KPRC Channel 2 News is Cutting Ties With Quanell X and Dr. Candice Matthews; CEO of Sports Authority Fired; Dixon Remains

Janis Burke (top right) was fired as CEO of the Harris County Sports Authority on Friday, October 11, 2024. Mayor John Whitmire (bottom right) has been on the warpath to root out corruption and clean up the City of Houston after his predecessor, Sylvester Turner, ran one of the most corrupt administrations ever recorded. While Janis Burke was fired from her position as head of the Harris County Sports Authority, it deeply saddens me to report that Bishop James Dixon (bottom second from left) still occupies his position as chairman of the Harris County Sports and Convention Corporation. IN OTHER NEWS...Community Activist Eligah "Ricky" Jason, out of Port Arthur, Texas, has won a small victory against "Dr." Candice Matthews and Quanell X (bottom left), the founder of the New Black Panther Nation. At 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, "Dr." Candice Matthews will appear in a Port Arthur, Texas courtroom to plead guilty or not guilty in the matter of the State of Texas VS. Candice Matthews stemming from threats and vulgar language she spewed at the home of Eligah "Ricky" Jason (center) her rival community activist.

In this video, "Dr." Candice Matthews appears to come unhinged as she unleashes a barrage of insults at someone affiliated with KPRC Channel 2 News, who pulled the plug on airing content provided by "Dr" Candice Matthews, the National Minister of Politics for Quanell X's New Black Panther Nation. In the video above, "Dr." Candice Matthews calls the person presumed to be an employee of KPRC Channel 2 a "COON" which is a derogatory term that's used to insult a Black person. That said, the person who called for KPRC Channel 2 News to cease airing stories and press conferences called Quanell X and Candice Matthews, per her statement in an Instagram reel she published.

On Wednesday, August 21, 2024, "Dr." Candice Matthews, the National Minister of Politics for Quanell X's New Black Panther Nation, and members jumped in their cars. They then drove from the Northside of Houston, Texas, to Port Arthur, Texas. Once in Port Arthur, Texas, "Dr" Candice Matthews allegedly threatened to burst the windows out of her fellow rival community activist's car and blow his house up to get Eligah "Ricky" Jason, a protégé of the late comedian, actor, writers, and civil rights icon (Dick Gregory) to come outside in the streets.

On Wednesday, October 16, 2024, "DR" Candice Matthews must appear before a judge in Port Arthur, Texas, to enter a plea of guilty or not guilty in the matter of "THE STATE OF TEXAS VS. CANDICE MATTHEWS" which is being fast-tracked through the system. (CLICK HERE) According to the State of Texas, "DR" Candice Matthews's actions in Port Arthur, Texas, on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, are considered criminal acts against the peace and dignity of the State of Texas.

Quanell X and Candice Matthews have done some excellent work in the community in some cases. However, as they seek to do the work of community activists, they appear to be leaving a long trail of victims in their wake. "Candice and Quanell X are victimizing people," says their rival community activist from Port Arthur, Texas.

KPRC Channel 2 News is Cutting Ties With Quanell X and Dr. Candice Matthews; CEO of Sports Authority Fired; Dixon Remains

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Last Friday, October 11, 2024, the Harris County Sports Authority Board fired CEO Janis Burke after she’d provided 18 years of service. Mayor John Whitmire and the top brass of the Houston Astros and Houston Rockets joined forces to oust Burke.

On another note, the Harris County Sports and Convention Corporation (HCSCC) still hasn’t taken any action whatsoever to deal with Bishop James Dixon in the aftermath of revelations that he has been using his position as chairman to lure women into sexual relations.

Nor have the other board members on the (HCSCC) called for Bishop James Dixon to step aside after evidence inside Jacquelynn Aluotto's phone, which Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, “DR” Candice Matthews, Bishop Dixon’s sister, Bishop Dixon’s Father, and others have reviewed, surfaced.

What if Bishop Dixon had placed his gun to Jacquelynn Aluotto’s head and pulled the trigger instead of putting the gun to his head when he was in Florida on official business for Harris County?

Just like Janis Burke got fired last Friday, Bishop James Dixon must step down or get forced to relinquish his chairmanship by other board members who value and respect women.

For the record, Mark Lanier is a Director, Elsa Flores is a Director, Carel Stith is the Secretary and Treasurer, and John P. Hernandez is the Vice Chairman of the (HCSCC) Board.

The Harris County Commissioners Court appointed Bishop James Dixon and other members of the (HCSCC) Board. And no one on the Board of the Harris County Sports Authority, the Harris County Sports and Convention Corporation, or Harris County Commissioners Court has done anything to address Bishop James Dixon’s alleged mistreatment of women or his FACETIME video with a gun placed to his head while in Florida on official business for Harris County taxpayers.

“DOUBLING DOWN.”

From the looks of things, “Dr.” Candice Matthews is preparing to go to war against local news stations. She’s crisscrossing Texas to terrorize rival community activists like Eligah “Rick” Jason in Port Arthur, Texas.

On Wednesday, October 16, 2024, the “GOOD DOCTOR” will have to travel to Port Arthur, Texas, and enter a plea of guilty or not guilty for allegedly threatening Eligah “Ricky” Jason back on August 21, 2024, when she also reportedly threatened to burst the windows out of his car and blow his house up.

Why does “Dr.” Candice Matthews feel that she can attack local news stations and terrorize her fellow Texans? The local news stations in Houston, Texas, may have to share the blame for this cow-boy-wearing “TEXAS TERRORIST” and her bully tactics.

Local news stations and media outlets who continue to give airtime to “DR” Candice Matthews and Quanell X and enable these two to continue ‘allegedly victimizing’ grieving families could ultimately be found complicit in their scheme. Click2Houston, ABC 13, Fox 26 Houston, KHOU Channel 11, KIAH CW39, and the Houston Chronicle must take immediate action.

The Federal Communication Commission (FCC) regulates all broadcast radio and television stations in America. That said, I’m not sure how Quanell X and this “DR” Candice Matthew woman can get all of their stories and press conferences aired on TV, and other community activists can’t get any of theirs aired on TV—something doesn’t smell right with this unbalanced and biased approach to airing news content.

I’m working hard to figure out why “DR” Candice feels she has a right to attack KPRC Channel 2 and threaten a boycott against a significant news entity like KPRC. Who does she think she is?

Are local news outlets being paid to give Quanell X and “DR” Candice Matthews airtime or something? What’s the deal? How are they on television so much?

Suppose Quanell X and “DR” Candice Matthews compensate or pay these local news stations to air their stories and press conferences. In that case, KPRC Channel 2, ABC 13, Fox 26 Houston, KHOU Channel 11, and KIAH CW39 have a duty as bonified broadcast stations to inform the public that they benefit from these two so-called community activists.

Broadcast stations like KPRC Channel 2, ABC 13, Fox 26 Houston, KHOU Channel 11, and KIAH CW39 must, by FCC rules, inform their viewers if a broadcast has a sponsor, is paid for, or made available through some other means of a sponsorship.

“FILING A COMPLAINT.”

If you believe a local television station has violated the FCC’s rules, you can file a complaint with the FCC immediately. It would be helpful to supply the FCC with information like the content and date the news station aired the segment.

Please take a moment to (CLICK HERE) and file a complaint if you feel a local news station has published a biased or unbalanced report about you.

“END IS NEAR.”

An Instagram reel posted by “Dr.” Candice Matthews, the National Minister of Politics for Quanell X’s New Black Panther Nation and State Chairman of the defunct Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, confirms that the activist duo's end could be nearing.

According to community activist Eligah “Ricky” Jason, the victims of Quanell X and “DR” Candice Matthews could reach the thousands. While I believe that number is exceptionally high, I’ve spoken directly with several people who claim to be victims of their alleged scheme to prey upon grieving mothers and family members who are typically at their wits in and seeking justice for themselves, loved ones, or missing relatives.

Whether their list of victims reaches the thousands or a few hundred (KPRC Channel 2), cutting ties with the duo of Quanell X and “DR” Candice Matthews might be the tip of the iceberg, as rumor has it that FOX 26 News might also be considering a break from the two.

I’m not sure how much of a role “DR” Candice Matthews’s alleged “EXTORTION AND BLACKMAIL PLOT” and “SECRETLY RECORDED AUDIO TAPE,” she recorded while at the home of Commissioner Rodney Ellis, has to do with KPRC Channel 2’s decision – but Candice is not backing down.

Remember, last year, on October 3, 2023, “Dr” Candice Matthews betrayed the trust of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis by going into his home, located at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, with the intent to further her devious plot to compromise Commissioner Ellis.

After “DR,” Candice Matthews captured Commissioner Ellis on audio tape, intervening in a matter of public concern that should not have happened. Candice felt empowered.

After recording Commissioner Ellis on October 3, 2023, the next day, “DR” Candice Matthews sent a copy of her “SECRET AUDIO TAPE” to her boss, Quanell X, the founder of the National Minister of Politics for the New Black Panther Party at 2:19 p.m., according to the evidence obtained by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, as part of our investigation.

An hour after “DR” Candice Matthews sent her “SECRET AUDIO TAPE” to Quanell X, she forwarded a copy of her ill-gotten recording to her alleged co-conspirator James Dunn, Jr., who happens to be an ex-felon who pled guilty to defrauding the United States Department of Education out of $300,000.00 a few years ago.

For his crime against the United States Government, James Dunn, Jr., spent three years in a federal detention facility but was arrested earlier this year.

Dunn, Jr., was hurting for cash because he needed to pay his attorneys and fines in a pending case against him in Polk County, Florida. Along with his troubles in Florida, James Dunn, Jr. failed to comply with a judge’s order to pay $21,293 to Community Temple Church of God in Christ, located in Houston, Texas.

As the story goes, James Dunn, Jr., is the culprit who allegedly met with Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s sister, Melody Geneanne Ellis, 72, to secure the “EXTORTION PAYMENT” based on the text thread obtained by Aubrey R. Taylor Communication.

“TROUBLING PLOT.”

After being welcomed into his “POLITICAL REGIME” several years ago, “DR” Candice Matthews developed a plot to over-throw Ellis and force him to allow her to use fear-tactics and force local “CRIMINAL COURT AND CIVIL COURT” judges to tremble in her wake.

“Dr.” Candice Matthew standing in front of the “CIVIL COURTHOUSE” in Downtown Houston with a “THOR HAMMER” and inside a local courtroom with a gavel was part of a plot to cause local members of the judiciary to fear her wrath.

By using her perceived power over Commissioner Rodney Ellis (the secret recorded audio tapes that Ellis did not want to go public), “DR” Candice Matthews plotted, schemed, and planned to use the same recording to seize control of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and overthrow Bishop James Dixon as president.

Once “Dr” Matthews and her alleged accomplice (James Dunn, Jr.) had effectively nullified Commissioner Ellis, “THE GOOD DOCTOR” turned her attention to Bishop James Dixon, the president of the Houston Branch of the NAACP, who was at the center of her secretly recorded audio.

From what I understand, “DR” Candice Matthews approached Bishop James Dixon with the audio and, according to sources, compelled him to relinquish his post as president.

As “Dr” Candice Matthews was awaiting Bishop James Dixon’s decision to step down (or not), she began calling local members of the NAACP in an attempt to test the waters and see if they would vote her in to succeed Dixon if he were to step down from his position as president.

As of the date of this report, Bishop James Dixon has not relinquished his presidency. As far as I know, he has yet to step down as chairman of the Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation (HCSCC). However, his time on the board of the (HCSCC) could end soon.

Bishop James Dixon, in his capacity as chairman of the (HCSCC), went to Florida on an official business trip along with Jaquelynn Aluotto, his partner (at the time), with the “NO TRAFFICKING ZONE,” and allegedly ended up with a gun to his head threatening to kill himself.

According to evidence inside the phone of Jacquelyn Aluotto, which Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, “DR” Candice Matthews, Bishop Dixon’s sister, Bishop Dixon’s Father, and others have reviewed and can testify to in an official court proceeding.

“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”

Local news stations and media outlets that continue to give airtime to “Dr.” Candice Matthews and Quanell X and enable these two to continue ‘allegedly victimizing’ grieving families could ultimately be found complicit in their scheme. KPRC Channel 2, ABC 13, Fox 26 Houston, KHOU Channel 11, and KIAH CW39 must listen to the people's cries and take corrective action.

Texas Southern University (Thurgood Marshall School of Law) could be on the verge of making history. In the early mail ballot returns, Dan Simons, a Thurgood Marshall School of Law graduate, outperforms his opponent, Sean Teare. Congressman Wesley Hunt's 38th Congressional District leads the way in the "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS," with 2,264 absentee mail ballots cast in his district through Wednesday, October 9, 2024. (CLICK HERE) View the complete "MAIL BALLOT" breakdown as the start of early voting nears.

POLITICAL INFLUENCER

"Early voting will begin on Monday, October 21, 2024, and end on Friday, November 1, 2024, for the upcoming Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Presidential Election. It is incumbent upon us to make it our business to select the best candidate available in every down-ballot race."

2024 Endorsement Slate for Independent Voters in Harris County, Texas – Tuesday, November 5, 2024 – Presidential Election

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

(HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS) – This nonpartisan presidential election endorsement slate is published to assist “OPEN-MINDED” voters who can vote on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Harris County, Texas. Democrats, Republicans, and Independents are strongly encouraged to vote for their favorite candidates as they proceed down-ballot casting their votes.

In the races where you “DO NOT” know the candidate, please fill in those races with the name of our “ENDORSED CANDIDATE” in those particular races.

If you do not like either candidate in a particular race, you are strongly encouraged to “HOLD YOUR VOTE” for that specific race and proceed to the next down-ballot race.

This “2024 VOTER EMPOWERMENT SLATE” has been developed to protect the public and to weed out corrupt, unqualified candidates who may be ill-prepared to perform the duties of the job they are seeking. That said, Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, the publisher of Houston Business Connections, aims to assist our readers by providing them with helpful information.

When speaking with local law firms and attorneys who practice in local Harris County courtrooms, many of these ‘officers-of-the-courts’ assured us that except for a few local “DEMOCRAT JUDGES,” they believe that most of the incumbents are worthy of being reelected on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Harris County, Texas.

After reviewing the “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS” filed by “BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” and other down-ballot African American “DEMOCRAT JUDICIAL NOMINEES,” we discovered that local and regional law firms are readily donating to Democrats over their Republican rivals.

With these discoveries in mind, our “2024 VOTER EMPOWERMENT SLATE” for Harris County, Texas, is designed to assist “OPEN-MINDED” voters to flex their muscles at the ballot box.
