Presiding Judge, Texas Court of Criminal Appeals -- The TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 6TH, 2012 race for Presiding Judge for the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals features Republican incumbent Judge Sharon Keller and Democrat Keith Hampton. The race for Presiding Judge for the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals is a statewide race and will be decided by voters from across Texas. OTHER CANDIDATES IN THIS RACE: Lance Stott will be representing the Libertarian Party on the ballot.

Texas Court of Criminal Appeals for Place 7 -- The TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 6TH, 2012 race for Judge of the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals for Place 7 in Texas features Republican incumbent Judge Barbara Parker Hervey who does not have a Democratic challenger on the November ballot. However, she is being challenged by Mark W. Bennett who will be representing the Libertarian Party on the ballot. This is a statewide race and will be decided by voters from across Texas.

However, she is being challenged by William Bryan Strange, III who will be representing the Libertarian Party on the ballot. This is a statewide race and will be decided by voters from across Texas.
