Elon Musk (top second from right), the CEO of Tesla, is the wealthiest person in the world. Musk also owns X-Formerly, known as Twitter, SpaceX, and The Boring Company, which deals with infrastructure and tunnel construction. He's also the right-hand man of President-elect Donald J. Trump, who will rely heavily on him over the next 4 years for advice. Former prizefighter turned businessman Eric Carr (far right) is the president and CEO of E&E Construction and recently entered the boring and drilling industry, where Elon Musk got his start. THE NORTHSIDE BOYS... Eric Carr, Allen Provost (top second from left), and Ray "R.C." Jones (far left) have been influential players in Democratic politics for decades and hold a wealth of knowledge when it comes to implementation of strategies, whether it's in the field of business or politics. Mike Doyle (bottom second from right) could be on the verge of squandering another election on Saturday, May 3, 2025, in Harris County, Texas.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the 'entire community' for uniting in support of not using the 14 acres of HCC North Forest Campus land for a detention pond. The packed house at the meeting was a testament to the Northeast community’s unwavering commitment to protecting our neighborhoods’ interests. This incredible turnout underscores the strength and resolve of a community coming together to address the political challenges and strategies that have impacted us for the past 50 years.
Your dedication to this cause reaffirms the power of collective action. Let’s keep this momentum going by continuing to advocate for the needs of our community and ensuring even greater participation in future initiatives. I encourage our elected officials to stand with us and amplify the voices of the Northeast community to ensure we remain visible on the political and developmental map.
As Mr. Allen Provost aptly states, “North of 610 and East of 59” marks the boundaries of where the Northeast starts—and where our potential thrives. Together, we can make a lasting impact and secure a brighter future for all.
Thank you once again for your steadfast support, dedication, and advocacy. Your commitment to standing strong for our community makes all the difference, and I am honored to work alongside you in this critical effort.
Sincerely,
Ray / RC Jones
Ray "RC" Charles has dedicated a half-century of his life to the Harris County Democratic Party as a committeeman and precinct chair. However, this stalwart in the "DEMOCRATIC PARTY" was allegedly blatantly disrespected and ignored by Mike Doyle and his chief of staff. According to Ray "RC" Charles Jones, he called Mike Doyle, the chairman and treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party, and his chief of staff (22) twenty-two times, only to be ignored and not receive one courtesy returned phone call from either.

Allen Provost, Ray “RC” Charles Jones, and former Prizefighter Eric Carr are Northside Boys You Should Get to Know
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
We’ve gotta get strong business people like former prizefighter Eric Carr, the owner of E&E Construction, and others to help bring more attention to the “VOTING BASE” on the Northside of Houston, Texas.
I mention Eric Carr as an example because he is from the Northside of Houston and has driven me through neighborhoods on the Northside that are being neglected and ignored by candidates who believe that Third Ward and Sunnyside are the only places where they should campaign – this much change.
Another reason why I’m mentioning Eric Carr is because he’s very BLESSED and generous with his wealth and knowledge. Beyond those two things, he’s well on his way to becoming even more blessed since he’s entered the same industry of boring and drilling where Elon Musk got his start.
Most people know Elon Musk as the owner of Tesla, X – Formerly Twitter, Space-X, and the right-hand man to President-elect Donald Trump. However, The Boring Company (TBC) deals with infrastructure and tunnel construction services, the same industry that Eric Carr and E&E Construction have broken into as he spreads his wings and grows his company.
“A GREAT DAY.”
Today is a great day for “BLACK MEN” in the United States of America in many respects. You heard me right – Friday, January 10, 2025, is a “GREAT DAY IN AMERICA” for several reasons.
By officially convicting President-elect Donald J. Trump and brandishing him a “CONVICTED FELON,” but not forcing him to make any restitution or jail time, as part of an “UNCONDITIONAL DISCHARGE” of 34 counts of falsifying business records, should tell you everything you need to know about our Criminal Justice System.
The verdict received by President-elect Donald J. Trump came after recommendations made by prosecutors. Thus, the “UNCONDITIONAL DISCHARGE” officially etches Trump in the annals of U.S. history as the first “CONVICTED FELON” to run for the office of the presidency and receive 312 Electoral College Votes and 77,303,573 popular votes.
Why is today a good day? Well, 21% of Black men voted for President-elect Trump (Republican) over Vice President Kamala Harris (Democrat) for one reason or another. However, with President-Elect Trump claiming that he was “WRONGFULLY CONVICTED” of a crime that he “DID NOT COMMIT,” he’s got some work to do as it relates to “CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM” once he takes office. Especially since he now has a better understanding of what’s happening to Black men, a key demographic who helped him become the 47th president of the United States of America.
Remember, in America, Black men are falsely accused and convicted of crimes they did not commit more than any other ethnic group. And since President-elect Trump will have complete control over the United States House and Senate, it is incumbent upon “BLACK MEN” to hold Trump to task.
“DEMAND RESPECT.”
Nobody respects people who do not respect themselves first. As African Americans, we must, at some point, stand up and demand that both major political parties respect “OUR COMMUNITY” by electing leaders who respect us – that’s the first step.
Other ethnic groups ignore our needs because they believe that we are stupid. Why is this? Well, as a group, we continue to elect “PUBLIC SERVANTS” over and over again, who do nothing for us.
Why should any other ethnic group respect us if we don’t make our own “PUBLIC SERVANTS,” respect us, and protect our interests?
Black leaders like Ray “RC” Jones, the Northside Political Action Group president, who has served the Democratic Party for over 50 years, and Allen Provost should not be disrespected and ignored heading into the upcoming 2026 Midterm Elections by the Harris County Democratic Party.
Down the stretch of the 2024 Presidential Election cycle heading toward “ELECTION DAY,” a total of (22) twenty-two phone calls were made to Mike Doyle by “RC” Jones. From what I understand, Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, disrespected “RC” Jones – that’s unacceptable.
Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party (HCDP), has been one of the worst Democratic Party Chairman ever to represent the HCDP, and he cannot be allowed to screw up the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election cycle.
With (26) twenty-six African American Judges up for re-election in Harris County, Texas, Mike Doyle’s “SHELL-GAME,” he’s playing with money donated to the HCDP, is going to destroy the chances of Black judges winning re-election – but maybe that’s the plan.
It does not take a political science major to see that Mike Doyle does not care about “BLACK PEOPLE,” or the “BLACK JUDICIAL CANDIDATES,” who helped the Harris County Democratic Party dominate local countywide elections over the last decades – while receiving little to no credit.
I believe Ray “RC” Jones and Mr. Allen Provost are two of the most knowledgeable men I know and respect, relating to their knowledge of how the “POLITICAL GAME” should be played going forward.
Speaking of Allen Provost, many people don’t realize that Provost has extensive experience in negotiation, conflict resolution, and mediation. Allen Provost could mediate between the “BLACK COMMUNITY” and the Harris County Democratic Party to address the formation of the grave “RACE RELATIONS NIGHTMARE.”
Provost has extensive experience when it comes to solving problems, and he also has proven techniques that are invaluable to corporate boards, nonprofit boards, and political organizations like the Harris County Democratic Party, in my opinion.
Mr. Allen Provost holds a master’s degree from Texas Southern University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston. Did you know that?
According to his biography, “Mr. Allen Provost is the former president and vice president of the North Forest Independent School District board of education, a former board member of the Northeast YMCA, and a former member of the Tri-County Black Chamber of Commerce. He is a life member of the NAACP and served as the NAACP Economic Committee chairman. As a Houston Media Source board member, Mr. Provost was appointed by the former City of Houston Mayor Bill White and subsequently reappointed by Mayor Annise Parker and Mayor Sylvester Turner. Mr. Provost is a member of St. Peter Catholic Church.”
So, with “BLACK MEN” like Mr. Allen Provost and Ray “R.C.” Jones readily available and willing to share their knowledge, why hasn’t Mike Doyle asked them for help?
Why did Mike Doyle ignore more than (22) twenty-two phone calls that were placed to him by Ray “R.C.” Jones heading into “ELECTION DAY” for the 2024 Presidential Election?
The answer is simple!
Mike Doyle does not respect “BLACK PEOPLE” in the least bit. Doyle, in my opinion, believes that all “BLACK PEOPLE” are stupid. And he believes that “BLACK PEOPLE” cannot hold him accountable.
“ACCOUNTABILITY.”
To hold Mike Doyle, the chairman, and treasurer for the Harris County Democratic Party accountable, his job performance in the upcoming Saturday, May 3, 2025, “RE-DO ELECTION,” between Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones, and his challenger, Tami C. Pierce, who appears to be a (RINO) “Republican in Name Only,” who slipped her way into the Harris County Republican Party unnoticed.
Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, and Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, are both fully aware that Tami C. Pierce is a (RINO), who has been married to Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce for more than 22 years.
If you pay close attention, Mike Doyle has not said a negative word about Tami C. Pierce or the fact that she is a member of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” because there’s another plan in the works.
Mike Doyle and members of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY,” like Kay Shepard, the Democratic Party Precinct Chair for (PRECINCT 30), appear to be secretly conspiring to hold Tami C. Pierce (RINO) “Republican in Name Only,” defeat Lieutenant Colonel Judge Dasean Jones, and then flip the bench back to the Harris County Democratic Party – which is a low-down, dirty political maneuver.
In other words, members of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” are about to play Republican voters in Harris County, Texas, for complete fools on Saturday, May 3, 2025, and then make them “LAUGHING STOCKS” of America on Sunday, May 4, 2025, when Tami C. Pierce, a (RINO) “Republican in Name Only,” switches her political party affiliation from Republican to Democrat.
Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, has done a good job over the last two election cycles, but she’s derelict in her duties as a chairman. And in my opinion, Siegel is out of step with her party and about to tank her political future.
I have friends and clients on both sides of the political aisle. I can tell you with complete assurance that “CONSTITUTIONAL CONSERVATIVES” is opposed to progressivism within the Republican Party. These Republicans are “PRO-FAMILY” and want low taxes and restrained government spending.
In case you don’t know, Republicans believe that a man is a man and a woman is a woman. They also think about traditional family values and that a marriage should be between a man (biological male) and a woman (biological female), not the type of marriage Tami C. Pierce is engaged in with her wife/husband, Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce, which is a significant problem for the HCRP, and Cindy Siegel, the current chairman of the Harris County Republican Party.
“CINDY’S PROBLEM.”
If Cindy Siegel allows Republican voters to get tricked, hoodwinked, and bamboozled into voting for Tami C. Pierce on Saturday, May 3, 2025, and then Tami C. Pierce switches to the Harris County Democratic Party and paraded around Texas as the “FIRST OPENLY-GAY” elected as “DISTRICT JUDGE” in Texas’ history she’s going to have a severe problem on her hands.
“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”
Early voting will begin on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, and end on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, for the “RE-DO ELECTION” between Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones and Tami C. Pierce, who appears to be a (RINO) “Republican in Name Only,” who has infiltrated the Harris County Republican Party to run as a Republican and then possibly flip the bench back to Democrats if she wins on Saturday, May 3, 2025.
The problem with “COVERT STRATEGY,” underway in the race for the 180th Criminal District Court, Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, would have to trick, bamboozle, hoodwink and make complete idiots of rank-and-file, “CONSTITUTIONAL CONSERVATIVES,” and MAGA “Make America Great Again,” Republicans for “THE SCHEME” to work.
What you have to remember about MAGA, “Make America Great Again,” Republicans is that on the national stage, they’re pushing an agenda that calls for establishing clear and consistent biological definitions of male and female. Make no mistake about it: MAGA, “Make America Great Again,” Republicans are not going to knowingly vote for a candidate like Tami C. Pierce, who has been married to another woman (Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce) for more than 22 years.

Ray "RC" Charles Jones and his late wife, Etta Crockett, were committed to helping people like State Senator Borris L. Miles rise to power. After meeting with Ray "RC" Charles Jones and discussing the topic of "STRONG BLACK MEN," Ray "RC" Jones gave me a better understanding of how State Senator Borris Miles is and some of the things State Senator Miles has done for the community behind the scenes, but never bragged about in public.
"RAY CHARLES JONES."
There was a point and time in History when African American men were strong, brave, courageous, bold, and possessed intestinal fortitude. Today, finding an African American man involved in Harris County politics who dares to stand ten-toes-down against Commissioner Rodney Ellis and his regime has become challenging.
For the life of me, I can’t understand why people are afraid of Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Sylvester Turner, who are weak men who hide behind their surrogates and only bully women.
One of the men I’ve watched and come to admire from afar over the years is Ray “RC” Charles Jones. While I don’t know him all that well, I’ve always admired him from afar because of his stance against Commissioner Rodney Ellis in 2016, when he endorsed Gene Locke over Ellis to succeed Commissioner El Franco Lee after his sudden death.
Ray “RC” Charles Jones has an unmatched legacy of leadership spanning over five decades. A glimpse into his resume will give you a better understanding of why I believe he should have a platform to share his thoughts with my readers and advise me on local political matters.
From 1992 through 1993, Ray “RC” Charles Jones served as the “MINORITY LAISION” for the Texas State Comptroller’s Office. From 1985 through 1992, Ray “RC” Charles Jones served as the “FOUNDER/PARTNER” of Superior Waste Management.
According to his resume, Ray “RC” Charles Jones served as the President and CEO of 3M Waste Management from 1983 through 1992. He also served as a certified member of CEDHE Corporation for the Economic Development of Harris County from 1985 through 2000.
From 1978 through 1983, “Ray “RC” Charles Jones served as the president and CEO of R.J. Jones & Sons.
Many worldwide leaders and dignitaries remember “Ray “RC” Charles Jones for the fine limousines in his fleet when he owned Internation Limousine Service.

As a testament to his commitment and dedication to the citizens of Harris County, Texas, Ray “RC” Charles Jones developed a personal mission statement that declares, “Ambition, Inspiration, and Determination are my daily driving forces. Judge Lashawn Williams, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, Judge Shannon Baldwin, Judge Tonya Jones, and Judge Toria J. Finch will be in the fight of their political lives as Democrats are already contemplating challenging the (26) twenty-six "AFRICAN AMERICAN JUDGES" who are up for re-election in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election for Harris County, Texas. However, I'm not sure why so many potential candidates are seeking to run against the (26) twenty-six African American incumbent judges when there will be (68) sixty-eight local benches up for grabs in the 2026 Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas.
