Darryl B. Carter (left), an alleged lover of former City of Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner (second from left), officially died at 7:51 pm on Friday, March 14, 2025, of a broken heart, the day before his former alleged lover's funeral was scheduled to be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025. According to multiple sources, Darryl Bernard Carter and Sylvester Turner had been lovers since the 1990s. The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences did not conduct an autopsy on the body of Darryl B. Carter, but accepted a Hospice Death Report, which claims Darryl Bernard Carter died of hypertensive atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (HASCVD) at his home. (CLICK HERE) View the "HOSPICE DEATH REPORT" obtained by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications from the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. OTHER LOCAL HAPPENINGS... Judge Chuck Silverman, pictured above with State Rep. Ron Reynolds (top far right) is extremely pissed at Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo on the issue of local property taxes.

On Friday, April 25, 2025, Judge Chuck Silverman, the former presiding judge for the 183rd Criminal District Court in Harris County, courageously voiced his displeasure about how his fellow Democrats, Commissioner Rodney Ellis and County Judge Lina Hidalgo, are handling taxpayer dollars. "Commissioner Rodney Ellis's disregard for and mismanagement of taxpayer dollars must be stopped! Now that we have received our 2024 property tax bill, let’s discuss the shocking 30% rise in property taxes in Harris County over the last two years. This is outright unacceptable! The Harris County Commissioners’ lack of responsible fiscal management is glaringly apparent and affects all of us. Commissioner Ellis and Judge Hidalgo have made choices that disregard our community's financial well-being. Instead of managing our tax dollars wisely, they fund wasteful projects. This has to stop!"
"POLITICAL TYRANTS."
Between today and next year's Tuesday, November 3, 2026, Midterm Election,
"DIRTY BLACK PASTORS" and filthy political tyrants who are members of Commissioner Rodney Ellis's
"CULT-LIKE" political regime will be exposed, and outed. In the spirit of
"PUBLIC CONCERN" under the protection of my First Amendment Right to Freedom of Speech and Freedom of the Press, I plan to use every resource available to inform, empower, and mobilize the hardworking citizens in Harris County, Fort Bend, and Brazoria County.
Pastors like Dr. Max Miller, Jr., who was found guilty by the Texas Ethics Commission (TEC) for taking in thousands upon thousands of dollars from local Democratic and Republican candidates and then not disclosing how he dispersed the money, will be closely monitored.
Other local pastors like
E.A. Deckard, who is a lifetime registered
"SEX OFFENDER," will also be closely monitored. In case you don't know, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and other local
"BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS" were aware that Pastor E.A. Deckard had sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl at a charter school where he worked, but kept it hidden from the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas.
Bishop Robert L. Carter and First Lady Lanette Carter, pastors of The Sanctuary Church of Jesus Christ in “Downtown” Houston, Texas, came under scrutiny a few years ago. Bishop Robert L. Carter got accused and arrested for allegedly raping and
“SEXUALLY ASSAULTING” a local girl more than 600 times, from the time she was 7 years old. Bishop Carter, an alleged supporter of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and local
"BLACK POLITICIANS," will be back in court on June 27, 2025, in the 178th Criminal District Court, which is presided over by Judge Kelli Johnson.

Pastor Terrance Grant-Malone, the senior pastor of St. John Missionary Baptist Church, is alleged to have raped, groped, and sexually assaulted several young Black men. Pastor Terrance Grant-Malone is pictured below in this report with his wife, Valerie R. Davis Grant-Malone. For many years, “BLACK PUBLIC OFFICIALS” like the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and many others have used their influence to shield “BLACK PASTORS” like Pastor Terrance Grant-Malone from the scrutiny they deserve.
The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences informed Aubrey R. Taylor Communications that they did not perform an autopsy on Darryl Bernard Carter. However, they did receive something called a "HOSPICE DEATH REPORT" detailing how he supposedly died.
"HOW DARRYL DIED."
The Hospice Death Report claims
Darryl Bernard Carter died of hypertensive atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (HASCVD) at his home at 7:51 p.m., on Friday, March 14, 2025, which was the day before his alleged lover (Sylster Turner) was scheduled to be buried on Saturday, March 15, 2025.
There were no signs of trauma on the body of
Darryl Bernard Carter. According to the
"HOSPICE DEATH REPORT," Darryl B. Carter and his wife, Jade Jefferson Carter, were in the process of moving from the home where Darryl was found dead, facedown in the kitchen with his feet between the doorframe, with the door ajar.
Earlier in the day,
Jade Jefferson Carter had gone to a relative's home and did not speak to Darryl B. Carter throughout the day. According to the
"HOSPICE DEATH REPORT" provided to the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, he had a busy day with business and a doctor's appointment at 3:00 p.m.
When Jade returned home in the evening, she discovered Darryl lying facedown in the kitchen and rolled him over and performed CPR on him until EMS arrived, but he was dead.

Darryl Bernard Carter married Jade Jefferson Carter in September 2016. It is unclear if Jade Jefferson Carter knew that her husband, Darryl B. Carter, was allegedly in love with Mayor Sylvester Turner when the two stood cheek-to-cheek at Mayor Sylvester Turner's inauguration.
"DEEP DARK SECRETS."
Why is the alleged love affair between Darryl B. Carter and Mayor Sylvester Turner relevant? Darryl B. Carter was the benefactor of lucrative contracts paid to him by taxpaying citizens. He served as a lobbyist and was even allowed to take his lobbying efforts to the floor of the United States Congress.
Carter lobbied in Austin, Texas, at the State Capitol while Sylvester Turner served as a member of the Texas Legislature representing House District 139. Carter also utilized his lobbying skills to land a portion of that 10-year $470 million concessions contract at Hobby Airport, and others at the George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
Long story short,
Sylveter Turner appears to have been Darryl B. Carter's
"SUGAR DADDY" at the expense of hardworking City of Houston taxpayers.
"I also am aware of certain unprofessional acts of Sylvester in reference to approaching people and inviting them to sexual orgies," stated his wife, Cheryl Gillum Turner, who was an Assistant District Attorney with Harris County, when she signed a
"SWORN AFFIDAVIT" claiming that Sylvester Turner was bisexual.
"Also, I have heard comments made about Don Aaron, Darryl Carter, Dwight Thomas, and others relating to sexual involvement with Sylvester. In fact, there have been suggestions made to me personally by Carter that he had control of Sylvester because Carter knows Sylvester's "deepest, darkest secrets."
According to Cheryl Gillum Turner, "Those allegations can be substantiated because Sylvester secured a loan from Bank Plus and paid cash for a 1991 Explorer for Carter."
Mayor Sylvester Turner's wife stated in her
"SWORN AFFIDAVIT" that a local businessman named Don Aaron had
"THE GOODS" on Mayor Sylvester Turner, in the form of 'unbecoming photographs' of Sylvester.

Former Houston Police Chief Troy Finner (left) may not have even known what he was getting into when he accepted the appointment from former Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner (center) to serve as his police chief. Hall of Fame Broadcaster Ralph Cooper is highly respected by his peers in the media. Ralph Cooper is a "TEXAS TREASURE" who has traveled the world covering sports for more than 56 years. However, many of Ralph's fans don't know that his first love wasn't covering sports, it was covering local Harris County, Texas, courtrooms. Yes, you heard me right, Ralph Cooper started his storied Hall of Fame career as a journalist working for the beloved Forward Times newspaper, where he reported on issues with Harris County Courts and the Harris County Jails. Ultimately, Cooper worked his way into covering junior high school sports, and the rest is history.
"A TRUTH TELLER."
Ralph Cooper has earned a stellar reputation as one of the stalwarts when covering issues that other journalists tend to shy away from, for whatever reason. However, I don't think he realized, his friend Sylvester Turner, who served as a State Representative, former Houston Mayor, and U.S. Congressman for the 18th Congressional District of Texas, was a stone-cold criminal.
Long before Sylvester Turner became Mayor of Houston, on his third try, he was already corrupt. People tend to forget that Mayor Sylvester Turner was the lawyer for the man who faked his death, three days after Mayor Turner drafted his last will and testament.
People tend to forget that Sylvester Turner was hosting orgies worse than the ones "P. DIDDY" was hosting at his
"FREAK OFFS" back in the 1990s.
Local officials want to ignore that Sylvester Turner rewarded his former
"MALE LOVERS" and former law partner with lucrative money-making opportunities when he became Mayor of Houston, Texas. Listen. Attorney
Michael Harris and the late attorney Darryl B. Carter didn't become wealthy for no reason. Harris and Carter were both allegedly Sylvester Turner's lovers.
Don't forget about that highly-paid intern. Why did the city of Houston hire an intern and pay them $95,000 for a newly created position? Marvin Agumagu and Mayor Sylvester Turner had a cozy relationship that allegedly included late-night pillow talk.
What about Mayor Sylvester Turner's former law partner, Barry Barnes, getting selected out of more than 60,000 attorneys to receive over $6.7 million in Hurricane Harvey Relief Funds?
The Baptist Ministers' Association of Houston & Vicinity is one of the dirtiest (PAC) Political Action Committees in Harris County, Texas. Our investigative team discovered well over $120,000 that vanished from their bank account without a trace. That being said, the Texas Ethics Commission decided to go easy on Pastor Max Miller, but he could still face criminal charges for his involvement in what appears to be a "MONEY LAUNDERING RING" that has taken over local Harris County, Texas politics. You can "CLICK HERE" to learn more about what TEC uncovered.

"FOUND GUILTY."

The Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, in all actuality, was a major player in a
"MONEY LAUNDERING RING" that was operating behind the shield of the Harris County District Attorney's Office. The
Quid Pro Quo that Attorney Oliver Brown uncovered between Kim Ogg and several local politicians during the 2020 Presidential Election cycle was real. For the record, the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats (Harris County Chapter) should not have been operating in any capacity in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, or 2022. You can

"MONEY LAUNDERING RING" operated, and sold endorsements.

On February 20, 2020,
Kim Ogg wrote the defunct Texas Coalition of Black Democrats -- Harris County Chapter a check for $3,000.00, during a time when they were declared inactive by the Texas Ethics Commission, and
(Terrence Shanks) should not have been collecting any money. You can

"SELLING ENDORSEMENTS." TCBD-HC’s activity presents a particular cause for public concern because TCBD-HC’s 2020 endorsement slate and banking records show that TCBD-HC was
“selling” its endorsements in exchange for financial contributions. TCBD-HC has avoided a potentially unpleasant public inquiry on this unsavory topic by evading its reporting obligations. Further, Commission staff uncovered TCBD-HC candidate endorsement slates for the 2018 and 2022 primary elections, which suggests that TCBD-HC’s involvement in the March 2020 primary election was not an isolated event.
You can "CLICK HERE" to review the "FINAL ORDER" for yourself.

"MONEY LAUNDERING."
According to the Texas Ethics Commission (TEC), “Not only are the violations serious in extent and consequences, but the circumstances indicate that they were committed in a bad faith attempt to evade public disclosure. In 2013 and 2014, sworn complaints
SC-31309150 and
SC-3140267 were filed against then-current
TCBD-HC campaign treasurer
Dennis Bowman for various reporting violations associated with TCBD-HC. These sworn complaints resulted in public orders finding violations. In 2014, Bowman ceased filing campaign finance reports for
TCBD-HC.
Shanks told the Commission staff that TCBD-HC had stopped filing because Bowman was dead, but public records uncovered by the Commission staff indicated that Bowman was still alive. The circumstances indicate that TCBD-HC stopped filing reports to avoid potential further scrutiny for filing violations. In particular, given the extensive cash dealings shown in TCBD-HC’s banking records,
Terrence Shanks (left) may have desired to avoid detailed disclosure of the sources and disposition of TCBD-HC’s funds. Whatever his specific motive,
Shanks evaded the campaign finance disclosure requirements by fabricating Bowman’s death and lying to Commission staff.”

Darnella Wilkerson actively participated in the "MONEY LAUNDERING SCHEME" uncovered in Harris County, Texas. According to the Texas Ethics Commission, "Only three deposits were ever made to the 39 accounts, the personal savings account held in Wilkerson’s name. Three contribution checks from candidates were made out to TCBD-HC or “Texas Coalition of Black Democrats – Houston.” A $1,250 check was also drawn on TCBD-HC’s main account, and a $25 cash deposit that matched a $25 cash withdrawal from TCBD-HC’s main account made the same day. All of these deposits were made on February 20 and 21, 2020. The following day, February 22, 2020, Wilkerson withdrew the entire contents of the account, $2,775, and closed the account. Also, on February 22, 2020, Wilkerson deposited an identical amount of cash, $2,775, in the 98 account. A duplicate copy of the withdrawal slip removing the cash from the 39 account can be found in the records for the 98 account, attached to a deposit slip for the same amount, $2,775.

"CRIMINAL ACTIVITY."No document in the record clarifies why
Wilkerson deposited several thousand dollars in the 39 personal savings account, immediately withdrew the entire amount in cash, and then deposited the funds in the 98 main AAC account. However, that the 39 account is in Wilkerson’s name as a personal account formally unattached with the other two accounts and that Shanks and Wilkerson opted to withdraw the funds from the 39 account in cash rather than effecting the transfer by more convenient means suggest that
Shanks and Wilkerson wished to conceal the source of the funds. The memo lines on the checks, which read “[e]ndorsed candidate GOTV,”
“slate card,” and “[p]oll working for [e]lection,” suggest that the payments were in nature political contributions to
TCBD-HC. Public knowledge that TCBD-HC had accepted political contributions from AAC might have compelled TCBD-HC to file a campaign treasurer appointment, as Section 253.031 of the Election Code prohibits political committees from accepting political contributions or making political expenditures exceeding a certain threshold without having a campaign treasurer appointment on file, a threshold that these contributions exceeded.

Bishop Robert L. Carter and First Lady Lanette Carter, pastors of The Sanctuary Church of Jesus Christ in “Downtown” Houston, Texas, are under a lot of scrutiny. Bishop Robert L. Carter has been accused and arrested for allegedly raping and “SEXUALLY ASSAULTING” a local girl more than 600 times, from the time she was 7 years old, and impregnating her.
Pastor E.A. Deckard is pictured above with his wife, Sandra Deckard. Now, if you don’t know Pastor Eddie Andre Deckard, he is the “BLACK PASTOR” who sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl back when he was 28 years old. According to my sources, the 14-year-old Latino girl who was attacked by Pastor E.A. Deckard was a student at a charter school where Pastor Deckard was working at the time. That being said, Pastor E.A. Deckard was fully aware that he was sexually assaulting an underage girl. Since his sexual assault, for which he is now branded a registered “LIFETIME SEX OFFENDER” by the government, he was shielded by “BLACK PUBLIC OFFICIALS” like the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee when she was alive.
Pastor E.A. Deckard is the sexual predator who was chosen to run the “WELFARE SWEEPSTAKES” that Commissioner Rodney Ellis and County Judge Lina Hidalgo tried to get off the ground under the guise of a program called “UPLIFT HARRIS” before Attorney General Ken Paxton stepped in and filed a lawsuit to block the implementation of the program. Pastor Eddie Andre Deckard was convicted of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old Hispanic female student at the Charter School where he worked at the time. Members of the "ELLIS/TURNER/LEE" regime harbored and shielded Pastor E.A. Deckard from public scrutiny for decades as he ran phone banks for members of their regime to help them win reelection from his church facilities.

Pastor Terrance Grant-Malone, the senior pastor of St. John Missionary Baptist Church, is alleged to have raped, groped, and sexually assaulted several young Black men. Pastor Terrance Grant-Malone is pictured above with his wife, Valerie R. Davis Grant-Malone. Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth is fully aware that Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's daughter (Erica Lee Carter) is working for Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis as his senior policy director. County Clerk Hudspeth is also fully aware that Erica Lee Carter is acting as the Campaign Chairwoman for the Christian Menefee for Congress Campaign. That said, an honest County Clerk would never do what County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth did on Monday, April 21, 2025, which was to show that she's willing to lend her credibility to Christian Menefee's Campaign Chairwoman (Erica Lee Carter), and demonstrate a clear bias in favor of Menefee's bid to win the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, "SPECIAL ELECTION" race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.
"THE COUNTY CLERK."
Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth has never been liked by members of Commissioner Rodney Ellis's "CULT-LIKE" political regime. If you remember, Commissioner Rodney Ellis never liked Teneshia Hudspeth or embraced her in any way, shape, or form. Before recently, Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth appeared to be honest and above board, until she began to get cozy with Commissioner Rodney Ellis's senior political director, who also serves as County Attorney Christian Menefee's Campaign Chairwoman. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's daughter (Erica Lee Carter) did not get along with her mother, according to multiple sources. Erica Lee Carter allegedly resented her mother, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, for not really being a part of her childhood.
"SENATE BILL 1933."
Erica Lee Carter has been working for Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis since 2020, and thus is willing to do almost anything her boss tells her to do. With this in mind, Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth had better watch the company she's started to keep, because Erica Lee Carter and Commissioner Rodney Ellis are snakes who are cozying up to her for nefarious reasons.
The candidates running against Commissioner Rodney Ellis's boy,
Christian Menefee, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, must familiarize themselves with
"Senate Bill 1933," which was passed by the Texas Legislature in 2023 and became law on September 1, 2023, in Texas.
Senate Bill 1933 is related to certain oversight procedures the Texas Secretary of State has over Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth's Office, and county-run elections in Harris County, Texas.
Senate Bill 1933 gives any candidate, a county chair, a state chair, a presiding judge, an alternate presiding judge, the head of a specific purpose committee, the ability to file an "ADMINISTRATIVE ELECTION COMPLAINT" with the Texas Secretary of State if they identify any form of ballot harvesting, or election fraud in the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the 18th Congressional Distict of Texas.
In other words, if foul play is discovered and reported in the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the 18th Congressional District of Texas, Senate Bill 1933, gives the Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson the authority to step in, and seize control of Harris County Elections for next year's 2026 Midterm Election, in Harris County, Texas, and beyond.
Sec. 31.017. IMPLEMENTATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE OVERSIGHT OF COUNTY ELECTIONS, (a) In a county with a population of more than 4 million (Harris County), the secretary of state's office may order administrative oversight of a county office administering elections or voter registration in the county if:
(3) the Secretary of State, after conducting an investigation under Section 31.019, has good cause to believe that a recurring pattern of problems with election administration or voter registration exists in the county, including any recurring:
(A) malfunction of the voting system equipment that prevents a voter from casting a vote;
(B) carelessness or official misconduct in the distribution of election supplies;
(C) errors in the tabulation of results that would have affected the outcome of an election;
(D) violations of Section 66.053;
(E) discovery of properly executed voted ballots after the canvass of an election that were not counted; or
(F) failure to conduct maintenance activities on the lists of registered voters as required under this code.
From what I understand, if a complain is filed, the Secretary of State (Jane Nelson), can investigate the complaint, and decide on whether to implement administrative oversight under Subsection (a) not later than the 30th day after the earliest of: (1) the day a response by the county election official with authority over election administration (County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth) or voter registration (Annette Ramirez) is received by the Secretary of State under Section 31.018.
"THE TAKEOVER."
Before 2016, African Americans were given free-reign to do whatever they wanted in Black voting precincts, which allowed "KINGPINS" like Dallas Jones and Gerald Womack to dominate races that fell within the boundaries of the 18th Congressional District, which was controlled by Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and the 13th Senatorial District of Texas, which is controlled by State Senator Borris L. Miles.
A study of the last 20 years shows that Republicans dominated Democrats in the absentee mail ballot category in countywide elections from the 2004 Presidential Election through the 2016 Presidential Election, when Commissioner Rodney Ellis rose to power.
Once Commissioner, Rodney Ellis, rose to power he began to institute a
"RACIST AGENDA" to replace White elected officials with Blacks and Hispanics. Ellis accomplished this mission through various means and strategies similar to those used by criminal enterprises.
As a refresher, in the 2020 Presidential Election, after Commissioner Rodney Ellis pressured Democratic County Clerk Diane Trautman to resign, he replaced her with Chris Hollins, a member of his "CULT-LIKE" political regime, who was serving in a financial capacity with the Texas Democratic Party, at the time of his appointment as Harris County Clerk.
With Chris Hollins in position as the Harris County Clerk, during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, Democratic candidates running countywide in Harris County, Texas, received between 95,000 to 114,000 absentee mail ballots, while their Republican opponents only received between 59,000 to 71,000 absentee mail ballots.
Democrats swept through Harris County, Texas, with a vengeance in 2020, with the assistance of their huge
"ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT" totals, which were up significantly from the 2016 Presidential Election when they received between 45,000 to 54,000, and their Republican opponents received between 42,000 to 48,000 absentee mail ballots.
To refresh your memory, in the 2004 Presidential Election, the Republican candidates running countywide received between 27,000 to 30,000 absentee mail ballots to dominate their Democratic opponents, who only received 13,000 to 17,000 absentee mail ballots in downballot countywide races.

To refresh your memory, in the 2006 Midterm Election, the Republican candidates running countywide received between 12,000 to 14,000 absentee mail ballots to dominate their Democratic opponents, who only received 7,000 to 8,000 absentee mail ballots in downballot countywide races.
To refresh your memory, in the 2008 Presidential Election, the Republican candidates running countywide received between 37,000 to 41,000 absentee mail ballots to dominate their Democratic opponents, who only received 18,000 to 24,000 absentee mail ballots in downballot countywide races.
To refresh your memory, in the 2010 Midterm Election, the Republican candidates running countywide received between 32,000 to 38,000 absentee mail ballots to dominate their Democratic opponents, who only received 16,000 to 22,000 absentee mail ballots in downballot countywide races.
To refresh your memory, in the 2012 Presidential Election, the Republican candidates running countywide received between 38,000 to 44,000 absentee mail ballots to dominate their Democratic opponents, who only received 27,000 to 31,000 absentee mail ballots in downballot countywide races.
To refresh your memory, in the 2014 Midterm Election, the Republican candidates running countywide received between 34,000 to 41,000 absentee mail ballots to dominate their Democratic opponents, who only received 29,000 to 34,000 absentee mail ballots in downballot countywide races.
To refresh your memory, in the 2016 Presidential Election, the Democratic candidates running countywide received between 45,000 to 54,000 absentee mail ballots to dominate their Republican opponents, who only received 42,000 to 48,000 absentee mail ballots in downballot countywide races.
To refresh your memory, in the 2018 Midterm Election, the Democratic candidates running countywide received between 46,000 to 52,000 absentee mail ballots to dominate their Republican opponents, who only received 42,000 to 50,000 absentee mail ballots in downballot countywide races.
To refresh your memory, in the 2020 Presidential Election, the Democratic candidates running countywide received between 95,000 to 114,000 absentee mail ballots to dominate their Republican opponents, who only received 59,000 to 71,000 absentee mail ballots in downballot countywide races.
THE DEMOCRATS: During the Tuesday, November 3, 2020, Presidential Election, Democrats running countywide in Harris County received a range of
95,000 to 114,000 in the
“ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT CATEGORY” in Harris County, Texas.
THE REPUBLICANS: During the Tuesday, November 3, 2020, Presidential Election, Republicans running countywide in Harris County received a range of
59,000 to 71,000 in the
“ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT CATEGORY” in Harris County, Texas.
To refresh your memory, in the 2022 Midterm Election, the Democratic candidates running countywide received between 31,000 to 38,000 absentee mail ballots to dominate their Republican opponents, who only received 20,000 to 24,000 absentee mail ballots in downballot countywide races.
To refresh your memory, in the 2024 Presidential Election, the Democratic candidates running countywide received between 34,093 to 44,222 absentee mail ballots to dominate their Republican opponents, who only received 17,491 to 20,580 absentee mail ballots in downballot countywide races.

The Forensic Audit Division (FAD) for the state of Texas has found some serious problems with the way elections are run in Harris County, Texas. For starters, in 2021, the Texas Secretary of State launched a full forensic audit of the state's two largest Democratic and two largest Republican counties: Dallas, Harris, Collin, and Tarrant. So, just for the record, Harris County officials didn't even start cooperating with the auditors until October 2022. According to auditors, serious problems with voter registrations exist in Harris County, including the possibility that there are more than 11,000 potential non-citizens currently registered to vote. You can "CLICK HERE" to read the "FULL AUDIT" for yourself.
It was under the watchful eye of Chris Hollins, acting as the Harris County Clerk, while County Attorney Christian Menefee was running for his position as Harris County Attorney, that serious issues arose with the handling of electronic media in Harris County, Texas, during the 2020 Presidential Election.
"Harris County had very serious issues in the handling of electronic media. These issues were so severe that the Forensic Audit Division (FAD) notified Harris County of our preliminary findings by letter before the 2022 General Election," stated the Texas Secretary of State.
• In at least 14 polling locations, mobile ballot boxes (MBBs) containing 184,999 cast vote records included in the tally did not have a proper chain of custody.
• Harris County was not able to provide documentation for the creation of 17 MBBs accounting for 124,630 cast vote records.
• The electronic pollbook records from at least 26 Early Voting locations and 8 Election Day polling locations did not match the Tally Audit Log for those locations.
• Harris County did not have an inventory of its warehoused records for the 2020 General Election. FAD counted 534 boxes, but cannot confirm this comprises all records. At times, FAD observed that the label used on the outside of the boxes inaccurately described the contents.
• Harris County was the only county that did not provide a “list of Early Voting or Election Day polling locations that had a discrepancy of one percent or more between the number of voters that checked in to the number of votes cast at that location,” as requested at the outset of the audit. This is basic reconciliation that should have been easily produced.
• FAD was not given the opportunity to speak with pertinent staff until October 2022, when the new administration provided access to address the issues with the Tally Audit Log.
