Consultants Like Dallas Jones Had Better Change their Game for the Upcoming 2023 Mayoral Election in Houston, Texas

State Rep. Cole Hefner (District 5), filed HB 1243 yesterday, a bill that seeks to revise the Election Code in Texas by re-categorizing the penalties for voting illegally in the Lone Star State from a class A misdemeanor to a felony in the 2nd degree. Why does this matter? Well, anyone convicted of participating in illegal voting schemes, like the ones 'alleged' to have been run by dirty political consultants like Dallas Jones, the owner of Elite Change, could face up to 20 years in prison, if HB 1243 is passed and takes effect on September 1, 2023, just in time for the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayor Election. HB 1243 was filed by State Rep. Cole Hefner on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, right after he was sworn in. If passed, HB 1243 will enhance the criminal penalties for voting illegally from class A misdemeanors to felonies punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000 dollars.  You can "CLICK HERE" to learn more about HB 1243, and other bills filed yesterday.

Councilwoman Martha Castex Tatum (left), the Houston City Council District K, council member likes to use political consultant Dallas Jones, the owner of Elite Change, LLC, to run her campaign. In case you don't remember, Dallas Jones and his team, implemented an unprecedented "ABSENTEE BALLOT GAME" that helped Martha Castex Tatum secure a lopsided victory over (8) eight opponents back on May 5, 2018, in the race to fill the vacancy left by the untimely death of Councilman Larry Green. You can "CLICK HERE" to learn more about HB 1243, and how voting illegally could be upgraded from a class A misdemeanor to a felony, punishable by up to 20 years in prison, and a $10,000 dollar fine just in time for the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston General Election.

Do you see this lopsided "ABSENTEE BALLOT COUNT" that was achieved by Martha Castex-Tatum back in the 2018 special election? Well, Democratic Political Consultant Dallas Jones helped her achieve this remarkable result against (8) eight opponents back on May 5, 2018, in the City of Houston "SPECIAL ELECTION" to fill the vacancy left after the untimely death of Houston City Councilman Larry Green. But that's a story for another day.

A new bill that was filed in the 88th Legislative Session yesterday, (Tuesday, January 10, 2023), by State Rep. Cole Hefner (District 5), could have a drastic impact on the “POLITICAL NETWORKS” in places like Harris County, Texas.

In case you haven’t heard, HB 1243 is a bill that seeks to revise the Election Code in Texas by re-categorizing the penalties for voting illegally in Texas from a class A misdemeanor to a felony in the 2nd degree. Why does this matter? Well, anyone convicted of participating in illegal voting schemes, could face up to 20 years in prison, if HB 1243 is passed and takes effect on September 1, 2023.

What I also like about HB 1243 is that the person convicted of voting illegally could also get hit with a $10,000 fine. And the bill also seeks to punish those who even attempt to vote illegally. I know to some of you, this may sound cruel, but something has to be done to protect the sanctity and purity of our elections.

Under the new law, a person who attempts to vote illegally can be charged, with a state jail felony, which also carries a fine that could go up to $10,000, and a maximum sentence of two years in a state jail facility, if they’re convicted.

How would the new law help to clean up Harris County? Well, political consultants like Dallas Jones have made a pretty good living by forging relationships with people widely considered to be “ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTERS” who’s been wreaking havoc on our local elections for decades.

While some folks consider Dallas Jones, a top-notch consultant, others consider him one of the dirtiest guys in the business. And he’s not just relegated to playing ball in Midterm, and Presidential Elections. Dallas Jones is expected to play a pivotal role in the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston General Election, and School Board Elections, but his client base has been waning over the years.

After being rumored to have been picked up by the feds, back during the 2020 Presidential Election, Dallas Jones hasn’t really been the political force, that he was back when he helped Houston City Councilwoman Martha Castex Tatum, win the Houston City Council District K seat in a special election, after the untimely death of former District K Councilman Larry Green, back in 2018, without a runoff.

So, what do Councilwoman Martha Castex Tatum, and political consultant Dallas Jones have to do with HB 1243, which is aimed at increasing the crime of voting illegally from a class A misdemeanor to a felony, that could carry a 20-year prison sentence?

Well, Councilwoman Martha Castex Tatum (District K), Councilwoman Letitia Plummer (At-Large #4), and a few other candidates who will be present on the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, general election ballot are expected to (once again) turn to Dallas Jones, and his cohorts to secure their absentee ballots, and run their campaigns – which could get them jammed up! How? Well, that’s a story for another day.

Anyways, as Dallas Jones, and his most trusted “ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTERS” prepare to work their magic, on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, my investigative team and I are preparing our plan to make sure that ballot harvesters are brought to justice, and people like Dallas Jones are exposed, and forced to use branding and marketing techniques instead of gaining unfair advantages by nefarious means.
