Two Black Democratic Law-Makers Are Accused of Being Law-Breakers by a Democratic Whistleblower in Harris County, Texas

Democratic Political Consultant Damien Thaddeus Jones, a former security driver for Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis has revealed that Democratic State Senator Borris L. Miles (Senate District 13), and Democratic State Rep. Harold Dutton both have had sexual relationships with their staffers. In the case of State Senator Miles, his chief of staff Camille Foster is allegedly his "SIDE-B..CH." And in the case of State Rep. Dutton, his former staffer Tamoria Jones also served double-duty as his lover when she was on his payroll. In case you're wondering, both of these revelations were revealed in a segment of the 1 hour and 30 minute audio-recording of "WHISTLEBLOWER" and highly concerned Democrat Political Consultant Damien began his quest to "EXPOSE THE CORRUPTION" in Harris County, Politics. Per District Attorney Kim Ogg, “Those who run for the responsibility of making our laws are expected to follow the law.” Now, that being said, I can't help but wonder if this statement made by our Harris County District Attorney also applies to State Senator Borris L. Miles and State Rep. Harold Dutton -- only time will tell.

I can tell you right now, that there's a bunch of folks who are running around town trying to do damage control. And I can definitely assure you that this Camille Foster 'chick' who has allegedly wiggled and maneuvered her way into the position of "CHIEF OF STAFF" for State Senator Borris L. Miles is going to deny what many in-the-loop Blacks have been whispering about for years. Now, if what "WHISTLEBLOWER" Damien Thaddeus Jones is alleging as it relates to State Sen. Borris L. Miles and his "SIDE-CHICK" I would suspect that they are going to put some paperwork in his life. However, if nothing is done by Camille Foster and Sen. Miles but issue Facebook denials -- folks in the community should be looking at both of them sideways. And heck, an easier way to tell whether "WHISTLEBLOWER" Damien Thaddeus Jones or State Sen. Miles and his "SIDE-CHICK" are telling the truth is to have them all take a "LIE DETECTOR TEST" so that his constituents can decide whether he's a law-breaker, or law-maker. Now remember, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg said,  “Those who run for the responsibility of making our laws are expected to follow the law.”

Two Powerful Black Democratic Lawmakers in Texas Are Accused of Being Law Breakers by Whistleblower

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

To some of us, the things that "WHISTLEBLOWER" Damien Thaddeus Jones revealed in the video published above aren't even a surprise. So, I would be very surprised if the two lawmakers mentioned in the audio-recordings are foolish enough to spur-up on these revelations. Why? Well, to go in and sue anyone you open up yourself to what's called "DISCOVERY" in the process. Now don't you dare get mad at me for publishing this report -- I'm just the messenger!!! And besides, this report is only being published because we have a whole bunch of folks in high-places doing a whole bunch of lying and damage control in Harris County, Texas these days! And yes, we could be witnessing some "FULL-BLOWN COVER-UPS" in real-time as well...so stay tuned!

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg says, "Aguirre ran his SUV into the back of the truck to get the technician to stop and get out, according to the document. When the technician got out of the truck, Aguirre, pointed a handgun at the technician, forced him to the ground, and put his knee on the man’s back – an image captured on the body-worn camera of a police officer."

THREE INDICTED FOR ROLES IN FRAUDULENT ELECTION SCHEMES

December 11, 2020

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg announced that a Grand Jury indicted three people Friday in two different failed schemes intended to affect the outcomes in two Texas House of Representatives’ local districts during the 2020 election cycle. The impacted districts were HD 132 and HD 142.

“Our democracy depends on keeping our elected officials safe from coercion and our elections free from illegal manipulation,” Ogg said. “Those indicted today crossed the line from dirty politics to criminal activity and they will pay the price.”

Democratic political consultant Damien Jones was indicted for Coercion of a Public Servant and False Caller Identification Information Display for an anonymous threat texted to then State Representative Gina Calanni in an attempt to coerce her into resigning her position in HD 132, instead of running for re-election. The threat was made on Dec. 2, 2019 just days before the 2020 election filing deadline. Instead of resigning, Calanni reported the threat to the Texas Rangers, who in conjunction with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office Public Corruption Division, investigated the complaint. If convicted of the two Class A misdemeanors, Jones faces up to a year in the Harris County Jail and up to a $4000 fine or both.

Just days later, a second scheme intended to impact the election in HD 142 unfolded when a person using a false name, Natasha Ruiz, filed for election against longtime State Representative Harold Dutton. She did not, however, act alone. Natasha Demming, along with Richard Anthony Bonton, also a candidate for HD 142, were indicted today for Election Fraud related crimes.

Bonton, who had previously run for HD 142, conspired with Demming to file her ballot application in HD 142 under a false name, Natasha Ruiz. Bonton’s motive appears to have been to manipulate voters into supporting a Latino candidate to dilute incumbent Harold Dutton’s voter base in a district with a growing Latino population. Dutton is African American, as is Demming and Bonton. While the scheme did not elevate Bonton’s candidacy as intended, it did impact the election, resulting in a runoff between Dutton and another candidate, Jerry Davis.

For his role, Bonton is charged with Tampering with a Governmental Record, a state jail felony punishable by up to two years, and two Class A misdemeanors, each punishable by up to a year in jail.

For her role, Demming is charged with two counts of Tampering with a Governmental Record, both state jail felonies and three Class A misdemeanors: Perjury, Election Fraud and Conspiracy to Commit Tampering with a Governmental Record, all of which are punishable by up to a year in jail.

Per District Attorney Kim Ogg, “Those who run for the responsibility of making our laws are expected to follow the law.”

The Public Corruption Division does not confirm or deny the existence of any investigation until and if a criminal charge is filed. This is done out of fairness of all parties potentially involved in any matter.

"My client, Damien Jones, is deeply dismayed by the fraudulent and laughable charges levied against him today. He never has or ever will engage in any type of election fraud. Let's be clear, he proudly speaks truth to power in a way that empowers those who are overlooked in our communities, and in politics that has put an unfair target on his back."

THE BRAINS

I’m the President/CEO of Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, the publisher of Houston Business Connections Newspaper©. In case you don’t know, I have 30-years of experience in marketing, branding, investigative reporting, public relations, opposition research, and political consulting. I’ve assisted in branding Republican and Democratic candidates in statewide elections and local municipalities throughout the State of Texas. Over the years, I’ve also assisted in branding and marketing (through my various publications) such corporations and institutions as Shell Oil, The City of Houston, Texas A&M University, Texas Southern University, Prairie View A&M University, Chevron, Waste Management, Nationwide Insurance, Momentum Jaguar/BMW, Channel 11, Channel 13, State Farm Insurance, and Allstate Insurance to name a few.

EXPERIENCED REPORTER

I would have you to know that not everyone who has been accused of a crime or enters a guilty plea in connection with a crime is guilty of the crime they're accused of committing. Neither is everyone who goes to trial to fight charges that are leveled against them and get's convicted are guilty. Look, over the years, some very bad things have happened to people of color in our criminal justice system. So to this end, please understand, that during my career, I’ve gone into the Harris County Jail and Texas prisons on numerous occasions (on secret assignments) working in conjunction with the owner of one of the largest locally owned private security, and investigations firms. The man who was funding my investigations back then (who mysteriously died) also was the godfather of one of my sons, and the backer of one of my publications. That being said, I can straight-faced assure you that I’ve seen some of the injustices that are occurring in the Texas penal system up close and personal. While on the inside, I interviewed (face-to-face) some of the hardest criminals you can imagine for my research. I also discovered first-hand that many of the people who should be locked up are walking around free, and not all of those who are locked behind bars are guilty of the crimes that they, in some cases pleaded guilty to – for whatever reason. So, let me assure you that I know a criminal when I see one. And we have a handful of local elected officials who are straight-criminals and must be stopped!!!

PEOPLE OVER POLITICS

Based on my direct observations over the years, I can attest to the fact that our current criminal justice system is more about “HAVE’S AND HAVE NOT’S” to a greater degree than most people realize.  That being said, sure, in some cases, the skin color of the person being accused of a crime plays a role in who gets indicted and eventually convicted of crimes and those who go free. However, at the end of the day, from observing the system from the inside, and out; having money, good legal representation and access to influential people are unfortunately key determining factors when it comes to who will spend the rest of their life walking around with an “X” on their back and who doesn’t. So, to this end, we must endeavor to change our criminal justice system and political landscape by “TAKING POLITICS OUT” of the way our judges are selected in the Lone Star State – that’s very important to me!
