12 million for Diane Trautman to expand the "ABSENTEE BALLOT" or what many call the "MAIL BALLOT" voting for the Tuesday, July 14, 2020, Primary Runoff Elections, and the Tuesday, November 3, 2020, General Election as well. Please note that there was money earmarked inside the budget for Diane Trautman to send "MAIL BALLOT APPLICATIONS" to every 65+ voter inside Harris County, Texas -- whether they wanted an absentee or not.

Back on 5/1/2020, Ken Paxton, the Attorney General for the State of Texas, sent a letter to all Texas county judges and election authorities warning them not to mislead voters by using the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic fears as a "DISABILITY" to vote by mail. In case you're not aware, the press release issued by Attorney General Ken Paxton specifically targeted Diane Trautman and Judge Lina Hidalgo for crossing the line. He also stated that criminal charges could result.

So, from 5/4/2020 to 5/7/2020: Dr. Diane Trautman spent a lot of time trying to get "GUIDANCE" from the Texas Secretary of State on how to carry out the "MASS MAILING" of "MAIL BALLOT APPLICATIONS" without crossing the line laid down by Attorney General Ken Paxton. According to published reports, the Secretary of State Ruth R. Hughs did not respond to Diane Trautman's alleged repeated requests.

Back on 5/7/2020: The Texas Secretary of State notified Colleen M. Vera that sufficient merit had been found as it related to her 2-year investigation into "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING COMPLAINT" and that it had been forwarded to the Texas Attorney General with a recommendation to investigate the allegations.

Back on 5/7/2020: After not receiving a response from the Secretary of State, Diane Trautman reported in a "ZOOM MEETING" that she "WOULD NOT" be mailing "ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATIONS" to every 65+ voter in Harris County, Texas. According to my sources, Harris County Democratic Party representatives questioned why the "MAIL BALLOTS" would not be mailed out -- to which Diane Trautman said that she would not do it in the current environment.

Back on 5/9/2020: According to many of my sources, the Harris County Democratic Party fought Diane Trautman tooth and nail as it related to getting more "ABSENTEE BALLOTS" out to voters age 65 and older. Some of my sources believe that the mounting pressure from the Texas Attorney General, combined with the lack of response from the Texas Secretary of State, led Diane Trautman to take a stand against the actions of the Harris County Democratic Party. Sources close to Diane Trautman stated that she did not feel that the "POLITICAL CLIMATE" was right to pull this off. Whether or not the folks I've spoken with are correct or not isn't up to me to decide. However, someone should go and talk to Diane Trautman to find out what she knew and why she stepped down from her position as Harris County Clerk.

Former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler identified Gerald Womack and Dallas Jones as two businessmen who doubled as chief lieutenants for Commissioner Ellis's regime and worked directly under Ellis and others to implement their illegal mail ballot harvesting operation in Harris County, Texas, in 2020. According to "THE AFFIDAVIT," sworn to by former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler, Tyler James, an employee of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, bragged about guaranteeing that 700,000 illegal mail ballots could be harvested in Harris County, Texas. (CLICK HERE) Read the "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" that was filed in a case before the Texas Supreme Court.

"SENATE BILL 1933."

Erica Lee Carter has been working for Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis since 2020 and is therefore willing to do almost anything her boss tells her to do. With this in mind, Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth had better watch the company she's started to keep, because Erica Lee Carter and Commissioner Rodney Ellis are snakes who are cozying up to her for nefarious reasons.

The candidates running against Commissioner Rodney Ellis's appointee, Christian Menefee, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, must familiarize themselves with "Senate Bill 1933," which was passed by the Texas Legislature in 2023 and took effect on September 1, 2023, in Texas.

Senate Bill 1933 pertains to specific oversight procedures that the Texas Secretary of State has over the Harris County Clerk's Office, specifically Teneshia Hudspeth's Office, and county-run elections in Harris County, Texas.

Senate Bill 1933 gives any candidate, a county chair, a state chair, a presiding judge, an alternate presiding judge, the head of a specific purpose committee, the ability to file an "ADMINISTRATIVE ELECTION COMPLAINT" with the Texas Secretary of State if they identify any form of ballot harvesting, or election fraud in the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the 18th Congressional Distict of Texas.

In other words, if foul play is discovered and reported in the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the 18th Congressional District of Texas, Senate Bill 1933, gives the Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson the authority to step in, and seize control of Harris County Elections for next year's 2026 Midterm Election, in Harris County, Texas, and beyond.

Sec. 31.017. IMPLEMENTATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE OVERSIGHT OF COUNTY ELECTIONS, (a) In a county with a population of more than 4 million (Harris County), the secretary of state's office may order administrative oversight of a county office administering elections or voter registration in the county if:

(3) the Secretary of State, after conducting an investigation under Section 31.019, has good cause to believe that a recurring pattern of problems with election administration or voter registration exists in the county, including any recurring:

(A) malfunction of the voting system equipment that prevents a voter from casting a vote;

(B) carelessness or official misconduct in the distribution of election supplies;

(C) errors in the tabulation of results that would have affected the outcome of an election;

(D) violations of Section 66.053;

(E) discovery of properly executed voted ballots after the canvass of an election that were not counted; or

(F) failure to conduct maintenance activities on the lists of registered voters as required under this code.

From what I understand, if a complain is filed, the Secretary of State (Jane Nelson), can investigate the complaint, and decide on whether to implement administrative oversight under Subsectio (a) not later than the 30th day aft the earliest of: (1) the day a response by the county election official with authority over election administration (County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth) or voter registration (Annette Ramirez) is received by the Secretary of State under Section 31.018;

"ELLIS'S TAKEOVER."

Before 2016, African Americans were given free-reign to do whatever they wanted in Black voting precincts, which allowed "KINGPINS" like Dallas Jones and Gerald Womack to dominate races that fell within the boundaries of the 18th Congressional District, which was controlled by Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and the 13th Senatorial District of Texas, which is controlled by State Senator Borris L. Miles.

A study of the last 20 years shows that Republicans dominated Democrats in the absentee mail ballot category in countywide elections from the 2004 Presidential Election through the 2016 Presidential Election, when Commissioner Rodney Ellis took office.

Once Commissioner, Rodney Ellis, rose to power, he began to institute a "RACIST AGENDA" to replace White elected officials with Blacks and Hispanics. Ellis accomplished this mission through various means and strategies similar to those used by criminal enterprises.

As a refresher, in the 2020 Presidential Election, after Commissioner Rodney Ellis pressured Democratic County Clerk Diane Trautman to resign, he replaced her with Chris Hollins, a member of his "CULT-LIKE" political regime, who was serving in a financial capacity with the Texas Democratic Party, at the time of his appointment as Harris County Clerk.

With Chris Hollins in position as the Harris County Clerk, during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, Democratic candidates running countywide in Harris County, Texas, received between 95,000 and 114,000 absentee mail ballots. In comparison, their Republican opponents only received between 59,000 and 71,000 absentee mail ballots.

Democrats swept through Harris County, Texas, with a vengeance in 2020, with the assistance of their massive "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT" totals, which were up significantly from the 2016 Presidential Election, when they received between 45,000 and 54,000, and their Republican opponents received between 42,000 and 48,000 absentee mail ballots.

To refresh your memory, in the 2004 Presidential Election, the Republican candidates running countywide received between 27,000 and 30,000 absentee mail ballots, which helped them dominate their Democratic opponents, who received between 13,000 and 17,000 absentee mail ballots in down-ballot countywide races.

To refresh your memory, in the 2006 Midterm Election, the Republican candidates running countywide received between 12,000 and 14,000 absentee mail ballots, which helped them dominate their Democratic opponents, who received between 7,000 and 8,000 absentee mail ballots in down-ballot countywide races.

To refresh your memory, in the 2008 Presidential Election, the Republican candidates running countywide received between 37,000 and 41,000 absentee mail ballots, which helped them dominate their Democratic opponents, who received between 18,000 and 24,000 absentee mail ballots in down-ballot countywide races.

To refresh your memory, in the 2010 Midterm Election, the Republican candidates running countywide received between 32,000 and 38,000 absentee mail ballots, which helped them dominate their Democratic opponents, who received between 16,000 and 22,000 absentee mail ballots in down-ballot countywide races.

To refresh your memory, in the 2012 Presidential Election, the Republican candidates running countywide received between 38,000 and 44,000 absentee mail ballots, which helped them dominate their Democratic opponents, who received between 27,000 and 31,000 absentee mail ballots in down-ballot countywide races.

To refresh your memory, in the 2014 Midterm Election, the Republican candidates running countywide received between 34,000 and 41,000 absentee mail ballots, which allowed them to dominate their Democratic opponents, who received between 29,000 and 34,000 absentee mail ballots in down-ballot countywide races.

To refresh your memory, in the 2016 Presidential Election, the Democratic candidates running countywide received between 45,000 and 54,000 absentee mail ballots, which allowed them to dominate their Republican opponents, who received between 42,000 and 48,000 absentee mail ballots in down-ballot countywide races.

To refresh your memory, in the 2018 Midterm Election, the Democratic candidates running countywide received between 46,000 and 52,000 absentee mail ballots, which allowed them to dominate their Republican opponents, who received between 42,000 and 50,000 absentee mail ballots in down-ballot countywide races.

To refresh your memory, in the 2020 Presidential Election, the Democratic candidates running countywide received between 95,000 and 114,000 absentee mail ballots, which allowed them to dominate their Republican opponents, who received between 59,000 and 71,000 absentee mail ballots in down-ballot countywide races.

To refresh your memory, in the 2022 Midterm Election, the Democratic candidates running countywide received between 31,000 and 38,000 absentee mail ballots, which allowed them to dominate their Republican opponents, who received between 20,000 and 24,000 absentee mail ballots in down-ballot countywide races.

To refresh your memory, in the 2024 Presidential Election, the Democratic candidates running countywide received between 34,093 and 44,222  absentee mail ballots, which allowed them to dominate their Republican opponents, who received between 17,491 and 20,580 absentee mail ballots in down-ballot countywide races.

Carmen Maria Montiel, the Republican (GOP) "Greater Opportunity Party" front-runner, has secured the endorsements of two of the "BIG THREE KINGMAKERS" on the Republican side of the aisle in Harris County, Texas. Dr. Steven Hotze, the founder of the Conservative Republicans of Texas, and Attorney Gary Polland, have both proudly endorsed Carmen Maria Montiel in the Tuesday, November 4, 2025, CD-18 Special Election race. Earlier today, powerful State Senator Mayes Middleton (Senate District 11) proudly endorsed Carmen Maria Montiel. It is unclear at this time if Hall of Fame KCOH Broadcaster Ralph Cooper will join Joe Danna and throw his coveted endorsement behind Carmen Maria Montiel in the CD-18 race.

“KEY DEADLINES.”

Listen. It is vitally important that all Americans remind their family and friends that the last day to register to vote is Monday, October 6, 2025, for those planning to vote in the upcoming Tuesday, November 3, 2025, General Election.

Early voting will begin on Monday, October 20, 2025, and will end on Friday, October 31, 2025, for those who plan to vote in person at a polling location.

“DEMOGRAPHICS.”

As the battle for the heart and soul of Texas heats up, we must endeavor to allow information to flow freely through “BLACK AND BROWN” communities. With this in mind, Texans must wake up and realize that all three of the Houston-area Congressional Districts facing redistricting fights are majority Hispanic districts, not African American.

“THE 18TH DISTRICT.”

The 18th Congressional District of Texas is 43.4% Hispanic, 32.2% Black, 16.7% White, 4.9% Asian, 2.2% Two or more races, and 0.7% Other, according to the most recent Cook Partisan Voting Index, which is deeply concerning, because most African Americans don’t even realize that the 18th Congressional District is no longer a majority Black district.

“IMPORTANT NOTICE.”

Back on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson selected “THE BALLOT ORDER” for the Constitutional Amendments, which will appear on the Tuesday, November 4, 2025, General Election ballot.

In total, there are 17 proposed amendments to the Texas Constitution. All registered Texas voters must vote on these amendments as a part of the Tuesday, November 4, 2025, General Election, which will heavily favor a candidate like Carmen Maria Montiel, who will be on the ballot running as a Republican, in the “SPECIAL ELECTION” race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

“Texas lawmakers have proposed 17 amendments to the state constitution, and now Texans will have the opportunity to weigh in on each amendment,” said Secretary Nelson. “This is an opportunity to make your voice heard about the governing document of our state.”

To be placed on the Tuesday, November 4, 2025, General Election ballot, a “PROPOSED AMENDMENT” must be a joint resolution approved by at least two-thirds of the Texas House and Senate.

Below is the ballot order as drawn.

Judge Erica Hughes (Democrat) is the presiding judge for the 151st Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas. Back during the 2024 Democratic Party Primary, Judge Hughes was called an animal by an attorney who was a loyal member of the LGBTQ+ Community. However, Democrats stood firm behind Erica Hughes and propelled her to victory over Judge Mike Engelhart on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in the race for the 151st Civil District Court. State Rep. Jolanda Jones (Democrat) stood firmly behind Judge Hughes and other judges as she lambasted the Harris County Democratic Party and called their tactics racist. However, if you were paying attention to State Rep. Jolanda Jones, while she was attacking the HCDP, and Mike Doyle, the Chairman, she never really condemned the "STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC," political attack ads that were financed by her Republican (GOP) donors, who wanted to purge local "BLACK JUDGES" from their judicial benches.

"OPEN YOUR EYES."

State Rep. Jolanda Jones has traditionally been one of the strongest voices for "BLACK PEOPLE" in Harris County, Texas. However, that has also made Jolanda "Jo" Jones susceptible to making money to "SPEAK OUT" on specific issues, and "HUSHING HER MOUTH" on others.

During the 2022 Midterm Election, as Democratic Judges and judicial candidates, like Judge DaSean Jones, Judge Ronnisha Bowman, Je'Rell Rogers, Gemayel Hanes, and Porscha Natasha Brown, were getting bombarded with negative attack TV Ads by the "STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC," if you remember. And during this same period, on the local and statewide levels, Black Democratic judges were getting attacked by Texans for Lawsuit Reform, which was headed up by a powerful Republican "GOP" MEGA DONOR, named Dick Weekley, who is also financing State Rep. Jolanda Jones, according to campaign filings.

Now, if you think back, Judge DaSean Jones, the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court, got challenged by Tami C. Pierce, who is a member of the LGBTQ+ Community, who ran in the Harris County Republican Party, unopposed and under the radar.

Ultimately, Judge DaSean Jones (Democrat) defeated his challenger, Tami C. Pierce (Republican), who crossed over to the Republican side of the aisle to test a new strategy, which is to defeat strong African American candidates from the right and the left.

On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, a local businessman named Bobby Orr, who is very wealthy, plans to run an "LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY" woman named Michelle Bouchard against Harris County Republican Party Chairman, Cindy Siegel, in the Republican Party Primary. It is unclear at this time if State Rep. Jolanda Jones is planning to switch her political party affiliation if Michelle Bouchard defeats Siegel. Still, we plan to keep our eyes on this new development.

Traci A. Gibson (Democrat) is challenging Mike Doyle, who currently serves as the Chairman and Treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. As for the Harris County Republican Party, Cindy Siegel, the current chairman of the HCRP, is expected to face a complex pathway to re-election against Michelle Bouchard, who is being pushed by businessman Bobby Orr, who founded Orr Commercial back in 1999, and now manages over 1,000,000 Square Foot of retail space with an aggregate value of over $500 million, according to his website.

Mike Doyle took $110,000.00 out of the money that was donated to him for his "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," and sent it to his friend at the Utah Democratic Party. How does that make sense? And now the Harris County Democratic Party is taking out loans just to survive.

Judge Fredericka Phillips donated over $55,000.00 to Mike Doyle's "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," out of her campaign account. However, what Mike Doyle, who serves as the Harris County Democratic Party Chairman and treasurer, did was take the money donated to him by Democratic Judges and other candidates and remove it from the "CEC ACCOUNT" and transferred it into the Democratic Party FED ACCOUNT, which did not benefit Judge Phillips in any way, shape, or form once she started getting bombarded with attacks on TV, Radio, and Social Media. As you can see above, Judge Fredericka Phillips lost her bid for re-election by 15,921 votes.

Judge Jeralynn Manor donated over $44,000.00 to Mike Doyle's "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," out of her campaign account. As you can see above, Judge Jeralynn Manor lost her bid for re-election by 647 votes.

Judge Elaine Palmer donated over $11,000.00 to Mike Doyle's "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," out of her campaign account. As you can see above, Judge Elaine Palmer lost her bid for re-election by 304 votes.

The $10k Jolanda Jones Took from Republicans was Part of a Bigger Strategy; Both Major Parties Are in Transition

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

What's unfolding in Harris County, Texas, is a situation where " Democratic in Name Only" (DINOs) have infiltrated the Harris County Democratic Party and are pushing an agenda to rid Harris County, Texas, of Black Judges in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election.

From the right side of the aisle, you have "Republican in Name Only" (RINOs) who have infiltrated the Harris County Republican Party, and have developed a plan to unseat "BLACK JUDGES" by using their ethnic-sounding names as the identifying-markers, in down-ballot judicial races, in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election.

“COURSE CORRECTION.”

We have judges who treat their presence on the bench as a badge of honor for their sorority, or in some cases, have formed alliances with other judges to protect their own interests and pervert justice.

According to what I read in The Texas Code of Judicial Conduct, “The role of the judiciary is central to American concepts of justice and the rule of law.”

D. Disciplinary Responsibilities.

(1) A judge who receives information clearly establishing that another judge has committed a violation of this Code should take appropriate action. A judge having knowledge that another judge has committed a violation of this Code that raises a substantial question as to the other judge’s fitness for office shall inform the State Commission on Judicial Conduct or take other appropriate action.

(2) A judge who receives information clearly establishing that a lawyer has committed a violation of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct should take appropriate action. A judge having knowledge that a lawyer has committed a violation of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct that raises a substantial question as to the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer in other respects shall inform the Office of the General Counsel of the State Bar of Texas or take other appropriate action.

“PAY ATTENTION.”

Mike Doyle, the current chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, is clearly not on the side of "BLACK PEOPLE," in any way, shape, or form. That said, Democratic voters must cast their votes for attorney Traci A. Gibson on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in the Harris County Democratic Party Primary race for Democratic Party Chairman.

Listen. Attorney Traci A. Gibson can defeat Mike Doyle, who currently serves as the Chairman and Treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, with our help.

Mike Doyle (left), who serves as the chairman and treasurer for the Harris County Democratic Party, claimed under penalty of perjury that he received a $61,700.00 donation from Gilberto Hinojosa, who was serving as the chairman and treasurer for the Texas Democratic Party on the first day of "EARLY VOTING," which was 10/21/2024, in Texas. Upon inspecting the "CAMPAIGN REPORTS" for the Harris County Democratic Party and the Texas Democratic Party filed on 10/28/2024, Gilberto Hinojosa did not report ever donating $61,700.00 to Mike Doyle and the Harris County Democratic Party or receiving a $61,700.00 donation from the Harris County Democratic Party.

Why did Mike Doyle give the Annette Ramirez Campaign $49,000.00 out of the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) Bank Account to promote her campaign out of money that was given to him by "BLACK FEMALE JUDGES" and other Democratic candidates?

TROUBLING TRANSACTIONS...

Mike Doyle took $175,682.11 that was transferred from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee bank account to the Harris County (FEC) PAC. He let the money sit in the FED PAC Bank account until the election ended. After the coast was clear, Mike Doyle then made 12 twelve transfers from the FED PAC Bank Account to the FED Account as "ALLOCABLE AMOUNT" transfers and "LEVIN FUNDS" transfers.

African American male judges, such as soon-to-be former Judge DaSean Jones, Judge Robert Johnson, and Judge Darrell Jordan, will soon be forgotten, as nobody seems to even care about their legacy or achievements, but let the record reflect that I care. As for African American female judges, like Judge Dedra Davis, Judge LaShawn Williams, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, Judge Shannon Baldwin, Judge Tonya Jones, and Judge Tori J. Finch, it's heartbreaking to sit back and watch them fall victim to what appears to be a purging of "BLACK JUDGES" from local Harris County Judicial benches. My prayer for these honorable women of the judiciary is that they will open their eyes and use spiritual discernment before it's too late for them to defend themselves against challenges from within their own political party.

Black judges are under siege by political operatives from both sides of the political aisle. The political operatives on the right are called "RINOs," which means "Republican in Name Only," And the political operatives on the left, whom "BLACK JUDGES" must watch out for, are called "DINOs," which means "Democrat in Name Only."

Don't forget to vote on all of the propositions that will appear on the ballot in the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, General Election, in Texas.
