Kim Ogg Can't Indict the Harvesters Because People Like Deborah Adams Helped Ogg Become the District Attorney

Do you see the woman that's pictured above with Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and State Rep. Harold Dutton, the House District 142 representative in the Texas legislature? Do you know her? Have you seen her before? Well, if not, her name is Deborah Adams, and she looks like a harmless little old lady; but she's mean when it comes to playing the "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING" game in Harris County, Texas. Who is she? Well, she serves as the Democratic Precinct Chair for Precinct #259. And she also serves as the Election Judge for Precinct #259. But more importantly, according to my sources, she's one of the most notorious "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTERS" in the Harris County area.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg relied upon known "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT HARVESTERS" like Deborah Adams to help her become the Harris County District Attorney. The scary thing about Deborah Adams is that she's not only the Democratic Precinct Chair for Precinct #259, but she's also the Elections Judge for Precinct #259, in Harris County, Texas.

Kim Ogg Can't Indict the Mail Ballot Harvesters Because People Like Deborah Adams Helped Ogg Become the District Attorney

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg employed "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTERS" to assist her with her initial campaign to become District Attorney as well as her re-election in the 2020 Presidential Election to remain the Harris County District Attorney.

EVERYBODY KNOWS...

The scary thing about the upcoming 2022 Midterm Election is that everybody knows that "ILLEGAL BALLOT HARVESTING" is about to happen on a massive scale, but nobody is stepping up to address this pressing issue. Listen!!! Dead people can't request an absentee mail ballot application, like what's been occurring in Harris County, Texas. Everybody already knows that when you find "DEAD PEOPLE REQUESTING ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS" that's an issue that needs to be investigated. So, why isn't Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg not investigating the fact that "DEAD PEOPLE" are requesting absentee mail ballots? Well, District Attorney Kim Ogg isn't investigating "ELECTION FRAUD" because, if she launches an investigation into her "PARTNERS IN CRIME" they are going to snitch on her.

Gerald Womack, the campaign manager for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee has hired known "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTERS" to go out and chase ballots for several decades in the 18th Congressional District of Texas. Now, for the record, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg used some of the same people to become the Harris County's District Attorney. That being said, it shouldn't be that difficult for you to understand why Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg has to turn a blind eye to "THE ELECTION FRAUD" that's being perpetrated by her allies, cohorts, and her very own campaign workers.

EXHIBIT #1 -- (VIEW LARGER)

The image you see above is an example of three "ABSENTEE BALLOTS" with votes cast for only (2) two candidates of the more than (150) one hundred fifty candidates who appeared on the ballot in Harris County, Texas. Now, if you pay close attention you will see that these ballots only have the names of State Representative Harold Dutton, Jr. (HD-142), and U.S. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee selected out of more than (150) candidates who appeared on the ballot.

EXHIBIT #2 -- (VIEW LARGER)

You have to remember that Harris County, Texas has the longest ballot in the country. There were over 90 races on the 2018 Democratic Party Primary ballot covering about 150 candidates. Now, as you view the image of the "ABSENTEE BALLOTS" above you have to keep in mind that it's possible for some candidates who appear on the ballot to be "CHEATED FOR WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE" in Harris County, Texas, and other counties. The ballots you see above are all from Precinct #259 – in which the voters cast their votes for ALL of the same candidates. However, pay close attention to how all of these supposed voters used the same style “X” to mark their ballots. Also, please note that (Precinct #259) is controlled by Harris County Democratic Party (Election Judge and Precinct Chair) Deborah Adams who happens to be a Black woman whose name continues to come up over and over again in connection to "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING" in Harris County, Texas.

Deborah Adams (left), the Harris County Democratic Party Precinct Chair for Precinct #259, is pictured above with State Representative Harold Dutton, and Trina Russell back in April of 2018. Now, remember, Deborah Adams was a key player in efforts to help Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg and State Rep. Harold Dutton get re-elected in 2018 and 2020 respectively. That being said, according to citizen journalist Colleen M. Vera, this Democratic Precinct Chair and Election Judge Deborah Adams is also a key player in the "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING SCHEME" that has been operating in Harris County, Texas for decades.

COMPELLING PROOF THAT ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING IS REAL IN HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS

ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING IS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF TEXAS

Have you ever heard the term “ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING” before? What is it? Well, ballot harvesting is an illegal practice of collecting and submitting absentee or mail-in ballots by volunteers or workers of campaigns. While we are going to focus on one of Democratic State Rep. Harold Dutton’s campaign workers in this report, Democrats aren’t the only ones who have been caught 'allegedly' cheating at the “ABSENTEE BALLOT” game. How do I know? Well, the “ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING” got so bad back in 2018 in North Carolina that Mark Harris, who was a Republican Congressional candidate got his victory annulled back in early 2019, and a new election was ordered.

COMPELLING PROOF THAT ELECTION FRAUD HAS BEEN HAPPENING IN HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS FOR DECADES

DEBORAH ADAMS FILLED OUT THIS LITTLE OLD LADY'S BALLOT FOR MANY YEARS ACCORDING TO HER

This “ELDERLY VOTER” lived inside House District 142 at the time this video was recorded. In this video, she claims that her name is Ira Cruz or something to that effect – it’s hard for me to figure out exactly what she’s saying. However, what’s unmistakable is that this lady claims that Deborah Adams, the Harris County Democratic Chair for Precinct 259 helped her to fill out her “ABSENTEE BALLOT” and sent it back to the Harris County Clerk’s Office for her – which is illegal. According to this “ELDERLY VOTER”, she was assisted by Deborah Adams every year for a long time. Remember, this precinct sits right inside House District 142, which has been held by State Representative Harold Dutton, Jr., for years and years and years. Is this why people like State Rep. Harold Dutton appear to be unbeatable?

No two signatures should be exactly the same -- right?. Well, after reviewing all the applications from State Representative Harold Dutton’s 2018 race, Colleen M. Vera, as part of her 2-year investigation into "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING" believes that Texas needs much more ACTUAL SECURITY for Texas' mail ballot system. She believes that signature comparison isn't enough -- especially now that voters over 65 are receiving pre-printed applications for ballots by mail from the parties, candidates, and PACs.

Some examples of signatures on applications for ballots by mail from TWO or MORE DIFFERENT VOTERS:

In case you don't know, Gloria Palmer is named in research concerning ballot harvesting in Harris County from several past Election Cycles. She's admitted on tape that she works to get elderly voters to submit ballots by mail to support the candidates she hired to work for. She's also admitted on tape that she works as a nurse which gives her access to elderly voters who live inside nursing homes. Gloria Palmer also claims that the voters she approaches are on a list supplied to her. Gloria Palmer submitted over 100 applications for ballots by mail in just ONE of the packages she submitted to the Harris County Clerk's Office.

PART 1: GLORIA PALMER DISCUSSES HOW SHE WORKS HARD GOING OUT AND GETTING THOSE ABSENTEE BALLOTS

According to Colleen M. Vera, after the 2016 Democratic Primary, a candidate for Harris County Constable (Pct 3), Jasen Rabalais, filed a lawsuit claiming that a campaign worker for another candidate, Michel Pappillion, “deliberately falsified, illegally completed or unlawfully influenced the ballots and early voting applications of elderly residents in Harris County.” The lawsuit was dismissed. But the audiotape above had been made by the Rabalais campaign after he found out that an “alleged harvester” was working for an opponent’s campaign.

PART 2: GLORIA PALMER SHARES EXACTLY HOW THE ABSENTEE BALLOT GAME WORKS IN HARRIS COUNTY

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

In case you don't know, providing unlawful assistance to a voter in connection with “ABSENTEE BALLOT” is a state jail felony from what I understand. However, having “ABSENTEE VOTERS” select one name on their “ABSENTEE BALLOT" and sign their signature, and then taking the ballot with you is something else altogether. In case you don't know, it also illegal to receive compensation for depositing the carrier-envelope in the mail or with a common or contract carrier folks. Gloria Palmer is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. For the record, the audiotape above had been made by the Rabalais campaign after he found out that an “alleged harvester” was working for an opponent’s campaign.

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee has performed astonishingly well over the years in the "ABSENTEE BALLOT" category thanks to people like Gloria Palmer and many others mentioned in the 2-year investigation into "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING" that was conducted by Colleen M. Vera, of "TEXAS TRASH TALK," a website committed to, "Cleaning up the waste and taking out the trash in government," according to their website.

Polls Show That Beto “O’Rourke Will Have A Tough Time Defeating Gov. Greg Abbott

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

The fight for Texas is going to be fierce. And believe it or not, Deirdre Gilbert, a “RISING POLITICAL STAR” is actually “IN THE DRIVER’S SEAT” right now. How? Well, with polls Gov. Greg Abbott (Republican) with a sizable lead over Beto O’Rourke (Democrat), in the Lone Star State. So, no matter how you look at it, Deirdre Gilbert running as an "INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE" for Governor of Texas on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, is going to cause some serious problems in urban areas across the State of Texas -- especially since there won't be any straight-ticket voting.

MEET DEIRDRE GILBERT

Deirdre Gilbert has earned her M.A. in Educational Administration, and her B.S. in Political Science and Mass Communication (Cum Laude) from Prairie View A&M University; she is a native Houstonian, a graduate of the public school system attending elementary, middle, and high school graduating from Madison high. Deirdre has resided in Harris County for over 40 years before settling in Fort Bend County for over 10 years. Deirdre is an educator with 26 years of experience working in Houston, Aldine, and Fort Bend School Districts and is a former Houston Independent School District teacher’s union representative.

Her mother was a key influence in her life. She was a community activist and the first black woman to run for Constable in Harris County. Deirdre is best known in the community and around the country for her fight, both personally and publicly, for justice for those of medical negligence. After losing her only child, Jocelyn, because of medical negligence, Deirdre confronted the medical community and the state agencies that support it. She stood not only for herself and in memory of her daughter, but on behalf of people around the state and across the country who have felt powerless in the wake of such devastating loss.

Deirdre has worked tirelessly in her own community of Sienna Plantation, further, she’s worked on issues such as denial of voting rights in local elections within Missouri City, and MUD District issues. She has spoken before the Texas Legislature and U.S. Congress in Washington D.C on civil rights. Deirdre has helped to shape legislation regarding whistleblowers, medical malpractice, and education. Deirdre is not afraid of a battle and is willing to speak for those who are unable to speak for themselves. In addition to helping those in her community, state, local and national, she also works for a non-profit that helps veterans find employment.

Deirdre has been capturing the attention of media nationally for some time. In 2007, she released her first book entitled, “Can I Just Have a Little Bit? A Little Bit of What?” Her recent work, “Momma Help Me Please,” was inspired by the first love of her life, her daughter Jocelyn.

Deirdre is an avid speaker at book clubs, churches, and professional, civic, and community organizations.

She has been featured in Beautifully Said Magazine and African American Newspaper; mentioned in Harper’s Magazine by Ralph Nader a strong advocate for justice, received professional recognition in Women on the Move section of the Houston Business Journal, and featured in Bronze Magazine several times and in Saved Magazine along with other powerful women in ministry such as Joyce Meyers. Deirdre was mentioned in Washington Post, Stat News, and several online publications regarding her stance on medical malpractice. This journey has led to the first Blog Talk Show “Life” Radio Show that focused on “victims” of medical malpractice and then rebranded with another show called “Med/Mal Radio Show-What’s Your Verdict and just recently Malpractice Diaries-MD –We Tell the Secrets they Keep.

Since 2011, Deirdre Gilbert has not backed down from her challenges, founding non-profits such as the National Medical Malpractice Advocacy Association (NMMAA), serving as its National Director, and Executive Director of the Jocelyn Y. Dickson Foundation. NMMAA is a non-partisan educational organization that was created to promote transparency, accountability and integrity in the medical profession. Through NMMAA’s educational endeavor, she advocates high standards of ethics and morality to ensure non-abuse of the powers entrusted to the profession by the American people. Under her direction, these non-profits have gained support from members of Congress, garnered attention and recognition among state lawmakers, and sparked open dialogue and inquiry into medical negligence. With her husband of 7 years, Mr. Kurt E. Gilbert, beside her, she has spoken boldly before Medical Boards, Government Agencies, the State Legislature, and the US Congress calling for repeal of TORT Reforms, review of the Information Act as it relates to medical doctors, greater accountability in the hospital industry, and Justice for All who fall victim to healthcare abuse. The core of her message is consistent, Justice for All.

Deirdre achieved a milestone twice, first when she was asked to speak at the Whistleblower’s Summit in Washington, DC 2016, and again in 2019 when she provided testimony at the Senate Judiciary Committee Hearings about the devastating effects of medical malpractice. She has spearheaded the nation’s 1st Medical Malpractice Conference that convened medical professionals, attorneys, civil rights leaders, social justice organizations, patient safety advocates, and legislative leaders. Her third milestone was when she threw her hat in the political ring and decided to run for Justice of the Peace, Pct. 2, Fort Bend County, TX. Deirdre assisted with having H.R. 614 resolution filed in the Texas Legislature, recognizing Medical Malpractice in the State of Texas. In addition, Deirdre created a new initiative, “The Medical Malpractice Right to Justice Project’s mission to assist those harmed by medical negligence and whose cases were never heard in a court of law, to bring these cases before a court based on evidence ranging from misstated/understated or erroneous death certificates, misstated/understated/overstated or erroneous expert reports, altered or falsified medical records, the existence of individual, hospital, physician, and institutional agencies conflict of interest.

Deirdre Gilbert was instrumental in getting the 1st proclamation in 2013 recognizing July as Medical Malpractice Month. Since then, the organization has been given recognition from the State of Missouri’s Governor Jeremiah W. Nixon, the State of Colorado’s Governor John Hickenlooper, and the State of Georgia’s Governor Nathan Deal. The organization has also received several congressional, state, and local recognition. Deirdre created the first PSA that aired on Harkins movie screens across the states in September 2016, promoting and educating the public on “Preventable Medical Mistakes.” In 2019 NMMAA received the 1st Enrolled House Resolution 86 (R) HR 614 by the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas Legislature recognizing July as Medical Malpractice Month.

Deirdre Gilbert was vital in the creation of the first chapter of attorneys in the State of Louisiana and Virginia that have acquired lobbyist that handles the legislative needs of NMMAA. The lobbying action is geared toward bill drafting and legislative reform to help those harmed by egregious acts of medical malpractice.

Deirdre has worked tirelessly with The Government Accountability Project, The Black Heritage Society, Greater Houston Coalition for Justice, Make It Safe Campaign, The National Association for Probate Reform & Advocacy, NAACP-Health Chair Committee Missouri City Chapter, NAACP-Fort Bend-Wharton Chapter, National Action Network to create the first medical malpractice health initiative, National Congress of Black Women, State of Texas Sunset Advisory Committee.

DEIRDRE GILBERT: "The message is that "VOTER FRAUD" is not going on, and that is far from the truth. January 6th happened, but that's not the story. Ballot harvesters are stealing elections through a variety of means. Voter Fraud is not just a ONE-PARTY issue." You can "CLICK HERE" for a closer look at this advertisement."

"Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. It is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for us. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. We must make it our collective effort to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this crucial moment in time."

Favoritism and Party Politics Have No Place Inside Our Harris County Courtrooms

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

At the end of the day, the judicial races are the most important races on the ballot. That said, who we allow to put on that black robe and occupy judicial benches (especially in Harris County, Texas) matters a great deal. Over the years, through straight-ticket voting, and folks going into the polls playing "Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe" we've allowed a few bad folks to slip through the cracks. Now, I'm not trying to play party politics in any way, shape, or form, with my words. All I'm trying to say is that nobody is perfect, but if we make it our goal to elevate people who fear God and have a backbone into positions of authority, every one of us will be afforded the opportunity to live our best life.
