Subpoenas for Lina and Adrian Could Possibly Yield Indictments by Grand Jury as Their Ties to Felicity Pereyra Become Clearer

The possibility of Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo and Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia getting indicted behind their botched attempt to hand over the $11,000 million COVID-19 Outreach contract to Felicity Pereyra should have Democrats very concerned about this pair emerging as their nominees in the races for County Judge and County Commissioner for Precinct #2. Especially when that canceled $11 million contract looked more like an effort to put boots on the ground in Harris County for Democratic candidates than a COVID-19 Outreach campaign. That being said, when you factor in the point that Felicity Pereyra (just a few years prior) served as Commissioner Adrian Garcia's "DEPUTY CAMPAIGN MANAGER" for his failed 2015 bid to become Mayor of Houston, you have to be wondering whether Adrian and Lina are damaged goods, and headed to jail.

Subpoenas for Lina and Adrian Could Possibly Yield Indictments by Grand Jury as Their Ties to Felicity Pereyra Become Clearer

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I’m sure by now you've heard all about Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo trying to hand out the $11 million COVID-19 Outreach contract to Felicity Pereyra, the owner of Elevate Strategies. Haven’t you? Well, I’m sure that you’re also aware that the Harris County District Attorney’s office issued subpoenas regarding that contract, that was issued and then canceled by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo during the fall of last year. "Let's go at it! Let's go at it! Bring it on, bring it on, because there is nothing here," said Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo as seen in published news reports by Fox 26 Political Reporter Greg Groogan and many others. That being said, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo is a boldface liar, and this report will prove it beyond the shadow of any doubt.

CONNECTION TO GARCIA

As you will see, on Felicity Pereyra’s “LINKED IN PAGE” she worked as Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia’s Deputy Campaign Manager when he ran for Mayor of the City of Houston back during the 2015 Mayoral Election. That said, my team and I have discovered (12) twelve payments that were made to Felicity Pereyra, by the Adrian Garcia for Mayor Campaign between July 1, 2015, and December 8, 2015.

SHOULD BE HEADED TO JAIL

I’m not sure whether or not the subpoenas issued by the Harris County District Attorney’s office will amount to anything. But I can guarantee you that there’s a lot for them to look into, in regards to that $11 million COVID-19 Outreach contract.

FELICITY WAS UNQUALIFIED

If you look at the “SCREENSHOT” below of Felicity Pereyra’s “LINKED IN PAGE” what you’re going to find is that she was not qualified to handle the $11 million COVID-19 Outreach contract from the get-go. How do I know? Well, there’s nothing on her “LINKED IN PAGE” that shows her having any type of experience dealing with anything related to health-related issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic. That said, it wasn’t long ago, that Felicity Pereyra, was a hostess at Legal Sea Foods, back in 2005.

FELICITY PEREYRA, the owner of Elevate Strategies was uniquely positioned to get awarded that $11 million COVID-19 Outreach contract, that was awarded to her by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, and then canceled when the heat got turned up. After all, according to her "LINKED IN" page she had served as the Deputy Campaign Manager of the Adrian Garcia for Mayor Campaign. But how did she go from working as a hostess at Legal Sea Foods, a few years ago, to being awarded an $11 million COVID-19 Outreach contract by County Judge Lina Hidalgo, and her cohorts a few years later?

ELEVATE STRATEGIES, the company that was awarded the $11 million COVID-19 Outreach contract by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, and her cohorts happen to be headquartered at this small apartment complex, that's located at 216 Marshall St Apt 11, Houston, Texas 77006-4553.

LINA HIDALGO, must be voted out of office on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, in the Democratic Party Primary race for County Judge, in Harris County, Texas. That said, as more and more citizens get murdered in the streets, and the FBI probes broaden, "BAD DEMOCRATS" like Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo are going to drag down the entire Democratic Party ticket when the Democratic nominees have to faceoff against their Republican counterparts on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the Midterm Election. So, all "GOOD DEMOCRATS" should consider casting their vote for Georgia Provost or Erica Davis, on Tuesday, March 1, 2022.

ADRIAN GARCIA has lost his way!!! The man we see today is not the Adrian Garcia that we've grown to love over the years. Since becoming the Commissioner for Precinct 2, Adrian Garcia hasn't done anything but play follow-the-leader, as he, Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo and their "DEADLY POLITICAL POLICIES" have earned Harris County, Texas the dubious label of being called the "DEADLIEST PLACE" in America. That being said, Democratic Party Primary voters must elect George Risner, in the race for Harris County Commissioner for Precinct #2, on Tuesday, March 1, 2022.

Back on 7/1/2015, Adrian Garcia paid Felicity Pereyra $2,976.55, as his Deputy Campaign Manager for his failed bid to become Mayor of Houston, Texas. Then a few years later, somehow Commissioner Adrian Garcia's "DEPUTY CAMPAIGN MANAGER" who runs a one-woman company called "ELEVATE STRATEGIES" is awarded an $11 million COVID-19 Outreach contract by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo. That being said, "ELEVATE STRATEGIES" didn't even win the bid. For the record, their $11 million bid was much higher than the $7 million bid submitted by The University of Texas Health Science Center, a much better-established institution.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. It is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for the people. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. We must endeavor to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this crucial moment during the history of our great nation."

We Must Make it Our Business to Put "People Over Politics" in the 2022 Midterm Election & Beyond...

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Make no mistake about it, who the people of Harris County, Texas choose to give another term to in 2022 must be about substance, job performance, judicial temperament, competence, and whether or not our members of the judiciary are following the law with their rulings. And that being said, in the upcoming 2022 Midterms, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.
