Over 2,000 Turkeys Were Given Away This Week for the 2024 Thanksgiving Holiday Season in the Houston Area

Constance Jones (left) and State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27) played a considerable role in helping the American Caribbean Chamber of Commerce give away over 1,000 Turkeys at its 5th Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway. Carl Davis, as always, was spotted giving back at State Senator Borris Miles's 19th Annual Turkey Giveaway. State Rep. Ron E. Reynolds and State Senator Borris L. Miles are two of Texas's most vital "AFRICAN AMERICAN LEGISLATORS." Both men will be up for re-election in the 2026 Midterm Election.

Judge-elect Tracy Good will become the presiding judge for the 333rd Civil District Court on January 1, 2024. Judge-Elect Good would like to wish you and yours a "HAPPY THANKSGIVING," a Merry Christmas, and a prosperous New Year.

State Rep. Ron E. Reynolds (right) and Constance Jones helped to hand out over 1,000 Turkeys at the American Caribbean Chamber of Commerce's 5th Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway. State Rep. Reynolds stated, “Today, I was honored to co-sponsor the 5th Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway with the American Caribbean Chamber Of Commerce. We provided turkeys and food to nearly 1,000 families.”

State Rep. Borris Miles is the Democrat State Senator for Senate District 13. Many of his constituents consider him the "SON OF SUNNYSIDE." State Senator Miles will be up for re-election in the 2026 Midterm Election in Texas.

Over 2,000 Turkeys Were Given Away This Week for the 2024 Thanksgiving Holiday Season in the Houston Area

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Words can’t express how proud I am of State Senator Borris Miles (Senate District 13), and State Representative Ron Reynolds (HD-27), for stepping up to the plate and helping needy families enjoy the “2024 THANKSGIVING HOLIDAYS” in Harris County and Fort Bend.

I would also like to thank Judge-Elect Tracy D. Good for making publishing this page possible through his generous support. For those of you who don’t know, Judge-Elect Tracy D. Good is one of the “NEWLY-ELECTED DEMOCRATIC JUDGES,” who will take the bench on January 1, 2024, as the presiding judge for the 333rd Civil District Court.

After losing his bid to become a judge in the March 6, 2018, Democratic Party Primary Election for the 313th District Court, Judge-Elect Tracy D. Good did not give up on his dream. On Tuesday, March 5, 2024, he accomplished a feat many political pundits felt was impossible when he unseated Judge Brittany Morris in the race for the 333rd Civil District Court.

After defeating Judge Brittanye Morris in the Democratic Party Primary in a close race, Judge-Elect Tracy D. Good needed to defeat his Republican opponent, Bryan Staley, to win the 333rd Civil District Court bench outright, and he did just that.

One of the things I love most about Judge-elect Tracy D. Good is that he is soft-spoken but intentional about his life goals and objectives. I have no doubt that he is going to make an “OUTSTANDING JUDGE” when he takes the bench.

As a refresher, Tracy D. Good (Democrat) received 75,647 votes for 51.3% of the vote, and Judge Brittanye Morris (Democrat) received 71,937 votes for 48.7%, in her losing bid for re-election as the presiding judge, for the 333rd Civil District Court.

In case you didn’t notice, the margin of victory for Tracy D. Good over Judge Brittanye Morris was only 3,710 votes.

On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Tracy D. Good (Democrat) defeated Brian Staley with 1,449,139 votes cast, with 118,450 undervotes. This means 118,450 voters skipped over the race for the 333rd Civil District Court and did not vote for Tracy D. Good or Brian Staley, which is a major concern.

As a refresher, Tracy D. Good received 728,385 votes or 50.26% of the vote, and Brian Staley received 720,754 votes or 49.74%.

"CLOSING THOUGHTS."

Thanks to the efforts of State Senator Borris L. Miles and State Rep. Ron E. Reynolds, over 2,000 families enjoyed their "THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY" today. My prayer is that more local leaders lend a helping hand to the needy over the Christmas Holidays.
