Kyle Johnston, A Democratic Political Consultant for Judge Ravi K. Sandill Tries to Bully Aubrey R. Taylor -- Then Delete's Facebook Post

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: “It's vitally important that all judges understand their "JUDICIAL CANONS" and abide by them. Now, do you see that guy with the beard on the far left? Well, that’s Judge Ravi K. Sandill, the presiding judge for the 127th District Court in Harris County, Texas. Judge Sandill is running for the 14th Court of Appeals – Place 9 in the upcoming 2022 Democratic Party Primary. His key Democratic opponent is Attorney Tamika Craft. And for the record, I like Judge Ravi K. Sandill, and I’ve endorsed his campaign in the past. Now, do you see that guy right next to him? Now, that cat’s name is Kyle Johnston, and he launched an attack on my business yesterday, Tuesday, October 5, 2021 on Facebook, related to a post I shared about Judge Ravi K. Sandill. Now, for those of you who don’t already know, Judge Audrie Lawton, the woman you see pictured on the banner between Carroll G. Robinson, and Rosalind Murphy Ceasar served as the Political Consultant for Judge Ravi K. Sandill, prior to her being appointed to serve as the presiding judge for County Civil Court #1, following Judge George Barnstone’s abrupt resignation.”

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "In the photo above, Kyle Johnston, the white Democratic Political Consultant who tried to bully me on Facebook is pictured with City of Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner. Now, a lot of times when you see white political consultants try to bully or intimidate someone in the Black community it's because they've been given the green light to do so by other Blacks."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Do see that dude pointing to the banner for Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans? Well, he's the chairman for the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, and they're bad news. Now, I don't know much about Rosalind Murphy Ceasar, the woman in the photo with him.?"

Ever Wonder How Some Candidates from Other Ethnic Groups Get Endorsed Over Black Candidates By Black Organizations?

For the record – I liked Audrie Lawton, prior to her becoming a judge. That being said, I believe that she’s going to make a very good judge if she studies the “JUDICIAL CANNONS” and adhere to them. Now, with that out of the way – it wasn’t a coincidence that Audrie Lawton was chosen as the replacement for Judge George Barnstone – she’s worked her way up through the ranks. And serving as a political consultant for Judge Ravi K. Sandill – didn’t hurt her chances one bit. Why? Well, being the political consultant for a guy who has more money in his campaign bank account than any other District judge in the state of Texas – is a huge plus. And when a judge donates thousands up thousands of his dollars to the state and local Democratic Parties – you’re cooking with grease. Anyways, you don’t have to take my word for it, I’ve listed some of payments that Judge Ravi K. Sandill paid to Audrie Lawton for the outreach services she provided to him as a consultant. So, in the upcoming 2022 Democratic Party Primary, when you see many of the supposed “BLACK POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEES” endorsing Judge Ravi K. Sandill, over Attorney Tamika Craft in the race for 14th Court of Appeals – Place 9, please do you research and follow the money trail.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Have you ever heard the term, “it’s not what you know, but who you know?” Well, a truer statement has never been spoken when it comes to Judge Audrie Lawton Evans. Now, don’t get me wrong, Judge Lawton Evans is very smart. But it wasn’t a coincidence that she ended up announcing her candidacy for the County Civil Court at Law #1 bench, and the Judge George Barnstone is basically forced to resign because of six complaints that were filed against him. Look, the rumors that Judge George Barnstone wasn’t following the law with his ruling had been floating around for years. Did you hear me? Now, I’m that it wasn’t time for Judge Barnstone to go. What I’m saying is that, the allegations that he was showing bias or prejudice toward litigants and attorneys on the bases of race, sex or socioeconomic status, weren’t anything new. So what happened? Well, I’m not going to get into that, too much right now. However, I am going to show you how the political game works."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "If you ask me, I think Judge George Barnstone did himself a huge favor by going ahead and relinquishing his bench. Why? Well, like I said before, he would have needed a whole lot of support to hold his seat anyways. And he wasn't going to get it. Audrie Lawton Evans was going to beat him by at least a 20% voter margin in the upcoming 2022 Democratic Party Primary."

Former Judge George Barnstone Stepped Down Following Several Allegations of Judicial Misconduct

HBC NEWSPAPER REPORTS©

For the most part, the story about Judge George Barnstone stepping down was kept pretty quiet. But let the record reflect, that more than likely if Judge Barnstone had not stepped down on his own, he would have possibly been removed from the bench anyways. According to the State Commission on Judicial Conduct, Judge Barnstone was allegedly showing bias or prejudice toward litigants and attorneys on the basis of their race, sex, or socioeconomic status. And just for the record, there were 6 different complaints filed against Judge Barnstone, that encompassed at least seven allegations describing Judge George Barnstone’s misconduct. Among the complaints filed against Judge Barnstone, were claims that he used his judicial office as a way to advance his private interest. It was also alleged that Judge George Barnstone was violating the Texas Government Code, by making questionable judicial appointments that may have been conflicts of interests. However, according to published reports about this matter, his attorney, Cris Feldman said, “Rather than engage in the elongated and invasive process of fighting these targeted allegations from his various detractors, Judge Barnstone took the high road and put the public interest and the judiciary first, by voluntarily resigning.”
