Cindy Siegel Had A Secret Bipartisan Agreement with Her Democratic Buddies on the Harris County Election Commission

Cindy Siegel, chairman of the Harris County Republican Party (bottom left), Democrat Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo (center), Democrat Harris County Tax-Assessor Collector Ann Harris Bennett (top left), Harris County Democratic Party Chairman Odus Evbagharu (top right), and Democrat Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth had a working agreement in place for the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election, before Siegel got called out by my investigative team. Cindy Siegel didn't change her tune on Clifford Tatum until her actions were questioned and she was rebuked by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications in the first of two meetings at the Harris County Republican headquarters between Siegel, Casey Voeks, and other Republican Party leaders on the selection of Clifford Tatum as the new Harris County Elections Administrator. You can "CLICK HERE" to read a report about Clifford Tatum that should have been a "RED FLAG" for Harris County Officials.

According to Charles "Chuck" Marler, a former FBI Investigative Specialist, Clifford Tatum had been criticized by both Democrats and Democrats, prior to Tatum being selected by the Harris County Election Commission as the lone finalist to run the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election, in Harris County, Texas. "Clifford Tatum was mentioned in a report from 'Black Box Voting Ballot Tampering in the 21st Century' for claiming that no records existed regarding a change in software used by Georgia voting systems in a 2003 FIOA request that was issued the state."

"PROBLEMS IN GEORGIA."

"Black Box Voting Ballot Tampering in the 21st Century," claimed that Clifford Tatum's assertion that no records existed regarding a change in software used in Georgia's voting systems was incorrect and Officials in Georgia later admitted that modifications had indeed been made to Georgia Voting machines. "I guess Lina Hidalgo was a little understaffed to find these problems related to hiring Clifford Tatum to oversee our elections," stated Marler. "It only took me 15 minutes.:

Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party failed Alexandra del Moral Mealer, and all of the judicial candidates who appeared on the ballot in Harris County, Texas. Mary Shey and Kathleen Haynes worked their tails off for Alexandra del Moral Mealer during early voting at the West Gray Multi-Service Center. However, little did they know that Cindy Siegel and her Democratic buddies who make up the Harris County Election Commission had formed a working bipartisan alliance.

Nile Copeland worked his butt off at the West Gray Multi-Service Center during the early voting period. Copeland was on the ballot running for Judge, 55th Civil District Court, in Harris County, Texas. Now, little did Nile Copeland, and other "GOP JUDICIAL CANDIDATES" know, Cindy Siegel and her Democratic buddies who make up the Harris County Election Commission had a bipartisan working agreement that was in place.

Cindy Siegel Had A Secret Bipartisan Agreement with Her Democratic Buddies on the Harris County Election Commission

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Remember what Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo said back on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, when Clifford Tatum was announced as the new Harris County Elections Administrator?  If not, here's what County Judge Lina Hidalgo said, "BREAKING: The bipartisan Election Commission unanimously named Clifford Tatum Harris County’s next Elections Administrator after a thorough process. He’s successfully led & advised elections departments over 16 yrs. Welcome Clifford and thank you to all members of the Commission.— Lina Hidalgo (@LinaHidalgoTX) July 6, 2022."

You don't have to trust me, but I implore you to be smart. Cindy Siegel and her Democratic allies who make up the Harris County Election Commission had a working bipartisan agreement in place for the Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic Party Primary, Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Republican Party Primary, Tuesday, May 24, 2022, Democratic Party Primary Runoff, Tuesday, May 24, 2022, Republican Party Primary Runoff, and the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election, in Harris County, Texas.

When you get right down to it, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo word's spoke volumes when she said, “We are thrilled to have Clifford Tatum serve as our top elections official. His resume speaks for itself and we have received glowing reviews of his work.” Remember when she went on to thank Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, and the rest of her Harris County Election Commission buddies?

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo said, “I’d like to thank all the members of the Election Commission for their collaborative, bipartisan work in this thorough selection process over the past few months. The quality and integrity of our election process in Harris County is in great hands.”

Did you notice that Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo said that the selection process that led them to select Clifford Tatum as the new Harris County Elections Administrator was a collaborative bipartisan effort that was thorough and took place over several months? The operative word in Hidalgo's statement is "BIPARTISAN," this word means that Cindy Siegel was involved.

Remember how Odus Evbagharu further exposed Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party when he stated, “Following a nationwide search, the election commission is thrilled to select Clifford D. Tatum as the county’s new elections administrator. The commission worked well together to reach our decision, and Mr. Tatum was unanimously selected in a 5-0 vote."

So, what we have in the statements above, is two Democrats (County Judge Lina Hidalgo and County Chairman Odus Evbagharu), informing the general public that Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party Chairman, after a thorough review that spanned several months, was in full agreement with her Democratic allies on the selection of Clifford Tatum as the new Harris County Elections Administrator.

---------------------------------------

“We have gone from totally inept Isabel Longoria as our Harris County Elections Administrator, to a more polished election deceiver, by the name of Clifford Tatum,” said former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles “Chuck” Marler.

---------------------------------------

Former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles Marler questioned whether anyone had actually even vetted Clifford Tatum, before hiring him. "Has anyone vetted this guy? It only took me about 15 minutes to determine that this guy isn't a good pick to run an election in the third-largest county in America," says Marler.

And on top of the information provided to Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, by Charles "Chuck" Marler, all anyone had to do was, "GOOGLE THE NAME" of Clifford Tatum and they would have seen that we were headed toward a train wreck on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County with Tatum running the show.

---------------------------------------

"It was a disaster and completely unreal," said Rachelle Nigro, speaking of an election that was presided over by Clifford Tatum in Washington D.C., several years ago.

---------------------------------------

At the time the aforementioned story was written Clifford Tatum, and his Washington D.C. debacle, Rachelle Nigro was serving as an advisory neighborhood commissioner of Election Day at Kennedy Recreation Center in Washington D.C., according to the Washington Examiner report. "One of my constituents compared it to voting in a Third World country," she stated in the report. Does that sound familiar? Isn't that what just played out in Harris County, Texas on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, with the chaos that unfolded on Election Day?

---------------------------------------

The report that appeared in the Washington Examiner, about Clifford Tatum also stated, "Other advocates told lawmakers that some precincts weren't accessible for the disabled, while poorly trained employees ran sites elsewhere in the District."

---------------------------------------

Rachelle Nigro, according to the report also stated that "in some cases, voters were provided with ballots that were not correct for their addresses, potentially allowing them to vote in races in other districts." Does that sound familiar? What do you think is about to happen in Harris County, Texas in November? Huh? What do you think is about to happen with this Clifford Tatum character running our election? "Constituents continually came to me saying they were handed the wrong ballot," Rachelle Nigro also stated in the Washington Examiner report.

"It was the worst day ever for the Board of Elections," declared Rachelle Nigro, referring to the election that was run by Clifford Tatum, who was serving as the Washing D.C. Elections Chief.

According to the document below, which was provided to Aubrey R. Taylor Communications by former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler, there was a $108,209 Tax Lein filed against Clifford Tatum, prior to Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party and her Democratic allies selecting him as the lone finalist to run the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election in the third largest county in American. You can "CLICK HERE" for more information.

Clifford Tatum appears to now be the perfect scapegoat, as he's totally screwed up the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas. How did Cindy Siegel, Odus Evbagharu, Lina Hidalgo, Ann Harris Bennett, and Teneshia Hudspeth all miss the fact that Clifford Tatum had all sorts of problems before they selected him to run Harris County's election?

Clifford Tatum is the Perfect Scapegoat After Being Hired to Serve As Elections Administrator Without Being Vetted

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

The five-member "HARRIS COUNTY ELECTION COMMISSION" went out and found themselves the perfect scapegoat to pull off "THE ELECTION HEIST" we saw unfold in Harris County, Texas back on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas. You can "CLICK HERE" to learn more about Clifford Tatum, the Harris County Elections Administrator, and get a better understanding of why County Judge Lina Hidalgo (Democrat), HCRP Chairman Cindy Siegel (Republican), HCDP Chairman Odus Evbagharu (Democrat), County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth, and County Tax Assessor-Collector Ann Harris Bennett chose Clifford Tatum as the new Harris County Elections Administrator to oversee the Midterm Election.

Cindy Siegel is the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party. Several sources have already confirmed Cindy Siegel's "SECRET BIPARTISAN AGREEMENT" in place with her Democratic buddies who serve with her on the Harris County Election Commission. Her buddy Odus Evbagharu, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party has tendered his resignation effective February 28, 2023; but Cindy Siegel is more than likely going to wait until she's fully exposed before she goes ahead and step tells the truth.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, a Democrat, with the cooperation of Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, was able to infiltrate the Harris County "GOP" by using her surrogates (Don and Rachel Hooper) and several other operatives. Don Hooper serves as the Precinct Chair for "PRECINCT #16," and his wife Rachel Hooper, who serves as legal counsel for the Republican Party of Texas is the leading force behind the lawsuits that are now playing out in a local Harris County, Texas courtroom.

Rachel Hooper currently serves as legal counsel for the Republican Party of Texas. However, she is also one of Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg's best friends. Aside from being Kim Ogg's best friend, Rachel Hooper is also one of Kim Ogg's surrogates who is actively working to position herself to succeed Kim Ogg as the next Harris County District Attorney in the upcoming 2024 Presidential Election, according to several different sources.

Don Hooper claims to be a Republican, however, he and his wife are both surrogates who are secretly working for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, according to sources. Don Hooper is also best friends with former councilman and city of Houston Police Chief C.O. Bradford, who was hired by Ogg back in April of 2019 to serve as her special prosecutor, and law enforcement liaison.

Jeff McGeorge is a real Republican Precinct Chair who loves his party. In case you don't know, Jeff McGeorge is the Republican precinct chair for "PRECINCT #548" in Harris County, Texas. Back on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, I received the text message you see below from Jeff McGeorge that I'm sharing in this report with his permission. "Hooper is the precinct chair that contacted me and railed on me for nearly and hour telling me I better stop trying to get Carmen elected and I better stop it now. He claimed if she was to get elected it would f-up the entire agreement between the two parties." Jeff McGeorge went on to say, His wife Rachel is the RPT General Counsel. They are both deep into politics."

SCENE #1: After Genevieve Carter, the communications director for the Harris County Republican Party whispers something to Maureen, she comes out and throws Carmen Maria Montiel out of the Harris County Republican Party Headquarters. Shortly after she's thrown out of the GOP lobby, Carmen is escorted off the premises by the police, and (according to Carmen) she was told by Casey Voeks, the executive director to not return to the premises.
