Harris County taxpayers must pay Clifford Tatum (top left), the former embattled Harris County Elections Administrator, legal fees totaling $493,092.00. Harris County Republican voters still haven't been told that Tami C. Pierce, the (RINO), "Republican in Name Only," has been married to her wife, Dr. Stephanie L. Pierce, M.D., for over 22 years. MAGA "Make American Great Again," Republican voters are going to become very angry when they figure out that they're being tricked, bamboozled, and hoodwinked into voting for a member of the "LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY" who infiltrated "THE GOP" back during the 2022 Midterm Election. Please pray for Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones, a "HETEROSEXUAL MALE" who loves his "BIOLOGICAL FEMALE," wife named Audia Jones, and has a traditional family. This decorated combat veteran now finds himself under attack by (RINOs) and (DINOs), "Democrats in Name Only," who want to flip the 180th Criminal District Court bench to Tami C. Pierce, a LESBIAN, for their own selfish reasons. LOCAL SWEARING-IN CEREMONY... Former Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner is now officially Congressman Sylvester Turner, the 18th Congressional Representative in the United States Congress. He is flanked above by State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27) and State Senator Borris L. Miles, who represents the 13th Senatorial District of Texas.
Clifford Tatum is getting paid. On Thursday, January 9, 2025, Harris County Commissioners Court, in a (4 to 1) vote, agreed to pay $493,092.00 to cover the legal fees Clifford Tatum, the former Harris County Elections Administrator, supposedly paid out in connection to the criminal investigation that was launched against him after he bungled the 2022 Midterm Election.
Congressman Sylvester Turner is sworn in at his local "SWEARING-IN CEREMONY" by United States Federal Judge Alfred H. Bennett. star-studded local “SWEARING-IN CEREMONY” and celebration at the Mickey Leland Federal Building at 1919 Smith Street in Houston, Texas, 77002.
Kay Shepard, who currently serves as the Harris County Democratic Party Precinct Chair for Precinct 30, is fiercely attacking Judge DaSean Jones, the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court, who serves as Lieutenant Colonel for several reasons. Kay Shepard, who is allegedly gay, appears to hate "HETEROSEXUAL MEN" and "HETEROSEXUAL WOMEN," and her hatred seems to be triggered whenever she is rejected or doesn't get her way. By attacking Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones, it seems that Kay Shepard believes that she is helping her fellow "LGBTQ+ SISTERS," named Tami C. Pierce, who is challenging Judge DaSean Jones and her wife/husband of more than 22 years, Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce, who is a local physician. By definition, a heterosexual person is someone who is exclusively sexually or romantically attracted to someone of the opposite sex; after having her sexual advances allegedly rebuffed by State Rep. Shawn Thierry at an event, Kay Shepard began to attack her (State Rep. Thierry) profusely and oppose her politically as well.
Lieutenant Colonel DaSean Jones has TWO BRONZE STAR MEDALS, a Combat Action Badge, a Meritorious Service Medal, a Global War on Terrorism, a Global War Expeditionary, an Army Commendation Medal (3OLC), Army Achievement Medal (10LC), an Overseas Ribbon, Korea Defense Service Medal, Overseas Training Ribbon, a National Defense Service Ribbon, and a Parachute Badge to his credit. SPECIAL NOTE: The appearance of Judge DaSean Jones in his military uniform and U.S. Department of Defense visual information does not imply or constitute DOD endorsement.

Taxpayers Must Pay Nearly $500K for Clifford Tatum’s Legal Bills, Tami Pierce and her wife, Dr Stephanie Versus DaSean
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
Over the last decades, I haven’t written many good things about Congressman Sylvester Turner (TX-18). However, over the weekend, he held a star-studded local “SWEARING-IN CEREMONY” celebration at the Mickey Leland Federal Building at 1919 Smith Street in Houston, Texas, 77002.
ONLY IN HARRIS COUNTY…
Please don’t say that I didn’t tell you so. What’s happening right now in Harris County, Texas, is a situation where a small group of (DINOs) “Democrats in Name Only” and (RINOs) “Republicans in Name Only,” have joined forces and infiltrated the Harris County Republican Party – that’s a fact.
If their “COORDINATED SCHEME” to unseat Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones, the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court, on Saturday, May 3, 2025, accomplishes its objective, “THE GOP” is going to become the laughing stock of America.
What’s unfolding in Harris County, Texas, is a highly sophisticated “POLITICAL OPERATION” that’s well-financed and organized. However, for the “COORDINATED SCHEME” to succeed, Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, and Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, must remain silent and allow the scheme to continue unfolding.
If Tami C. Pierce, a member of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY,” defeats Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones on Saturday, May 3, 2025, according to several sources, the “COORDINATED SCHEME” calls for Tami C. Pierce to get paraded around Texas as the first openly-gay “GOP JUDGE,” in Texas’ history.
When MAGA “Make America Great Again,” Republicans discover that they’ve been tricked, bamboozled, and hoodwinked, and get upset, the “COORDINATED SCHEME” calls for Tami C. Pierce to switch her political party affiliation to Democrat and brandish “THE GOP” as mean-spirited, homophobic and hateful from what I understand.
TAXPAYERS ON THE HOOK…
That low-down, filthy, dirty former Harris County Elections Administrator named Clifford Tatum, who screwed up the November 8, 2022, Midterm Election, is about to get nearly $500,000.00 from Harris County taxpayers.
How did Clifford Tatum even pay $493,092.00 to cover his legal bills? I don’t know, but Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP law firm got paid according to published documents.
In case you don’t know, Clifford Tatum isn’t going to face any criminal charges for his handling of the 2022 Midterm Election, but Judge DaSean Jones got sued for Tatum’s stupidity.
How is this even possible? A judicial candidate running for re-election gets sued for mistakes and errors made by the Harris County Elections Administrator and his underlings. The Elections Administrator (Clifford Tatum) gets off and moves on with his life, while the “JUDICIAL CANDIDATE,” named Judge DaSean Jones, now owes nearly $150K in legal fees to his opponent, who sued him.
As a refresher, a visiting judge named David Peeples, whom I have the utmost respect for, ruled that there were over 1,400 illegal votes cast in the 2022 Midterm Election race for the 180th Criminal District Court between Judge DaSean Jones and Tami C. Pierce, who infiltrated the Harris County Republican Party and ran as a (RINO) “Republican in Name Only,” to unseat Judge Jones from the right side of the political aisle.
So, let me get this right. There were 1,400 illegal votes, and nobody alleged that Judge DaSean Jones was responsible for the 1,400 votes getting counted. Still, Judge DaSean Jones (not Harris County Officials) got sued and is now responsible for the 1,400 illegal votes getting counted. And don’t forget, the judge who presided over the trial (Judge David Peeples) couldn’t determine who the 1,400 illegal votes benefitted.
Heck, Clifford Tatum, the Election Administrator at the time, was responsible for ensuring that the 1,400 illegal votes did not get counted – not Judge DaSean Jones.
Something is wrong with this picture? And now, hardworking taxpayers are on the hook for paying the $493,092.00 in legal fees that Clifford Tatum, the Election Administrator who bungled the election in the first place, owes to his lawyers? What’s going on in Harris County, Texas? That’s not right.
IN OTHER NEWS…
A Democratic insider informed me that Mike Doyle was the first Democratic chair not to support installing a diverse board to run the Harris County Democratic Party (HCDP). As the chairman, Mike Doyle is white and male, and his secretary is white and female. The (HCDP) is returning a Hispanic female, who Mike Doyle supported as the treasurer. However, Mike Doyle controls the purse strings.
In the last Democratic (CEC) Precinct Chair meeting the previous year, Mike Doyle entertained a motion for the Harris County Democratic Party to take out a $70,000 loan at the end of the meeting on Sunday, December 15, 2024, which was suspicious.
Remember, a few weeks prior, Mike Doyle had taken $110,000.00 out of the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) bank account and sent it to his friends in the Utah Democratic Party in two donations.
So, why did Mike Doyle send $110,000.00 to Utah if the Harris County Democratic Party needed the money themselves? Mike Doyle is playing a “SHELL GAME” with the hard-earned donations his “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” are raising and then donating to the HCDP, in my opinion.
The Senate District 9 Chair Vincent Sanders made the aforementioned motion in question. What’s problematic is that there are over 600 Democratic Party Precinct Chair vacancies, and many African American Precinct Chairs claim that they did not even get notices to attend the Sunday, December 15, 2024, meeting.
TIME TO WAKE UP…
It’s sad to say this, but those “SOFT ON CRIME ADS” that started running against Democratic Judges are nothing but an “EVIL SCHEME” that’s part of an underlying effort to purge African American judges from local judicial benches.
I’m not saying that the women featured in the “STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC” ads have not suffered harm when their loved ones got murdered. However, what else has anyone done for these women besides featuring them on political TV and radio stations during the political season?
Some of the women featured in the “STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC” ads still haven’t received justice for their slain loved ones. Is anyone helping those women to receive the justice they are seeking for their slain loved ones? Is anyone trying to help soothe their pain now that the elections are over?
Or did those women get used and exploited for political gain? No matter the answer to the questions I have about the “STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC,” my assertion that the underlying goal behind the campaign was to defeat “BLACK FEMALE JUDGES” cannot be refuted or denied.
As you and I both know, the people who came up with the phrase, “VOTE OUT SOFT ON CRIME JUDGES,” could not publicly proclaim their true objective and what they wanted to say, which was: “VOTE OUT THOSE NIGGA JUDGES,” in my opinion.
And to increase the understanding of my readers, the term “NIGGA,” when I use it, has a different connotation than when someone from another ethnic group uses it in a demeaning way.
In reality, the word “N*GGER,” when you look up its history, is traced back to the Latin word, niger, which means Black. Through translation, the noun, Negro, or Black person.
So, as I said, the people who coined the phrase, "VOTE OUT SOFT ON CRIME JUDGES,” were sending what’s called a subliminal message to “VOTE OUT THOSE NIGGA JUDGES,” but they just could not come right out and espouse their racist agenda.
What am I trying to say? Well, Judge DaSean Jones nearly lost his 180th Criminal District Court bench back during the 2020 Midterm Election, but it wasn’t by mistake – it was by design.
As a refresher, Judge DaSean Jones had an estimated $2 million spent by Political Action Committees (PACs) to specifically target his 180th Criminal District Court race during the 2022 Midterm Election.
Tami C. Pierce is a very experienced prosecutor who works in the Polk County District Attorney’s Office and is highly respected. Aside from being a reasonable prosecutor, Tami C. Pierce also appealed to the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY,” desperate for political victories.
Judge DaSean Jones ultimately emerged victorious against Tami C. Pierce after 449 votes counted the votes. However, Judge Ronnisha Bowman, Je’Rell Rogers, Porsha Natasha Brown, and Gemayel Haynes were less fortunate.
Look back over those names: DaSean, Je’Rell, Ronnisha, Gemayel, and Porsha. They all sound very ‘ethnic,’ right? Well, that’s how African American judges are getting singled out on local ballots.
Back during the 2022 Midterm Election, only “BLACK JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” running as Democrats lost their races – that’s a fact.
But this pattern did not subside after the 2022 Midterm Election; it continued in the recent 2024 Presidential Election, when “BLACK JUDICIAL CANDIDATES,” running as Democrats, found themselves “UNDER SIEGE IN HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS” once again with no defense.
ENTER MIKE DOYLE…
The chairman and treasurer for the Harris County Democratic Party, Mike Doyle, is skilled in raising money. However, he also appears proficient in playing “SHELL GAMES” with the money he’s raised and sending out ‘attack dogs’ to bully, intimidate, and dissuade anyone from asking him questions about his questionable expenditures.
If you ask me, I believe that Mike Doyle is a hardcore racist who does not mean “BLACK FOLKS” any good. Mike Doyle is going screw up the 2026 Midterm Election, and the coward “BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS” who refuse to hold him accountable will be to blame.
HOLD MIKE ACCOUNTABLE…
To hold Mike Doyle, the chairman and treasurer for the Harris County Democratic Party accountable, his job performance in the upcoming Saturday, May 3, 2025, “RE-DO ELECTION,” between Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones, and his challenger, Tami C. Pierce, who appears to be a (RINO) “Republican in Name Only,” who slipped her way into the Harris County Republican Party unnoticed.
Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, and Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, are both fully aware that Tami C. Pierce is a (RINO), who has been married to Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce for more than 22 years.
If you pay close attention, Mike Doyle has not said a negative word about Tami C. Pierce or the fact that she is a member of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” because there’s another plan in the works.
Mike Doyle and members of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY,” like Kay Shepard, the Democratic Party Precinct Chair for (PRECINCT 30), appear to be secretly conspiring to hold Tami C. Pierce (RINO) “Republican in Name Only,” defeat Lieutenant Colonel Judge Dasean Jones, and then flip the bench back to the Harris County Democratic Party – which is a low-down, dirty political maneuver.
In other words, members of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” are about to play Republican voters in Harris County, Texas, for complete fools on Saturday, May 3, 2025, and then make them “LAUGHING STOCKS” of America on Sunday, May 4, 2025, when Tami C. Pierce, a (RINO) “Republican in Name Only,” switches her political party affiliation from Republican to Democrat.
Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, has done a good job over the last two election cycles, but she’s derelict in her duties as a chairman. And in my opinion, Siegel is out of step with her party and about to tank her political future.
I have friends and clients on both sides of the political aisle. I can tell you with complete assurance that “CONSTITUTIONAL CONSERVATIVES” is opposed to progressivism within the Republican Party. These Republicans are “PRO-FAMILY” and want low taxes and restrained government spending.
In case you don’t know, Republicans believe that a man is a man and a woman is a woman. They also think about traditional family values and that a marriage should be between a man (biological male) and a woman (biological female), not the type of marriage Tami C. Pierce is engaged in with her wife/husband, Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce, which is a significant problem for the HCRP, and Cindy Siegel, the current chairman of the Harris County Republican Party.
CINDY’S GOT A PROBLEM…
If Cindy Siegel allows Republican voters to get tricked, hoodwinked, and bamboozled into voting for Tami C. Pierce on Saturday, May 3, 2025, and then Tami C. Pierce switches to the Harris County Democratic Party and paraded around Texas as the “FIRST OPENLY-GAY” elected as “DISTRICT JUDGE” in Texas’ history she’s going to have a severe problem on her hands.
CLOSING THOUGHTS…
Early voting will begin on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, and end on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, for the “RE-DO ELECTION” between Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones and Tami C. Pierce, who appears to be a (RINO) “Republican in Name Only,” who has infiltrated the Harris County Republican Party to run as a Republican and then possibly flip the bench back to Democrats if she wins on Saturday, May 3, 2025.
The problem with “COVERT STRATEGY,” underway in the race for the 180th Criminal District Court, Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, would have to trick, bamboozle, hoodwink and make complete idiots of rank-and-file, “CONSTITUTIONAL CONSERVATIVES,” and MAGA “Make America Great Again,” Republicans for “THE SCHEME” to work.
What you have to remember about MAGA, “Make America Great Again,” Republicans is that on the national stage, they’re pushing an agenda that calls for establishing clear and consistent biological definitions of male and female. Make no mistake about it: MAGA, “Make America Great Again,” Republicans are not going to knowingly vote for a candidate like Tami C. Pierce, who has been married to another woman (Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce) for more than 22 years.

Judge Lashawn Williams, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, Judge Shannon Baldwin, Judge Tonya Jones, and Judge Toria J. However, I'm not sure why so many potential candidates are seeking to run against the (26) twenty-six African American incumbent judges when there will be (68) sixty-eight local benches up for grabs in the 2026 Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas.
