Mattress Mack Was Right, when he stated, "Harris County is Besieged by Criminals; Commissioner Ellis is the Puppet Master

Jim "Mattress Mack" McIngvale (top far left) was correct when he stated, "Harris County is besieged by criminals," while testifying before a Senate Committee at the State Capitol in Austin, Texas, a few years ago. Mayor John Whitmire (second from right) has entered the bond debate, out of concern for the safety and well-being of Houstonians. Whitmire also claims it's time to start naming the names of judges who are letting alleged murderers out on bond. Now, a few Harris County Democratic Precinct Chairs have publicly rebuked Mayor John Whitmire and claim that his agenda is "indistinguishable from that of a MAGA mayor." RACIAL DISCRIMINATION... While it appears that an organized campaign is underway to disparage Mayor Whitmire, what's unclear is the culprit who is driving the attacks. What's deeply concerning about what's playing out with Mayor Whitmire is the fact that we have a real case of "RACIAL DISCRIMINATION" unfolding right before our eyes, and nobody (Democrat or Republican) seems to have the courage to call out Commissioner Rodney Ellis for his "DEADLY POLICY AGENDA" and alleged discriminatory acts toward White men and women on both sides of the political aisle. And why is Commissioner Rodney Ellis's senior policy director, Erica Lee Carter (bottom second from left), who also serves as Christian Menefee's campaign chairwoman, getting so cozy with Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth? What's up with that?

"SIX-POINT PLAN."

Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth has done a really good job since taking over the running of Harris County Elections. However, every candidate running in the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, "SPECIAL ELECTION," race for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas, must do their part to keep everyone honest.

STEP ONE: Every major candidate running against Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas, should invest in a "VOTE COUNTING DEVICE" and have someone from their campaign, placed outside counting the number of people going in, and coming out of every "EARLY VOTING LOCATION" from the time the polls open until the time the polls close.

STEP TWO: When the polls close, Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth will release a "DAILY VOTE TOTAL REPORT" every day between 7:15 pm and 8:00 pm to the general public. When the County Clerk Tenesha Hudspeth releases her numbers for the day, each campaign should compare its totals to what the County Clerk released for the day.

STEP THREE: If there's a difference of 100 votes between the number of voters on County Clerk Tenesha Hudspeth's report and what each campaign has on its "VOTE COUNTING DEVICE," this could indicate that there is a problem at the "EARLY VOTING LOCATION" where the discrepancy occurred.

STEP FOUR: If the discrepancy continues to occur, your campaign should contact the Harris County Clerk’s Office Elections Department, located at 15600 Morales Road, Houston, TX 77032, by calling (713)755-6965. And make sure to have documentation, and a "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" from your team member who discovered the discrepancy.

STEP FIVE: If the Harris County Clerk's Office does not respond or address the concern, you should notify the Texas Secretary of State of the discrepancies your team is finding. The Elections Division for the Texas Secretary of State's Office can be reached at 1.800.252.VOTE (8683) or 512.463.5650.

STEP SIX: Every day, during the "EARLY VOTING PERIOD" from Monday, October 20, 2025, through Friday, October 31, 2025, Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth will release a "BALLOT BY MAIL" vote total. Every major candidate who is running against Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas should view this report daily and run a "PHONE BANK" using VGP VAN SOFTWARE. All Democratic candidates should order this software to get the names and addresses of all the voters who live in the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

Christian Menefee's Campaign will be using VGP VAN to chase "MAIL BALLOTS" and run up the numbers. NGP VAN is the leading technology provider to Democratic and progressive political campaigns and organizations, nonprofits, municipalities, and other groups. Access an integrated platform of the best fundraising, compliance, field, organizing, digital, and social networking products.

On Monday, April 21, 2025, Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth (left) had Commissioner Rodney Ellis's senior policy director (Erica Lee Carter) in her office to discuss the importance of the upcoming Saturday, May 3, 2025, "UNIFORM ELECTION" in Harris County, Texas. However, the real objective unfolding is to get County Clerk Hudspeth primed for the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas.

"KEEP HER HONEST."

I don't like what I see, with Harris County Clerk Tenesshia Hudspeth hanging out with Commissioner Rodney Ellis's senior policy director, Erica Lee Carter. For the sake of candidates running for the vacant 18th Congressional District seat and those running for office in the 2026 Midterm Election, it would not be a bad idea to keep an eye on our Harris County Clerk.

If need be, candidates running for office on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, Tuesday, March 3, 2026, and Tuesday, November 3, 2026, must develop the courage to report suspicious activities all the way up to the United States Justice Department if necessary.

On March 25, 2025, President Donald Trump signed an "EXECUTIVE ORDER" entitled, "Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections."

According to the "EXECUTIVE ORDER" signed by President Donald Trump, "Free, fair, and honest elections unmarred by fraud, errors, or suspicion are fundamental to maintaining our constitutional Republic. The right of American citizens to have their votes properly counted and tabulated, without illegal dilution, is vital to determining the rightful winner of an election."

There's a serious problem in Harris County, Texas, and restoring confidence in "OUR ELECTIONS" can begin on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, with the race for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas. That said, Governor Greg Abbott recently cited the repeated failures in Harris County, Texas, as part of his reasoning for pushing the "SPECIAL ELECTION" to Tuesday, November 4, 2025, which was the right decision.

Every candidate running for the 18th Congressional District of Texas has the right to run for this coveted "CONGRESSIONAL SEAT" without fear of anyone getting an unfair advantage due to nefarious means or activities. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's daughter (Erica Lee Carter) has no business cozying up with Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth, while she is serving as County Attorney Christian Menefee's Campaign Chairwoman, between today and Tuesday, November 4, 2025, when the "SPECIAL ELECTION" will take place.

The Forensic Audit Division (FAD) for the state of Texas has found some serious problems with the way elections are run in Harris County, Texas. For starters, in 2021, the Texas Secretary of State launched a full forensic audit of the state's two largest Democratic and two largest Republican counties: Dallas, Harris, Collin, and Tarrant. So, just for the record, Harris County officials didn't even start cooperating with the auditors until October 2022. According to auditors, serious problems with voter registrations exist in Harris County, including the possibility that there are more than 11,000 potential non-citizens currently registered to vote. You can "CLICK HERE" to read the "FULL AUDIT" for yourself.

COUNTY-SPECIFIC FINDINGS
Harris County

Harris County had very serious issues in the handling of electronic media. These issues were so severe that the Forensic Audit Division (FAD) notified Harris County of our preliminary findings by letter before the 2022 General Election.

• In at least 14 polling locations, mobile ballot boxes (MBBs) containing 184,999 cast vote records included in the tally did not have a proper chain of custody.

• Harris County was not able to provide documentation for the creation of 17 MBBs accounting for 124,630 cast vote records.

• The electronic pollbook records from at least 26 Early Voting locations and 8 Election Day polling locations did not match the Tally Audit Log for those locations.

• Harris County did not have an inventory of its warehoused records for the 2020 General Election. FAD counted 534 boxes, but cannot confirm this comprises all records. At times, FAD observed that the label used on the outside of the boxes inaccurately described the contents.

• Harris County was the only county that did not provide a “list of Early Voting or Election Day polling locations that had a discrepancy of one percent or more between the number of voters that checked in to the number of votes cast at that location,” as requested at the outset of the audit. This is basic reconciliation that should have been easily produced.

• FAD was not given the opportunity to speak with pertinent staff until October 2022, when the new administration provided access to address the issues with the Tally Audit Log.

Former Judge William "Bill" McLeod was a victim of "RACIAL DISCRIMINATION" at the hands of Commissioner Rodney Ellis, who is on a "DIOBOLICAL MISSION" to remove white men and women from positions of authority in Harris County, Texas, and beyond. What Commissioner Rodney Ellis is doing would not be possible if he had not recruited Christian Menefee to unseat County Attorney Vince Ryan during the 2020 Democratic Party Primary.

"STOPPING ELLIS."

The key to stopping Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and his "DIOBOLICAL MISSION" is to make sure that County Attorney Christian Menefee does not win the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas seat. Christian Menefee will not win the "SPECIAL ELECTION" if the absentee mail ballots are monitored daily. And the number of "IN-PERSON VOTERS" entering and exiting the "EARLY VOTING LOCATIONS" is logged and recorded daily, and matched up against the numbers reported by Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth nightly.

Judge Jason Luong, Judge Scot "dolli" Dollinger, Judge Abigail Anastasio, Judge Amy Martin, Judge Barbara "Babs" Stalder, Judge Tristan Harris Longino, Judge Chuck Silverman, Judge Clinton "Chip" Wells, Judge David L. Singer, Judge Franklin Bynum, Judge Greg Glass, and Judge David L. Singer are all Democrats who lost their judgeships in Harris County, Texas, and may have all gotten targeted during the 2022 Democratic Party Primary as part of "SINISTER PLOT" to purge "WHITE JUDGES" from judgeships in Harris County, Texas by an organization funded by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis called the Texas Organizizing Project.

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo and Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis appear to be the culprits behind a SINISTER PLOT to remove WHITE MALES from political office from both sides of the political aisle.

- ELLIS HATE GROUP -

Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis has been funding what appears to be a "HATE GROUP" called the Texas Organizing Project PAC (TOP PAC) for years. The political arm of the Texas Organizing Project (TOP) is a danger to every WHITE MALE in the State of Texas.

In case you don’t know, TOP PAC ran the most extensive voter turnout program in Texas during the 2020 General Presidential Election, targeting infrequent and low-income voters of color, according to their website. Get this: after Commissioner Rodney Ellis made a $150,000.00 donation (which was after he'd already given a $100,000.00 donation to TOP), what Texas Organizing Project did was turn right around and give Commissioner Rodney Ellis an in-kind contribution of $4,264.58 a few days later on 1/22/2020. Then, on 2/22/2020, (TOP) Texas Organizing Project turned around and donated $121,329.04 to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis as an "IN-KIND DONATION" through providing canvassing and phone banking services according to Commissioner Rodney Ellis's campaign finance reports.

On February 22, 2020, the Texas Organizing Project gave Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis an IN-KIND Contribution of $121,329.00 related to canvassing and phone banking services.

On January 23, 2020, the Texas Organizing Project gave Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis an IN-KIND Contribution of $4,264.58 related to staff time to support canvassing and phone bank operations.

On January 17, 2020, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis donated $150,000.00 to the Texas Organizing Project PAC, an organization that's behind the effort to shift power away from "WHITE PEOPLE" and into the hands of Blacks and Latinos, which is another form of discrimination that has no business in Texas politics.

On November 3, 2016, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis donated $50,000.00 to the Texas Organizing Project PAC, an organization that's behind the effort to shift power away from "WHITE PEOPLE" and into the hands of Blacks and Latinos, which is another form of discrimination that has no business in Texas politics.

On August 31, 2016, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis donated $50,000.00 to the Texas Organizing Project PAC, an organization that's behind the effort to shift power away from "WHITE PEOPLE" and into the hands of Blacks and Latinos, which is another form of discrimination that has no business in Texas politics.

Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis only cares about himself, his family, his cronies, and his racist agenda. Commissioner Ellis gave Lesley Briones a loan of $100,000.00 on October 12, 2022, to help her unseat Harris County Commissioner R. Jack Cagle. Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo are targeting "WHITE ELECTED OFFICIALS" on both sides of the political aisle in Harris County, Texas.

Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis gave Lesley Briones a $100,000.00 loan on October 12, 2022, to help her unseat Harris County Commissioner R. Jack Cagle. But how did Commissioner Ellis know that Lesley Briones would win and be able to pay him his $100,000.00 loan back before April 1, 2023, which is a little under a month from now?

“BUYING BRIONES.”

Most people don’t even know that Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis loaned Lesley Briones’s Campaign $100,000.00 to help her unseat Harris County Commissioner R. Jack Cagle, the Republican, in the race for Harris County Commissioner for Precinct 4, back on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the Midterm Election.

In fact, you can “CLICK HERE” and go to (PAGE 113) of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s Campaign Finance Report, dated January 17, 2023, you will see where Lesley Briones’s Campaign reportedly repaid the $100,000.00 loan to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s Campaign back on 12/22/2022, nearly four months before the established April 1, 2023, maturity date.

If you “CLICK HERE,” you will see on (PAGE 3) Lesley Briones’s Campaign Finance Report, where she logged in a $100,000.00 loan that was “OUTSTANDING” at the time. However, what you might not know is that the loan of $100,000.00 came from Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis on 10/12/2022, which was a little under two weeks before the start of “EARLY VOTING,” which started on Monday, October 24, 2022, for the Midterm Election.

If you “CLICK HERE” you will see on (PAGE 62) of Lesley Briones’s Campaign Finance Report, dated January 17, 2023, that Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis made a loan of $100,000.00 to Lesley Briones on 10/12/2022 about two weeks before the start of "EARLY VOTING" to help Briones defeat R. Jack Cagle in the race for Harris County Commissioner for Precinct 4, back on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the Midterm Election.

You can "CLICK HERE" to see where Lesley Briones recorded a $100,000.00 loan on her "CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT"  that she signed off on back on October 31, 2022, under penalty of perjury. Now, the $100,000.00 loan that she recorded came from Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and was given to her a little under two weeks prior to the start of Early Voting, for the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election.

You can "CLICK HERE" and see where Lesley Briones received a $100,000.00 loan from Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis on 10/12/2022, with a maturity date that was set for 4/01/2023, which is next month. So how did Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis know that Lesley Briones (Democrat) was going to defeat R. Jack Cagle (Republican), in the race for County Commissioner for Precinct 4, and be able to pay him his $100,000.00 loan back?

You can "CLICK HERE" and see that Lesley Briones was able to pay Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis back his $100,000.00 loan ahead of schedule. On 12/22/2022, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis reported on his "CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT" that Lesley Briones had paid him his $100,000.00 loan back, four months before its maturity date of 4/01/2023. So, how did Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis know that Lesley Briones (Democrat) was going to defeat R. Jack Cagle (Republican), in the race for County Commissioner for Precinct 4, and be able to pay him his $100,000.00 loan back?

Taylor (left) and Former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler (right) are committed to making sure the upcoming "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the 18th Congressional District of Texas is fair, free, and accurate. The deadline to file for a place on the ballot is Wednesday, September 3, 2025, and "EARLY VOTING" will begin on Monday, October 20, 2025. Election Day voting will be on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in Harris County, Texas.

Worshipers of Commissioner Rodney Ellis Will Be Driven from Public Office in the Upcoming 2026 Midterms

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Christians just finished celebrating the Easter Holiday over the weekend. Last week was joyful, celebratory, and filled with fasting, prayer, and penitence. However, over the weekend, as local Christians were celebrating the “RESURRECTION” of Jesus Christ, I received a disturbing text message from a local African American male who is running for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

Robert Slater is running for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas. Slater is one of the 16 sixteen candidates running for the seat that was formerly held by the late Congressman Sylvester Turner, who died on March 5, 2025.

Unlike Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee, the young man (Robert Slater), who reached out to me yesterday, does not possess the “COWARDLY DEMEANER” that men, who have been indoctrinated into Commissioner Rodney Ellis' “CULT-LIKE” political regime possess. In other words, Christian Menefee is has been made "SISSIFIED" by Commissioner Rodney Ellis, to a certain extent.

“I’m Robert Slater, Fighting to Win a Better TEXAS for ALL,” states his website. “My life’s journey has been a testament to the power of resilience and the potential for transformation,” he says.

According to Robert Slater, “Together, we can break the cycle and demonstrate that our Black youth don’t have to be statistics; they can be the architects of their own success stories.”

“I’m running to become your Congressman, so that our youth, families, adults, and seniors enjoy the fruits of their labor and receive benefits and resources to create generational wealth within our great community here in the 18th District,” proclaims Slater.

“PEOPLE OVER POLITICS.”

I get it. Politics is at play. However, the “BLACK COMMUNITY,” as an ethnic group, in Harris County, Texas, has gotten played as fools for decades by career politicians and the indoctrinated followers of Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and other local so-called political leaders, who are pretending to be fighting for “BLACK PEOPLE” but are selling us out.

“Hey, Chief, are you working with a candidate for the race yet?” asked Robert Slater, in his text message sent on Saturday, April 19, 2025, to Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, speaking of the ongoing race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

My response, “No. Not yet. I am still weighing my options. However, I do not want to see anyone who takes their directives from Commissioner Rodney Ellis elected.”

Robert Slater responded, “We are both in agreement there. There is a paid effort to silence my campaign from the media coverage in both the Houston Chronicle and Fox 26, paid for by Rodney Ellis.”

“Damn. I can believe it. Do you have any proof?” I responded.

According to Robert Slater, a source told him off the record that Commissioner Rodney Ellis is allegedly blocking him from getting media coverage – which is illegal, according to Federal Communications Commission (FCC), rules, which Channel 2, Channel 11, Channel 13, Channel 26, Channel 39, Majic 102, KCOH 1230, CNN, FOX NEWS, and MSNBC, must operate within to keep their licenses to remain on the airwaves and television.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulates interstate and international communications through cable, radio, television, satellite, and wire.

According to the FCC, its goal is to promote connectivity and ensure a robust and competitive marketplace. To maintain their licenses, local television and radio news stations cannot show bias in their reporting.

“The FCC's authority to take action on complaints about the accuracy or bias of news networks, stations, reporters or commentators in how they cover – or sometimes opt to not cover – events is narrow,” states its website.

So, if the report I received yesterday, from Robert Slater, a congressional candidate for the 18th Congressional District of Texas turns our to be true, Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and the people behind the scheme to silence Robert Slater’s campaign in favor of County Attorney Christian Menefee, at Ellis’ directive, heads could turn.

Now, the Federal Election Commission is prohibited by law from engaging in censorship or infringing on First Amendment rights of the press, so the local television stations have a lot of leeway as it relates to their coverage of the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

The local stations have protected rights, which include, but are not limited to, a broadcaster's selection and presentation of news or commentary. Meaning local news stations have the right to deem a local news story as ‘not newsworthy’ and choose not to provide coverage.

What is the FCC's responsibility?

The FCC has had a policy against "news distortion" in over-the-air broadcast (local TV and radio stations) news for over 50 years. Cable news networks, newspapers or newsletters (whether online or print), social media platforms, online-only streaming outlets, or any other non-broadcast news platform are outside of the FCC's jurisdiction concerning news distortion.

News distortion "must involve a significant event and not merely a minor or incidental aspect of the news report." In weighing the constitutionality of the policy, courts have recognized that the policy "makes a crucial distinction between deliberate distortion and mere inaccuracy or difference of opinion." As a result, broadcasters are only subject to enforcement if it can be proven that they have deliberately distorted a factual news report. Expressions of opinion or errors stemming from mistakes are not actionable.

How do I file an informal complaint?

You can file an informal consumer complaint from the Consumer Complaint Center home page, at the Federal Election Commission’s website, if you are a candidate running for office in the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, “SPECIAL ELECTION” for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas.

Candidates who will be running for positions in next year’s “2026 MIDTERMS” should also be prepared to file complaints if the believe that Commissioner Rodney Ellis, or other local officials are using their influence to cause local “NEWS STATIONS” to publish false, or biased reports against their campaigns, in any way, shape, or form.

To file a complaint from the home page, choose the category that best describes your issue:

TV
Phone
Internet
Radio
Access for People with Disabilities
Emergency Communications

Once you visit the FCC website, “You will be taken to a series of complaint questions related to your concern. Fill in the required information, including a description of your issue and your contact information. Then hit submit to file your complaint. Once your complaint has been submitted, you will receive a notification from the FCC acknowledging your submission,” their website states.

“HANDY RESOURCES.”

The 2025 University of Houston Hobby School of Public Affairs Poll and the 2025 Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association (HCCLA) Judicial Evaluation Polls are valuable resources. And according to the University of Houston Poll, the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas don’t even know much about County Attorney Christian Menefee or Amanda Edwards, and many of them don’t even like State Rep. Jolanda Jones, who hasn’t officially entered the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

As for the local Criminal Court Judges, who will be running for office in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election, and the 2028 Presidential Election, Aubrey R. Taylor Communications has only identified one local judge who definitively is an alleged “ELLIS WORSHIPER” and who appears to be following his “POLICY HANDBOOK” on Criminal Justice Reform.

At this time, Judge Natalia “Nata” Cornelio, the presiding judge for the 351st Criminal District Court, is the only local Criminal District Court Judge whom we believe is a member of Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s “CULT-LIKE” political regime. However, members of my investigative team and I plan to start monitoring the local Harris County Criminal Court at Law Courtrooms, located at 1201 Franklin Street, Houston, Texas 77002, and the State Criminal, Civil, and Family Courtrooms, located at 201 San Jacinto Street, at next year’s Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary and Republican Party Primary draws nearer.

“I’M ON A MISSION.”

My life has been a living testament to God’s goodness, grace, mercy, and faithfulness. That said, one of my favorite passages of scripture in the HOLY BIBLE, states, “From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.”

Luke 12:48 means a lot to me. And likewise, local judges are supposed to be “MINISTERS OF JUSTICE,” not “WORSHIPERS OF ELLIS,” while they’re doing the business of the taxpaying citizens of Harris County, Texas.

So, to this end, I promise to unveil and expose every “ELLIS WORSHIPER” and do my best to drive them out of office and from the positions of authority they’ve seized, through nefarious means, ballot harvesting, and other alleged criminal acts.
