County Attorney Christian Menefee is Making Matters Worse; Jim "Mattress Mack" McIngvale Isn't Asking the Right Questions

County Attorney Christian Menefee (left) is a serious problem when it comes to settling the ongoing debate over whether voter fraud is really occurring in Harris County, Texas. I love Mattress Mack, and he has a lot of money, but that doesn't mean that he is the smartest guy on the block. Jim "Mattress Mack" McIngvale and Wayne Dolcefino have been seeking public records regarding communications like emails and text messages between county officials that were transmitted back on "ELECTION DAY" for the disastrous Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election that played out in Harris County, Texas. But it's clear that Wayne Dolcefino does not have a clear understanding of how the "TABULATION COMPUTERS" tallie votes. THE NUMBERS DON'T ADD UP...We don't even know if the margin of victories produced in the "OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT" for Harris County back on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, is even accurate, so how can attorneys be arguing in open court about the margin of victory in the (21) twenty-one GOP lawsuits that have been filed. Kathleen Hooey has been dead since 1991, but according to her voter registration card she’s still registered to vote at 7014 Jay Street in Houston, Texas 77028. And yes, this is the same deceased Black voter who had her identity stolen by “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT HARVESTERS” by the name of Gloria Palmer and Tomar Bishop who were on assignment to go out and collect ballots for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s Campaign, back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Party Primary. All of this talk about jelly beans on the table and floor is starting to make me sick. Why? Well, for starters, we're talking about real people who have their votes nullified. But more importantly, "THE NUMBERS DON'T ADD UP" that the two sides arguing over. That being said, we don't even know if the "OFFICIAL VOTE MARGIN" in the race that took place between Erin Lunceford (Republican), and Tamika "Tami" Craft is accurate in the first place.

In the official returns, Erin Lunceford received 530,967 votes for 49.87% of the vote, and Tamika "Tami" Craft received 533,710 votes for 50.13% of the vote, which is a differential of 2,743 votes.

THE PEOPLE RUNNING OUR ELECTIONS APPEAR TO BE INCOMPETENT

What we have going on in Harris County, Texas is a situation where there are some folks working behind the scenes trying to manipulate the outcome of our elections. But some of the mistakes my team has found seem to point to incompetence rather than nefarious criminal activities. When referring to incompetence in this report, I'm simply saying that the people running our elections may be inept and not possess the mental capacity to do simple arithmetic.

If you look at the "OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT" for Tarrant County, Texas what you will find is that their elections are run by Republicans, and their "OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT" appears to be accurate because all of their countywide race totals come out to the same number when you add their total number of votes cast, undervotes, and overvotes together.

Now, if you look at the "OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT" for Harris County, Texas what you will find is that the combined totals are all over the place when adding the total number of votes cast, undervotes, and overvotes together.

To make matters worse, there is a new voter precinct that was added to Harris County, Texas during the 2022 Midterm Election cycle which falls inside a "REPUBLICAN STRONGHOLD" that's located over in the Katy, Texas area of Harris County, Texas.

These incompetent Harris County Elections Officials reported a 789.62% voter turnout in "PRECINCT #1086" which is impossible. Why? Well, the largest turnout percentage that is mathematically possible is 100%, so, the error of 789.62% that was reported by the Harris County Elections Administrator, means that every countywide race total from the recent Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election is inaccurate.

How can the Harris County Elections Administrator report in the "OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT" for Harris County, Texas, that Erin Lunceford received 1,911 votes, and Tamika Craft received 517 votes in "PRECINCT #1086" but declare in the same "OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT" that there are only 318 registered voters living in this newly created "REPUBLICAN STRONGHOLD" that's located over in the Katy, Texas area of Harris County, Texas?

Another sign that the people running local elections in Harris County, Texas may simply be incompetent is the fact that after all of my reporting about "BLACK BALLOT HARVESTERS" who were working for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, stealing the identities of dead Black voters, nobody has even bothered to take the names of dead people off the voter roles.

As it stands right now, Katheleen Hooey, who has been dead for over 32 years is still registered to vote in Harris County, Texas in the upcoming City of Houston Mayoral Election, which is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, November 8, 2023, in our beloved Bayou City. The Harris County Elections Administrator (Clifford Tatum) produced an error-filled "OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT" that appears to show criminality, not human error, or incompetence. When the "TABULATION COMPUTER" used in Tarrant County, Texas tabulated and added the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes together for their down-ballot countywide races, it arrived at a consistent total of "592,630" for every one of their local races. According to the "OFFICIAL CANVASS REPORT" that was released by Harris County Elections Administrator Clifford Tatum, back on November 19, 2022, there are only (318) registered voters living in (PRECINCT #1086), which is a Republican stronghold. So, how did Erin Elizabeth Lunceford supposedly receive 1,911 votes in this precinct, and Tamika "Tami" Craft reportedly receive 517 votes, if there are only (318) registered voters in the precinct?

Are the turnout numbers reported by the Harris County Elections Administrator Clifford Tatum of Precinct #1086 accurate? How do we know that Erin Elizabeth Lunceford really received 1,911 votes in this precinct? And how do we know that Tamika "Tami" Craft only received 517 votes in this precinct? Remember, according to the "OFFICIAL CANVASS REPORT" released by the Harris County Elections Administrator (Clifford Tatum), there are only 318 registered voters in Precinct #1086, which is a newly created Republican stronghold in Katy, Texas. It is impossible to achieve a voter turnout percentage greater than 100%, like the Harris County Elections Administrator Clifford Tatum reported for Precinct #1086, in his "OFFICIAL CANVASS REPORT" that was certified by County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, back on February 22, 2022, in Harris County, Texas. Judge David Peeples served as judge of Bexar County’s 285th District Court (1981-1988), as justice of the Fourth Court of Appeals (1988-1994), and as judge of the 224th District Court (1995-2004). Since retiring from the active trial bench in 2004, he has sat by assignment and served as an arbitrator. In October 2017 he became of counsel to Prichard Young LLP in San Antonio. He continues to arbitrate and take occasional assignments as a visiting judge. From 1996 to 2017 he was the Presiding Judge of the Fourth Administrative Judicial Region of Texas, and from 2003 to 2017 he chaired the Texas Multi-District Litigation Panel. He has been a member of the Texas Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on Rules since 1993. He received the Texas Bar Foundation’s Outstanding Jurist Award in 2007 and the State Bar Judicial Section’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016.
