"In case you don't know, "DOWNTOWN" Oliver Brown has won cases in the Texas Supreme Court, Appellate Courts, Federal District Courts, State District Courts, Family Courts, County Courts, and Justice of the Peace Courts. He's the lawyer I turned to when I needed someone to defend me, and protect my "FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS" in regards to me freely expressing myself without fear or favor, and reporting the facts as I see them." - AUBREY

Judge Audrie Lawton Evans (Democrat) looks really cute holding that gavel. However, the lawsuit that was filed by Attorney Jared Woodfill last week could eventually wipe that smile off her face if she doesn't get herself a good lawyer. You can "CLICK HERE" to see the lawsuit for yourself.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Over the weekend I had a chance to sit down and go over nearly all of the lawsuits filed by “GOP CANDIDATES” who various attorneys are representing. That being said, I would have you know that I'm afraid I have to disagree with the notion that the candidates filing lawsuits to challenge the election results are ‘election deniers’ or conspiracy theorists as some folks are trying to make them out to be right now. In my opinion, these "BOLD AMERICANS" are "HEROES" and "SHEROES" and should have their cases heard without being ostracized, vilified, intimidated, or bullied by local Harris County officials.

In my opinion, the numbers for certain races just don’t add up, as clearly stated inside the lawsuit that was filed by attorney Jared Woodfill, on behalf of his client (former judge) James Lombardino, who is suing Judge Audrie Lawton Evans, Clifford Tatum, in his official capacity as Harris County Elections Administrator, and Harris County, Texas, in the lawsuit that he filed on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at 9:39 p.m., under #2023-00955, in the 295th Civil District Court.

“The eyes of the country are on Harris County,” says Attorney Jared Woodfill. “This is not about Republicans or Democrats. This is about our sacred right to vote, a right that many voters were deprived of on Election Day, November 8, 2022,” stated Woodfill.

He went on to state, “The fiasco that occurred in Harris County on November 8, 2022, was “Chaos” as Harris County’s Election Administrator admitted on live TV during a press conference held shortly after Election Day.”

I totally agree with attorney Jared Woodfill’s assertion about the case he’s bringing on behalf of former judge James Lombardino, isn't about Republicans or Democrats.

“Rampant and clear violations of federal and state law have become pervasive at the Harris County Administrator’s Office under Clifford Tatum (“Tatum”),” according to Woodfill.

According to Woodfill, “This case is about restoring trust in the election process – a trust that Harris County election officials and Tatum have shattered.” He goes on to proclaim, “The judicial system is now the only vehicle by which that trust can be restored.

Now, I’m not sure what’s going to happen with all these lawsuits, but I can assure you that the public’s trust in our elections is eroding, (being gradually destroyed), every time an election is conducted and the true outcome can’t be ascertained.

Any person who takes the time to read the lawsuit that was filed by attorney Jared Woodfill, with an open mind, should be able to clearly see, that it’s highly likely that, Illegal Votes Were Cast; Legal Votes Were Not Counted; Votes Were Suppressed; Voting Polls Were Inadequately Staffed; Voters Living in Traditional Republican Voting Precincts Had their Votes Suppressed; The Elections Administrator Failed to Follow the Law Where the Chain of Custody Procedures are Concerned, and egregious errors were made on the “OFFICIAL CANVASS REPORT” and “OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT” and “RECONCILIATION REPORT” prior to having the results certified.

When you couple the fact that, 6,100 Registered Voters Vanished within a 24-hour time frame, with the fact that 9,307 Mail-Ballots still have not been accounted for by the Harris County Elections Administrator, what you have is a severe problem. And when you add in the fact that there are missing provisional ballots, the situation gets worse.

Can a judge figure all this out? Listen, I’m not a lawyer, nor do I pretend to be one. However, I do know how to read, and l totally agree with the assertion that was made by attorney Elizabeth D. Alvarez, in her lawsuit states, “The purpose of the [Election] Code is to prohibit error, fraud, mistake, and corruption.”

She also made a very good point when she pointed out the fact that, One of the primary purposes of the Texas Election Code is to combat fraud, error, and mistake, and to protect the public from errors that might make them doubt the integrity of the results of an election, or otherwise cause the public to lose faith in the quality and health of the democratic process.”

So, all of the lawsuits you see below will be decided by a “SPECIAL JUDGE” who will have to look at these “LAWSUITS” and tackle the difficult task of determining the true outcome of the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election, in Harris County, Texas. Now, according to what I read in each of the lawsuits filed by attorney Elizabeth D. Alvarez, “If the Court cannot because of fraud or mistake, or because an election official engaged in activity that prevented eligible voters from voting, be certain that the outcome as posted in the final canvas represents the true outcome, and cannot ascertain the true outcome of the election, it must declare the election void, and order a new one.”
