Several Black Democrat Lawmakers Are Guilty of Calling Republicans Racist While Taking Their Money

State Rep. Shawn Thierry defected from the Democratic Party to the Republican Party after losing her Democratic Primary race during the 2024 Presidential Election cycle. State Senator Borris L. Miles (Democrat) and State Senator Royce West (Democrat) do not appear to have taken any money from the Republican "GOP MEGA DONORS" who were financing all those attack ads against the Democratic Judges back during the 2024 Presidential Election. However, State Senator Carol Alvarado and a whole bunch of other Democratic lawmakers took money directly from Dick Weekley, and other Democrats did not want to have the name Richard "Dick" Weekley show up on their campaign finance reports, so they took their money from Dick Weekley through Texans for Lawsuit Reform (TLR), while if financed the efforts of the "STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC," political attack ads against Democratic Judges running for re-election in Harris County, Texas.

Former State Rep. Shawn Thierry took $21,800.00 from the Republican "GOP MEGA DONORS," who were funding all those political attack ads against Democratic Judges during the 2024 Presidential Election. It does not appear as though Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (Democrat) or State Rep. Ron Reynolds (Democrat) took any money from the Republicans. However, we are still looking through the campaign finance report filings. State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147), State Rep. Charlene Ward Johnson (HD-139), and the Honorable State Rep. Senfronia Thompson (HD-141), are all taking money from the same Republican "GOP MEGA DONORS," who are financing all those "STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC," political attack ads, and "JUDICIAL FAIRNESS PAC," political attack ads that ran against Democratic Judges in Harris County, Texas during the 2022 Midterm Election, and 2024 Presidential Election in Harris County, Texas. This critical discovery explains why Mike Doyle and the Harris County Democratic Party didn't develop a campaign to combat the negative advertisement.

Texans for Lawsuit Reform bought the loyalty of 35 Democratic lawmakers during the 2024 Presidential Election. This could explain why "DEMOCRATIC LEADERS" did not develop a plan to combat the "STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC," political attack ads, or the "JUDICIAL FAIRNESS PAC," political attack ads that were financed by Republican "GOP" Mega Donors named Richard and David Weekley, to remove incumbent Democatic judges from benches in Harris County, Texas.

Why did Mike Doyle give the Annette Ramirez Campaign $49,000.00 out of the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) Bank Account to promote her campaign out of money that was given to him by "BLACK FEMALE JUDGES" and other Democratic candidates?

CONCERNING DONATIONS...

TROUBLING TRANSACTIONS...

Mike Doyle took $175,682.11 that was transferred from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee bank account to the Harris County (FEC) PAC. He let the money sit in the FED PAC Bank account until the election ended. After the coast was clear, Mike Doyle then made 12 twelve transfers from the FED PAC Bank Account to the FED Account as "ALLOCABLE AMOUNT" transfers and "LEVIN FUNDS" transfers.

Former CNN Anchor turned "Power Black Political Influencer" Roland Martin, the host of Roland Martin UNFILTERED, recently had State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147) and State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27) on his show, talking about how they were fighting for "BLACK AND BROWN" people. While State Rep. Reynolds seemed sincere, Jolanda was lying through her teeth. What Jolanda did not tell Roland and his followers was that she had been bought and purchased by two Republican "MEGA DONORS" and may have sold out many of her fellow Democrats back in 2022, by taking "HUSH MONEY" from Republicans. During the 2022 Midterm Election, as Democratic Judges and judicial candidates, like Judge DaSean Jones, Judge Ronnisha Bowman, Je'Rell Rogers, Gemayel Hanes, and Porscha Natasha Brown, were getting bombarded with negative attack TV Ads by the "STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC" and on the local and statewide levels by Texans for Lawsuit Reform, headed up by a powerful Republican "GOP" MEGA DONOR, named Dick Weekley.

Power Black Political Influencer Roland Martin recently had State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27), State Rep. Charlene Ward Johnson (HD-139), and State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147) on his "ROLAND MARTIN UNFILTERED" show. During this broadcast, Roland implored these three Democrat lawmakers to "HOLD THE LINE," and not come back to Texas. However, what Roland Martin may not have known is that many of the Texas Democratic lawmakers who fled Texas are owned and controlled by two Republican "GOP MEGA DONORS" named Richard and Dick Weekley.

"TX SUPREME COURT."

What the Democrat lawmakers are afraid of now is the fact that the Texas Supreme Court has set an expedited schedule in the case that was filed by Texas  Attorney General Ken Paxton, requesting that the court remove State Rep. Ron Reynolds and 12 of his colleagues from the House District seats.

"EXPEDITED SCHEDULE."

The expedited briefing schedule scheduled to be held before the Texas Supreme Court will allow the briefs to be filed up to midnight on the scheduled due date. The deadline for Attorney General Ken Paxton’s brief to be filed is Wednesday, August 20, 2025, in case he filed for the removal of State Rep. Ron Reynolds and his 12 colleagues from their House District seats. State Rep. Ron Reynolds and his 12 colleagues must file their responses by Friday, August 29, 2025. And Paxton's reply briefs must be in by Thursday, September 4, 2025, which is why Democrats are planning to come back to Texas.

The woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews, who serves at the National Minister of Politics for Quanell X's New Black Panther Nation, may not even know that some of the "DEMOCRATIC LAWMAKERS" who fled Texas, includeing State Rep. Jolanda Jones, are owned by Republican "GOP MEGA DONORS," like Dick and David Weekley.

"DEADLINE APPROACHING."

"WED., AUGUST 20, 2025."

And Paxton's reply briefs must be in by Thursday, September 4, 2025, which is why Democrats are planning to come back to Texas.

State Rep. Ron Reynolds claims that he will not let Attorney General Ken Paxton's threats stop him from fighting for his constituents. Well, on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, the world will be watching to see if State Rep. Ron Reynolds dares to "STAND STRONG" against Attorney General Ken Paxton's threat to have him and 12 of his Democratic Colleagues removed from office.

Back during the 2022 Midterms, State Rep. Jolanda Jones (Democrat), State Senator John Whitmire (Democrat), and State Rep. Carol Alvarado (Democrat) took money directly from Republican "GOP MEGA DONORS" while their fellow Democrats who were running countwide for judicial positions were getting bombarded day and night with "POLITICAL ATTACK ADS" on local TV and radio stations, in Harris County, Texas.

State Senator John Whitmire (center) is flanked by Congressman Al Green (left) and State Rep. Sylvester Turner (right), who also took money from the Republican "GOP MEGA DONOR," who gave State Rep. Jolanda Jones what could be a $10,000.00 "HUSH MONEY" payment back on Monday, November 7, 2022, which was the day before Election Day.

State Senator Carol Alvarado (center) is flanked by State Senator Borris L. Miles (left) and State Senator Royce West (right), who also took money from the Republican "GOP MEGA DONOR," who gave State Rep. Jolanda Jones what could be a $10,000.00 "HUSH MONEY" payment back on Monday, November 7, 2022, which was the day before Election Day.

State Rep. Jolanda Jones (center) may have taken a $10,000.00 check, in the form of a "HUSH MONEY" payment from Republican "GOP MEGA DONORS." At the same time, Jolanda received her $10,000.00 payment; meanwhile, her fellow Democrat, Judge DaSean Jones (right), faced viciously targeted negative TV advertisements day and night. Judge Erica Hughes (left) was not on the ballot during the 2022 Midterm Election.

The Texas Rangers should take a very close look at the races for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court, the races for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 2, 3, and 14, that took place on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the Midterm Election. You can "CLICK HERE" for race results. Also, please understand that it's nearly impossible for the differential in the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court to be (267) votes, and the differential in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, to be (2,676) votes, which is precisely the same, except the (6) six added to the end.

With 1,066,738 votes cast in the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court, the margin of victory for Kristin M. Guiney (Republican) over Gemayel L. Haynes (Democrat) was only 2,676 votes.

With 1,059,031 votes cast in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, the margin of victory for Leslie Johnson (Republican), over Porscha Natasha Brown (Democrat), was only 267 votes.

Republican leaders like Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick are very familiar with the "BALLOT HARVESTING RINGS" that have dominated Harris County politics for decades. Attorney General Ken Paxton and Governor Greg Abbott have also been briefed and given the names of every known "BALLOT HARVESTER" in Harris County, Texas.

Mathematical Improbabilities Uncovered in Two Judicial Races Could Give the Texas Rangers a Good Starting Point

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

You don’t have to be a mathematician to figure out that something is wrong with the “UNOFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT” that was released by the County Elections Administrator Clifford Tatum on Friday, November 18, 2022, at 7:20 P.M., in Harris County, Texas.

What’s wrong? Well, for starters, anyone with half a brain should be able to understand that the likelihood of two down-ballot judicial races with over 1 million votes cast ending up with “THE SAME EXACT MARGIN OF VICTORY NUMBERS” minus the number 6 on the end is very suspicious.

I’m not kidding!!! The race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, between Leslie Johnson (Republican) and Porscha Natasha Brown (Democrat), ended up with only a 267 two-hundred sixty-seven vote differential.

How could the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, end up with a (267) two hundred and sixty-seven vote differential, and the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court between Kristin M. Guiney and Gemayel L. Haynes end up with a (2,676) two thousand six hundred seventy-six vote differential?

If you look closely at the differentials as mentioned above, the only difference between (267) and (2,676) is the number (6) tacked on to the end of two thousand six hundred and seventy-six.

If you “CLICK HERE” and look at the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election ballot for Harris County, Texas, what you’re going to quickly discover is that there were (39) thirty-nine local judicial races that fell between the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court, and the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3.

When you look at the fact that there were (39) thirty-nine down-ballot judicial races between the two aforementioned races on the ballot, the likelihood of the (267) and (2,676) occurring naturally is doubtful – next to impossible!

-----------------------------------------------

"If this mathematical improbability had occurred in two down-ballot races that followed right behind one another on the ballot, I could somewhat understand how something like this could happen."

-----------------------------------------------

But there were (39) thirty-nine down-ballot judicial races sitting between the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court, and the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, as voters made their down-ballot selections. So, how could this mathematical improbability happen?

What’s mathematical improbability?

According to Wikipedia, “Probability is the branch of mathematics concerning numerical descriptions of how likely an event is to occur, or how likely it is that a proposition is true. The probability of an event is a number between 0 and 1, where, roughly speaking, 0 indicates the impossibility of the event and 1 indicates certainty. The higher the probability of an event, the more likely it is that the event will occur. A simple example is the tossing of a fair (unbiased) coin. Since the coin is fair, the two outcomes ("heads" and "tails") are both equally probable; the probability of "heads" equals the probability of "tails"; and since no other outcomes are possible, the probability of either "heads" or "tails" is 1/2 (which could also be written as 0.5 or 50%).”

So, how likely is it that two down-ballot “BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” by the name of Gemayel L. Haynes and Porscha Natasha Brown lose their races by “THE SAME IDENTICAL NUMBER” when the number (6) six on the end is removed?

Again, it’s highly improbable (unlikely) that the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, would be won by (267) two hundred and sixty-seven votes, and the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court was won by (2,676) two thousand six hundred and seventy-six votes.

And what’s also very concerning to me, is the fact that all four of the down-ballot “BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” lost to Republican candidates who did not even run campaigns against them. And on top of that, Judge Ronnisha Bowman, who was serving as the presiding judge for County Criminal Court at Law No. 2, was the only incumbent to lose her bench.

- IRREGULARITIES -

So, just for the record, you can “CLICK HERE” to view “THE CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” that was filed by Jessica N. Padilla on 10/10/2022, in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 14, which Jessica N. Padilla only received $200 in political contributions, but she immediately reimbursed herself a partial payment $200 on 9/30/2022, for some signs that she had purchased for her campaign.

Jessica Padilla received a $100 donation from Linda Garcia on 9/29/2022 and a $100 donation from Claud Edward Rountree on 7/11/2022, according to her “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” that was filed on 10/10/2022, under penalty of perjury. While nothing is wrong with receiving donations, the quickness of the reimbursement is worth mentioning.

The expenditure for the signs purchased by Jessica N. Padilla was for $523, which she paid by credit card on September 4, 2022, according to her “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” that was filed on 10/10/2022, under penalty of perjury.

Jessica N. Padilla filed her most recent “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” on 10/28/2022, which showed that she had given her campaign a $75 non-monetary in-kind contribution, and had received a $50 donation from a retired woman by the name of Patricia Phillips, and according to her most recently filed “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” only has $50 in political contributions inside of her campaign bank account.

Any legitimate investigation into the “VOTER SUPPRESSION” and “VOTER IRREGULARITIES” that unfolded in Harris County, Texas, must begin with the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court, and the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, in my unbiased opinion.

Well, where there’s smoke, there’s fire!!!

Let me make myself perfectly clear!!! It’s not human error or a clerical mistake that Gemayel L. Haynes (Democrat), who happens to be a Black male, lost to Kristin M. Guiney (Republican) by a mere (2,676) votes, and then, (39) thirty-nine races down-ballot, another "BLACK DEMOCRAT JUDICIAL CANDIDATE" by the name of Porscha Natasha Brown (Democrat), lost by (267) votes, to her Republican opponent.

According to Gary Wade, a career criminal and possible "CRACK HEAD," he is an enforcer for former First Assistant District Attorney Vivian King, who worked inside Kim Ogg's Administration. If you remember, Vivian King worked against "DEMOCRATIC JUDGES" by using her influence from inside the DA's Office to help defeat "DEMOCRATIC JUDGES," out of jealousy, envy, and spite.

Vivian King was a low-down, dirty, slimy, sleazy prosecutor rightfully rejected by Harris County, Texas voters last year in the 486th Criminal District Court race. Take a moment to review the article that was written about this lying, conniving witch by "HOUSTON WATCH" in October 2022. You will realize that Vivian King should never be elected as a judge in Harris County, Texas, or anywhere else in America.

- OFFICIAL RESULTS -

Attorney Vivian King (Democrat) is a lying, conniving, manipulative, corrupt witch and a poor excuse for a human being. Vivian King is a snake and should not have been allowed to slither, squirm, wriggle, crawl, and manipulate her way into nearly becoming the judge of the 486th Criminal District Court. Vivian King is considered the "H-TOWN DRUNK" who hates men. She's also, on multiple occasions, allegedly tried to paint Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg (her boss) as a racist behind her back. Both of the "BLACK DEMOCRAT MEN" who were on the ballot on "SUPER TUESDAY" running against this low-down, dirty, dirty woman were more worthy and trustworthy than her. Either Gemayle Haynes or Roderick Rodgers should have been the Democratic nominee in the race for the 486th Criminal District Court, in my opinion. Based on the "OFFICIAL CANVASS REPORT" certified by Harris County Commissioners on Friday, November 15, 2024, Judge Aaron Burdette received 730,432 votes for 50.42% of the vote, and his challenger, Vivian King (Democrat), received 718,252 votes for 49.58%. That said, Judge Aaron Burdette defeated Vivian King by 12,180 votes. By the way, Vivian King should never be allowed to win a Democratic Party Primary again.

- NOT CREDIBLE -

Vivian King is a low-down, dirty scoundrel whom the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, which is the highest court in Texas for criminal law matters, called "NOT CREDIBLE." The high court found that Vivian King provided ineffective assistance to her client and that the quality of her work was "deficient" in a case where her client received a life sentence. (CLICK HERE) Take a moment to learn more about this "SKANK" who did not file the petition needed for her client, causing her client to get a life sentence in a Texas prison.

During the 2022 Midterm Election, when the "STOP HOUSTON MURDERS" political attack ad campaign was conceptualized and used to defeat several "BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL CANDIDATES," named Ronnisha, Je'rell, Gemayel, and Porsha, the general public needs to be made aware that Vivian King used her government job and email to provide guidance and assistance to Crime Stoppers in a matter concerning the release of financial documents related to donations to the nonprofit. Published reports in the New York Times, the Houston Chronicle, and  Houston Watch alluded that Vivian King has colluded on partisan political issues and targeted specific elected judges while working as the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, since she was elected.

Attorney General Ken Paxton successfully defends Texas’s Voter ID Requirement for Mail-in-Ballots and Vote-by-Mail Applications. “Voter ID is one of the most crucial tools in the battle against election fraud, and I’m pleased to see the court affirm our fundamental right to defend the integrity of our democratic process,” said Attorney General Paxton. “When voting by mail and applying to vote using that method, it’s vital that there is a requirement in place that allows us to verify the identity of the voter. We are going to enforce that requirement aggressively and continue to ensure that our state’s elections are secure," stated Attorney General Ken Paxton.
