At 86 years of age, State Rep. Senfronia Thompson (HD-141), a Democrat, is the longest-serving member in the Texas legislature. She has been a member of the House of Representatives since 1972. But what she said on Saturday, August 2, 2025, has ruffled the feathers of many Texas Democrats. ON THE LOCAL FRONT... Mike Doyle, the chairman and treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party, appears to be using Harris County Democratic Party funds to pay or compensate Eulundia "Kay" Shepard to work as a fundraiser for the HCDP. Still, the amounts that Mike Doyle is paying Eulundia "Kay" Shepard are more in line with the taxpayer money KAY started getting paid to serve as a "SPECIAL COMMISSIONER," by several local Democratic County Civil Court at Law judges, before their scheme was exposed by the Aubrey R. Gibson, using money donated to the HCDP, by candidates running for office.
On Saturday, August 2, 2025, the new "CONGRESSIONAL MAPS" were voted out of the Redistricting Committee at 9:27 AM, in Austin, Texas, at the State Capitol in a 12-6 vote. The maps should hit "THE HOUSE" floor on or before Tuesday, August 5, 2025, for a full vote; therefore, there's still time for Democrats to "BREAK QUORUM" and leave the state before the vote.
On Friday, August 1, 2025, State Rep. Senfronia Thompson, a Democrat, stated that it was not a requirement for State Representatives to "BREAK QUORUM" and that she was responsible for herself. Matthews has already called out State Rep. Jolanda Jones. Will she also go after 86-year-old State Rep. Senfronia Thompson if Senfronia does not break quorum on Tuesday?

What you are looking at above is the "COMPREHENSIVE REPORT," pulled by former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler, related to our ongoing investigation into Eulundia "Kay" Shepard, and taxpayer funds being used to keep her silent.
Eulundia "Kay" Shepard started getting paid by several local Harris County Democratic Party County Civil Court at Law judges to act as a "SPECIAL COMMISSIONER" right after she filed a lawsuit against the Harris County Democratic Party, to get a look inside their books. After these local County Civil Court at Law judges began paying KAY using taxpayer dollars, KAY remained silent as the payments continued to flow into her bank account.
Eulundia "Kay" Shepard filed a lawsuit against the Harris County Democratic Party on Friday, October 2, 2020, to force the HCDP to open up their books and be more transparent. Shortly after filing her lawsuit against the Harris County Democratic Party, Kay Shepard was made a "SPECIAL COMMISSIONER" and began receiving appointments from the Democratic County Civil Court at Law judges. It is unclear now if the taxpayer money she has been given was to buy her silence. At this point, I don't believe Judge Jim Kovach or Judge LaShawn Williams would engage in corruption or use taxpayer dollars to buy the silence of Kay Shepard, but only time will tell.
Eulundia "Kay" Shepard has been getting paid with taxpayer dollars by several local Democratic Harris County Civil Court at Law judges for what appears to be a "HUSH MONEY SCHEME." Did you know that, during Reconstruction, twenty-two Black Republicans were serving in the United States Congress by 1900? What about the fact that Democrats did not elect a Black man to the United States Congress until 1935, several decades after Republicans had done so?
How about this? Did you know that it was after Reconstruction that Democrats seized power in the South, and white supremacy got reestablished in America?
The post-emancipation period, known as the Reconstruction Period, lasted from about 1865 through 1877 and marked an era of great hope for Black people.
It was during the Reconstruction Period that “THE GOP,” the GRAND OLD PARTY, was comprised or made up of 90% African Americans.
At that time, 44 African Americans were serving in the Texas Legislature as Republicans.
The first-ever State Republican convention, which took place in 1867, was predominantly composed of African Americans.
It is also fair to note that the demographic breakdown of the attendees at the 1867 Republican State Convention was 150 African Americans and only 20 White People, or Anglos.
Listen. The second State “GOP CHAIRMAN” during the period I am talking about was a guy by the name of Norris Wright Cuney. This Cuney fellow led the Republican Party from 1883 through 1887. That said, historians believe that Cuney was the most powerful and influential Black man in the South during the nineteenth century.

There are a few people who are pissed off at State Rep. Senfronia Thompson. However, I don’t have a problem with the comments she made about “MINORITIES” being better off with the new “GOP CONGRESSIONAL MAPS,” when they’re approved.

We are living in a time where the “I Have a Dream Speech” is no longer effective. As a community, ineffective “BLACK LEADERS” have driven us as a people to the brink of becoming politically irrelevant, within the next four years.
Right now, the African American community is lost and without any sense of direction. And it is becoming more evident with each passing day that “BLACK FOLKS” are less powerful than we were during the Reconstruction era, on the local and national stages.
During Reconstruction, on the state level, in Texas, forty-four 44 African Americans were serving in the Texas Legislature as Republicans.
We must shift our way of thinking and endeavor to move ourselves forward through elevating “NEW LEADERS” into positions of authority and elected offices. Remember, these power words: “If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom and yet deprecate agitation are men who want crops without plowing up the ground; they want rain without thunder and lightning. Back on Tuesday, December 24, 2025, I ordered my chief investigator, Charles “Chuck” Marler, to pull me a “COMPREHENSIVE REPORT” on Eulundia “Kay” Shepard, the Democratic Precinct Chair for “PRECINCT 30” in Harris County, Texas.
Why did I choose Charles “Chuck” Marler to investigate Eulundia “Kay” Shepard and other local people who are trying to disparage my name and destroy my business?
I chose Chuck to act as my chief investigator because he worked for the FBI for 16 years, learning all facets of the Bureau’s complex operations from evidence collection, radio communications, aviation surveillance, and Forward Looking Infra-Red (FLIR).
Chuck was an Investigative Specialist for 12 years as a member of the Special Surveillance Group and conducted, organized, and completed thousands of surveillances on Drug (as FLIR operator), Intelligence, and Terrorism targets. He participated in joint training operations with the DIA, DEA, JCTA, and CIA. Charles was an instructor and evaluator numerous times for the FBI’s surveillance training programs.
As a private investigator, Chuck has performed criminal investigations and conducted surveillance operations involving workman’s compensation, child custody, drug use, theft, election fraud, and the elusive but frequent cheating spouse.
“JUDGE SINGH.”
Speaking of cheating spouses, and keeping surveillance on people. African American females may want to keep their husbands away from Judge Manprete Monica Singh, the presiding judge for Harris County Criminal Court at Law No. 4, who has a penchant for breaking up Black families, according to several divorce cases on record with the Harris County Clerk’s Office.
Judge Singh is up for re-election in the Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary for Harris County Criminal Court at Law No. 4, and someone needs to run against her from both sides of the political aisle.
Between now and Tuesday, March 3, 2026, my investigative team and I will comb through the court records and investigate Judge Manprete Monica Singh, and unpack whether her alleged “PROMISCUOUS WAYS” led to her sleeping with married “BLACK MEN,” which led to the destruction of their marriages.

We are still trying to confirm the role Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans, the presiding judge for Harris County Civil Court at Law No. 1, played in Judge Manprete Monica Singh’s destruction of “BLACK FAMILIES,” with her alleged “PROMISCUOUS BEHAVIOR,” that led her to sleeping with married “BLACK MEN,” after she took the bench.
Multiple sources have confirmed that Judge Audrie Lawyton-Evans is the person who introduced or allegedly served as a bridge between Judge Manprete Monica Singh and the “MARRIED BLACK MEN,” whose families she reportedly destroyed.
Either way, the divorce records won’t lie, and Aubrey R. Taylor Communications plans to comb through them and uncover the truth behind Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans and Judge Manprete Monica Sing’s alleged “DIRTY DEEDS” and deliver the truth to the general public.

It’s inconceivable that Judge Manprete Monica Singh, the presiding judge for Harris County Civil Court at Law No. 4, has been allegedly destroying “BLACK FAMILIES” right under the noses of Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans, the presiding judge for Harris County Civil Court at Law No. 1, and Judge LaShawn A. Williams, the presiding judge for Harris County Civil Court at Law No. 3, and nobody as said a word.

In an attempt to bully and intimidate me into aborting my ongoing investigation into Eulundia “Kay” Shepard, the Democratic Precinct Chair for “PRECINCT 30,” Mike Doyle, the embattled Chairman and Treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party, they appear to have launched a “SMEAR CAMPAIGN,” aimed at discrediting me and others.
As I reported a few months ago, Eulundia Kay Shepard is “THE ATTACK DOG” for Mike Doyle, and several other local elected officials and judges, who support Mike Doyle.
But what you might not know about Eulundia Kay Shepard is that she’s not the loving daughter of our beloved Beulah Ann Shepard, as she portrays herself to be in Democratic circles.
I’ve researched Eulundia “Kay” Shepard, the Democratic Precinct Chair for “PRECINCT 30” in Harris County, Texas. After speaking with several individuals who have been involved in Harris County Democratic politics for over 50 years, I found no one with anything favorable to say about Kay Shepard. Several community leaders I spoke with can’t stand the sight of Kay Shepard and believe she’s evil, vindictive, and a pathological liar.
“THE REAL TRUTH.”
The real reason behind Kay Shepard’s hatred and disdain for Judge DaSean Jones is the fact that he’s a “HETEROSEXUAL MALE” who has a beautiful wife (Audia Jones) and two children.
The picture of Judge DaSean Jones and his family reminds Kay Shepard of her relational failures and rejections throughout her life.
From what I understand, Kay Shephard initially sought love from men but faced rejection after rejection. Still, after failing miserably with members of the opposite sex, Kay Shepard, according to sources, turned her attention toward members of the same sex. She allegedly set her sights on State Rep. Shawn Thierry, who happens to be a beautiful, vibrant, “HETEROSEXUAL FEMALE” who politely declined Kay Shepard’s sexual advances and overtures, according to what I understand.
After being rejected by State Rep. Shawn Thierry, she (Kay Shepard) began trying to intimidate, bully, and harass State Rep. Thierry into keeping her mouth shut by having an attorney send her a “CEASE AND DESIST LETTER” to frighten her into keeping quiet. As a result, State Rep. Thierry, a practicing attorney, stopped speaking her truth -- but I’m not afraid of Kay Shepard or her attorneys -- I’ve got attorneys, also.
Kay Shepard is a different kind of evil. I can’t imagine “OUR BELOVED” Beulah Ann Shepard giving birth to someone as low-down, dirty, manipulative, vindictive, and vexed as Kay Shepard -- I’m sorry. Still, Kay Shepard is the perfect picture of evil manifesting on earth. “Kay, I have tried to remain silent as you have been harassing and bullying me for years,” said State Rep. Shawn Thierry earlier this year.
State Rep. Thierry went on to declare, “Kay, you have no moral authority to dictate who is a Democrat and who is not. Kay, you need to come clean and tell the truth: this vendetta against me goes as far back as 2017 when you stated at an event that you were romantically interested in me, and I politely declined.”
“In 2023, you started threatening me again. You have driven by my home; you even wished harm on my daughter when you told me that you hope that Klaire wakes up an orphan on Mother’s Day,” explained State Rep. Shawn Thierry.
According to State Rep. Thierry, that evil, vindictive bully, Kay Shepard, called her 83-year-old mother a black bigot even though State Rep. Thierry’s mother is a well-known civil rights activist and a retired teacher. “She is afraid of you also,” stated State Rep. Thierry, speaking of her 83-year-old mother.
“You are worse than a bully; you are a sexual harasser, and you are retaliating against me for rejecting your advances,” proclaimed State Rep. Thierry. “You are using your personal obsession and your personal attraction to try to malign my character and do a political hit job on me.” State Rep. Thierry stated, “You are defaming my character. For the sake of peace and privacy and for the good of the party, I have refrained from taking legal action against you, but no longer.”
At the time State Rep. Shawn Thierry confronted Kay Shepard and exposed her, Kay Shepard and other members of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” were doing everything in their power to destroy State Rep. Thierry, and eventually defeated her at the ballot box after distorting her voting record and painting her as a Republican. However, after all of the attacks, State Rep. Shawn Thierry was forced to leave the Harris County Democratic Party and join the “GOP” Greater Opportunity Party.
“I am an attorney and an officer of the court, so I will be filing a protective order against you. Everyone needs to know the truth that I am being tormented, harassed mentally, and sexually by Kay Shepard,” declared State Rep. Shawn Theirry.
State Rep. Thierry boldly declared that anyone who is supporting Kay Shepard or who is affiliated with her should know that they are helping someone who is a sexual harasser, a toxic bully, and an abuser of women. I will no longer be a silent victim of her abuse.”
“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”
What am I trying to say? Kay Shepard appears to be making money by receiving appointments from several local County Civil Court at Law Judges as a “SPECIAL COMMISSIONER.” Our challenge now is to identify everyone who is supporting this evil, vindictive Kay Shepard and enabling her to harass, torment, and carry out her vengeful attacks on Judge DaSean Jones, attorney Traci Gibson, and other Democrats.

The Hobby School of Public Affairs at the University of Houston conducted a survey of Harris County registered voters to assess their preferences and opinions about a wide range of salient local issues and public officials. The survey was fielded between July 9 and July 18, 2025, by contacting Harris County registered voters via SMS text messages through which they were directed to an online survey platform with the option to answer the survey in English or Spanish. Representative of the Harris County population of registered voters, the analysis population of 2,300 has a margin of error of +/- 2.04%. Within this overall Harris County survey population, representative samples also were collected for Harris County’s four county commissioner precincts, with analysis populations of 550 for Precincts 2, 3, and 4 (margin of error of +/-4.18%) and of 650 for Precinct 1 (+/- 3.84%).

Former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson (Democrat) is the real deal. And just so you know, Carmen Maria Montiel, the "GOP FRONTRUNNER," will beat the brakes off of County Attorney Christian Menefee (Democrat) or former Councilwoman Amanda Edwards (Democrat) if either of them makes the December 2025 RUNOFF for CD-18 and gets faced off against Carmen. Menefee is the weakest man in the CD-18 race, and is what you would call a "BETA MALE." If he somehow managed to win, Menefee would yield his power to Commissioner Rodney Ellis. Comparatively speaking, the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas like Carmen Maria Montiel much more than they like Amanda Edwards. How can I make this claim? Well, when Amanda Edwards ran against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, she raised over $1.6 million. She received only 14,688 votes, out of a possible 417,430 registered voters who were eligible to vote for her, after spending $1.6 million. Did you hear me? By comparison, when Carmen Maria Montiel ran against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, she only raised a little over $126,000, but Carmen received an astonishing 40,941 votes.
Carmen Maria Montiel has only raised $5,208 since she entered the CD-18 race as the "TOP GOP CANDIDATE." Can you imagine how much better she could perform if she had about $2 million at her disposal? Listen. Carmen Maria Montiel is a "RISING STAR" in the Republican Party, and she is well able to relate to "ALL RESIDENTS," living within the boundaries of the 18th Congressional District of Texas, if she's elected, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in the Special Election.
Former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson has never lost an election contest when he's been proudly endorsed by Houston Business Connections Newspapers©, publisher Aubrey R. Taylor. That said, "ALL DEMOCRATS," who care about the future of the 18th Congressional District of Texas, are strongly encouraged to vote for Jarvis Johnson on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in the "SPECIAL ELECTION" for CD-18. Doyle has also begun to pay Kay Shepard to serve as a fundraiser for the Harris County Democratic Party. It is unclear at this time if Kay Shepard has experience raising funds. IN OTHER NEWS, Democratic Political Consultant Deidre Rasheed and the woman referred to as "Dr." Candice Matthews have both begun to openly express their growing frustration with African American Democrat lawmakers. According to longtime Democratic Committeeman and Precinct Chair Ray "R.C." Charles Jones Sr., attorney Traci A. Gibson is a much better choice for Democratic Party Primary voters than Mike Doyle.
Mike Doyle took $110,000.00 out of the money that was donated to him for his "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," and sent it to his friend at the Utah Democratic Party. How does that make sense? And now the Harris County Democratic Party is taking out loans just to survive.
Judge Fredericka Phillips donated over $55,000.00 to Mike Doyle's "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," out of her campaign account. The people who are claiming that African Americans and Hispanics are doomed if the CD-09 and CD-18 Congressional District boundaries are not redrawn have no clue what they're talking about. If anything, Hispanics are likely to gain strength when the CD-09 and CD-18 districts are redrawn. And as far as African Americans go, the once predominantly African American "CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT" has been trending Hispanic for the last decade.
Listen. The notion that African Americans can only win office running as Democrats is false. Congressman Wesley Hunt is a member of the GOP "Greater Opportunity Party" and represents the 38th Congressional District of Texas, which is 50.1% White, 25.9% Hispanic, 10.1% Asian, 9.6% Black, 3.6% Two or more races, and 0.7% other. That said, redrawing the lines to the 9th Congressional District and the 18th Congressional District could also put CD-02 and CD-38 in play. If Republican lawmakers take away too many Republican voters and add them to other congressional districts, they could potentially cost themselves dearly in the 2026 Midterm Elections.
