Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth has done a really good job since taking over the running of Harris County Elections. However, every candidate running in the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, "SPECIAL ELECTION," race for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas, must do their part to keep everyone honest.

STEP ONE: Every major candidate running against Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas, should invest in a "VOTE COUNTING DEVICE" and have someone from their campaign, placed outside counting the number of people going in, and coming out of every "EARLY VOTING LOCATION" from the time the polls open until the time the polls close.

STEP TWO: When the polls close, Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth will release a "DAILY VOTE TOTAL REPORT" every day between 7:15 pm and 8:00 pm to the general public. When the County Clerk Tenesha Hudspeth releases her numbers for the day, each campaign should compare its totals to what the County Clerk released for the day.

STEP THREE: If there's a difference of 100 votes between the number of voters on County Clerk Tenesha Hudspeth's report and what each campaign has on its "VOTE COUNTING DEVICE," this could indicate that there is a problem at the "EARLY VOTING LOCATION" where the discrepancy occurred.

STEP FOUR: If the discrepancy continues to occur, your campaign should contact the Harris County Clerk’s Office Elections Department, located at 15600 Morales Road, Houston, TX 77032, by calling (713)755-6965. And make sure to have documentation, and a "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" from your team member who discovered the discrepancy.

STEP FIVE: If the Harris County Clerk's Office does not respond or address the concern, you should notify the Texas Secretary of State of the discrepancies your team is finding. The Elections Division for the Texas Secretary of State's Office can be reached at 1.800.252.VOTE (8683) or 512.463.5650.

STEP SIX: Every day, during the "EARLY VOTING PERIOD" from Monday, October 20, 2025, through Friday, October 31, 2025, Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth will release a "BALLOT BY MAIL" vote total. Every major candidate who is running against Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas should view this report daily and run a "PHONE BANK" using VGP VAN SOFTWARE. All Democratic candidates should order this software to get the names and addresses of all the voters who live in the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

Christian Menefee's Campaign will be using VGP VAN to chase "MAIL BALLOTS" and run up the numbers. NGP VAN is the leading technology provider to Democratic and progressive political campaigns and organizations, nonprofits, municipalities, and other groups. Worshipers of Commissioner Rodney Ellis Will Be Driven from Public Office in the Upcoming 2026 Midterms
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
Christians just finished celebrating the Easter Holiday over the weekend. Last week was joyful, celebratory, and filled with fasting, prayer, and penitence. However, over the weekend, as local Christians were celebrating the “RESURRECTION” of Jesus Christ, I received a disturbing text message from a local African American male who is running for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.
Robert Slater is running for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas. Slater is one of the 16 sixteen candidates running for the seat that was formerly held by the late Congressman Sylvester Turner, who died on March 5, 2025.
Unlike Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee, the young man (Robert Slater), who reached out to me yesterday, does not possess the “COWARDLY DEMEANER” that men, who have been indoctrinated into Commissioner Rodney Ellis' “CULT-LIKE” political regime possess. In other words, Christian Menefee is has been made "SISSIFIED" by Commissioner Rodney Ellis, to a certain extent.
“I’m Robert Slater, Fighting to Win a Better TEXAS for ALL,” states his website. “My life’s journey has been a testament to the power of resilience and the potential for transformation,” he says.
According to Robert Slater, “Together, we can break the cycle and demonstrate that our Black youth don’t have to be statistics; they can be the architects of their own success stories.”
“I’m running to become your Congressman, so that our youth, families, adults, and seniors enjoy the fruits of their labor and receive benefits and resources to create generational wealth within our great community here in the 18th District,” proclaims Slater.
“PEOPLE OVER POLITICS.”
I get it. Politics is at play. However, the “BLACK COMMUNITY,” as an ethnic group, in Harris County, Texas, has gotten played as fools for decades by career politicians and the indoctrinated followers of Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and other local so-called political leaders, who are pretending to be fighting for “BLACK PEOPLE” but are selling us out.
My response, “No. Not yet. I am still weighing my options. However, I do not want to see anyone who takes their directives from Commissioner Rodney Ellis elected.”
Robert Slater responded, “We are both in agreement there. There is a paid effort to silence my campaign from the media coverage in both the Houston Chronicle and Fox 26, paid for by Rodney Ellis.”
“Damn. I can believe it. Do you have any proof?” I responded.
According to Robert Slater, a source told him off the record that Commissioner Rodney Ellis is allegedly blocking him from getting media coverage – which is illegal, according to Federal Communications Commission (FCC), rules, which Channel 2, Channel 11, Channel 13, Channel 26, Channel 39, Majic 102, KCOH 1230, CNN, FOX NEWS, and MSNBC, must operate within to keep their licenses to remain on the airwaves and television.
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulates interstate and international communications through cable, radio, television, satellite, and wire.
According to the FCC, its goal is to promote connectivity and ensure a robust and competitive marketplace. To maintain their licenses, local television and radio news stations cannot show bias in their reporting.
“The FCC's authority to take action on complaints about the accuracy or bias of news networks, stations, reporters or commentators in how they cover – or sometimes opt to not cover – events is narrow,” states its website.
So, if the report I received yesterday, from Robert Slater, a congressional candidate for the 18th Congressional District of Texas turns our to be true, Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and the people behind the scheme to silence Robert Slater’s campaign in favor of County Attorney Christian Menefee, at Ellis’ directive, heads could turn.
Now, the Federal Election Commission is prohibited by law from engaging in censorship or infringing on First Amendment rights of the press, so the local television stations have a lot of leeway as it relates to their coverage of the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.
The local stations have protected rights, which include, but are not limited to, a broadcaster's selection and presentation of news or commentary. Meaning local news stations have the right to deem a local news story as ‘not newsworthy’ and choose not to provide coverage.
What is the FCC's responsibility?
The FCC has had a policy against "news distortion" in over-the-air broadcast (local TV and radio stations) news for over 50 years. Cable news networks, newspapers or newsletters (whether online or print), social media platforms, online-only streaming outlets, or any other non-broadcast news platform are outside of the FCC's jurisdiction concerning news distortion.
News distortion "must involve a significant event and not merely a minor or incidental aspect of the news report." In weighing the constitutionality of the policy, courts have recognized that the policy "makes a crucial distinction between deliberate distortion and mere inaccuracy or difference of opinion." As a result, broadcasters are only subject to enforcement if it can be proven that they have deliberately distorted a factual news report. Expressions of opinion or errors stemming from mistakes are not actionable.
How do I file an informal complaint?
You can file an informal consumer complaint from the Consumer Complaint Center home page, at the Federal Election Commission’s website, if you are a candidate running for office in the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, “SPECIAL ELECTION” for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas.
Candidates who will be running for positions in next year’s “2026 MIDTERMS” should also be prepared to file complaints if the believe that Commissioner Rodney Ellis, or other local officials are using their influence to cause local “NEWS STATIONS” to publish false, or biased reports against their campaigns, in any way, shape, or form.
To file a complaint from the home page, choose the category that best describes your issue:
TV
Phone
Internet
Radio
Access for People with Disabilities
Emergency Communications
Once you visit the FCC website, “You will be taken to a series of complaint questions related to your concern. Fill in the required information, including a description of your issue and your contact information. Then hit submit to file your complaint. Once your complaint has been submitted, you will receive a notification from the FCC acknowledging your submission,” their website states.
“HANDY RESOURCES.”
The 2025 University of Houston Hobby School of Public Affairs Poll and the 2025 Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association (HCCLA) Judicial Evaluation Polls are valuable resources. And according to the University of Houston Poll, the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas don’t even know much about County Attorney Christian Menefee or Amanda Edwards, and many of them don’t even like State Rep. Jolanda Jones, who hasn’t officially entered the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.
As for the local Criminal Court Judges, who will be running for office in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election, and the 2028 Presidential Election, Aubrey R. Taylor Communications has only identified one local judge who definitively is an alleged “ELLIS WORSHIPER” and who appears to be following his “POLICY HANDBOOK” on Criminal Justice Reform.
At this time, Judge Natalia “Nata” Cornelio, the presiding judge for the 351st Criminal District Court, is the only local Criminal District Court Judge whom we believe is a member of Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s “CULT-LIKE” political regime. However, members of my investigative team and I plan to start monitoring the local Harris County Criminal Court at Law Courtrooms, located at 1201 Franklin Street, Houston, Texas 77002, and the State Criminal, Civil, and Family Courtrooms, located at 201 San Jacinto Street, at next year’s Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary and Republican Party Primary draws nearer.

“I’M ON A MISSION.”
My life has been a living testament to God’s goodness, grace, mercy, and faithfulness. That said, one of my favorite passages of scripture in the HOLY BIBLE, states, “From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.”
Luke 12:48 means a lot to me. And likewise, local judges are supposed to be “MINISTERS OF JUSTICE,” not “WORSHIPERS OF ELLIS,” while they’re doing the business of the taxpaying citizens of Harris County, Texas.
So, to this end, I promise to unveil and expose every “ELLIS WORSHIPER” and do my best to drive them out of office and from the positions of authority they’ve seized, through nefarious means, ballot harvesting, and other alleged criminal acts.
