Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo is a Ticking Timebomb; November 8, 2022, Race for Harris County Judge Must Be Voided

Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis (second from left), and Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia (second from right) are the two elected officials who are responsible for putting Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo (far left), and (20) twenty other Democrats at risk of having their Tuesday, November 8, 2022, races voided by and new elections ordered. Remember, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo was in Cozumel Mexico participating in an Ironman competition, on Sunday, November 20, 2022, and was not present at the Commissioner's Court meeting that took place on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, when Harris County Elections Administrator (Clifford Tatum) presented his error-filled "CANVASS REPORT" to Commissioner Ellis, and Commissioner Garcia which they certified in error. You can "CLICK HERE" to see that "THE NUMBERS" don't add up, in the "OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT" and therefore, the numbers presented in the (6,115-PAGE) of the "CANVASS REPORT" should have never been certified by the two Harris County Commissioners.

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo was recovering from having participated in the Ironman competition in Cozumel, Mexico on Sunday, November 20, 2022, and did not vote to certify the "error-filled" (CANVASS REPORT) along with Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Commissioner Adrian Garcia, on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, after they were presented with it by Harris County Elections Administrator Clifford Tatum. The photo above is proof that Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo was indeed in Cozumel participating in an Ironman competition two days prior to Commissioner Ellis, and Commissioner Garcia "incorrectly" certifying the "error-filled" Canvass Report of the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas.

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo is seen in the photo above riding her bike as part of the Ironman competition in Cozumel, Mexico on Sunday, November 20, 2022. That being said, County Judge Hidalgo was recovering and did not cast a vote to certify the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election.

Alexandra del Moral Mealer, the Republican candidate is "correctly" suing Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo the Democratic candidate to void the race for Harris County Judge, which was "certified in error by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis (Precinct 1), and Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia (Precinct 2), back on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, when Lina Hidalgo was not present, and recovering from having participated in an Ironman competition in Cozumel, Mexico and was recovering.

The Harris County Elections Administrator (Clifford Tatum) produced this error-filled "OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT" that appears to show criminality, not human error, or incompetence. You can "CLICK HERE" to see for yourself. For the record, when the "TABULATION COMPUTER" add the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes together every down-ballot countywide race should come up with the same total, as they did over in Tarrant County, that's run by Republicans.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "The first "GOP" election contest 'trial' will begin Monday, July 31, 2023, and will feature former Judge Erin Elizabeth Lunceford as "the plaintiff," and current Judge Tamika "Tami" Craft as "the defendant" when they go before visiting Judge David Peeples."

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo is a Ticking Timebomb; Harris County is a Powder Keg That’s Ready to Blow at Any Moment

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

The pressure on Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, a “Democrat” is beginning to become unbearable, and get the better of her. Why? Well, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo could be indicted at any moment, by “Democrat” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and she knows it. However, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo is holding all of the cards, right now.

When criminal enterprises, do dirt together, it’s difficult for them to ever turn on one another. It doesn’t matter whether we’re talking about a street gang, the mafia, dirty cops, or a corrupt political organization, the code of silence is paramount when it comes to keeping members or criminal enterprises out of jail.

What’s a criminal enterprise? Well, the FBI defines a criminal enterprise as “a group of individuals with an identified hierarchy, or comparable structure, engaged in significant criminal activity.”

Has local city and county government been overtaken by a criminal enterprise? Well, from the looks of things, this could be the case. How can I say this? Well, the first sign of trouble, is that the only people being prosecuted in Harris County, Texas are those who are not a part of the local Democratic establishment.

A few months ago, the Texas Ethics Commission, issued a report that labeled, members of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats – Harris County Chapter as a money-laundering operation, and levied a fine on Terrance Shanks, the president for $27,500, and Dr. Darnella Darnella Wilkerson, the treasurer for the African American Caucus, was levied a fine of $17,500, for her role in the scheme.

Now, when the Texas Ethics Commission levied its ruling against Shanks and Wilkerson, nobody from within the ranks of the Harris County Democratic Party said a word or denounced the illegal activities, that these two Black political “POWER PLAYERS” in Harris County, Texas. Why not? Well, because the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats – Harris County Chapter, has been defunct since 2014, and they’ve been (knowingly) shielded and protected by the Harris County Democratic Party, and local Democratic officials like “Democrat” District Attorney Kim Ogg, who is up for reelection.

For the record, the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats – Harris County Chapter, has operated illegally in plain sight during local elections in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. Why hasn’t anything been done about the illegal activities of this criminal enterprise? Well, that’s because the TCBD – Harris County Chapter, falls under the umbrella of the Texas Coalition, which is run by a guy by the name of Carroll G. Robinson, who happens to be a very good friend of “Democrat” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, who donated to and received the endorsement of, the “defunct” TCBD – Harris County, back during the 2020 Presidential Election cycle. But that’s a story for another day.

Anyways, back to Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, and why she’s coming unhinged at this point. When Lina Hidalgo came into politics, she was a political outsider. Remember, for the most part, Hidalgo, unseated her predecessor, “Republican” Harris County Judge Ed Emmett, because of “STRAIGHT-TICKET” voting, and the fact that a “Libertarian” by the name of Eric Gatlin was on the ballot.

And when you fast forward to last year’s Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic Party Primary, several Black “Democrats stepped up to challenge Hidalgo in her bid for reelection. However, Hidalgo somehow managed to escape unscathed with 70.3% of the vote against Erica Davis at 14.7%, Georgia Provost at 6.2%, Maria Garica at 3.7%, Kevin Howard at 2.9%, and Ahmad Hassan who finished with 2.1% of the vote.

So, to say that “Black” Democrats don’t particularly care for Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo would be an understatement. And when you get right down to it, “Hispanic” Democrats, for the most part, don’t particularly care for Hidalgo either.

Now, back on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo found herself fending off a looming potential criminal indictment, for her role in an $11 million COVID-19 Outreach Contract, and having to run for reelection against “Republican” Alexandra del Moral Mealer, who was well-liked and funded by local businessman Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale, and others.

According to published reports, Alexandra del Moral Mealer raised $4.9 million over the final 3 months (3-times as much as Hidalgo) heading into their Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election showdown in the race for Harris County Judge, which spelled trouble for Hidalgo.

Another sign of trouble for Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo came during “EARLY VOTING” which began on October 24, 2022, and ended on November 4, 2022. Alexandra del Moral Mealer trailed Hidalgo heavily in the “ABSENTEE MAIL-BALLOT CATEGORY” by 12,256 mail ballots. However, the tell-tale sign that Hidalgo was in trouble could be identified in the “EARLY IN-PERSON VOTE CATEGORY” where Alexandra del Moral Mealer only trailed Hidalgo by 2,281 early votes.

When “EARLY VOTING ENDED” back on Friday, November 4, 2022, savvy politicians like Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, and Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, were fully aware that Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo hadn’t built a big enough lead against her Republican rival to offset the historic turnout that was expected in “REPUBLICAN STRONGHOLDS” in Harris County, Texas on Election Day – Tuesday, November 8, 2022 – so something had to be done!

“VOTER SUPPRESSION.”

By definition, the term “VOTER SUPPRESSION” is described as a strategy used to influence the outcome of an election by discouraging or preventing specific groups of people from voting.

So, for Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, and her fellow “Democratic” colleagues who were running countywide on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, to hold off their “Republican” rivals, sometime between Friday, November 4, 2023, and Tuesday, November 8, 2023, somebody, or somebodies, came up with the “stupid idea” that suppressing votes in “REPUBLICAN STRONGHOLDS” by not providing ballot paper and creating “mass chaos” on “ELECTION DAY” was the course of action that needed to be taken.

“PERFECT SCAPEGOAT.”

No matter how you look at it, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia knew exactly what they were getting when Harris County Elections Administrator Clifford Tatum was hired to succeed his “embattled” predecessor Isabel Longoria, who had been forced to resign.

Clifford Tatum, in hindsight, appears to have been hired to do exactly what he did – which was to make sure that Democrats won. After all, he was hired, even though, the November 6, 2012 election Tatum oversaw as the executive director of the D.C. Board of Elections, was equated to an election being run in a “Third World country.”

Voters in the Washington D.C. election that was run by Clifford Tatum complained about being handed the wrong ballot. And Tatum ended up having to acknowledge that “human error” had caused the problems.

“NOT HUMAN ERRORS.”

What unfolded in Harris County, Texas can’t be chalked up to “human error” and dismissed. Why not? Well, because the “OFFICIAL CANVASS REPORT” report should not have never been certified by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia in the first place.

The “RECONCILIATION REPORT” was never reconciled. In case you don’t know, the Harris County Elections Administrator (Clifford Tatum) reported faulty numbers that changed within 24 hours.

“The difference in the number of registered voters for this election as reported by the Harris County EA from 11/18/2022 to 11/19/2022 was - 6,100,” said Colleen M. Vera, who serves on the Harris County Ballot Board. “Who were those 6,100 registered voters and how did they disappear in those 24 hours,” she asks.

According to Vera, “the Harris County EA reported that there were 9,307 MORE MAILED BALLOTS TO COUNT in this election than they reported MAILED AND RETURNED BY VOTERS.”

“After finishing counting the Election Night results, and compiling the Reconciliation Report on 11/10/2022, the Harris County EA reported having approximately 3,828 Provisional ballots to be processed. By the time the final official results were posted eight days later, the Harris County EA had found approximately 2,474 additional Provisional ballots to add to his count,” said Vera.

“WHO’S TO BLAME?”

Who should be held accountable for certifying the “FLAWED CANVASS REPORTS” for the recent Nov. 8, 2022, Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas? Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis (Precinct 1), and Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia (Precinct 2), were the only members present to vote and should be held accountable for certifying an election, that should have never been certified.

For the record, the Texas Election Code states that in matters related to the canvassing of an election, only two members are needed to constitute a quorum, in the State of Texas.

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo was “conveniently” not present on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, when her comrades, Commissioner Ellis, and Commissioner Garcia certified the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election on Tuesday, November 22nd, because she had finished an Ironman competition in Mexico over the weekend.

“WHAT NEXT?”

The race for Harris County Judge, which occurred on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, between Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, and Alexandra del Moral Mealer must be thrown out by Judge David Peeples. Why? Well, given the fact that Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia errored by certifying the recent Tuesday, November 8, 2022, error-filled “CANVASS REPORT” that was presented to them by Harris County Elections Administrator (Clifford Tatum), nobody, including Judge David Peeples, will ever be able to ascertain what the “TRUE RESULTS” of the election should have been.

And when the court (Judge David Peeples), can’t ascertain the true results of an election, it must be voided, and a new one must be ordered. That being said, when you get right down to it, Aaron Adams, Alexandra del Moral Mealer, Brian Staley, Bruce Bain, Chris Daniel, Dan Simons, Dan Spjut, Elizbeth Buss, Erin Elizabeth Lunceford, James Lombardino, Kyle Scott, Michelle Fraga, Mark Goldberg, Mark Montgomery, Matthew Dexter, Nile Copeland, Rory Olsen, Sartaj Bal, Stan Stanart, and Will Archer should all be granted new elections.

As for Tami Pierce, her election contest against Judge DaSean Jones has been removed from the other remaining (20) twenty “GOP” lawsuits and is sitting at the Court of Appeals, after attorney “Downtown” Oliver Brown, appealed Judge David Peeples’ decision denying his motion to file what’s called an anti-SLAPP Motion to Dismiss her claim against his client.

In case you aren’t familiar with “Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation” (SLAPP), suits are strategic lawsuits by people to stop another person from speaking out or exercising their First Amendment rights.

So, the anti-SLAPP lawsuit like the one filed by attorney “Downtown” Oliver Brown to protect Judge DaSean Jones from having his right to “FREEDOM OF SPEECH” and “FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION” infringed upon by someone who is trying to discourage him (and others like him) from running from placing their name on a “ballot” as a form of “free speech” as part of a “political group” or in “association” with a given political party.
