Gerald Womack (left), has been running his "BALLOT HARVESTING SCHEME" out of (Womack Development & Investment Realtors), which is located at 4412 Almeda Road, in Houston, Texas 77004, for decades according to my sources. Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg (right) can't really do anything about his illegal activities because she's worked closely with the younger brother of Tomar Bishop, by the name of Ray Charles Jones, Jr., over the years. She also has close ties to the money launders (Texas Coalition of Black Democrats--Harris County Chapter) who were recently fined by the Texas Ethics Commission for their illegal activities.
Since Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, is supposedly a fierce fighter for the Black community, Black causes, Black issues, and Black concerns, you would think that she would have supported local “BLACK NEWSPAPERS” like the Houston Forward Times (owned by Karen Carter Richards), Houston Defender (owned by Sonceria Messiah Jiles), Houston Style Magazine (posted by Francis Page, Jr.), African American News & Issues (owened by Roy and Sheryl Malonson), Demars Business Journal (owned by Keith J. Davis, Sr., better known as Mr. Demars), and the Houston Sun Newspaper, that’s published by Dorris Ellis, with some of her new found wealth – right?
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. Have you ever heard that saying before? Well, it’s definitely true regarding the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) that’s currently being used against former President Donald J. Trump, and 18 co-defendants in Fulton County, Georgia.
The 41-count indictment that has been filed against former President Donald J. Trump, and others includes 13 charges accusing Trump of being the head of a “CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE,” and that he was part of a broad conspiracy. Does that sound familiar? Remember, I’ve been saying for at least three years that the “RICO STATUTE” should be used against “ELLIS/TURNER POLITICAL REGIME” members like Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and local real estate broker Gerald Womack, who served as her campaign manager for reelection bids for decades.
A criminal investigation into “SHE-JACK” and Gerald Womack was conducted over a year ago, and my investigative team found that Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s “BALLOT HARVESTING TEAM” had been engaging in a pattern of criminal acts that include “MAIL FRAUD” and other organized criminal activities while working in concert with other elected conspirators, namely Democratic public officials operating out of Harris County, Texas.
When Gloria Palmer and Tomar Bishop stole the identities of “DEAD BLACK PEOPLE” and then forged the signatures of those “DEAD BLACK PEOPLE” onto “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT APPLICATIONS” and sent those “FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTS” through the U.S. Postal Service, they were committing Federal Mail Fraud.
To establish the “CRIMINAL ACTIVITY” element of the RICO STATUTE, all that has to be shown is a “PATTERN OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY” that includes at least two crimes to establish the pattern.
If these two crimes are related in some kind of way to the same victim, methods, or participants, or were committed over the course of at least one year, you’ve got RICO, all day long.
“THE CRIME.”
Over the course of at least four decades, Gloria Palmer has worked as a prostitute, convicted forgerer, and “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT HARVESTER” operating primarily out of Harris County, Texas.
While working for the Sheila Jackson Lee for Congress reelection bid during the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary, Gloria Palmer, Tomar Bishop, and others committed various crimes, including forgery, identity theft, and Federal Mail Fraud, to help “SHE-JACK” secure her primary victory, against Jerry Ford Sr., Donovan Boson, Marc Flores, Stevens Orozco, Michael Allen, and Bimal Patel.
In case you don’t know, a “VOTE HARVESTING OPERATION” was established when three or more persons (Gloria Palmer, Tomar Bishop, and Tomar Bishop’s younger brother Ray Charles Jones, Jr.), and others, conspired together to secure “MAIL BALLOTS” for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s Campaign.
Oftentimes, “BALLOT HARVESTERS” are hidden behind the titles of, candidate-consultant, donor-consultant, consultant-field operative, or other arm's length relationship in the “CRIMINAL ENTERPRISES” like the one that has been run by Gerald Womack on behalf of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee for decades in Harris County, Texas.
Sec. 276.013. ELECTION FRAUD. Is very clear as it relates to how a person commits an offense if the person knowingly or intentionally makes any effort to screw around with carrier envelopes and applications for ballots by mail. But when it comes to Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s Campaign, we are talking about a lot more than screwing around with mail ballots.
Sheila’s people appear to have been running an elaborate scheme right out of Gerald Womack’s business (Womack Development & Investment Realtors), which is located at 4412 Almeda Road, in Houston, Texas 77004. And while Womack is not listed as the campaign manager for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s quest to become Houston’s next Mayor, it seems like the ties that bind, “SHE-JACK” and Gerald Womack are still strong, and intact from what we can see.
What am I talking about?
Well, on the recently ‘error filed’ campaign finance report that was filed by the Sheila Jackson Lee for Mayor Campaign, back on 7/19/2023, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee used Gerald Womack’s business address (4412 Almeda Road, Houston, Texas 77004), as her candidate/office holder mailing address, according to her electronic filing.
This particular “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” the period of 3/29/2023 through 6/30/2023, and listed attorney Amber Mostyn, as the treasurer for the campaign.
While Sheila’s “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS” my team and I discovered several errors and possible illegal conations that were not reported by other news outlets.
Remember, it is illegal for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee to accept more than $5,000.00 from any individual, or $10,000.00 from any Political Action Committee (PAC), according to the city’s ethics code.
That being said back on 6/30/2023, Deandre M. Sam, the CEO of A-Rocket Moving & Storage gave Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee a check in the amount of $5,000.00, and then wrote her another check on the same day for $2,000.00, which is a violation of the city’s ethics code.
Now, don’t forget, during this particular filing period, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee reported receiving $1,218,886.08, in contributions, but at least $63,800.00 of those contributions reportedly exceeded legal limits, as was first reported by the Houston Landing.
After the Houston Landing reviewed the error-filled reports, belonging to “SHE-JACK,” the Houston Chronicle reviewed her reports and found that Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee had accepted at least 10 donations that exceeded the caps.
An illegal donation of $20,000.00 was received by “SHE-JACK” from C&W International Fabricators LLC, and a $25,000.00 donation came from Border Health PAC, according to the report published by Houston Landing, back on July 18, 2023.
“We have filed a letter with the city secretary noting that excessive contributions are being refunded,” someone connected to Sheila Jackson Lee’s campaign told the Houston Chronicle.
Another issue that was discovered by the Houston Landing, was a $1,000.00, contribution from a lady by the name of Dr. Mattelia Grays, who was born on July 26, 1931, and died on November 3, 2022, right before the controversial Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas.
According to Sheila’s Campaign, the $1,000.00 from the deceased woman (Dr. Mattelia Grays). Should have been attributed to her daughter, and was a simple mistake that was made by one of the members of her campaign team.
“THE EXPENDITURES.”
Well-known public relations expert Linda Brown, the founder of Advantage Communications Group, and other key players appear to have been either forced out or have had their roles significantly reduced for Sheila Jackson Lee’s bid to become Mayor of Houston, Texas.
According to Sheila’s 7/19/2023, “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” the only assignment Lina Brown (Advantage Communications Group) received was to place a $5,000.00 radio advertising buy.
Now remember, this particular “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” covered the period of 3/29/2023 through 6/30/2023, which was during the period that the June 19, 2023, Juneteenth Celebration occurred – right?
Wrong, “SHE-JACK” didn’t give “BLACK NEWSPAPERS” a dime during the “2023 JUNETEENTH HOLIDAY” to support these pillars in Houston’s Black community. And when I say that she didn’t give them “JACK” I mean that she didn’t spend one dime to support any of our local Black newspapers, during this heightened time of sensitivity for our people, and institutions.
Who did she support?
Rather than spend money with local Black newspapers, for “THE JUNETEENTH HOLIDAY” that “SHE-JACK” is supposed to care so much about, she took and spent $1,060.00 with Pride Houston, and told the local Black-owned newspapers to go to hell.
“SHEILA’S A FRAUD.”
The Sheila Jackson Lee for Mayor Campaign spent $1,060.00 on 6/12/2023, to purchase tickets from “PRIDE HOUSTON” and labeled the expenditure made to the LGBTQ+ Group as an “EVENT EXPENSE” categorized as “EVENT FEES AND TICKETS,” but didn’t spend one dime of the $1.2 million dollars she raised to do anything to support local Black-owned newspapers.
For the record, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee is as a fraud as “FRAUD” can be, if you ask me. What she has demonstrated with her checkbook is that her heart is with the LGBTQ+ Community, not the “BLACK COMMUNITY,” or Black-owned newspapers.
“OUT OF STATE.”
If Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee supposedly cares so much about Houston and Black people – why did she send so much of her campaign money out of state to places like Roseland (New Jersey), Stone Mountain (Georgia), Washington (District of Columbia), and Macon (Mississippi), according to her recently filed “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” which covered 3/29/2023 through 6/30/2023, and was filed back on January 19, 2023, under penalty of perjury?
“CAMPAIGN WORKERS.”
Why are so many of the “CAMPAIGN WORKERS” and consultants listed on Sheila Jackson Lee’s recently filed “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” listing Gerald Womack’s business address (4412 Almeda Road, Houston, Texas 77004), as their address, and not revealing their own addresses?
My investigative team has discovered that Esther Cuevas, Amanda Huber, and James Sonneman all used Gerald Womack’s (4412 Almeda Road, Houston, Texas 77004), addresses, so we did a “VOTER REGISTRATION SEARCH” on all three individuals, to see if they were registered to vote for Sheila Jackson Lee, in the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election.

“ESTHER CUEVAS.”
As you can see, Esther Cuevas is not registered to vote in Harris County, Texas. Therefore, she is not registered to vote for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, in the upcoming City of Houston Mayoral Election.
“AMANDA HUBER.”

As you can see, Amanda Huber is not registered to vote in Harris County, Texas. Therefore, she is not registered to vote for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, in the upcoming City of Houston Mayoral Election.
“JAMES SONNEMAN.”
- VIEW DOCUMENT -
As you can see, James Sonneman is not registered to vote in Harris County, Texas. However, since he’s being mentioned as the “CAMPAIGN MANAGER” for the Sheila Jackson Lee for Houston Campaign, we did a little more digging and discovered that James Sonneman appears to be the link between Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and the Washington D.C., establishment.
That being said, my investigative team and I are starting to get a better understanding of how Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee was able to beat out state Senator John Whitmire for the LGBTQ+ Political Caucus endorsement last Saturday (August 12, 2023), by a wide margin of (136 to 52) in the final vote count.
So, with the entry of James Sonneman, acting as the “CAMPAIGN MANAGER” what we have is a clear indication that state Senator John Whitmire, and the other “2023 MAYORAL CONTENDERS” aren’t just competing against “SHE JACK” in the race for Mayor – they’re now competing against the Washington “DEMOCRATIC” establishment as well.
“JAMES SONNEMAN.”
“LAFEYOUNDA BROOKS.”
Why is the Sheila Jackson Lee for Mayor of Houston Campaign paying a gay guy from Macon Mississippi so much? I’ve never heard of Lafeyounda J. Brooks before – have you? Well, from the looking at the money trail between “SHE-JACK” and Lafeyounda J. Brooks (He/Him), I think we’ve found the City of Houston Mayoral Candidate who will be reintroducing the “BATHROOM BILL” or should I say Houston Equal Rights Ordinance (HERO), ordinance if she’s elected to succeed Mayor Sylvester Turner, on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, in the City of Houston Mayoral Election.
For the record, Lafeyounda J. Brooks was just paid $25,000.00 as a “CONSULTANT EXPENSE” for helping “SHE-JACK” develop her “POLITICAL CAMPAIGN STRATEGY” according to her recently filed July 19, 2023, “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” that was filed under penalty of perjury.

"CLOSING THOUGHTS."
It's going to take a collective effort to stop Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and fellow members of the "ELLIS/TURNER POLITICAL REGIME" from gaining unfair advantages in the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election. However, the only way that "SHE-JACK" will win the upcoming "2023 MAYORAL ELECTION" will be over my dead body.
